A facility manager once sent me a floor plan with a diffuser marked in every single room, including the injection room and the X-ray suite, and asked which scent I'd recommend for each. The honest answer was to take twelve of the fourteen marks off the page.
We ended up with two sources on the entire plan - one at reception, one in the main corridor - and a short list of rooms that were told, in writing, to stay at nothing: the injection room, the imaging suite, and one consultation room a senior physiotherapist specifically asked to keep neutral for her longest sessions. That plan has not grown since. It did not need to.
