Buying direct is deliberately plain. You choose a diffuser on sosahomeandbody.com, add it to the cart, and check out. Because each diffuser already ships with three of our water-based Hotel Collection fragrances, you do not need to add anything else to start using it the evening it arrives - though most people add a favourite refill or a bigger 300ml bottle while they are there.
Dispatch is within 24 hours. We pack from Pune and, for most Indian pin codes, delivery lands in roughly three to five working days. Shipping is free on orders over ₹500, which every diffuser comfortably clears. If something arrives damaged in transit, we replace it - a diffuser is a small machine, and I would rather stand behind it than argue about it.
Buying direct means the person who composed the fragrance is also the person who stands behind the box. There is no reseller in the middle marking it up or guessing at your questions - you can write to us and reach the source.

For a living room or a home that goes bone-dry under the AC, the 6-litre Megh doubles as a humidifier and can run for days between fills.

Versailles
I trained as a perfumer at ISIPCA in Versailles, but half the questions we get are not about scent at all - they are about the machine. Indian rooms are bone-dry from AC and winter, and most gadget diffusers are too small, too loud, or quit by midnight.
