Founder Diaries · Delhi NCR · Reeds or a Sukoon
By Sonal Sahani · ISIPCA Versailles 12 min read Updated August 2026
Start with reeds. A closed, air-conditioned Gurgaon flat is the best environment a reed diffuser meets — no air exchange means what the reeds release stays in the room instead of leaving through a window — so buy one 130ml at ₹1,349 for the living zone, add a second for the bedroom when you can, and keep a ₹2,399 oil refill on the shelf. This page runs to twelve minutes because the obvious tiebreaker turns out not to work: costed properly over a year, the two formats land close enough that money cannot decide it. A reed year in one room is ₹1,349 + ₹2,399 = ₹3,748 and covers more than twelve months; a Sukoon year is ₹1,899 + ₹999 = ₹2,898 at minimum, plus water, electricity and switching it on. So the decision is made on two things unrelated to price: whether you want moisture in the room, and whether you want fragrance constantly or on demand.
Quick answers — read this first
Reeds, for a sealed AC flat. A closed room holds scent rather than losing it, which is what a passive format needs. Fresh Brew 130ml ₹1,349 or Mountain Breeze ₹1,349, six reeds, out of the AC's direct blow.

Water is the honest dividing line. A reed diffuser adds no moisture at all. An ultrasonic delivers fragrance by aerosolising water, so the Sukoon, the Boond and especially the 6L Megh do. Reeds do not reduce humidity either — neutral, not corrective.

Buy the Sukoon for control, never for strength. ₹1,899, 270–320 sq ft, 16–18 hours on low, remote, steady/2H/4H timers, three 15ml fragrances in the box. It scents nothing while off.

Do not buy the Megh as an upgrade. ₹3,499 and 6L of tank buys about 100 hours of runtime and only about 215 sq ft — less than a Sukoon. A runtime and humidity machine.
The short answer
Short answer: reeds. For a sealed, air-conditioned Gurgaon flat, buy Fresh Brew 130ml at ₹1,349 for the living-dining zone and, when budget allows, Evening Calm 130ml at ₹1,299 for the bedroom — ₹1,349 + ₹1,299 = ₹2,648 for two rooms running continuously. Six reeds each, on trays, waist-to-chest height, out of the AC's throw. Buy a Sukoon at ₹1,899 instead only if you specifically want scent on a timer and nothing the rest of the day.
The mechanism, both ways: a reed diffuser is oil, six fibre reeds and evaporation — passive, constant, no switch, no water, no power. An ultrasonic vibrates a plate under a water tank and shears the water into an aerosol that carries fragrance; the visible mist is water. So the two formats differ on three axes that matter in a sealed flat: moisture (none against some), control (always on against on demand), and what happens while you are out (still working against doing nothing).
Straight answer
Reed diffuser or Sukoon for a closed, air-conditioned Gurgaon apartment?
1. Reeds, and start with one bottle. Fresh Brew 130ml ₹1,349 in the living-dining zone, six reeds, on a tray at waist-to-chest height. A sealed flat is where a passive format performs best: nothing carries the scent out.

2. The sealing helps reeds; the draught does not. Closed windows keep what the reeds release inside, while the air-conditioner's throw strips the reeds, pushes scent past the seating area and empties the bottle weeks early. Position is the whole difference between those two outcomes.

3. Price does not decide this. A reed year in one room is ₹1,349 + a ₹2,399 refill = ₹3,748, covering more than twelve months. A Sukoon year is ₹1,899 + a ₹999 top-up = ₹2,898 at minimum, plus water, electricity and the habit of switching it on. Close enough that whichever you prefer to live with is the right answer.

4. Water is the real dividing line. Reeds add no moisture. Every ultrasonic adds some, because aerosolising water is how it delivers fragrance. Some people want that in an NCR winter and some do not; it is a preference. What reeds do not do is reduce humidity or address damp — neutral, not corrective.

5. Control is the reason to buy a machine. The Sukoon at ₹1,899 gives 270–320 sq ft, 16–18 hours on low, a remote and steady, 2H and 4H timers, with three 15ml fragrances included. If you want a scented living room from eight to ten in the evening and nothing at three in the afternoon, no bottle does that.

6. If you are out all day, reeds win outright. A machine scents nothing while it is off, so you come home to an unscented flat and switch it on. Reeds have been working the whole time, and in a sealed flat nothing has been undoing them.

7. The Megh at ₹3,499 is not the upgrade it looks like. Six litres and roughly 100 hours of runtime, but only about 215 sq ft — less than a Sukoon's 270–320. A runtime and humidity machine; never buy it to cover more floor. The Vaayu at ₹11,999 is a commercial waterless nebuliser and absurd in a flat.

8. The two fragrance lines are not interchangeable. Reed oil never goes into a machine; the water-based Hotel Collection (15ml ₹299 · 100ml ₹999 · 300ml ₹1,799) never goes into a reed bottle, and neither goes into a Vaayu.

Everything is composed and handmade in small batches in Pune, tested through 45°C summer heat and 85% monsoon humidity, and a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
TL;DR: reeds first. A sealed AC flat is the best case for a passive format, and over a year the two formats cost close enough that money is the wrong tiebreaker. Buy Fresh Brew 130ml ₹1,349, keep it out of the AC's blow, and add a Sukoon at ₹1,899 later only if you want scent on a timer.
SOSA Fresh Brew reed diffuser 130ml, the format to start with in a sealed air-conditioned Gurgaon flat
The format I would start a sealed flat with
SOSA Fresh Brew · Coorg coffee & Kerala vanilla ₹1,349 / 130ml
No switch, no socket, no tank, no water, and nothing that stops when you leave the house. In a flat that stays closed, a constant passive source works with the architecture rather than against it — the sealing that makes a room stuffy is the same sealing that keeps a fragrance in it. 9.5 on SOSA's own internal scale at six reeds, a position on our scale rather than an industry standard or a quality ranking. 14–18 weeks at 130ml against 6–8 at 50ml, at identical projection, because size buys duration and never reach. Refillable glass with six fibre reeds — fibre, not rattan, whose pores clog in Indian humidity. Alcohol-free, phthalate-free and paraben-free on a heat-stable CCT carrier. 50ml is ₹849 to try the composition first. Flip weekly with gloves; stand it on a tray.

Part one — what a sealed AC flat does to each format

Most format comparisons are written for a generic room. Yours is not: it is closed for most of the year, cooled by machinery rather than open windows, and dusty enough outside that the windows stay shut on purpose. Three consequences follow, and they do not all point the same way.

1
NO AIR EXCHANGE FAVOURS THE PASSIVE FORMAT
A closed room keeps what a reed diffuser gives it — which is exactly what a low, constant source needs
A reed diffuser releases a small, steady amount per hour and relies on the room to hold it. In a flat with cross-ventilation, an open balcony or a running exhaust, much of that leaves as fast as it arrives — you cannot out-fragrance an airflow problem at any price. A sealed Gurgaon flat has the opposite property: what goes into the air stays there, so the settled level a bottle reaches is higher than the same bottle would manage in a ventilated home. That is the strongest single argument for reeds in your situation, and it costs nothing to exploit. It is also why reed count changes by room: six in an open living-dining zone people move through, fewer in a small bedroom kept shut. The machine gains nothing comparable from the sealing, because it produces its output on demand regardless of what the room is doing.
The corollary: a sealed flat also holds everything else, which is why ventilating briefly still matters. Find the source, ventilate, then fragrance.
2
THE AIR-CONDITIONER IS A DRAUGHT INSIDE A SEALED BOX
Sealed helps; the throw from the unit is the one thing that hurts
SOSA Mountain Breeze reed diffuser 130ml for a closed air-conditioned flatMountain Breeze₹1,349 · 130mlYour flat is closed to the outside and windy on the inside, and the second half is where reed diffusers go wrong in NCR. Moving air across the reeds carries away the vapour that has just formed, which lets more form immediately — the same reason wet clothes dry faster in a breeze. A bottle in a split unit's direct throw is being emptied and stripped at once, and what it releases is pushed straight past the sofa. The shortest possible bottle and the least noticeable room, together. The correction takes ten seconds: two feet out of the path, waist-to-chest height, clear space around the reeds, off the sill and off anything warm. A Sukoon is less sensitive to this, but not immune — a machine under the AC's blow disperses to the same place your reeds would have.
The test: stand where you sit. If you can feel air on your face, the bottle should not be there.
3
WATER, AND WHAT EACH FORMAT DOES ABOUT IT
Reeds add none; every ultrasonic adds some. That is a real difference and it is not a health claim
This is the cleanest factual difference between the two products and the one I would have you decide on. A reed diffuser adds no water to the air, at any point, in any quantity. An ultrasonic works by shearing water into an aerosol and letting the fragrance ride on it, so the mist you can see is water and the room receives it. The Boond holds 300ml, the Sukoon 500ml and the Megh six litres. Whether you want that in a sealed NCR flat is a preference and I will not dress it up as more: some people like a mist in a dry winter room, others do not want water in the air of a closed flat. I claim no benefit in either direction. And to be equally plain about my own product: reeds do not reduce humidity, dry a room or prevent damp. Neutral, not corrective.

Part two — reeds against a Sukoon, line by line

Eight questions about a sealed flat, answered for both formats. The last column is a verdict for your situation, not a general one.

A closed, air-conditioned NCR flat · the format comparison
What each format does, and which one a sealed flat rewards
The question Reed diffuser Sukoon ₹1,899 For a sealed AC flat
Does it work while you are out? ★ Yes — constant, passive, nothing to switch No. It scents nothing while it is off Reeds, decisively
How much space does one unit cover? Roughly 250–300 sq ft of connected open volume at six reeds 270–320 sq ft of one connected zone, while running Close. Not a deciding factor either way
Does it add moisture to the room? None at all — and it does not reduce it either Yes, by design. The visible mist is water Your preference. This is the real dividing line
Can you have it on only in the evenings? No. There is no off switch, by design Yes — remote, plus steady, 2H and 4H timers Sukoon, if that is genuinely what you want
What does it need to keep running? A weekly flip and eventually more oil Water each fill, a socket, and fragrance Reeds, if you would rather not manage anything
How loud is it, and does it use power? Silent, no socket, no standby A quiet machine, 16–18 hours on low per fill, mains-powered Reeds in a bedroom; either in a living room
What does it cost to start? ₹749–₹849 at 50ml · ₹1,249–₹1,349 at 130ml ₹1,899, with three 15ml fragrances in the box Reeds start cheaper; the gap closes over a year
What does year two look like? Oil refill ₹2,399 / 300ml — about ₹7–8 per ml against ₹15–17 More fragrance: 15ml ₹299 · 100ml ₹999 · 300ml ₹1,799 Reeds get cheaper once you own the glass
The honest caveat: SOSA publishes no per-fill fragrance dosage for its ultrasonic machines, so nobody can tell you exactly how long the three 15ml bottles in a Sukoon box will last. Any year-two figure for the machine is a floor rather than a measurement, and I have costed it as one. Coverage figures are manufacturer specifications describing connected open volume, not guarantees. Reed oil never goes into a machine and the Hotel Collection never goes into a reed bottle.

Both formats, and the thing that makes year two cheap
The SOSA principle
When two formats cost about the same over a year, the tiebreaker is not value — it is whether you want a background or a switch.
A sealed flat rewards the background. Buy the switch when you have a specific hour you want scented and a specific hour you do not.

Part three — the year costed, both ways

Five plans for a closed Gurgaon flat, with the arithmetic written out. The last column is where the honest uncertainty lives.

Twelve months in a sealed flat · what each plan actually costs
The plan, the arithmetic, what it covers, and what is not included in the number
The plan Year-one arithmetic What it covers Not in the number
Reeds, one room ★ ₹1,349 + ₹2,399 refill = ₹3,748 One room continuously, and more than twelve months of oil Nothing. No power, no water, no consumable but the reeds
Reeds, two rooms ₹1,249 + ₹1,349 = ₹2,598, then a 500ml refill ₹3,499 → ₹6,097 Two rooms continuously, with oil to spare into year two Reeds themselves — refresh yours every few months
Reeds, the cheapest honest version One 50ml ₹749, replaced twice → ₹749 × 3 = ₹2,247 One room, 6–8 weeks a bottle, no refill economics yet The saving a refill would have made from bottle two
Sukoon, one zone ₹1,899 + one 100ml fragrance ₹999 = ₹2,898 · with 300ml instead, ₹1,899 + ₹1,799 = ₹3,698 270–320 sq ft, only for the hours you run it Water, electricity at your state tariff, and how much fragrance you actually use
Boond, one small room ₹899 + 15ml ₹299 = ₹1,198 to start About 150 sq ft, roughly six hours a fill, while switched on Refills, water, power — and it does not reach a living room
The honest caveat: the two headline numbers — ₹3,748 for a reed year and ₹2,898 for a Sukoon year — are not directly comparable, and I would rather say so than present a false precision. The reed figure buys continuous scent in one room for more than twelve months with oil left over; the Sukoon figure buys scent only during the hours you run the machine, and its fragrance component is a floor because no per-fill dosage is published. What they do establish is that neither format is dramatically cheaper, which is why this decision should be made on behaviour. Every figure is arithmetic on listed prices, not a quotation.

Part four — when neither format is the answer

Before either purchase there is a problem a sealed flat produces that no fragrance product addresses. A closed apartment has no air exchange, so whatever gets into the air stays there — last night's cooking, a bin that needed emptying, the cupboard nobody has opened since March. Fragrance does not help with any of it. A reed diffuser adds a scent that sits alongside what is already in the room; it does not remove, neutralise, absorb, mask, purify or filter anything, and neither does an ultrasonic. SOSA sells no air purifier. The honest order is: find the source, ventilate or extract, then add fragrance. On cooking — extractor on, kitchen window open ten minutes afterwards, close up, wait half an hour. Fragrance layered onto cooking makes a third smell nobody designed.

Damp is the second case, and the firmest refusal on this page. If a room smells musty and the smell returns a day or two after cleaning, something in it is still wet — plaster behind a wardrobe on an external wall, the sleeve where a split-AC pipe passes through, bedding put away before it dried. That is a moisture problem. SOSA sells no dehumidifier, and it is exactly where an ultrasonic is the wrong instinct: it adds water rather than removing any. Find it, dry it, repair any leak, and revisit the fragrance question afterwards.

The third case is your own nose, and it costs nothing to rule out. You stop registering a constant smell in a room you live in — ordinary olfactory adaptation, hardest at home, which is why people conclude a diffuser has failed while visitors are still commenting on it. Before switching formats because "the reeds stopped working", leave the flat for a while and walk back in, or ask somebody who has just arrived. Just as commonly misread: the first three days of any new bottle are the loudest it will ever be. The settled plateau after that is the product you bought. Neither is a reason to spend ₹1,899.

When the year costs the same either way, price has told you nothing. Choose the format by how you want to live with it: a background you never touch, or a switch you press at eight in the evening.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA

Part five — running both, and in which order

Most homes that take this question seriously end up with both formats, and there is a sensible order to it. Reeds first, in the rooms that should smell of something continuously — a bedroom, and the living-dining zone you walk into. They cost less to start, need no socket, work while the flat is empty, and get cheaper in year two once you own the glass and can buy oil at roughly ₹7–8 per ml against ₹15–17. In a sealed flat they are helped rather than fought by the architecture. That is the base layer, and for many NCR flats it is the whole answer.

The Sukoon comes second, and only for a specific want: a room scented at particular hours and not others. ₹1,899 buys 270–320 sq ft of one connected zone, 16–18 hours on low from a 500ml tank, a remote and steady, 2H and 4H timers, and three 15ml Hotel Collection fragrances. The living room before people arrive; the study for the hours you are in it. Buy it for control, never for coverage across a flat and never as a stronger reed diffuser — different products, different jobs, and fragrances that are not interchangeable in either direction.

Three machines I would steer you away from in an apartment. The Megh at ₹3,499 is the one people reach for after a Sukoon, because six litres and roughly 100 hours of runtime read as the serious option; it covers about 215 sq ft, less than a Sukoon's 270–320, so it is a runtime and humidity machine and never a coverage upgrade. The Vaayu at ₹11,999 is a commercial waterless nebuliser running neat oil at up to 1000m³ and absurd in a flat. The Safar at ₹3,999 is a car and travel product. Naming what does not belong is more useful than pretending the range scales smoothly upward.

Part six — six sealed NCR flats

You want both — constant background plus evening control Reeds in the bedroom, machine in the living room Evening Calm 50ml + Sukoon ₹799 + ₹1,899 = ₹2,698
Small sealed study or a single room under 150 sq ft Something modest, and cheap to start One Morning Freshness 50ml, four reeds ₹749
A room in the flat smells musty after cleaning Something dried, not something scented Nothing yet — and specifically not an ultrasonic ₹0 today
Honest notes for buyers: a reed diffuser adds fragrance to a room. It does not clean, purify or filter air, remove or neutralise cooking, damp or smoke smells, exchange the air in a closed flat, or change how anyone feels. It adds no moisture and does not reduce humidity either — neutral, not corrective. Ultrasonic machines deliver fragrance by aerosolising water and therefore do add moisture; the Megh 6L ₹3,499 covers about 215 sq ft, less than a Sukoon's 270–320, and is a runtime and humidity machine rather than a coverage upgrade. A persistent musty smell is a moisture problem and SOSA sells no dehumidifier or air purifier. Ventilate or extract first; add fragrance second. Coverage figures are manufacturer specifications describing connected open volume and vary with ceiling height, layout and ventilation. SOSA publishes no per-fill fragrance dosage for its ultrasonic machines, so machine running costs here are floors rather than measurements, and electricity varies by state tariff. Longevity figures are typical ranges rather than guarantees — 50ml lasts 6–8 weeks and 130ml 14–18 at six reeds. Size buys duration, never reach; reed count is the volume control. SOSA has no 100ml reed diffuser; the 100ml figure belongs to the Hotel Collection machine fragrance. Refills are oil only and replacement reeds are not sold separately. Reed oil never goes into a machine, the Hotel Collection never goes into a reed bottle, and neither goes into a Vaayu. Strength figures are positions on SOSA's own internal scale at six reeds, not an industry standard. Every total is arithmetic on prices verified from the live store in August 2026, not a quotation. Fragrance oil is flammable — keep bottles out of direct sunlight and away from open flame, children and pets, and stand them on a tray. Made in small batches in Pune; free shipping above ₹499, and a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
SOSA Sukoon ultrasonic cool mist diffuser, the control purchase rather than the coverage one
The second purchase, if you want one — and the reason to make it
SOSA Sukoon · 500ml ultrasonic cool-mist diffuser ₹1,899
270–320 sq ft of one connected zone, 16–18 hours on low from a 500ml tank, a remote and steady, 2H and 4H timers, with three 15ml Hotel Collection fragrances in the box. Buy it because you want a room scented at particular hours and not others — the one thing no reed diffuser can do at any price, because it has no off switch by design. Do not buy it as a stronger reed diffuser or as a way of covering a whole flat; a machine scents the zone it stands in, while it runs. It delivers fragrance by aerosolising water, so it adds moisture — a difference worth deciding on rather than a benefit I am claiming. Its fragrance line is water-based and separate: 15ml ₹299 · 100ml ₹999 · 300ml ₹1,799, none of which goes into a reed bottle. The Boond at ₹899 is the smaller version, about 150 sq ft.

A note from Sonal

We sell both formats, so I have no commercial reason to prefer one and every reason to describe them accurately. The most useful thing I can tell you is that this decision does not turn on money. I costed a year in a single room both ways while writing this, and the numbers came out close enough that anyone choosing on price alone is choosing on noise. What separates them is behaviour: one is a background you stop thinking about, the other an appliance you operate.

Northern India taught us something specific about the reed side. Phthalate solvents push fragrance hard off a reed and win the first week convincingly, then degrade in sustained heat and turn acrid around week six — anyone who has kept a diffuser through a Delhi summer has smelt that turn. We are phthalate-free on a heat-stable coconut-derived CCT base, and the trade is worth stating out loud: a smaller opening week, and a longer flatter plateau that still smells like itself at the end of the bottle. In a sealed flat, where the room holds what it is given, that flatness is an advantage.

The thing I would ask you to resist is the upgrade ladder. There is a version of this decision where a reed bottle becomes a Boond becomes a Sukoon becomes a Megh, and by the end you have spent ₹3,499 on a machine that covers less floor than the ₹1,899 one. It is not a ladder. They are different tools, and the honest sequence is: get the room right for free, buy the format that matches how you want to live, and add the second one only when you can name the hour you want it for. Made in small batches in Pune, and a part of every order funds a girl's classroom through Nanhi Kali.

Frequently asked questions

Is a reed diffuser or a Sukoon better for a closed, air-conditioned flat?
Reeds, as the first purchase. A sealed flat has no air exchange, so what the reeds release stays in the room — the best conditions a passive format meets. Buy Fresh Brew 130ml at ₹1,349 or Mountain Breeze at ₹1,349, six reeds, out of the air-conditioner's throw. A Sukoon at ₹1,899 is right only if you want scent on a timer rather than continuously.
Which is cheaper over a year?
Close enough that it should not decide it. One room with reeds is ₹1,349 plus a ₹2,399 oil refill — ₹3,748, covering more than twelve months with oil to spare. A Sukoon is ₹1,899 plus at least one ₹999 fragrance top-up — ₹2,898, plus water and electricity, and only for the hours you run it. The machine figure is a floor, because no per-fill dosage is published. They are not the same purchase.
Does a Sukoon add moisture, and does a reed diffuser reduce it?
The Sukoon adds moisture — that is how an ultrasonic works, by shearing water into an aerosol the fragrance rides on, so the visible mist is water. A reed diffuser adds none at all, and does not reduce humidity, dry a room or address damp either: neutral, not corrective. If a room smells musty after cleaning, something in it is still wet, and neither format answers that.
Should I buy a Megh instead, since it holds six litres?
No, not for coverage. The Megh at ₹3,499 gives roughly 100 hours of runtime from its 6L tank but covers only about 215 sq ft — less than a Sukoon's 270–320 at ₹1,899. It is a runtime and humidity machine. If you want more space covered, that is a Sukoon or a second source, not a Megh.
Can I use the same fragrance in both?
No, and this one matters. Reed diffuser oil is formulated for a wicking reed on a coconut-derived CCT carrier and never goes into a machine. The Hotel Collection (15ml ₹299 · 100ml ₹999 · 300ml ₹1,799) is water-based for ultrasonic machines and never goes into a reed bottle. Neither goes into a Vaayu, which runs neat oil and is a commercial machine anyway.
If I am out all day, does it change the answer?
It strengthens it. A machine scents nothing while switched off, so you come home to an unscented flat and start it then. Reeds have been releasing all day, and a sealed flat holds what they gave it. If what you want is to walk in and notice something, that is a reed diffuser's core case and a machine's weakest.

A Sukoon at ₹1,899 covers 270–320 sq ft on timers and adds moisture, because aerosolising water is how it delivers fragrance; reeds add none and reduce none. The Megh at ₹3,499 covers about 215 sq ft — less than a Sukoon — and is never a coverage upgrade. Made in Pune. Free shipping above ₹499; a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

About this guide: Written by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles-trained founder and perfumer at SOSA Home & Body, comparing SOSA's reed diffuser line with the Sukoon ultrasonic machine for a closed, air-conditioned apartment. Every total is arithmetic on prices verified from the live SOSA store in August 2026, not a quotation; coverage, capacity and runtime figures are manufacturer specifications rather than guarantees. SOSA publishes no per-fill fragrance dosage for its ultrasonic machines, so machine running costs are presented as floors and are stated as such. Electricity costs vary by state tariff and are not quantified. The situation described is a general one Delhi NCR readers may recognise; it is not drawn from any customer, forum or third-party discussion. No temperature, humidity or air-quality figure is quoted for any city — the only test conditions stated are SOSA's own, 45°C and 85% relative humidity. No health, air-quality or moisture benefit is claimed for either format. No competing product or brand is named, priced or rated.

The water-based Hotel Collection for ultrasonic machines (15ml ₹299 · 100ml ₹999 · 300ml ₹1,799 · pack of seven 15ml ₹1,799) cannot be used in a reed bottle or a Vaayu. Below ₹749: jar candles ₹379, Sandalwood or Smoked Oudh candle ₹449, wax melts ₹474 (a burner is required and not included), mugs ₹474, bubble and taper candles ₹569, Amber Rose candle ₹599, ceramic trinket dish and candle two-pack ₹664. A reed diffuser adds fragrance to a room. It does not clean, purify or filter air, remove or neutralise cooking, damp or smoke smells, reduce humidity, or change how anyone feels. A reed diffuser adds no moisture to the air; ultrasonic machines work by aerosolising water and therefore do. A persistent musty smell indicates moisture that needs finding and drying, and SOSA sells no dehumidifier or air purifier. Ventilate or extract first; add fragrance second. Evaporation rate rises with warmth and falls with humidity, and airflow carries scent away from the bottle — so performance varies with season, ventilation, ceiling height and room use; longevity figures are typical ranges, not guarantees. Not noticing a constant fragrance is ordinary olfactory adaptation; the reliable checks are leaving the room and returning, or asking someone who has just arrived. Strength figures are positions on SOSA’s own internal scale, not an industry standard. Fragrance oil is flammable — keep bottles away from open flame and out of direct sunlight, and out of reach of children and pets. Composed and handmade in small batches in Pune, India; tested through 45°C summer heat and 85% monsoon humidity. Free shipping above ₹499.
