We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 599 INR within the continental India. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days from the day your candle is lovingly packed.

Processing Time:
Our candles are hand-poured and packaged with care. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.


Packaging:
Sustainability isn't just a buzzword for us. We use eco-friendly and recyclable materials to package our candles, ensuring they arrive safely and align with our environmental ethos.

Changes to Order:
Need to modify your shipping details? Contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order is in the shipping process, we cannot guarantee changes, but we'll ignite every effort to accommodate your request.

Damaged Items:
If your candles arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll swiftly work on sending a replacement or offering a refund.
