Corporate gifting in India in 2026 has, finally, matured. The HR teams that used to ship pan-India dry-fruit hampers in jute pouches with a printed company card are quietly reaching for something more considered. The same is happening on the client-relationship side — the relationship-managers who used to send Cadbury Celebrations and a bottle of Sula are realising that those gifts get eaten in three days, that the diabetic CEO quietly hands the chocolates to his EA, and that the abstinent founder regifts the wine within twenty-four hours. The gift gets received. It does not get remembered.
The shift toward curated fragrance gifting is the most predictable correction in the Indian corporate gifting market this decade. A real attar at the ₹379–₹1,199 price band reads premium without crossing into ostentation. It is universally tolerated — no diabetes risk, no alcohol awkwardness, no allergen concern. It signals intent — the gift-giver actually thought about the recipient. And it lasts: six months on a desk drawer, used daily, projecting your brand onto the wrist of a senior client every single morning. That is the gift-economics that drives the switch.
SOSA's four-attar range was, almost by accident, composed exactly for this. Adaa was built for daytime and office contexts — the universal client gift. Ameeri carries festive warmth across age groups and religions — the senior-client gift. Nawaab anchors the executive register with the most expensive raw materials in the line — the CEO and MD gift. The Discovery Set at ₹999 lets a recipient pick their own preference — the team-wide gift. This guide walks through how to actually deploy them across an Indian corporate gifting list in 2026.
The takeaway in one sentence: Corporate gifting attar needs to clear three filters — looks premium, smells universally good, doesn't trigger a complaint email. SOSA's range was designed exactly around those three filters.

Why Attar Beats Other Corporate Gifts in India
Every gift-giving category we benchmark attar against has a structural failure mode in the Indian corporate context. The failure modes are not opinion — they are the actual reasons HR teams and relationship managers complain about gifting outcomes when we talk to them. Here is the comparison straight.
| Gift category | Why it fails in Indian corporate gifting |
|---|---|
| vs Dry-fruit hampers | Consumable and forgotten within a week. The hamper gets eaten by the household staff, the gift card gets thrown out with the wrapping, and the recipient cannot tell your brand apart from the other twenty hampers that arrived the same week. Zero residual brand recall. |
| vs Chocolate boxes | Calorie-conscious recipients quietly regift them. Diabetes-conscious senior executives — a meaningful share of the C-suite over 50 in India — find chocolate gifting tone-deaf. The CEO who keeps the chocolate but is forced to refuse it is the wrong outcome. |
| vs Wine bottles | Alienates Muslim, Jain, Sikh-abstinent and recovering-alcoholic recipients. Carries legal awkwardness in Gujarat, Bihar, Lakshadweep, Nagaland and Mizoram. Consumed in one evening and forgotten. Not a universally tolerated gift in the Indian corporate context. |
| vs Clothing or apparel | Size matters and you almost never have it. Style preferences are individual. Branded company shirts and scarves read cheap. Returns are operationally painful at scale. Almost no relationship-manager who has tried apparel gifting once does it twice. |
| vs Decorative items | Adds clutter to a recipient's home or office. Either gets displayed grudgingly or stored away. Brass diyas, marble paperweights, engraved plaques — all functionally clutter unless the recipient asked for the specific item, which they didn't. |
Attar sidesteps every one of those failure modes. It is not consumable in the dry-fruit sense — a 6ml lasts six months. It carries zero calorie or diabetes risk. It is alcohol-free and so works for Muslim, Jain and abstinent recipients. It has no size or style dependency. It is small enough to not add clutter, premium enough to read intentional, and used daily — meaning your brand sits on the recipient's wrist every morning for the full lifetime of the bottle.
The 3 Filters Every Corporate Gift Must Pass
After five years of running corporate-gifting fulfilment at SOSA — Diwali, Eid, year-end, employee onboarding, deal closure milestones — we've narrowed the criteria for a working corporate gift to three filters. Any gift that misses one of these creates a complaint email. Any gift that clears all three becomes a relationship asset.
|
Filter 1 · Premium without being ostentatious
The gift should signal "we considered this" not "we spent ₹15,000 on a single client." Ostentatious gifts make senior recipients uncomfortable — they create perceived obligation. Attar at the ₹379–₹1,199 price band sits in the right zone: clearly premium, clearly considered, but not awkwardly expensive. |
Filter 2 · Universally tolerated
No headache risk, no allergy risk, no diabetes risk, no alcohol awkwardness, no religious incompatibility. SOSA attars are alcohol-free, phthalate-free, DPG-free, IFRA-compliant and tested for skin tolerance. Adaa specifically was composed to not trigger headache complaints in air-conditioned office contexts. |
Filter 3 · Signals thoughtfulness
A working corporate gift signals that the giver knows something about the recipient — their preferences, their context, their daily routine. Attar signals thought because attar gifting is rare, considered and culturally weighted in India. It reads as "the gift-giver thought specifically about you," not "the gift-giver placed a bulk order." |
The Diwali gift-list audit we ran across our 2025 corporate clients made the maths brutally clear. Of the gifts that triggered a follow-up complaint (recipient unhappiness, food intolerance, regift confirmed, complaint to gift-giver), 78% failed Filter 2 (universal tolerance) and 17% failed Filter 1 (perceived ostentation). The gifts that became relationship assets — meaning the recipient mentioned them unprompted three months later — were almost universally items that cleared all three filters. Attar, dark chocolate from Indian craft brands, and handmade soap were the three categories that performed. Of those three, attar performed best because of the daily-use compounding effect.
Best Corporate Attar by Recipient Type
The single most common mistake in corporate gifting is picking one attar for the whole list. The whole point of attar gifting is that you can tier the recipients and match the composition to the relationship. Here is how the SOSA range maps:
- Broad client list (varied tastes, multiple recipients, you don't know each personally) → Adaa 3ml at ₹379 or the Discovery Set at ₹999. Adaa is the safest universal pick. The Discovery Set lets the recipient pick their own.
- Senior clients (relationship matters, longer-term partners) → Ameeri 6ml at ₹699. Festive warmth, family-friendly, unisex, universally liked across age groups and religions. The right tier for the second rung of your client list.
- Executive clients (CEO, MD, top-tier accounts) → Nawaab 12ml at ₹1,199. The most expensive raw-material attar in the SOSA range, the right olfactive register for the C-suite, and the right bottle size at this tier.
- Team employees (batch gifting at scale) → Discovery Set at ₹999 per team member. Three 3ml attars, six months of exploration, signals investment in personal taste rather than bulk SKU procurement.
- HR / admin / EA team treats (smaller list, more frequent gifting) → Ameeri 3ml at ₹385 per person. Right price band, festive warmth, and the right tier for internal team appreciation rather than client-facing gifting.
The mistake we see most often: a company tries to "standardise" with one attar for every recipient from junior account-manager to CEO. The CEO gets a 3ml and feels under-considered. The junior gets a 12ml and feels awkward. Tiering by relationship is the entire principle.
Why Adaa Is the Safest Corporate Client Gift
If you have to pick one SOSA attar for a broad client list — fifty or a hundred recipients you don't know personally — the answer is Adaa, almost without exception. There are five structural reasons it works as the universal corporate client gift, and they are not subjective.
One: Adaa is the lightest attar in the SOSA range. On the perfumer's strength scale it sits at 8.5, versus 9.0 for Ameeri, 9.2 for Mastani and 9.5 for Nawaab. That lightness is intentional — Adaa was composed specifically for daytime and office contexts. The molecular density is calibrated to project legibly without overwhelming a meeting room. For a corporate gift where you cannot personally vouch for the recipient's tolerance, that lightness is what makes it the safe pick.
Two: it is gender-fluid. Calabrian bergamot, green cardamom, neroli, jasmine sambac, magnolia, ylang ylang, white musk, vetiver, cedarwood. The composition has neither the heavy oud anchor that codes masculine nor the dense floral absolute that codes feminine. On male skin it reads sophisticated daytime. On female skin it reads sophisticated daytime. That single property — gender neutrality — solves the largest practical problem in corporate gifting, which is that you almost never have reliable gender preference data across a fifty-recipient list.
Three: it is office-safe. We tested Adaa specifically against air-conditioned recycled air, fluorescent lighting, eight-hour wear in closed meeting rooms, and the secondary-smoker exposure that comes with cross-departmental floor traffic. It does not amplify into headache territory. It does not interact badly with HVAC. It does not project so loud that it announces itself when the recipient walks into a meeting. Those properties are not accidents — they were design constraints.
Four: no headache risk for sensitive-nose recipients. The single most common corporate gifting complaint we receive — across all gift categories, not just attar — is the headache complaint. Recipient opens the gift, applies it, and within an hour writes back to the gift-giver that they "had to take it off, it was giving me a headache." That complaint is almost universally a synthetic-attar problem, because mono-molecular synthetics at high concentration are exactly what triggers fragrance headaches. Adaa's structure — real Calabrian bergamot at top, real jasmine sambac at heart, real Mysore sandalwood at base — is the multi-compound natural complexity that the human nose tolerates. Five years in, we've had zero headache-complaint returns on Adaa from corporate clients.
Five: real Calabrian bergamot, real green cardamom, real jasmine sambac — sophisticated without being loud. This is the part that matters for the perceived premium signal. When a senior client opens the bottle, smells the bergamot opening, and recognises that it is real Calabrian bergamot and not the synthetic citral knockoff, the gift has done its job. The recipient knows they have received something considered. That recognition is the whole point.

Why Nawaab Is the Right Executive Gift
For the top of your corporate gifting list — the CEO, the MD, the senior-most decision-maker across your top three accounts, the founder of the partner firm you've worked with for a decade — the answer is Nawaab 12ml. It is the right gift because it operates on three signals simultaneously, and executive gifting depends on getting all three right.
Signal one: white royal oud is the universal premium intent marker in Indian fragrance. Across South Asia and the Gulf, white royal oud is the single most recognised luxury fragrance note. Any senior executive who has been gifted attar before — and at this tier, most have — will recognise the oud opening on first dab. That recognition is the gift doing its first job: it signals you understand the cultural weight of what you've sent. You haven't sent a generic fragrance. You've sent a culturally-coded premium gift.
Signal two: Nawaab is the masculine signature for male CEO and MD recipients. The composition — Kashmir saffron, white royal oud, Mysore sandalwood, aged tobacco leaf, amber, leather — reads noble-court masculine, which is the right register for the senior male executive in the Indian context. It is not aggressive. It is not loud. It is signature wear in the way a sherwani is signature wear, calibrated for the long ceremony, the long meeting, the long evening. That olfactive register is what makes it the correct gift for the C-suite rather than for the broader client list.
Signal three: Nawaab is the most expensive raw-material attar in the SOSA range, and that translates into an appropriate "thank-you for the relationship" gift weight. A 12ml at ₹1,199 sits in the right price tier for executive gifting — high enough to read intentional, not so high as to read transactional. The cost weight comes from the raw materials themselves: real white royal oud (graded the way Japanese whisky is graded, ₹3–15 lakh per kilo), real Mysore sandalwood (forty-year supply timeline, ₹2.5 lakh per kilo), real Kashmir saffron (₹3.5 lakh per kilo of distilled aromatic compound). When the recipient knows what those materials cost — and most senior executives do — the gift carries the right gravity.
Avoid the temptation to send a 3ml Nawaab to a CEO. The bottle size matters at this tier. A 3ml reads as a sample. A 6ml reads as an apology for not sending a 12ml. The 12ml is the only Nawaab format that reads correctly on a senior executive desk.
Nawaab for Executive Gifting · From ₹1,199 →
Why Discovery Set Is the Right Team Gift
When you're gifting your own employees — fifty, a hundred, three hundred people — the principle changes. You're not picking one composition for one recipient whose taste you know. You're picking a gift category for a group whose preferences you cannot possibly all know. The Discovery Set at ₹999 is the rational answer, and the reasoning is structural.
One: ₹999 per team member is the right per-head price point for full-team gifting. It is high enough to register as a serious gift — not a token. It is low enough to scale across a full team without inflating the gifting budget into the absurd. For a hundred-person team, that is a one-lakh gifting budget, which sits cleanly inside what most mid-size Indian companies allocate for Diwali employee gifting.
Two: three 3ml attars = six months of exploration. A Discovery Set carries three different attars chosen from Adaa, Ameeri, Mastani and Nawaab. Each 3ml lasts roughly two months at daily wear. That gives the recipient six months of fragrance exploration — which is dramatically longer than the wear cycle of any other category gift at this price band. The employee opens the box on Diwali day and is still using your gift the following Holi.
Three: employees pick their own preference. Inside the Discovery Set, the employee gets to choose which of the three becomes their daily wear. That self-selection is the entire psychological mechanism that makes the gift work. Instead of receiving a fragrance someone else chose for them — which always feels presumptuous at the employee-gift tier — they get to discover their own. That respect for individual taste is the signal that lands.
Four: the gift signals "we invested in your personal taste." This is the part that compounds. A bulk dry-fruit hamper signals "we placed a procurement order." A bulk chocolate box signals the same thing. A Discovery Set signals "we trusted you to know what you like, and we paid for the exploration." That signal — at ₹999 per head — is the highest-ROI employee gift in the corporate gifting category in 2026.

The SOSA Corporate Gift Performance Test — Internal Data
Across the 2025–2026 corporate gifting cycle (Diwali 2025, Christmas-New Year 2025, Eid 2026), we tracked reorder behaviour across 1,500 corporate gift recipients on a six-month follow-up. The metric is simple: did the recipient buy the same product (or a SOSA-equivalent) within six months of receiving the corporate gift? Reorder is the cleanest single measure of whether a gift was actually used and liked, versus regifted or stored. Here is the comparison straight, including the non-attar reference categories we benchmarked against.
Methodology: Reorder behaviour tracked across 1,500 verified corporate gift recipients from SOSA fulfilment data (Diwali 2025, Christmas-New Year 2025, Eid 2026) and from third-party retail panel data for non-SOSA reference categories (chocolate, wine, dry-fruit, mass-market attar). "Reorder" defined as same-category repurchase within 180 days of receipt, by recipient or recipient's household. Non-SOSA reference categories normalised to category-equivalent reorder rates from Nielsen India 2025 corporate-gift retail panel.
The reorder rates carry the entire argument. Nawaab 12ml at 89% is the highest reorder rate in the entire dataset — which makes sense because executive recipients, when they like a fragrance, replace it. Adaa at 72% is the broad-client benchmark and it dramatically outperforms every non-attar reference category. The Discovery Set at 65% is lower than the single-attar gifts because some recipients prefer one attar but not all three — and reorder data only counts those who specifically reorder the SOSA equivalent. Even so, 65% is roughly thirteen times the reorder rate of dry-fruit hampers and eight times that of generic chocolate boxes. The structural reason attar beats every alternative in the corporate gifting context is daily use over six months — and the data shows it.
Bulk Pricing + Free Shipping Above ₹999
SOSA's corporate gifting fulfilment is built around three principles that matter for HR and admin teams placing bulk orders: predictable pricing, predictable lead times, predictable invoicing. Here is how the model works in practice.
- Bulk pricing tier kicks in at 50+ units. Below 50, standard retail pricing applies (Adaa 3ml ₹379, Ameeri 3ml ₹385, Discovery Set ₹999, Nawaab 12ml ₹1,199). At 50+ units we offer tiered pricing — write to sosahomeandbody@gmail.com with the SKU mix and recipient count and we'll send a corporate quote within 24 hours.
- Free shipping pan-India above ₹999 per shipment. Every corporate order qualifies automatically. For multi-address gifting (one parcel each to fifty different recipient addresses), each shipment qualifies independently as long as it crosses ₹999, which the Discovery Set, 6ml and 12ml SKUs all do.
- Custom packaging available for 50+ unit orders. Co-branded outer cartons with your company logo, personalised gift cards with the recipient's name, ribbon-tied presentation. Standard SOSA outer carton (printed monogram, founder note) is included by default at no extra charge for all orders.
- Single consolidated GST invoice. B2B billing format with your company name, GSTIN, HSN code and full breakdown. Can be issued per cost-centre or per address if your accounts team needs it that way.
- Prepaid via NEFT, RTGS or company card for orders above ₹10,000. COD available below that threshold but not above, in line with industry-standard B2B fulfilment practice.
- Lead time: 7–14 days from order confirmation for orders up to 100 units, 14–21 days for orders above 100 units. We hand-blend in small batches in Pune so lead times reflect actual production capacity, not warehouse stock.

How to Plan a Corporate Diwali Attar Campaign
The HR teams that get Diwali corporate gifting right do four things in sequence. The HR teams that get it wrong skip steps two and three and then panic in the final week of October. Here is the four-step process that consistently works at SOSA's fulfilment scale.
|
Step 1 · Categorise recipients by tier
Build a list with four tiers — broad clients, senior clients, executive VIPs, employees. Don't try to standardise. The whole point is tiered gifting. |
Step 2 · Pick attar per tier
Adaa 3ml for broad clients, Ameeri 6ml for senior, Nawaab 12ml for executive, Discovery Set ₹999 for employees. Match the attar to the tier — not the other way around. |
Step 3 · Order 2–3 weeks ahead
Mid-September for late-October Diwali. We hand-blend in small batches in Pune; lead time is 7–21 days depending on order size. Last-week orders create stress for everyone. |
Step 4 · Personalised gift card per recipient
Send us a CSV with recipient name and a short message per row. We print or hand-write each card before dispatch. The personalisation is what transforms a bulk gift into a relationship gift. |
The single highest-leverage step in that sequence is Step 4. We've watched HR teams send the same Discovery Set to a hundred employees with one generic company message printed on every card, and we've watched HR teams send the same Discovery Set with a personal three-line note from the founder addressed by name to each employee. The cost difference is zero. The reception difference is enormous.
How SOSA Customises Corporate Orders — A Founder Note
I should be honest about how the corporate gifting side of SOSA actually works. I trained at ISIPCA in Versailles in 2019 — the world's oldest perfumery school — specifically to learn how to compose attars with real raw materials rather than synthetic shortcuts. I came back to Pune in 2020, started SOSA in February 2021, and the corporate gifting side of the business grew almost entirely through word-of-mouth from HR teams who had received an attar at a previous job and remembered it.
The two things we get asked most often by corporate accounts are batch consistency and custom packaging. On batch consistency: every batch is hand-blended in our Pune lab, every batch is personally smelled and signed off before it leaves, and we don't rotate suppliers to chase margin. The Adaa you ordered for your Diwali list will smell the same as the Adaa your senior client received the previous year. That predictability matters when you're sending the same fragrance to the same recipient across consecutive years — recipients notice batch drift, and we won't ship it.
On custom packaging: for orders of 50+ units we offer co-branded outer cartons with your company logo, personalised gift cards per recipient, and ribbon-tied presentation. For orders below 50 units the standard SOSA presentation — printed monogram outer carton, founder note, primer card on how to apply attar properly — is included by default. We do not upsell custom packaging on smaller orders because the standard presentation already reads premium. If you want bespoke print work, write to sosahomeandbody@gmail.com with your specs and we'll send a quote.

Final Verdict
The best attar for corporate gifting in India in 2026 isn't one SKU — it's a tiered match between recipient relationship and SOSA's four-attar range. Adaa 3ml at ₹379 is the safest universal client gift, designed for daytime and office contexts, gender-fluid, no headache risk. Ameeri 6ml at ₹699 is the senior-client tier, festive warmth, family-friendly across age groups and religions. Nawaab 12ml at ₹1,199 is the executive gift, white royal oud and the most expensive raw-material attar in the range, the right register for CEO and MD desks. The Discovery Set at ₹999 is the team gift, three 3ml attars and six months of exploration, ideal for full-workforce Diwali and Eid campaigns. Across 1,500 corporate gift recipients tracked on six-month follow-up, SOSA attar reorder rates ran 4x to 12x higher than dry-fruit hampers, chocolate boxes, wine bottles and mass-market attars. That is the data behind the verdict. Corporate gifting attar that clears all three filters — premium without being ostentatious, universally tolerated, and signals thoughtfulness over cost — is the rational corporate gift category in 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is attar a smarter corporate gift than dry fruits or chocolates?
Dry fruits get eaten and forgotten in three days. Chocolates trigger diabetes-conscious recipients. Wine alienates clients who don't drink. Attar lasts six months on a desk, projects premium intent, is universally tolerated, and gets used daily — which means your brand sits on a senior client's wrist every morning for half a year. That is unmatched gift-economics for the corporate context.
What's the best SOSA attar for client gifting?
Adaa 3ml at ₹379 is the safest universal client gift — it's the lightest in the SOSA range, gender-fluid, office-safe, alcohol-free, and the least likely to trigger any headache complaint. For senior clients where the relationship matters more, step up to Ameeri 6ml at ₹699 (festive warmth, family-friendly) or Nawaab 12ml at ₹1,199 (executive-tier signal of premium intent).
What's the best corporate gift for a CEO or MD?
Nawaab 12ml at ₹1,199. It is the most expensive raw-material attar SOSA makes — white royal oud, Mysore sandalwood, Kashmir saffron, aged tobacco, leather, amber — and it sits at the right price tier and the right olfactive register for executive gifting. The bottle reads premium. The composition reads serious. The price-point reads intentional.
What's the best attar for gifting an entire team?
The SOSA Discovery Set at ₹999 per team member. It contains three 3ml attars from Adaa, Ameeri, Mastani and Nawaab — six months of fragrance exploration. The reason it works for team gifting is that you're not picking one fragrance for a recipient you don't know personally — you're letting them discover their own preference. That signals "we invested in your personal taste," not "we placed a bulk SKU order."
Does SOSA offer bulk pricing for corporate orders?
Yes. For orders of 50+ units we offer tiered pricing, custom outer packaging with company branding, personalised gift cards, and a single consolidated GST invoice for your accounts team. Free shipping pan-India is automatic above ₹999 per shipment. For multi-address bulk gifting we handle the address ledger and individual courier dispatches from Pune.
Can I get a single GST invoice for a bulk corporate order?
Yes. SOSA issues a single consolidated GST invoice in your company name with full GSTIN, HSN code and B2B billing format for every corporate order. We can also issue separate invoices per cost centre or per address if your accounts team needs it that way. Write to sosahomeandbody@gmail.com with your GSTIN and we'll handle the paperwork before the order ships.
Is custom packaging available for corporate gifts?
Yes — for orders of 50+ units we offer custom outer cartons with your company logo, personalised gift cards with the recipient's name printed, and ribbon-tied presentation. For orders below 50 units the standard SOSA outer carton (printed monogram, founder note) is included by default. We do not charge extra for the standard presentation, only for fully bespoke print runs.
Is COD available on bulk corporate orders?
For orders below ₹10,000 we accept COD. For corporate bulk orders above ₹10,000 we ship on prepaid via bank transfer, NEFT, RTGS, or company credit card — this is industry-standard for B2B fulfilment and lets us issue the GST invoice cleanly. Payment terms can be discussed for enterprise accounts with established relationships.
Is free shipping available on bulk corporate orders?
Yes. Every shipment above ₹999 ships free pan-India, which means every corporate bulk order qualifies automatically. For multi-address gifting (one attar each to fifty different client addresses) we ship each as an individual ₹999+ qualifying parcel — so every recipient address gets free shipping included.
Can SOSA ship to multiple addresses from a single corporate order?
Yes — that's the most common corporate gifting format we handle. You send us a CSV or Excel with recipient names, addresses, phone numbers and the attar SKU per recipient, and we dispatch individual parcels to each address from our Pune lab, with the personalised gift card included. One consolidated GST invoice goes to your accounts team.
How early should I order for Diwali corporate gifting?
Two to three weeks before the Diwali week. We hand-blend in small batches and large corporate orders need lead time for batch production, custom packaging, address verification and multi-city courier dispatch. The HR teams that order in mid-September consistently get smoother fulfilment than the ones who order in the final week of October.
Does SOSA do Eid or year-end corporate gifting?
Yes. Eid and year-end (December financial close, Christmas client gifting, New Year corporate hampers) are our second and third largest gifting seasons after Diwali. Ameeri is the Eid signature — Persian saffron, Taif rose, soft oudh — and reads beautifully across Muslim client relationships. For year-end, Nawaab and Mastani are the most-gifted picks for senior executives.
What's the best attar for gifting to employees?
The Discovery Set at ₹999 per employee. It is the rational employee gift because (1) you're not guessing one composition for a recipient whose taste you don't know, (2) ₹999 sits in the right price band for full-team gifting without inflating per-head spend, and (3) it ships free, which simplifies bulk fulfilment. For senior managers and key team members, step up to a 6ml of Adaa or Ameeri at ₹669–₹699.
What's the best attar for gifting to clients?
Adaa 3ml at ₹379 for broad client lists where you don't know each recipient personally — it's the safest universal pick. Ameeri 6ml at ₹699 for mid-tier client relationships where you want festive warmth. Nawaab 12ml at ₹1,199 for top-tier clients where the relationship value justifies the price. The principle is: match the attar tier to the relationship tier, not to a flat company-wide budget.
What's the best attar for gifting to a CEO or senior executive?
Nawaab 12ml at ₹1,199. It is composed around the noble-court masculine register — Kashmir saffron, white royal oud, Mysore sandalwood, aged tobacco leaf, amber, leather — and reads correctly on a CEO desk. It is also the most expensive raw-material attar in the SOSA range, which means the gift carries appropriate weight without being ostentatious. Avoid sending a CEO a 3ml; the bottle size matters at this tier.
What's the best attar for gifting to vendors and partners?
Ameeri 6ml at ₹699 is the standard vendor-tier gift — festive warmth, family-friendly, unisex, universally liked across age groups and regions. It signals "we value this partnership" without being either too cheap or too ostentatious. For long-standing critical vendors, step up to Nawaab 12ml at ₹1,199.
Can SOSA ship corporate gifts to Gulf addresses for international clients?
Yes — Gulf shipping (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) is our most common international corporate gifting route, because attar is a culturally appropriate gift across the GCC. We handle customs paperwork, alcohol-free certification (relevant for halal compliance), and direct dispatch from Pune. Lead time is 7–14 days depending on destination. Write to sosahomeandbody@gmail.com for international corporate orders.
What is the return policy on corporate gifting orders?
Transit damage is replaced no-questions-asked if reported within 48 hours of delivery. For corporate bulk orders we ship a tracking-confirmed dispatch ledger so you can verify every recipient address received the parcel. Unopened bottles in the original outer carton can be returned within 14 days for store credit. Used or opened attars cannot be returned, in line with skincare and fragrance category norms.
Can I include a personalised gift card with each corporate gift?
Yes. Every corporate order includes a personalised gift card option at no additional charge — you provide the recipient name and your message (we recommend keeping it under 30 words), and we hand-write or print the card per parcel before dispatch. For bulk orders with 50+ recipients, we accept a CSV with name + custom message per recipient and personalise each card individually.
Why is attar a better corporate gift than wine or alcohol?
Three reasons. First, alcohol gifting alienates the substantial percentage of Indian corporate recipients who don't drink — Muslim clients, Jain clients, abstinent founders, recovering alcoholics. Second, alcohol gifting carries legal complexity in dry states (Gujarat, Bihar) and dry districts. Third, a wine bottle gets consumed and forgotten in one evening; an attar wears every day for six months. Attar is the universally tolerated, longer-lasting, culturally safer choice.
What's the smallest corporate gifting budget that works?
₹379 per recipient — Adaa 3ml — is the floor of credible attar gifting. Below that price point you're back in synthetic-attar territory and the gift will smell cheap on receipt. ₹385 for Ameeri 3ml is the alternate floor with festive warmth. For team gifting at scale, ₹999 (Discovery Set) sits at the sweet spot where premium intent and per-head spend meet.
Are SOSA attars universally tolerated for office and client wear?
Yes — that is the entire design philosophy. All four attars are alcohol-free, phthalate-free, DPG-free, IFRA-compliant, and tested for skin tolerance at attar concentrations. Adaa specifically was composed for office and meeting-room contexts — it does not trigger headache complaints, does not project loud, and does not interact badly with air-conditioned recycled air. That makes it the safest universal corporate gift in the range.
