The first breath is the first impression — but the size of that first breath is not the same in a 2BHK as it is in a villa. A compact enclosed foyer and an open, double-height entrance are two different physics problems. Match the output to the volume of air, and to whether the space is sealed or open, and one low signature greets everyone the same way.
Quick answer
Flat foyers are small and enclosed — a reed diffuser on the console, or a Sukoon for more presence, is usually enough.
Villa entrances are large and often open to stairwells and verandahs — they need a waterless system like Vaayu, or ducted Aangan for very big homes.
The deciding factors are air volume and openness, not budget alone. A reed cannot scent a double-height hall no matter how many you buy.

Most Indian flat foyers are two or three square metres of enclosed air between the door and the living room. That is a gift: a little scent goes a long way, and it stays put.
