Yes, and unusually for this question there is a real structural answer rather than a workaround. Inside the reed diffuser family alone there are four published rungs: a single 50ml at ₹749 to ₹849, a single 130ml at ₹1,249 to ₹1,349, a 50ml duo set at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, and a 130ml duo set at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598. Same category, same shelf, same kind of object. The harder part of your question is not whether the rungs exist. It is that a tier a client can see is a tier a client can place themselves in, and four rungs give them more to place themselves against than two.
SOSA Day and Night reed diffuser duo gift set, two 50ml bottles, Rs 1,498
SOSA Day & Night reed duo · the third rung, two 50ml bottles ₹1,498 →
The rung that makes a two-tier structure legible. SOSA Day & Night, ₹1,498 for two 50ml bottles - one box containing two rooms rather than one, about 6 to 10 weeks each, sitting roughly ₹250 above a single 130ml. One bottle against two is a difference anybody can see without knowing a price, which is more than can be said for 50ml against 130ml.
Quick answers — read this first
Can one product category cover both regular and VIP client tiers? In the SOSA reed range, yes - there are four published rungs without leaving the category: a single 50ml ₹749 to ₹849, a single 130ml ₹1,249 to ₹1,349, a 50ml Day & Night duo ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, and a 130ml duo ₹2,498 to ₹2,598. Every rung is the same kind of object, which is what keeps the tiers from looking like two different decisions.

How far apart are the rungs? Unevenly. Roughly ₹500 from the 50ml single to the 130ml single, roughly ₹250 from there to the 50ml duo, and then a jump of about ₹900 to the 130ml duo, because no reed diffuser and no duo set is published between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398. The top rung is more than three times the bottom one, which is worth knowing before you build a ladder on it.

Is a four-tier client gifting structure a good idea? Two rungs is usually the safer structure. Every SOSA price here is published retail, so anybody can look up in seconds what they were sent and what somebody else was sent. Four rungs create more places for that comparison to land awkwardly. The structure exists; whether you want all of it is a separate decision.
The short answer
Short answer: Yes. The SOSA reed range has four published rungs inside one category: a single 50ml at Rs 749 to Rs 849, a single 130ml at Rs 1,249 to Rs 1,349, a 50ml duo set at Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598 and a 130ml duo set at Rs 2,498 to Rs 2,598. The gaps are uneven and every price is public, so two rungs is usually a safer structure than four.
The pick: Two rungs, not four: a single 130ml at ₹1,249 to ₹1,349 for the regular tier and a 50ml duo at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 for the top one. One bottle or two is a legible difference. The 130ml duo at ₹2,498 belongs to two large rooms, not to a third tier.
Why: Four rungs exist and are all in the same family, so nothing looks like a change of category. But the prices are published retail and the step from the third rung to the fourth is roughly ₹900 with no reed and no duo set in between.
Sending something when somebody is having a hard time - at a glanceKeep it small - candle ₹399, attar ₹379, car scent ₹449For their home - reed diffuser ₹749, nothing to switch onSay the words yourself - no card goes in the parcelNever - a parcel instead of turning up
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Straight answer
Can single diffusers and duo sets create regular and VIP client tiers without leaving the category?
They can, and the structure is more complete than most categories manage. Inside the SOSA reed family alone: a single 50ml at ₹749 to ₹849, a single 130ml at ₹1,249 to ₹1,349, a 50ml duo set at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 - Day & Night, Fresh & Grounded or Warmth & Bloom - and a 130ml duo set at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598. Four rungs, one shelf, one kind of object, no awkward jump from a mug to a watch. Every bottle runs about 6 to 10 weeks, the only duration published, in either size. Three honest cautions before you build on it. The steps are not even. Roughly ₹500, then roughly ₹250, then roughly ₹900, because no reed diffuser and no duo set is published between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398. A ladder with one long stride in it is harder to explain internally than one with even ones. The top rung is not a bigger version of the third. The 130ml duo is two large-room bottles; sending it to somebody with two small closed bedrooms produces a worse gift than the cheaper set, so a rung defined by seniority rather than by room size can misfire at the top. And the prices are public. These are retail figures on a shop anybody can open, so a tier is not a private administrative fact - it is a number a recipient can find. That is the strongest argument for two rungs rather than four. On the commercial side there is nothing to design around: SOSA publishes no rate at quantity, no minimum order quantity, no price slab and no lead time, so the tiers are built out of published retail prices and the rest is a WhatsApp conversation on +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The rungs are real and they are all in one family. The risk is not that the structure does not exist - it is that a visible tier is a tier somebody can work out they are in, and published retail prices make it visible by default.
The two-rung version, which is the one that usually survives contact: a single 130ml at ₹1,249 to ₹1,349 and a 50ml duo at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598. One bottle or two is a clean difference and the money between them is small.
Reed duo sets from ₹1,498

The four rungs, how far apart they really are, and where the ladder bends

There are three things to settle: what the rungs actually are, how far apart they sit, and how many of them you should use. The third is the one most gifting structures get wrong, and it is not answered by the catalogue.

1
The structure
Four published rungs without leaving the reed family
Set out plainly, because this is the part of your question with a clean answer.

Rung one - a single 50ml, ₹749 to ₹849. One small-to-medium room. Morning Freshness is ₹749, Garden Bloom and Evening Calm are ₹799, Mountain Breeze and Fresh Brew are ₹849.
Rung two - a single 130ml, ₹1,249 to ₹1,349. The same five scents in the bottle meant for a large open room.
Rung three - a 50ml duo set, ₹1,498 to ₹1,598. Two 50ml bottles in one box: Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548, Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598.
Rung four - a 130ml duo set, ₹2,498 to ₹2,598. The same three pairings in the larger bottle.

Every rung is a reed diffuser. Nothing switches category, nothing switches format, and the top rung is recognisably the same object as the bottom one - which is the whole point of your question. All of them run about 6 to 10 weeks, so the tiers differ in rooms and in count, never in how long the gift lasts.
Tip: Four rungs, one family, from ₹749 to ₹2,598. The object never changes; only the bottle size and the number of bottles do.
2
The shape of the ladder
The steps are uneven, and one of them is long
A tier structure is only as good as its intervals, and these are not regular. From rung one to rung two is roughly ₹500. From rung two to rung three is roughly ₹250, which is a very small step for what is a genuinely different gift - one bottle becomes two, in one box. Then rung three to rung four is roughly ₹900, because no reed diffuser and no duo set is published between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398.

That long stride at the top has a consequence. The distance between your best-treated client and the one below them is larger than every other gap in the ladder combined at the lower end, and the top rung is more than three times the bottom one. If that ratio would look uncomfortable written on a single internal page, it will look the same to anybody outside who reconstructs it.

There is a second reason the top rung is awkward as a tier. The 130ml duo is not a more generous 50ml duo - it is the large-room set. Two 130ml bottles in two small closed bedrooms is a worse outcome than the cheaper set, because both end up moved into a corridor. So the moment you attach rung four to seniority rather than to room size, you are sending your largest gift to people whose homes you probably have not seen. No square-footage rating is published for any reed, so this is guidance about rooms rather than a measurable specification.
3
The caution
A tier a client can see is a tier they can place themselves in
Everything above is retail. The prices are on a public shop, so working out which rung you were on takes about ten seconds and no inside knowledge, and two people who received different gifts can compare them without meaning to. That is not an argument against tiering - most gifting is tiered and everybody knows it - but it does argue for fewer rungs rather than more.

Two rungs has a practical advantage beyond discretion: one bottle or two is a legible distinction, whereas 50ml against 130ml is a difference in bottle size that reads, from the outside, as much like a room decision as a status one. So the cleanest two-rung version is a single 130ml at ₹1,249 to ₹1,349 for the regular tier and a 50ml duo at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 for the top - a difference of roughly ₹250 in money and one whole extra room in substance.

If you want a third rung, add it at the bottom with the 50ml single rather than at the top with the 130ml duo. A small gift at ₹749 for a long list is easy to explain. A ₹2,598 gift at the top, in a bottle size that only suits large rooms, is harder to explain in both directions. Nothing here promises what any recipient concludes from any of it - that is theirs, and no gifting structure controls it.
Tip: If you want three rungs, add one at the bottom. The top rung is a large-room product before it is a status product.
SOSA Fresh and Grounded reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,548
The idea this whole question turns on
A duo is a second room, not a bigger gift for the same room
The 50ml duo sets are ₹1,498, ₹1,548 and ₹1,598 for two 50ml bottles - which is two small-to-medium rooms, not one room handled twice as hard. The 130ml duos at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 are two large rooms. So the question to answer before the price is how many rooms you actually want handled, and how big they are. Somebody in a one-bedroom flat who spends every evening in the living room does not need a second bottle; somebody who has just taken possession of a 3BHK where every room smells of paint does.

Work it out in this order
Building the tiers in four steps, using published retail prices only
  1. Write the four rungs out: Rs 749, Rs 1,249, Rs 1,498 and Rs 2,498 as the entry points.
  2. Cut to two rungs. A single 130ml, then a 50ml duo. One bottle against two is legible.
  3. Check the top rung against rooms, not seniority. Two 130ml bottles need two large rooms.
  4. Assume the tier is visible. Every price here is public, so build one you can explain.
The SOSA principle
A gifting tier built on room size pretending to be a tier built on status will eventually send its most expensive gift to the smallest flat. The four rungs are real, but two of them are size decisions before they are seniority decisions.
That is why the two-rung version holds up better in practice: one bottle or two is a difference in how much of a home is covered, which survives being noticed in a way that a bigger bottle does not.

Which pairing on which rung, and why the scent should not change with the tier

One decision worth taking off the table: do not let the fragrance change with the tier. If the regular tier gets one pairing and the top tier gets another, you have quietly told anybody who compares that one scent is the better scent, which is not a claim SOSA makes or that anybody could support. Keep the scent constant and let the rung show in bottle size and count. The three pairings sit within ₹100 of each other in the 50ml duo - Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548, Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 - so if you do want variety across a list, vary it within a rung rather than between rungs. On character: Fresh & Grounded is lemon-mint with pine, sage and cedar, the least sweet and least floral and the easiest to send into a home you have not seen. Day & Night pairs lemon-mint with Evening Calm, Himalayan lavender and chamomile, the two least declarative scents in the range - Evening Calm is a name describing lavender and chamomile, not something the bottle does. Warmth & Bloom is Coorg coffee and vanilla with rose and night jasmine, the most declarative and the most obviously chosen. None of the three is liked by everybody.

The SOSA gift edit
The four rungs, and what each one is bad at
The option Who it suits, and where it fails
Rung one - one 50ml · ₹749 to ₹849 One small-to-medium room, about 6 to 10 weeks, no flame and no socket. The right bottom rung for a long list, and a genuinely usable object rather than a token. It fails as a top rung obviously, and it fails wherever the recipient's main room is a large open living and dining space, which the 50ml is not meant for.
Rung two - one 130ml · ₹1,249 to ₹1,349 More bottle in the same single room, for an open living area. A clean regular tier because the step from here to a duo is only about ₹250. It fails in a small closed room, where it is simply too much, and it fails as a signal - from the outside, a larger bottle looks like a room choice rather than a rank.
Rung three - a 50ml duo · ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 Two 50ml bottles in one box: two small-to-medium rooms, nothing to assemble. The most legible upper tier, because one bottle against two is a difference anybody can see without knowing a price. It fails where the recipient genuinely uses one room, and it fails if you needed a pairing SOSA does not publish.
Rung four - a 130ml duo · ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 Two large-room bottles in one box, and the only rung above ₹1,598 in the family. It fails as a status rung more often than people expect: two 130ml bottles in two small closed bedrooms both get moved, so the most expensive gift on your list can be the worst-fitting one when you have not seen the home.
SOSA Warmth and Bloom reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,598
The three pairings, and the one trade inside them
Three sets exist, the pairings are fixed, and one of them has no refill path
Day & Night ₹1,498 is lemon-mint with lavender-chamomile. Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 is lemon-mint with pine, sage and cedar - the least sweet and the least floral of the three. Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 is coffee-vanilla with rose and night jasmine, the most declarative. A set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is two separate bottles rather than a box. And one real trade: refills at ₹2,399 and ₹3,499 are published for four of the five scents, but not for Evening Calm - which is half of the cheapest set.
Compare the three duo sets →

Two things a business should not try to build into this. First, there is no rung between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398 in the reed range - no reed diffuser and no duo set is published in that band, so if your internal structure wants a middle-upper tier around ₹2,000, the honest answer is that the 50ml duo sits under it rather than that something exists at the number. Do not push to the 130ml duo purely to use a budget line up; that is a room decision. A 300 ML Refills at ₹2,399 does sit in that region and is not a gift - it is for somebody who already owns a bottle. Second, nothing commercial is published: no rate at quantity, no minimum order quantity, no price break, no case pack, no carton size, no lead time and no order cut-off. The tiers above are built from retail prices anybody can read, and the arithmetic across a list is yours to do. Quantities, timing and whether the bottle carries a custom label or logo on product are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Bulk orders are welcome. Worth one more note: Evening Calm publishes no refill at all, and it is half of the ₹1,498 Day & Night set, so the cheapest duo is the one whose second bottle has no published continuation.

SOSA Day and Night reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,498
Morning Freshness lemon-mint with Evening Calm lavender-chamomile. The cheapest of the three at ₹1,498, and the one whose second bottle publishes no refill - worth knowing before you choose on price alone.

SOSA Fresh and Grounded reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,548

₹1,548 · 50ml x 2
SOSA Warmth and Bloom reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,598

When the answer is a machine rather than more bottles
A bottle asks nothing. A machine asks for water, power and attention every week
Two reed diffusers cover two rooms. Nothing in the reed range covers a whole home, and no square-footage rating is published for any of them. If a home genuinely needs more than rooms handled one at a time, that is a machine question. Sukoon at ₹1,899 and Boond at ₹899 are ultrasonic cool-mist machines running the water-based Hotel Collection from ₹299 - they need water, a socket and refilling, which is a real ask of somebody who did not choose them. SOSA Vaayu at ₹11,999 is the waterless one: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks. That rating assumes one connected body of air, so a Vaayu suits a large open home or a business and is the wrong gift for a three-bedroom flat with every door closed. Vaayu runs waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm and never takes the ₹299 water-based bottle. All of it adds a scent to a space; none of it removes one.

The SOSA gifting range

Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

The SOSA home fragrance ladder

SOSA reed duo sets, 50ml x 2 Two 50ml bottles in one box Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548, Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 - two small-to-medium rooms, and already a box with nothing to assemble from ₹1,498
SOSA reed duo sets, 130ml x 2 The same three pairings, larger ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598 - for two genuinely large rooms, and too much for two small closed bedrooms from ₹2,498
A single 50ml reed diffuser One small or medium room ₹749 to ₹849, about 6 to 10 weeks - a bedroom, a study, a hallway, or anybody receiving their first diffuser from ₹749
A single 130ml reed diffuser One large room ₹1,249 to ₹1,349 - an open-plan living and dining area, and the wrong choice for a small closed bedroom from ₹1,249
SOSA reed refills 300ml and 500ml ₹2,399 and ₹3,499, published for four of the five scents - Evening Calm publishes none, which matters if the gift was the Day & Night duo ₹2,399 / ₹3,499
SOSA Sukoon Ultrasonic cool-mist machine ₹1,899 plus water-based Hotel Collection fragrance from ₹299 - a machine asks for water and power every week, which a bottle never does ₹1,899
SOSA Vaayu Waterless cold-air machine Approximately 1000 m3 of connected air with a Bluetooth app and timer - a large open home or a business, not a flat with every door shut ₹11,999

There are three duo sets and only three, and the pairings are fixed - a set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is simply two separate bottles. There is no three-bottle or four-bottle set, and SOSA has no hamper, gift box, wrapping, ribbon or message-card service; the only branding available anywhere is a custom label or logo on product. All five reeds run about 6 to 10 weeks, which is the only duration SOSA publishes, and no square-footage rating is published for any reed. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

The honest price sheet
The published ladder, including the gap in it
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
  • One 50ml reed - Morning Freshness ₹749, Garden Bloom and Evening Calm ₹799, Mountain Breeze and Fresh Brew ₹849. One 130ml reed - ₹1,249 to ₹1,349. All five run about 6 to 10 weeks in either size, because the larger bottle is for a larger room and not for a longer life.
  • The three duo sets - Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 and Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 as two 50ml bottles; ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598 as two 130ml bottles. These three pairings are the whole set range - a set is not composed to order, and there is no three-bottle or four-bottle set.
  • The gap worth knowing about - the ladder runs one 50ml ₹749, one 130ml ₹1,249, a 50ml duo ₹1,498, then no reed diffuser and no duo set published between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398 (the ₹1,899 Sukoon machine sits in that band, but it is a machine and not a bottle), then a 130ml duo ₹2,498. A budget of about ₹2,000 is therefore answered by the 50ml duo coming in under it, not by stretching to the larger set - the larger set is a room-size decision.
  • Refills - 300ml ₹2,399 and 500ml ₹3,499, published for four of the five scents. Evening Calm publishes no refill, and Evening Calm is one of the two bottles in the ₹1,498 Day & Night duo - so the cheapest set is the one whose second bottle has no published continuation.
  • Machines, if rooms are not the unit - Boond ₹899 and Sukoon ₹1,899 run the water-based Hotel Collection from ₹299 and need water, power and refilling. Vaayu ₹11,999 is waterless, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air. Megh ₹5,999.
  • Not published, and therefore never stated here: any square-footage or room-volume rating for a reed diffuser, any duration other than about 6 to 10 weeks, how often reeds should be turned, any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, any case pack or carton size, any claim about how a recipient will feel, and any claim that a gift changes a business result. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.

A note from Sonal

The question I get most often about the duo sets is not about scent. It is a slightly embarrassed version of: will one bottle look cheap? And I understand it, because a single 50ml reed in a box is a small object to hand to somebody whose house you have just walked into for the first time.

But the honest answer is that a duo is not a bigger gift. It is a second room. That is the whole difference, and it is a much more useful way to think about it than price. If the person you are buying for lives in a one-bedroom flat and spends their evenings in the living room, the second bottle does not make the gift better - it makes the gift into something they have to find a home for. If they have just moved into a 3BHK and every room smells of paint, the second bottle is the point.

Where I would push back hardest is on the 130ml duo. People reach for it because it is the most expensive thing in the reed range and it feels like the safest way to be generous. The 130ml is the large room's bottle, not the better bottle. Two of them in two small closed bedrooms is not a generous gift; it is two rooms nobody wants to sit in. A 50ml duo at ₹1,498 in the right two rooms beats a 130ml duo at ₹2,498 in the wrong two, every single time.

And the part I will not pretend about: there are three pairings and they are fixed. I cannot put Garden Bloom and Evening Calm in a box for you. If that is the combination you want, it is two bottles rather than a set, and it is worth knowing that before you decide whether the box mattered to you in the first place.

How many gifting tiers can the SOSA reed range support?
Four, without leaving the category: a single 50ml at Rs 749 to Rs 849, a single 130ml at Rs 1,249 to Rs 1,349, a 50ml duo set at Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598 and a 130ml duo set at Rs 2,498 to Rs 2,598. Every rung is the same kind of object, which is what stops the top tier looking like a different decision from the bottom one.
Are the four rungs evenly spaced?
No. About Rs 500 from the first to the second, about Rs 250 from the second to the third, then about Rs 900 to the fourth, because no reed diffuser and no duo set is published between Rs 1,598 and Rs 2,398. The top rung is more than three times the bottom one, which is a ratio worth looking at before committing to it.
Is two tiers better than four?
Usually. Every price here is published retail, so a recipient can find in seconds what they were sent and compare it with what somebody else was sent. Fewer rungs give that comparison fewer places to land awkwardly. A single 130ml for the regular tier and a 50ml duo for the top is the version that holds up best.
Should the top tier get the 130ml duo?
Only where you know both rooms are large. The 130ml duo at Rs 2,498 to Rs 2,598 is the large-room set rather than a more generous version of the 50ml duo. Two 130ml bottles in two small closed bedrooms is a worse gift than the cheaper set, because both get moved. Room size decides it, not seniority.
Does anything about the pricing change across a whole client list?
Nothing published. SOSA publishes no rate at quantity, no minimum order quantity, no price break, no case pack, no carton size and no lead time. The retail prices above are what you multiply for your own planning, and quantities, timing and a custom label or logo on product are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Bulk orders are welcome.

SOSA has no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or any other city, and nothing on this page should be read as claiming one; where a city is named, it refers to the homes and the buyers in that city and nothing more. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent and does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify odour, and no SOSA product makes any health, antibacterial, air-purifying or wellbeing claim. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, sleep, comfort or wellbeing: fragrance is a scent, not a treatment, and where a product name contains a word such as Calm that is a name and not an effect. No claim is made about how any recipient will feel about a gift, and no claim is made that a gift changes any business result - not a satisfaction score, repeat business, referrals, reviews, retention or recall.
