What I try to avoid is the opposite error, which is telling a person living alone in a 1BHK with the doors permanently open that they need two of anything. They do not. The number follows the doors you actually close, not the ones the builder installed. Half the 1BHK households I speak to close one and half close two, and those two groups should not be sold the same setup.
