The honest version of this answer starts with what you are giving up. A repeatable gift works because nobody has to decide anything - not you, not your colleague covering for you, not the person who joins next March. The price of that is real: the gift says nothing about the individual who receives it, because it was never chosen for them. A repeated gift is a slightly worse gift for each person and a very much better system. At twenty to thirty a month, the system is what you are actually buying, and a ₹449 to ₹509 car scent is a reasonable thing to build it out of.
The workhorse citrus, and the least likely thing in the range to be disliked by somebody who did not choose it. SOSA Lemon hanging car perfume, ₹499 for 12ml - mild scent-throw, and available as the stronger spray at exactly the same ₹499. If a programme is going to run one scent for a year, this is a defensible one to run.
Quick answers — read this first
What makes a gift repeatable at twenty to thirty customers a month? Three properties: one decision made once, few enough variants to reorder without thinking, and nothing that has to be explained at the moment of giving. A SOSA hanging car perfume at ₹449 to ₹509 fits all three, and the same object every month is the point rather than a compromise.
Is it a problem that everybody gets the same thing? It is a real cost and worth naming. A gift chosen for one person says something a standard gift cannot, and at this volume you are trading that away deliberately. What you get back is that the gesture happens every time instead of when somebody remembers, which is the failure mode of every hand-picked programme.
How many scents should a repeating programme carry? One or two. Every extra variant is another thing to reorder and another decision at the desk, and offering the customer a choice quietly puts back the decision you removed. Lemon at ₹499 and Icy Mint at ₹489 are the two least likely to be disliked by somebody who did not choose them.
The short answer
Short answer: Give the same thing every time and accept that it is not personal. SOSA hanging car perfumes are Rs 449 to Rs 509 in eight scents, and the mild hanging and stronger spray of a scent cost the same. Carry one or two scents, not eight, and no rate at quantity is published.
The pick: One mild hanging from ₹449, the same scent every month, with a second scent only if somebody will genuinely manage two.
Why: It removes the decision from a process that happens twenty to thirty times a month, it needs no explaining at the desk, and there is nowhere in a car to put it away.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
What congratulatory gift can I repeat for twenty to thirty car finance customers every month?
Something identical, cheap to reorder and impossible to get wrong - and the trade behind that sentence is worth stating plainly before you commit to it. A repeatable gift is not a personal gift. It is a house gesture. The customer who gets it is not being told that somebody thought about them specifically, they are being told that this is what happens here, which is a smaller and more truthful message. In exchange, three things stop going wrong: it happens on the busy weeks as well as the quiet ones, nobody has to choose under time pressure, and there is nothing for a colleague covering your desk to get wrong. A hanging car perfume is a sensible object for this because it requires no taste information, no size, no fit and no explanation: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Those are the published retail prices, which is the only pricing SOSA publishes: no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity and no slab exists anywhere, so do your own monthly arithmetic from the list and settle quantities on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. And no gift programme can be promised to produce anything measurable at the other end; what it can be designed to do is survive a busy month, which is a real and testable goal. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The question is not what is the best gift. It is what still happens in the third week of a bad month, when nobody has time to think about gifts at all.
The system, not the present: one mild hanging from ₹449, the same scent every month, reordered without a meeting. Same price as the stronger spray.
What repeatability buys you, and what it quietly costs
Repeatability is usually discussed as though it were only a convenience. It is a design decision with a cost and a benefit, and both are worth looking at squarely before you pick an object, because the object is the easy part.
1
The benefit
What you are buying is the absence of a decision
Twenty to thirty times a month is roughly one every working day. At that rate, any step that requires judgement will be skipped on the days it is most needed, which are exactly the days when three customers close at once.
So the property you want is not thoughtfulness, it is a gesture that survives being done badly. One object, one price, no choice, no wrapping decision, no note to compose, nothing to look up about the recipient. It gets given by whoever is at the desk, including the person who started last week and has never been briefed. That is the actual specification, and almost nothing sold as a corporate gift meets it.
There is a second benefit that people notice only after a few months: an identical gift removes ranking. When everybody gets the same thing, nobody can work out whether they got the good version, and two customers who compare notes in a car park find nothing to compare. A programme with three tiers has that conversation waiting inside it from the first week.
Tip: Design for the third week of a bad month, not for the day you set the programme up.
2
The cost
The gift stops being about the person, and that is a real loss
It is worth being straight about this rather than pretending repeatability is free. When you hand the same object to every customer, there is no personal choice in it at all, and an attentive recipient can tell. A gift selected for one person carries information - somebody noticed something about you. A standard gift carries a different message: this is what this business does for everybody who finishes here.
That second message is not worthless, and it is not a failure. It is simply smaller and more honest, and it is the only message that scales. The mistake is to design a repeating programme and then describe it as though it were a considered personal gesture, because the gap between what you say and what the customer holds is exactly where a gift becomes embarrassing.
So set expectations internally in the same terms. The thing you are running is a house courtesy at a fixed price point, delivered consistently. If somebody on the team wants to do something individual for one customer they know well, let them do that separately and pay for it separately - a two-scent combo at ₹899 or a Discovery Set from ₹699 is a reasonable exception object. Keep the exception outside the system rather than inside it.
3
The failure mode
Variant count is what actually breaks these programmes
Eight scents are available as a hanging, and the instinct at twenty to thirty a month is to carry several and let the customer pick. That instinct is expensive in ways that never appear on an invoice.
Each extra scent is another line to reorder, another thing to count on a shelf, another possibility of running short of exactly the one somebody wants, and - worst of all - a fragrance conversation at the end of a finance appointment that nobody planned for. Offering a choice puts back the decision you built the whole programme to remove. One scent is defensible and boring. Two is comfortable. Three is a programme somebody has to manage.
If you carry two, choose them so they do not overlap and so neither is a strong opinion. Lemon at ₹499 and Icy Mint at ₹489 are the two least likely to be disliked by somebody who did not choose them. Resist making Oud at ₹509 a default: it is the most distinctive scent in the range, which is exactly why it is the wrong one to put in a stranger's car without asking.
Tip: One scent is boring and works. Three scents is a job somebody now owns.
The decision this whole category turns on
Hanging or spray is a scent-throw choice, not a budget choice
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two formats at the same price: the hanging is the mild scent-throw, the spray is the stronger one. Jasmine is ₹449 either way, Lemon ₹499 either way, Oud ₹509 either way. So the question is never which one you can afford - it is who controls the dose. Hand a car to somebody whose taste you have never asked about and the mild hanging is the safer object, because a person who finds a sealed car too loud cannot turn a scent down, only take it out.
How to set a repeating gift up once and leave it alone
Write down that this is a house gesture, not a chosen gift. Say it internally too.
Pick one scent as the default. Add a second only if someone will manage two.
Take the mild hanging, Rs 449 to Rs 509, over the stronger spray. Same price.
Keep the exception outside the system: one person, one occasion, paid separately.
The SOSA principle
A repeated gift is slightly worse for each individual and far better as a system, and the trade is worth making at volume because the alternative is not a better gift. The alternative is a gift that happens in quiet months and quietly stops in busy ones.
Consistency is the only feature of a gifting programme that a customer can actually observe, and it is the only one that costs nothing extra once the decision has been made once.
How few scents a repeating gift can carry
If you are running one scent for everybody, pick it for how few people will object rather than for how many will love it - those are different criteria and only the first one scales. Jasmine at ₹449 is the lowest-priced and the most conventionally pleasant, which makes it the obvious single default. Icy Mint at ₹489 is the sharpest and reads as clean rather than scented, which is a useful quality in a car somebody did not choose a fragrance for. Lemon at ₹499 is the workhorse citrus and the safest thing to put in a stranger's car. Sandalwood and Lavender at ₹479 are the two that read as considered, and are the better choice if the gesture needs to look less functional. Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at ₹509 carry the most character and make excellent self-purchases and poor defaults. No scent is liked by everybody, and a programme built on the assumption that one is will find out in month two.
The SOSA gift edit
Four ways to run a monthly gift, from most repeatable to least
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
One scent for everybody · from ₹449
The most repeatable option there is: one line to reorder, no decision at the desk, nothing to rank. It fails only in the sense that it is visibly standard, which is the price of the whole arrangement. If somebody on the team cannot live with that, they have not accepted what a repeating programme is.
Two scents, given at random · ₹449 to ₹509
Slightly more interesting to hand over and still manageable, because nobody is choosing - you simply hand over whichever is nearest. It fails the moment somebody starts matching scents to customers, at which point you have a three-minute conversation per handover and no system left.
Letting the customer choose from eight · the generous version
It feels like the kindest option and is the first one to collapse. It adds a fragrance consultation to the end of a finance appointment, it means carrying every variant, and it produces the awkward case where the one somebody wants is not in the drawer that week.
A voucher of equivalent value · the infinitely repeatable one
Perfectly repeatable and almost weightless to administer, which is why so many teams end up here. Its weakness is that it is a task rather than an object: it asks the customer to go and do something before anything nice happens, and a fair proportion never do.
What happens after the gift
The 15ml refill is bigger than the 12ml bottle and costs less than a new unit
Refills run ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, and ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud - against ₹449 to ₹509 for the unit itself. This matters for one honest reason and not the flattering one: a gift that can be continued without being sold to is a different object from a gift that simply runs out. Whether anybody continues it is up to them, and no supplier can promise you they will.
Two facts about the range that matter to anybody planning a repeating line. First, there is no premium tier inside the hanging format - all eight scents sit between ₹449 and ₹509, a spread of sixty rupees - so you cannot make one month feel different by upgrading the scent. To change the size of the gesture you have to change the object: a combo at ₹899 to ₹949, a Discovery Set at ₹699 to ₹899, a 50ml spray at ₹1,499, or SOSA Safar at ₹3,999. Note that nothing is published between ₹949 and ₹1,499, so do not plan against a smooth ladder. Second, the 15ml refills at ₹399 to ₹449 are larger than the 12ml bottle and cost less than the unit, and they fit the hanging rather than the spray. That is a property of the product and not a forecast about anybody's behaviour.
The lowest-priced hanging in the range at ₹449, and the reason most per-car budgets get built around this number. Available as the mild hanging or the stronger spray at the same ₹449.
Eight scents from ₹399. The refill is 15ml against the 12ml bottle it refills, and costs less than buying the unit again - so the person who was given one can carry on without being sold to.
Three sprays from ₹699, or all nine at ₹2,999. The honest answer when the recipient's taste is genuinely unknown: let them find out rather than guessing on their behalf.
from ₹699
When one particular car is not part of the programme
SOSA Safar ₹3,999 for a car, SOSA Vaayu ₹11,999 for the building it is parked at
Safar is the waterless, cordless, rechargeable cold-diffusion perfume diffuser for a car or a travel bag - ₹3,999 for the SOSA-scent trios and ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios. It is not a volume gift and should not be described as one; it is what a business reaches for when a single handover genuinely warrants it. Vaayu is the same waterless idea sized for a building: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks - which makes it a showroom or workshop question rather than a gifting one. Both run waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm, and neither takes the ₹299 water-based Hotel Collection bottle. No runtime, battery life or coverage figure is published for Safar. Both add a scent to a space; neither removes one.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
The best gifting programme is not the one that produces the nicest single moment. It is the one still running unchanged in eighteen months, because nobody ever had to have a meeting about it.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA car fragrance range
Choose the format on scent-throw first, because it does not change the price

Every price above is the published retail price on the live SOSA product page, which is what any business should build its own arithmetic on. SOSA does not publish a bulk rate, a minimum order quantity, a slab, a dispatch window or any commercial term, and nothing on this page should be read as one. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; quantities and everything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest price sheet
What SOSA publishes, and what SOSA does not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
The same scents as sprays, at the same price. Hanging is the mild scent-throw, spray is the stronger one, and they cost the same - so the choice is about who controls the dose, not about money. Mysore Orange Blossom ₹549 is a spray only and has no hanging format.
Combos and sets - two-scent combos ₹899 to ₹949, the Discovery Set of three sprays ₹699 to ₹899, all nine sprays ₹2,999, and 50ml sprays ₹1,499. SOSA Safar ₹3,999, or ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios.
Duration - the only car product publishing a figure is Mysore Orange Blossom: 10ml is about 100 sprays lasting about 3 months, 50ml is about 500 sprays lasting about a year or more. Those numbers belong to that spray and to nothing else. No duration is published for the hanging format.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount; any dispatch, delivery or cut-off timing; any payment, invoicing or credit term; case packs, carton sizes or unit weights; any claim that a gift will change a customer's behaviour, a survey score or a repeat rate; and any claim that a fragrance removes, neutralises or purifies anything. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Buying for a business rather than for one person? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: roughly how many vehicles or people a month, whether the recipient chooses the scent or you do, whether you want the mild hanging or the stronger spray, and whether the label needs to carry your logo. You will get one straight answer rather than a catalogue. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any bulk rate, any minimum order quantity, any slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, and any payment or invoicing term. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the whole of the branding offer, and there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap or hamper. There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme; everything commercial is a conversation on WhatsApp. Bespoke composition, a fragrance composed for you by Sonal, is a real SOSA service and is also discussed there. Where SOSA is: SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. There is no SOSA shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city, so anything here about Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or anywhere else is about the businesses and the cars in those cities and not about a local branch.

ISIPCA Versailles
A note from Sonal
The businesses that write to SOSA about car fragrance almost never open with a question about fragrance. They open with a question about a drawer. Somebody ordered five hundred of something last year, and most of it is still sitting in a drawer at the back of the showroom, and nobody wants to repeat that.
What makes a car product different from the keychain and the diary is not that it is nicer. It is that there is nowhere to put it away. A hanging perfume is hanging. It is not in a bag to be taken home and forgotten; it is in the one enclosed space the person is going to sit in tomorrow morning. That is an argument about geometry rather than about generosity, and it is the only argument for this category I am willing to make.
The thing I would push back on hardest is the instinct to buy the strongest one. When you are choosing on somebody else's behalf, and you will never meet most of them, the mild hanging is the correct choice and it costs exactly the same as the spray. A person who finds a scent too loud in a sealed car cannot turn it down; they can only take it out. Quiet is what lets a gift survive contact with a stranger's taste.
And the part I will not pretend about: I cannot tell you this will bring anyone back. No fragrance house can honestly tell a business what a gift will do to its numbers. What I can tell you is what the product is, what it costs, and what happens when somebody likes it enough to buy the refill themselves - which is the only loyalty any of us actually earns.
Frequently asked questions
What is a good repeatable gift for twenty to thirty finance customers a month?
Something identical every time, cheap to reorder, and impossible to get wrong at the desk. A hanging car perfume fits because it needs no taste information, no size and no explanation. SOSA prices are Rs 449 for Jasmine, Rs 479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, Rs 489 for Icy Mint, Rs 499 for Lemon and Rs 509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver.
Is it bad that every customer receives the same thing?
It is a genuine trade rather than a flaw. A gift chosen for one person carries information that a standard gift cannot, and at this volume you are giving that up on purpose. What you get is a gesture that happens on busy weeks too, and one that nobody can rank against what another customer received.
How many scents should we carry for a monthly programme?
One or two. Each additional variant is another line to reorder and another decision at the desk, and letting customers choose puts back the decision the programme exists to remove. Lemon at Rs 499 and Icy Mint at Rs 489 are the least likely to be disliked by somebody who did not choose them.
Should we give the hanging or the spray at this volume?
The hanging. Both formats of the same scent cost exactly the same, so it is not a budget question, and the hanging is the mild scent-throw while the spray is the stronger one. When you are choosing for a customer nobody asked, mild is the safer object, because a person who finds a sealed car too strong can only take the product out.
Does anything change once the monthly quantity is large?
Nothing published. SOSA publishes retail prices and no rate, minimum, slab or commercial term of any kind, so any figure below list would be invented. Bulk orders are welcome and a custom label or logo on product is available, which is the entire branding offer. Settle the numbers on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Take the next step
Pick it once, run it for a year, and keep the exceptions outside the system
One mild hanging from ₹449, the same scent every month, costs the same as the stronger spray and needs no decision at the desk. Prices here are published retail prices: do your own monthly arithmetic, then tell SOSA on WhatsApp roughly how many customers a month and whether the label needs your logo.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.
