Spreading the year into batches is the better instinct, and it raises a question that one large purchase never has to answer: will the thing you standardised on still be published in March? Be clear about the starting point. SOSA publishes no recurring-supply programme, no standing order and no reserved arrangement of any kind. Each batch is its own conversation on WhatsApp. That is not an obstacle so much as a reason to standardise on something durable - and the durable thing is the format, a two-bottle 50ml reed duo in one box at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, rather than one named pairing.
SOSA Fresh and Grounded reed diffuser duo gift set, two 50ml bottles, Rs 1,548
SOSA Fresh & Grounded reed duo · a format you can repeat ₹1,548 →
The shape worth writing into your own standard: a two-bottle 50ml reed duo in one box, here as SOSA Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 - Morning Freshness lemon-mint with Mountain Breeze pine, sage and cedar, about 6 to 10 weeks each. The least sweet and least floral of the three, and the easiest to keep repeating into homes you do not know.
Quick answers — read this first
Does SOSA run a recurring-supply or standing-order arrangement? No. No recurring-supply programme, no standing order and no reserved arrangement is published, and there is no dealer, partner or reseller scheme either. Each batch is settled on its own on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Bulk orders are welcome - that is the whole of the published position, and it carries no numbers with it.

What should a business ask before committing to a repeating gift? Two things, in this order. Whether the pairing you are standardising on will still be published when the next batch is due - SOSA publishes no commitment that any set stays in the range. And whether it is the named set or the format you actually need to hold constant, because a format survives a range change and a name does not.

Should we standardise on one named duo set or on the format? The format, in most cases. A two-bottle 50ml reed duo in one box at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, each bottle running about 6 to 10 weeks, is a description your own approval system can carry for a year. If one of the three pairings changes, the description still holds. If you named the set, it does not.
The short answer
Short answer: Ask two things before the first batch. Whether the pairing you are standardising on will still be published when the next batch falls due, because SOSA publishes no commitment that any set stays in the range. And whether the format is the better standard than the name, because a two-bottle 50ml duo in one box at Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598 survives a range change and a named set does not. No recurring-supply arrangement, no standing order and no reserved quantity is published, so each batch is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
The pick: Standardise on the format: a two-bottle 50ml reed duo in one box, ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, about 6 to 10 weeks per bottle. Name the set inside the batch, not inside the policy.
Why: Nothing published commits any one pairing to still being there next quarter, and a description of the format holds even if the range moves underneath it.
Sending something when somebody is having a hard time - at a glanceKeep it small - candle ₹399, attar ₹379, car scent ₹449For their home - reed diffuser ₹749, nothing to switch onSay the words yourself - no card goes in the parcelNever - a parcel instead of turning up
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Straight answer
We want to order diffuser sets in batches of 20 to 50 through the year. What should we ask about repeat availability?
Ask two questions, and know the answer to a third before you start. The third is the boundary: SOSA publishes no recurring-supply programme, no standing order, no reserved quantity and no annual arrangement. There is no dealer, partner or reseller scheme and no corporate catalogue. What is published is a retail range, a WhatsApp number, and the position that bulk orders are welcome - with no numbers attached to it. So a batch in March is a fresh conversation, not a call-off against something agreed in October. Plan on that basis and nothing surprises you. Question one: will the pairing still be published when the next batch falls due? This is the one most buyers never ask, and it is the one that matters when a gift repeats across a year. Three sets are published - Day & Night at ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548, Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598 - and SOSA publishes no commitment that all three will still be in the range next quarter. Nothing suggests they are going anywhere; the point is that no promise exists to rely on, so you should ask rather than assume. Question two: is it the named set or the format you actually need to hold constant? Almost always the format. "A two-bottle 50ml reed diffuser duo in one box, each bottle about 6 to 10 weeks, ₹1,498 to ₹1,598" is a description that survives a range change. "Day & Night" is a description that does not. Write the format into whatever your own approval system needs and choose the set inside each batch. One more detail with a year in view: refills are published for four of the five scents at ₹2,399 and ₹3,499, and Evening Calm has no refill published - and Evening Calm is half of the cheapest set. Settle quantities and timing for each batch on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The real risk in a repeating gift is not price and not availability in the ordinary sense. It is standardising on a name and discovering nine months later that you standardised on something nobody promised to keep. Standardise on the format instead.
The durable standard for a year of batches: a two-bottle 50ml reed duo in one box, ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, each bottle about 6 to 10 weeks. The set is chosen inside each batch, not written into the policy.
Reed duo sets from ₹1,498

The three questions to ask before the first batch goes out

Three questions, in the order they will bite. What nothing published commits to, what you should write down as your standard, and what has to be settled fresh each time you come back.

1
Question one
What is actually committed when you plan a year of batches?
Nothing is, and that is worth saying plainly rather than discovering in month seven. There is no recurring-supply programme, no standing order, no reserved quantity, no annual agreement and no call-off arrangement published. There is also no dealer, partner or reseller scheme and no corporate catalogue. SOSA is a fragrance house in Pune with a published retail range and a WhatsApp number.

What follows from that is simple. A batch in July is a fresh conversation, the same as the batch in February was. Nothing is held for you between them, and nothing about quantity, timing or terms carries over automatically, because none of it is published to carry.

The second uncommitted thing is the range itself. Three duo pairings are published today. No commitment is published that any of them will still be in the range in six months. That is not a warning - there is nothing to suggest a change - it is simply the honest state of what is written down, and a business planning four batches across a year should be asking rather than assuming.

Ask both of those on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before the first batch rather than before the second.
Tip: Nothing is reserved between batches and nothing published commits a pairing to still being there. Ask, do not assume.
2
Question two
Standardise on the format, not on the name
This is the single most useful thing on this page. When a business says "we want the same gift all year", it usually writes the product name into its own approval system and treats the name as the standard. That works until the range moves.

Write the format instead: a two-bottle 50ml reed diffuser duo, sold as one box, each bottle running about 6 to 10 weeks, ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 at published retail. Every one of the three published sets satisfies that description - Day & Night, Fresh & Grounded and Warmth & Bloom - and so would any future set of the same shape. The standard survives a change underneath it.

Then choose the named set inside each batch. If you want consistency across recipients within a batch, that is easy: one set per batch. If you want consistency across the whole year, name the set you prefer and treat it as a preference rather than a requirement.

One caveat to weigh while you are choosing: Evening Calm has no refill published, and Evening Calm is half of Day & Night at ₹1,498. If your standard is going to repeat twenty to fifty times a quarter, the set whose second bottle has no published continuation is worth a deliberate decision rather than a default.

And the size stays a room decision, not a budget one. Two 130ml bottles at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 are for two genuinely large rooms, never for a batch that wants to look more expensive.
3
Question three
What has to be settled again each time you come back
Everything commercial, every time, because none of it is published. There is no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no slab, no volume discount, no price break, no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight, no lead time and no order window published anywhere. Repeat that list to yourself before you write a procurement document that assumes any of it.

What you can carry between batches is your own arithmetic. Twenty sets at ₹1,548, or fifty at ₹1,598, are sums off published retail prices that you can run yourself and put in front of whoever approves your spend. That number is yours; what it becomes at quantity is a conversation.

Timing deserves particular care in a batch plan, because batches are usually tied to something - a quarter end, an event, a set of handovers. No window of any kind is published, so the only honest way to plan around one is to agree it on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before the date is fixed, for each batch, rather than assuming the previous one sets a precedent.

Bulk orders are welcome. That is the published position and it is worth taking at face value: the conversation is available, the numbers are not on a page.
Tip: Run your own sums off retail prices. Agree timing per batch before the date is committed.
SOSA Fresh and Grounded reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,548
The idea this whole question turns on
A duo is a second room, not a bigger gift for the same room
The 50ml duo sets are ₹1,498, ₹1,548 and ₹1,598 for two 50ml bottles - which is two small-to-medium rooms, not one room handled twice as hard. The 130ml duos at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 are two large rooms. So the question to answer before the price is how many rooms you actually want handled, and how big they are. Somebody in a one-bedroom flat who spends every evening in the living room does not need a second bottle; somebody who has just taken possession of a 3BHK where every room smells of paint does.

Work it out in this order
Setting up a year of 20 to 50 unit batches
  1. Assume nothing carries over. No standing order or reserved quantity is published.
  2. Ask whether the three pairings will still be published when your next batch is due.
  3. Write the format into your standard, not the set name. A format survives a range change.
  4. Settle each batch on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before you commit to its date.
The SOSA principle
A repeating gift fails in a quiet way: not because anything went wrong with an order, but because the thing you promised your own organisation you would send every quarter was a product name rather than a description of a product.
Write down the shape - two bottles, 50ml, one box, about 6 to 10 weeks, Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598 - and the standard keeps working whichever of the three pairings you choose in any given quarter.

Why the format is a safer standard than any one named set

If you are choosing one pairing to repeat, the three differ in ways that matter over a year rather than over a single handover. Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 pairs Morning Freshness, Malabar lemon and mint, with Mountain Breeze, Himalayan pine, sage and cedar - the least sweet and least floral set, and the easiest to keep sending into homes you know nothing about. Day & Night at ₹1,498 pairs the same lemon-mint with Evening Calm, Himalayan lavender and chamomile, the two least declarative scents published; it is the cheapest and the quietest, and it is also the one whose second bottle has no refill published. Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598 pairs Fresh Brew, Coorg coffee and Kerala vanilla, with Garden Bloom, British rose and night jasmine - the most declarative, and the one most likely to be noticed and also most likely to be wrong. All five reeds run about 6 to 10 weeks in either size. No pairing is liked by everybody and SOSA publishes no figures on which sells best.

The SOSA gift edit
Four ways to organise a year of batches
The option Who it suits, and where it fails
Standardise on the format · ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 A two-bottle 50ml reed duo in one box, about 6 to 10 weeks per bottle, named in your own paperwork as a description rather than a product. Survives a range change and lets each batch choose its set. It gives up perfect uniformity across the year, which most recipients of a quarterly gift never see anyway.
Standardise on one named set · one of three Maximum consistency: the same box at every address for twelve months, and the easiest thing to explain internally. It gives up resilience - no commitment is published that any pairing stays in the range, so if it moves you are rewriting your standard mid-year rather than choosing a different box.
One large purchase at the start · your own arithmetic Settles the question once and removes the repeated conversation. It gives up flexibility in both directions: you are holding the whole year in a room somewhere, you have committed to numbers before you know them, and nothing about a single large order is published either - no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight.
Decide fresh each batch · ₹100 spread across the three No standard at all: pick the set that suits each batch of twenty to fifty. Honest, and the three sets span only ₹100 so nothing looks unequal. It gives up the internal simplicity of having decided, and it means a conversation on WhatsApp every quarter about quantity and timing rather than a single one.
SOSA Warmth and Bloom reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,598
The three pairings, and the one trade inside them
Three sets exist, the pairings are fixed, and one of them has no refill path
Day & Night ₹1,498 is lemon-mint with lavender-chamomile. Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 is lemon-mint with pine, sage and cedar - the least sweet and the least floral of the three. Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 is coffee-vanilla with rose and night jasmine, the most declarative. A set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is two separate bottles rather than a box. And one real trade: refills at ₹2,399 and ₹3,499 are published for four of the five scents, but not for Evening Calm - which is half of the cheapest set.
Compare the three duo sets →

Two practical notes for a year-long plan. First, the batch size itself is worth thinking about as exposure rather than as logistics: twenty to fifty at a time means that if the range moves, or if a pairing turns out not to suit your recipients, only the remaining batches are affected. One large purchase at the start of the year settles the question and also freezes it. Second, the published ladder has a shape you should know before someone asks you to "round up to ₹2,000" for a batch: one 50ml is ₹749 to ₹849, one 130ml is ₹1,249 to ₹1,349, a 50ml duo is ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, and then no reed diffuser and no duo set is published between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398 before the 130ml duo at ₹2,498. So a ₹2,000 per-gift ceiling is answered by the 50ml duo coming in under it, and the larger set is a decision about room size rather than a way of using the number up.

When the answer is a machine rather than more bottles
A bottle asks nothing. A machine asks for water, power and attention every week
Two reed diffusers cover two rooms. Nothing in the reed range covers a whole home, and no square-footage rating is published for any of them. If a home genuinely needs more than rooms handled one at a time, that is a machine question. Sukoon at ₹1,899 and Boond at ₹899 are ultrasonic cool-mist machines running the water-based Hotel Collection from ₹299 - they need water, a socket and refilling, which is a real ask of somebody who did not choose them. SOSA Vaayu at ₹11,999 is the waterless one: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks. That rating assumes one connected body of air, so a Vaayu suits a large open home or a business and is the wrong gift for a three-bedroom flat with every door closed. Vaayu runs waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm and never takes the ₹299 water-based bottle. All of it adds a scent to a space; none of it removes one.

Nothing published promises that any one pairing will still be there in nine months. That is not a reason to hesitate; it is a reason to make the format your standard and the name your preference.

The SOSA gifting range

Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

The SOSA home fragrance ladder
A duo is two rooms, not a bigger gift for one room - decide by the rooms first
Option What it is What it suits Price
SOSA reed duo sets, 50ml x 2 Two 50ml bottles in one box Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548, Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 - two small-to-medium rooms, and already a box with nothing to assemble from ₹1,498
SOSA reed duo sets, 130ml x 2 The same three pairings, larger ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598 - for two genuinely large rooms, and too much for two small closed bedrooms from ₹2,498
A single 50ml reed diffuser One small or medium room ₹749 to ₹849, about 6 to 10 weeks - a bedroom, a study, a hallway, or anybody receiving their first diffuser from ₹749
A single 130ml reed diffuser One large room ₹1,249 to ₹1,349 - an open-plan living and dining area, and the wrong choice for a small closed bedroom from ₹1,249
SOSA reed refills 300ml and 500ml ₹2,399 and ₹3,499, published for four of the five scents - Evening Calm publishes none, which matters if the gift was the Day & Night duo ₹2,399 / ₹3,499
SOSA Sukoon Ultrasonic cool-mist machine ₹1,899 plus water-based Hotel Collection fragrance from ₹299 - a machine asks for water and power every week, which a bottle never does ₹1,899
SOSA Vaayu Waterless cold-air machine Approximately 1000 m3 of connected air with a Bluetooth app and timer - a large open home or a business, not a flat with every door shut ₹11,999

There are three duo sets and only three, and the pairings are fixed - a set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is simply two separate bottles. There is no three-bottle or four-bottle set, and SOSA has no hamper, gift box, wrapping, ribbon or message-card service; the only branding available anywhere is a custom label or logo on product. All five reeds run about 6 to 10 weeks, which is the only duration SOSA publishes, and no square-footage rating is published for any reed. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

The honest price sheet
The published ladder, including the gap in it
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
  • One 50ml reed - Morning Freshness ₹749, Garden Bloom and Evening Calm ₹799, Mountain Breeze and Fresh Brew ₹849. One 130ml reed - ₹1,249 to ₹1,349. All five run about 6 to 10 weeks in either size, because the larger bottle is for a larger room and not for a longer life.
  • The three duo sets - Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 and Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 as two 50ml bottles; ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598 as two 130ml bottles. These three pairings are the whole set range - a set is not composed to order, and there is no three-bottle or four-bottle set.
  • The gap worth knowing about - the ladder runs one 50ml ₹749, one 130ml ₹1,249, a 50ml duo ₹1,498, then no reed diffuser and no duo set published between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398 (the ₹1,899 Sukoon machine sits in that band, but it is a machine and not a bottle), then a 130ml duo ₹2,498. A budget of about ₹2,000 is therefore answered by the 50ml duo coming in under it, not by stretching to the larger set - the larger set is a room-size decision.
  • Refills - 300ml ₹2,399 and 500ml ₹3,499, published for four of the five scents. Evening Calm publishes no refill, and Evening Calm is one of the two bottles in the ₹1,498 Day & Night duo - so the cheapest set is the one whose second bottle has no published continuation.
  • Machines, if rooms are not the unit - Boond ₹899 and Sukoon ₹1,899 run the water-based Hotel Collection from ₹299 and need water, power and refilling. Vaayu ₹11,999 is waterless, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air. Megh ₹5,999.
  • Not published, and therefore never stated here: any square-footage or room-volume rating for a reed diffuser, any duration other than about 6 to 10 weeks, how often reeds should be turned, any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, any case pack or carton size, any claim about how a recipient will feel, and any claim that a gift changes a business result. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.

A note from Sonal

The question I get most often about the duo sets is not about scent. It is a slightly embarrassed version of: will one bottle look cheap? And I understand it, because a single 50ml reed in a box is a small object to hand to somebody whose house you have just walked into for the first time.

But the honest answer is that a duo is not a bigger gift. It is a second room. That is the whole difference, and it is a much more useful way to think about it than price. If the person you are buying for lives in a one-bedroom flat and spends their evenings in the living room, the second bottle does not make the gift better - it makes the gift into something they have to find a home for. If they have just moved into a 3BHK and every room smells of paint, the second bottle is the point.

Where I would push back hardest is on the 130ml duo. People reach for it because it is the most expensive thing in the reed range and it feels like the safest way to be generous. The 130ml is the large room's bottle, not the better bottle. Two of them in two small closed bedrooms is not a generous gift; it is two rooms nobody wants to sit in. A 50ml duo at ₹1,498 in the right two rooms beats a 130ml duo at ₹2,498 in the wrong two, every single time.

And the part I will not pretend about: there are three pairings and they are fixed. I cannot put Garden Bloom and Evening Calm in a box for you. If that is the combination you want, it is two bottles rather than a set, and it is worth knowing that before you decide whether the box mattered to you in the first place.

Frequently asked questions

Does SOSA offer a standing arrangement for repeat orders through the year?
No. There is no recurring-supply programme, no standing order, no reserved quantity and no annual agreement published, and no dealer, partner or reseller scheme either. Bulk orders are welcome and each batch is settled on its own on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Nothing about quantity or timing carries over automatically between batches.
Will the three duo pairings still be published later in the year?
SOSA publishes no commitment that any set stays in the range, so the honest answer is that nobody should assume it. Three are published today: Day and Night Rs 1,498, Fresh and Grounded Rs 1,548 and Warmth and Bloom Rs 1,598. Ask on WhatsApp before you write one of them into a year-long standard.
Is it better to standardise on the set or on the format?
The format, for most buyers. A two-bottle 50ml reed duo in one box at Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598, each bottle running about 6 to 10 weeks, is a description that holds even if the range moves. A named set is a description that does not. Choose the set inside each batch instead.
Does anything change when we order the same thing again?
Nothing published changes and nothing published carries over. There is no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no slab, no price break, no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight and no lead time anywhere. You can multiply the published retail prices yourself for planning each batch, then agree the rest in conversation.
Should we worry about the refill position when choosing a standard?
It is worth one minute. Refills are published at Rs 2,399 for 300ml and Rs 3,499 for 500ml for four of the five scents, and Evening Calm has none published. Evening Calm is half of the Rs 1,498 Day and Night set, so the cheapest standard is the one whose second bottle has no published continuation.

A 50ml duo at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 is the format worth standardising on - two bottles, one box, about 6 to 10 weeks each. Step to the 130ml duo at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 only where the rooms are genuinely large. Bulk orders are welcome: settle each batch of twenty to fifty on WhatsApp before its date is fixed.

About commercial terms: the prices above are published retail prices. SOSA publishes no bulk or wholesale rate, no minimum order quantity, no volume slab or discount, no dispatch or delivery window, no order cut-off, no payment or credit term, no rate card, no case pack, no carton size and no unit weight, and none is stated anywhere on this page; bulk orders are welcome and are discussed on WhatsApp. The only branding available is a custom label or logo on product - there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap, ribbon, message card or hamper service. There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme. About SOSA's location: SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, and sends orders across India. SOSA has no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or any other city, and nothing on this page should be read as claiming one; where a city is named, it refers to the homes and the buyers in that city and nothing more. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent and does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify odour, and no SOSA product makes any health, antibacterial, air-purifying or wellbeing claim. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, sleep, comfort or wellbeing: fragrance is a scent, not a treatment, and where a product name contains a word such as Calm that is a name and not an effect. No claim is made about how any recipient will feel about a gift, and no claim is made that a gift changes any business result - not a satisfaction score, repeat business, referrals, reviews, retention or recall. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
