At this size the unit of planning changes. Below about 3,000 sq ft the question is whether one machine covers the floor. Above it, the question is how many separately air-conditioned zones the building actually has, because that number, not the floor count on the lease, is what decides how many machines this office needs.
Quick answers — read this first
How do you scent a 5,000 sq ft or multi-floor wealth management office? One SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) per separately air-conditioned zone, connected to the building's HVAC. The Angaan is rated to 3,000m³, about 8,000-10,000 sq ft, so a single floor of this size is usually one machine, and a multi-floor office needs one Angaan per floor or per air-handling zone rather than one per room. Enclosed meeting rooms are left out of the plan on every level, and a small cabin that sits on its own separate air-conditioning can use a standalone SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) instead of extending the Angaan's zone to reach it.

Does each floor of a multi-floor wealth office need its own diffuser? Usually yes, because floors are almost always separate HVAC zones with their own air-handling unit, so scent on one floor does not reach another. The practical unit of planning is the air-handling zone, not the floor count on the lease - a building with a shared central plant serving two floors as one zone may need only one Angaan, while two floors on separate units need two.

Can one machine cover a whole multi-floor wealth management firm? Only if the floors genuinely share one central air-handling system, which is unusual outside a single-tenant building with its own dedicated plant. In the far more common case of independent floor-by-floor air conditioning, plan for one SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) per zone rather than assuming one machine will somehow reach every level.
The short answer
Short answer: one SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) per separately air-conditioned zone, connected to the building's HVAC. It is rated to 3,000m³, about 8,000-10,000 sq ft, so a single floor this size is usually one machine; a multi-floor office needs one per floor or per air-handling zone, not one per room. Meeting rooms stay out of the plan on every level, and a small standalone cabin off the main system can use a SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) instead.
The pick: one SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) per air-handling zone, connected to the building's HVAC, with a standalone SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) for any smaller cabin on its own separate air conditioning.
Next step: send the floor plans with the HVAC zones marked and we will map the count per zone - ask for an office scenting plan.

The question at this size is not how many rooms exist but how many separately air-conditioned zones there are - one machine per zone, on the building's own airflow, is the whole plan.

Straight answer
How do you scent a 5,000 sq ft or multi-floor wealth management office?
Plan by air-handling zone, not by floor area or floor count. A single-storey office of roughly 5,000 sq ft has outgrown one SOSA Vaayu, which is rated to 1000m³, about 2,000-3,000 sq ft, and moves naturally to one SOSA Angaan (₹25,999), rated to 3,000m³, roughly 8,000-10,000 sq ft. The Angaan connects directly to the building's HVAC, so it scents the whole zone on airflow that already exists rather than needing its own placement in every room - which is the reason it stays the honest answer even as the floor grows, up to its rated volume. A multi-floor office changes the arithmetic again. Floors are almost always separate air-handling zones with their own air-conditioning unit, so a machine connected to one floor's HVAC does not reach the floor above or below it - scent does not travel through a slab. The practical rule is one Angaan per zone, which in most buildings means one per floor, rather than one machine somehow expected to cover a whole multi-storey firm, or worse, a machine dropped into every cabin on every level. Where a building genuinely has one central plant serving several floors as a single zone - more common in a single-tenant building with its own dedicated system - one Angaan can legitimately cover more than one storey, but that should be confirmed with whoever manages the building's HVAC rather than assumed. There is one more useful exception at this size: a partner's private cabin or a small meeting suite that sits on its own separate air-conditioning, distinct from the main system the Angaan is connected to, will not receive scent from that machine regardless of floor area. That room either needs its own standalone Vaayu or, more often in this sector, is simply left out of the plan - which is the standard, considered choice for any enclosed room used for long client meetings, at any size. As with every size in this specification: fragrance here is a matter of coverage and consistency, not persuasion. It has no bearing on what a client decides or how far they trust the firm. Ask for an office scenting plan and we will map the zones from your building's HVAC drawings.
One SOSA Angaan per separately air-conditioned zone, usually one per floor. A single Angaan covers up to 3,000m³ on the building's HVAC. A small cabin on its own separate air-conditioning needs its own Vaayu or is left out of the plan.
At this size the machine is the SOSA Angaan - rated to 3,000m³ (about 8,000-10,000 sq ft), connecting to the building's HVAC so a floor this large is scented on airflow you already have, out of sight and under 42dB.

The machine built for a floor this large

Two machines are relevant at this size, and the choice between them is set by which air-handling zone a room sits on, not by which floor it happens to be. Both images link straight to the product page so facilities can confirm the specification.

Why this size is an Angaan question, not a Vaayu question

Two decisions govern this size, and both are about zones rather than square footage.

1
Identify the HVAC zones, not the floors
A multi-floor office is almost always a multi-zone office
Before deciding how many machines this office needs, find out how many separate air-handling units actually serve the space. In most multi-storey office buildings each floor has its own air-conditioning system, which means each floor is a separate zone for scenting purposes regardless of how the floors relate to each other on the lease. Scent connected to one floor's HVAC will not travel to the floor above or below it - there is no shared air path through a concrete slab. Confirm zone count with whoever manages the building's HVAC before assuming one machine will somehow do more than its rated volume in one zone.
Tip: count zones, not floors, and count floors before counting rooms.
SOSA Angaan
One Angaan connected to each floor's air-handling unit is the standard plan for a genuinely multi-floor wealth office.

2
Handle the exceptions: the separate cabin and the meeting room
Not every room belongs to the main zone, and not every room belongs in the plan
Two rooms typically sit outside the main Angaan plan. First, a cabin or small suite on its own dedicated air-conditioning, separate from the floor's main HVAC - the Angaan's airflow will not reach it, so it needs a standalone Vaayu or is left unscented. Second, any enclosed meeting room used for long client conversations, which stays out of the plan on every floor for the same reason it does at any size: a sealed room accumulates fragrance through a long meeting rather than refreshing it. Neither exception changes the zone count; both simply subtract a room from what each machine needs to cover.
SOSA Vaayu
A standalone Vaayu is the right machine for a partner cabin that sits outside the Angaan's main HVAC zone.

The SOSA principle
The plan for a large or multi-floor wealth office is not set by square footage. It is set by how many separate air-handling zones the building actually has.
A machine on one floor's HVAC has no way to reach the floor above it.

Once the zones are mapped, the plan for a large or multi-floor office is a short, repeatable rule. Here is the whole thing in one table.

If your firm sits on one central air-handling system across the whole floor rather than several separate zones, how a wealth office on one central HVAC system should be scented covers that specific case in more depth. And if you are still working out whether your firm is closer to this size or to the 2,000-3,000 sq ft range, whether one machine is enough for a 2,000-3,000 sq ft advisory office is the companion page. The full brief is what a premium wealth management office should smell like.

SOSA Vaayu
For a cabin on its own separate AC: SOSA Vaayu, 1000m³, the standalone answer when a room does not share the main zone, ₹11,999.
Mapped by zone, not by floor count
One SOSA Angaan (₹25,999, up to 3,000m³) per air-handling zone covers a large or multi-floor office on the HVAC you already have. Send the floor plans and we will map the zones.

A multi-floor office is a multi-zone question, not a bigger version of the single-floor one. Count air-handling units, not doors.

The SOSA large-floor specification

Two machines, and the plan at this size is built zone by zone. The Angaan covers a large single floor or one air-handling zone on the building's own HVAC; the Vaayu handles any cabin that sits outside the main zone on its own separate air-conditioning. Both are made in India, the Angaan stays out of sight in the plant room, and a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

A word on how to count correctly at this size: map the building's air-handling zones first, then place one Angaan per zone, and treat any separately air-conditioned cabin as its own small case rather than trying to stretch one machine's coverage to reach it. One honest note - fragrance works alongside ventilation and cleaning, never instead of them, and it has no bearing on what a client decides. It is a matter of the coverage being right, zone by zone. Ask for an office scenting plan and we will map it from your HVAC drawings.

A note from Sonal

Large and multi-floor offices are the size where I ask a different first question. For a smaller firm I ask about the floor plan. For a firm at 5,000 sq ft and up, or across more than one storey, I ask about the air-conditioning - specifically, how many separate units serve the space, because that number tells me how many machines this office needs, and floor area on its own does not.

The reason is straightforward once you say it out loud: a diffuser connected to a floor's HVAC scents that floor's air, and only that floor's air. It does not travel down a lift shaft or through a concrete slab to the floor above. So a genuinely multi-floor wealth office, in the ordinary case where each floor has its own air-handling unit, needs one Angaan per floor - not because the firm is bigger, but because the air itself is separate.

One Angaan at ₹25,999 covers up to 3,000m³, roughly 8,000 to 10,000 sq ft, per zone, on the building's own airflow, out of sight. A cabin on its own separate AC gets a standalone Vaayu at ₹11,999 instead. And as on every page in this cluster - none of this changes what a client decides or how much they trust the firm. It is a matter of the coverage being considered, zone by zone. Everything is made in India, and a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

Frequently asked questions

How do you scent a 5,000 sq ft or multi-floor wealth management office?
One SOSA Angaan at Rs 25,999 per separately air-conditioned zone, connected to the building's HVAC. It is rated to 3,000 cubic metres, about 8,000 to 10,000 sq ft, so a single large floor is usually one machine, and a multi-floor office needs one per floor or air-handling zone.
Does each floor of a multi-floor office need its own diffuser?
Usually yes, because floors are almost always separate air-handling zones with their own air-conditioning unit, and scent connected to one floor's HVAC does not reach the floor above or below it. Confirm the zone count with whoever manages the building's HVAC before assuming otherwise.
Can one Angaan cover an entire multi-floor firm?
Only if the floors genuinely share one central air-handling system, which is uncommon outside a single-tenant building with its own dedicated plant. In the more usual case of floor-by-floor air conditioning, plan for one Angaan per zone.
What if a partner's cabin has its own separate air-conditioning on a large floor?
It will not receive scent from the main Angaan, since that machine only reaches the HVAC zone it is connected to. That cabin needs a standalone SOSA Vaayu at Rs 11,999, or is left out of the plan entirely if it is used for long client meetings.
Does using more machines on a larger floor make the office feel more premium to clients?
No, and we would not suggest sizing decisions on that basis. The number of machines is set by air-handling zones, not by an attempt to impress. The honest reason to get it right is consistent, even coverage across a considered office, not an effect on how a client feels about the firm's advice.
