Updated Return Policy
Effective immediately, all orders placed at SOSA Home and Body are final. We no longer accept returns, with the exception of products that are damaged in transit.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sosahomeandbody@gmail.com with a description and photographic evidence of the damage. We'll guide you through the process of returning the damaged item and provide the necessary assistance.

Non-returnable Items Please note that, apart from damage during transit, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This ensures the quality and integrity of our products for all customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned(such as special orders or personalized items).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The item needs to be shipped to our store within 7 days of receiving the same. Upon inspection, the refund or exchange is completed within 24 hours.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once the product reaches our warehouse, our team takes 1-2 business days to inspect the product and upon approval, the refund will be processed in 2 business days and will be credited to the source of payment within 2 business days.
