With a few thousand customers on file, the constraint on a tier benefit is not generosity. It is administration. A benefit that has to be claimed, coded, looked up or redeemed becomes a procedure at the service desk, and a procedure performed a hundred times a month costs more in counter minutes and mistakes than the benefit itself is worth. The version that survives is the one handed over without being claimed - the advisor reaches under the counter, and that is the whole of it. This page is about what can physically sit in that slot, how to set the rungs honestly, and what nobody can promise you about the result.
SOSA car perfume, spray or hanging, from Rs 449
SOSA car perfume · 12ml from ₹449 · Discovery Set from ₹699 from ₹449 →
A rung you can point at rather than one you have to judge. SOSA car perfume, 12ml, ₹449 to ₹509, with combos at ₹899 and ₹949 and a Discovery Set at ₹699 to ₹899 in eight fixed trios. Two variants at the same price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). Alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India.
Quick answers — read this first
What makes a loyalty tier benefit workable at a busy service centre? It has to need no redemption step. A benefit with a code, a card or a lookup becomes a desk procedure repeated hundreds of times a month. SOSA car perfume at ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml is handed over in about four seconds, with no fitment, no model and nothing to explain.

How should a service centre set the tiers? By what is physically in the box, never by a reading of the customer. One 12ml bottle is ₹449 to ₹509. A combo is ₹899 or ₹949. The Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899. A Pack of 9 is ₹2,999 and the 50ml spray is ₹1,499. The trios are fixed.

Is there any published data on what a tier benefit does to later servicing? None at all. SOSA cannot tell you that customers will recommend you or return sooner, and nobody selling you a gift can. What is knowable is the mechanism: the object goes into the car and gets used there. What that is worth to your business is your judgement rather than a claim anybody should be making to you.
The short answer
Short answer: The constraint is administration, not money. A benefit that needs a code, a card or a lookup becomes a desk procedure. SOSA car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml, a combo is Rs 899 or Rs 949, a Discovery Set is Rs 699 to Rs 899 in eight fixed trios, a Pack of 9 is Rs 2,999 and the 50ml spray is Rs 1,499. WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
The pick: A Discovery Set at ₹699 to ₹899 for the top tier and one 12ml bottle at ₹449 to ₹509 below it - tiered by what is in the box, not by a reading of the customer.
Why: Nothing has to be claimed, coded or looked up, and every rung is a published object, so two advisors on two Saturdays hand over exactly the same thing.
Sending something when somebody is having a hard time - at a glanceKeep it small - candle ₹399, attar ₹379, car scent ₹449For their home - reed diffuser ₹749, nothing to switch onSay the words yourself - no card goes in the parcelNever - a parcel instead of turning up
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Straight answer
Our service centre has thousands of customers but only wants to reward the highest-value repeat customers. Could a premium car perfume be a simple loyalty tier benefit?
It can, and the thing to design around is not the object but the absence of a redemption step. Any benefit that has to be claimed, entered, coded or looked up turns into a counter procedure, and at your volume a procedure is where the cost actually is - in advisor minutes, in the arguments about who qualified, and in the customer who was entitled and did not get it. A sealed bottle handed across the counter has none of that. SOSA car perfume is published at ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml, each sold as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) at the same price. Above that sit combos at ₹899 and ₹949, the Discovery Set of three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999 and the 50ml spray at ₹1,499. Tier by what is physically in the box - a rung is a published object, which two advisors on two different Saturdays will interpret identically, whereas a rung defined by an impression of the customer will not survive a month. Everything is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. And the limit: SOSA cannot tell you that customers will return sooner because they reached a tier, since no such data is published anywhere by anybody. No bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time is published; bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The expensive part of a tier is never the gift. It is the minute at the counter, multiplied by every qualifying visit, and a benefit that has to be claimed is mostly made of that minute.
The workable shape: one 12ml bottle, ₹449 to ₹509 at the lower rung and a Discovery Set from ₹699 at the top - published objects, handed over, nothing to claim or look up.

Three things that decide whether a tier benefit survives a busy service desk

Three things, and the first one is about your counter rather than about fragrance at all.

1
The first thing
A benefit that must be claimed is a procedure, and procedures scale badly
Picture the qualifying visit. The advisor has to know the customer qualified, find the thing, confirm it has not already been given, note that it was, and handle the case where the system says one thing and the customer says another. That is four or five steps for an object worth a few hundred rupees, repeated across every qualifying visit in a month.

At a few thousand customers, the benefit is not what you spend - it is what the desk does. Codes get mistyped. Cards get left at home. A customer who genuinely qualified walks out without it and is now annoyed by the very thing meant to please them, which is a strictly worse outcome than never having offered it.

So the design rule comes before the product. The benefit must be handed over, not claimed. Nothing to present, nothing to enter, nothing to look up beyond the flag your system already shows when the job card opens. That rules out a great deal - vouchers, codes, anything needing a follow-up, anything with an expiry to argue about - and it leaves a narrow shape: a physical object, identical for every customer at that rung, sitting under the counter.

A sealed 12ml bottle fits that shape almost exactly. It is the same object whatever the customer drives, so nobody checks a model. It needs no demonstration. It takes about four seconds.
Tip: Design the absence of a redemption step first. The object is the easy part afterwards.
2
The second thing
Tier by what is in the box, and never by a reading of the customer
Here is the published ladder, which is the useful thing about using a real product range: the rungs already exist and you are only choosing where your thresholds land. One 12ml bottle is ₹449 to ₹509 - Jasmine at the bottom, Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at the top. A combo is ₹899 or ₹949, two scents in one box. The Discovery Set is ₹699 to ₹899, three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios. A Pack of 9 is ₹2,999. The 50ml spray is ₹1,499.

Define each rung as an object, not as a description of a person. A rung that reads "one 12ml bottle above your first threshold, a Discovery Set above your second" can be applied identically by any advisor on any Saturday. A rung that reads "the better gift for our better customers" cannot, and within a month you will have two counters doing two different things and a complaint you cannot answer. The threshold itself is yours - a spend figure, a visit count, a number of years - and it belongs in your system rather than on a fragrance page.

Two constraints before you draw the table. The eight trios are fixed, so you select a published set rather than assembling one; a build-your-own three is described as something SOSA is exploring, which is not something you can order. And SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either form, for any scent - only Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, publishes approximately 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and approximately 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499).
3
The third thing
What a tier benefit cannot be sold to you as, however it is dressed
Tier programmes attract outcome language, so here is the boundary written from inside the supplier. SOSA cannot tell you that customers will come back sooner, spend more, or speak about you, and there is no study, figure, case history or published data behind any version of that claim - not at SOSA, and not at the next supplier who offers you one with more confidence.

What is knowable is the mechanism. A published object is handed across a counter with no redemption step. It is identical across every vehicle you service, so the rule is applied the same way twice. It goes into the cabin, where your customer spends real hours, and the form you choose decides whether they start it or you do. What that is worth to your business is your judgement rather than a claim anybody should be making to you.

Then the commercial position, which is short. There is no bulk rate, no minimum quantity, no price break, no lead time and no per-unit figure published anywhere, and no formal programme, portal or tiered trade arrangement either. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, which is the one branding option there is. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card. There is no carton, no ribbon and no message card. Take your qualifying-visit count to WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Tip: Bring your qualifying-visit count. There is no published list of rates to read first.
SOSA Mysore Orange Blossom car perfume spray, Rs 549
The two variants, and why the price is not the question
Spray or Hanging - same product, same price, different control
The store publishes both forms of every 12ml scent and names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost the same - ₹449 for Jasmine up to ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. So the decision is about two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray sits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in. And what stays visible: the hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, the spray does not. When the car belongs to your customer, those two usually settle it. Only Mysore Orange Blossom publishes a life: about 100 sprays at 10ml, about 500 at 50ml. No 12ml bottle publishes one, in either form.

Work it out in this order
How to draw a tier benefit your service desk can actually run
  1. Remove the redemption step first. Nothing to claim, code, look up or expire.
  2. Set each rung as a published object: Rs 449 to Rs 509, then Rs 699 to Rs 899.
  3. Keep the threshold in your own system. It is a spend or a visit count.
  4. Take your qualifying-visit count to WhatsApp. No rate is published anywhere.
The SOSA principle
A tier benefit is judged at a counter on a Saturday by an advisor with four cars waiting, not in the meeting where it was designed. Anything that needs to be claimed, checked or explained is a procedure, and a procedure repeated hundreds of times a month costs more than the object ever will.
Which is why the object should be boring to hand over and the rungs should be things you can point at rather than things you have to judge.

Which scents to carry for a top tier, and what sits above one bottle

Eight scents, and for a top tier the honest instinct is to reach for the most expensive one, which is usually the wrong move. Oud at ₹509 is rich and woody and genuinely feels like the senior choice, but it divides opinion more than anything else in the range, and a customer who dislikes it now has a disappointing tier benefit. Sandalwood at ₹479 is the better default at the top: warm, familiar and read as considered. Jasmine at ₹449 and Lemon at ₹499 are the least likely to be actively disliked and make sensible lower rungs. Vetiver at ₹509 is dry and earthy for somebody who wants something less sweet. All are alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. At counter volume, carrying two or three scents per rung rather than all eight keeps the handover from becoming a choice the advisor has to manage.

The SOSA gift edit
Four shapes of tier benefit, and where each one meets the service desk
The option Who it suits, and where it fails
One 12ml bottle · ₹449 to ₹509 Handed over in about four seconds, identical for every vehicle, nothing to claim or look up, and it goes into the cabin rather than into a folder. It meets trouble at the very top of a tier structure, where one small bottle can read as thin beside a large invoice.
A Discovery Set · ₹699 to ₹899 Three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, which is the natural top rung because it is visibly more without needing to be explained. It meets trouble on the trios being fixed - a chosen-to-order three is not offered - and on cost if the top rung is wider than you think.
A voucher or a code · face value Flexible, and the customer chooses for themselves. It meets the desk badly: it has to be issued, entered, tracked and honoured later, it expires, and every one of those steps is an advisor minute and a possible argument.
A free service item · your own labour Genuinely valuable and costs you less than its retail value. It meets the invoice, where it is itemised and therefore recorded and comparable, so the next visit is measured against the last one by a customer holding the paperwork.
SOSA Car Perfume Discovery Set, three mini sprays
What exists for handing out in quantity, and what does not
Sets, combos, refills - and the four things nobody publishes
For businesses handing something to a lot of customers, this is the honest inventory. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills are ₹399 to ₹449 and they refill the hanging bottle. Now the gaps, because you are planning around them: the trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered; no spray refill is published; no bulk rate, minimum, lead time or per-unit cost is published anywhere; and no cost per spray can honestly be given. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp.

What sits above a single bottle, stated as published. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949, sold as spray or hanging at that price. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999; the trios are fixed and a chosen-to-order three is not offered. The 50ml spray is ₹1,499. 15ml refills are ₹399 to ₹449 and they refill the hanging bottle; there is no spray refill product at all, only a system described as in development. Above the fragrance range entirely, SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is a cordless waterless diffuser with three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, imported rather than made in India - a plausible single top rung for a very small group, and roughly eight times a 12ml spray.

The one published fact that settles most of this decision
Spray and Hanging are the same price. So the choice is never the money.
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two forms and the store names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost exactly the same - ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. So the decision is not a budget decision at all. It is two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray waits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up, while a hanging bottle starts working the moment it goes in and keeps working. And what stays visible: a hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, and a spray does not. For a business handing something to a customer, those two facts usually decide it on their own, because the car belongs to the customer and not to you. Every one of these is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Only one scent publishes how long it lasts: Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, about 100 sprays at 10ml for ₹549 and about 500 sprays at 50ml for ₹1,499. No 12ml bottle publishes a life, in either form.

The SOSA gifting range

Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

Start from control and visibility, not from the price
Product What it is What it is for Price
SOSA car perfume - Spray 12ml, published as Strong scent-throw Eight scents at ₹449 to ₹509. Applied on demand by whoever is holding it, and it leaves nothing visible in the cabin - which is why it suits a car the giver does not own from ₹449
SOSA car perfume - Hanging 12ml, published as Mild scent-throw The same eight scents at exactly the same price. It diffuses continuously once it is in the car, and it hangs where the owner can see it from ₹449
Mysore Orange Blossom spray The only one publishing spray counts 10ml is about 100 sprays at ₹549; 50ml is about 500 sprays at ₹1,499. Published life: about 50 days at two sprays a day, 3 months and above at one ₹549
Car Perfume Discovery Set Three travel-size mini sprays Eight fixed curated trios from ₹699 to ₹899, and a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. The trios are fixed - a build-your-own set is not offered from ₹699
Car perfume combos Two scents in one box Jasmine + Lemon and Jasmine + Lavender at ₹899; Oud + Lemon and Sandalwood + Oud at ₹949. Each sold as Spray or Hanging at the same price from ₹899
Car hanging refills 15ml, for the hanging bottle ₹399 to ₹449 across the eight scents. These refill the hanging bottle. No spray refill is published from ₹399
SOSA Safar Waterless cordless diffuser, 6.9 cm ₹3,999 - rechargeable, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, so a driver controls when it runs. Imported rather than made in India ₹3,999

Spray and Hanging are the same product at the same price. The store publishes them as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the choice is scent-throw and who controls it, never budget. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Fragrance adds a scent to a cabin; it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is not a substitute for cleaning a car. No spray refill is published - the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, and quantities, rates and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than published here. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

The honest spec sheet
What the SOSA car pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
  • Two forms, one price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) are published as variants of the same 12ml product at the same price: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Every one also carries a 50ml spray at ₹1,499.
  • Composition - alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free, IFRA-compliant, formulated by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained, and made in India.
  • The only published longevity - Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only: about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499), published as about 50 days at two sprays a day and 3 months and above at one. No other scent publishes a spray count or a duration, and no 12ml bottle publishes a life in either form.
  • Sets and combos - the Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos are ₹899 and ₹949. The trios are fixed; a build-your-own set is not offered.
  • Refills - 15ml refills, ₹399 to ₹449, published for the hanging bottle. No spray refill is published.
  • Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; any cost per spray; how long a 12ml bottle lasts; and anything at all about what a gift does to customer retention, referrals or repeat business. A note from Sonal

The enquiries that come from automotive businesses are refreshingly unsentimental. Nobody writes to me about the magic of a first drive. They write: we hand over ninety cars a month, we currently give a keychain, and we are fairly sure nobody keeps it. That is a good question, and it deserves a better answer than a brochure.

So here is the part I would want you to take away, and it is the only part that is actually a fact. The spray and the hanging bottle are the same product at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way. Oud is ₹509 either way. That surprises people, because they assume one must be the upgrade. Neither is. What you are choosing between is who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin - and when the car belongs to your customer rather than to you, those two questions usually answer themselves.

The part I will not pretend about is the part most of these enquiries are really asking. I cannot tell you that a gift brings anybody back. Nobody selling you a gift can, and the ones who say they can are selling you something else. What I can tell you is the mechanism: a small bottle goes into a car, it does not need fitting or explaining, it works the same in a hatchback and in a seven-seater, and if the customer likes it they will use it where they spend an hour a day. What that is worth to your business is your judgement, not mine.

And the honest gaps, because you are planning around them. There is no published bulk rate, no minimum, no lead time and no per-unit cost - not because they are secret but because they are settled properly in a conversation, and a page that invented them would be lying to you. Custom label or logo on product is real, and it is the only branding there is.

Frequently asked questions

What makes a loyalty tier benefit workable at a service centre with thousands of customers?
The absence of a redemption step. A benefit that has to be claimed, coded, looked up or honoured later becomes a counter procedure, and the advisor minutes and the disputes cost more than the object. A sealed bottle handed over when the job card closes needs none of that. SOSA car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml and is identical for every vehicle you service.
How should we set the rungs?
By what is physically in the box. One 12ml bottle is Rs 449 to Rs 509, a combo is Rs 899 or Rs 949, the Discovery Set of three travel-size mini sprays is Rs 699 to Rs 899 in eight fixed trios, a Pack of 9 is Rs 2,999 and the 50ml spray is Rs 1,499. Defining a rung as an object means any advisor applies it the same way; defining it by an impression of the customer means two counters will run two different schemes.
Can we choose our own three scents for the top rung?
No. The eight Discovery trios are fixed and published as they are, so you select a set rather than assemble one. A build-your-own three is described as something SOSA is exploring, which is not something available to order. The published sets run Rs 699 to Rs 899 and the Pack of 9 is Rs 2,999.
Is there a published price for a service centre ordering these every month?
No bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break or lead time is published anywhere, and there is no formal trade programme, portal or account arrangement either. The retail prices are Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml, Rs 899 and Rs 949 for combos, Rs 699 to Rs 899 for a Discovery Set and Rs 2,999 for a Pack of 9. Bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Is there any published data on what a tier benefit does to later servicing?
There is none, from SOSA or from anybody else offering to sell you one. SOSA cannot tell you that customers will return sooner or recommend you because they reached a tier. What is knowable is the mechanism: a published object is handed across the counter with nothing to claim, it is identical for every vehicle, and it goes into a cabin where the customer spends real hours. What that is worth to your business is your judgement rather than a claim anybody should be making to you.

About this guide: Written by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles-trained founder and perfumer at SOSA Home & Body. Product recommendations reflect the SOSA range; the buying reasoning applies to any brand.

Specifications verified from the live SOSA product pages, September 2026: every SOSA car fragrance is published in two forms of the same 12ml product - Spray, described on the store as strong scent-throw, and Hanging, described as mild scent-throw - and the two forms are the same price. Those prices are Jasmine ₹449; Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479; Icy Mint ₹489; Lemon ₹499; and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Each of those products also carries a 50ml car perfume spray at ₹1,499. Mysore Orange Blossom is sold as a spray only, at ₹549 for 10ml and ₹1,499 for 50ml, and is the only car scent publishing a spray count: approximately 100 sprays in the 10ml and approximately 500 sprays in the 50ml, stated as about 50 days at two sprays a day and three months and above at one spray a day. Car perfume combos are ₹899 for Jasmine with Lemon and Jasmine with Lavender, and ₹949 for Oud with Lemon and Sandalwood with Oud. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in one of eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Car hanging freshener refills are 15ml at ₹399 to ₹449. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, and is made in India. SOSA Safar ₹3,999, or ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios, is a waterless cordless portable diffuser of approximately 6.9 cm with a 2000 mAh Type-C battery giving up to 10 hours continuous or 30 hours intermittent per charge, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off; its country of origin is China. What is not published, and is therefore not stated here: how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form; any spray count or duration for any scent other than Mysore Orange Blossom; any cost per spray; any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; and any spray refill, since the 15ml refills are published for the hanging bottle. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent to a cabin. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is never a substitute for cleaning a vehicle. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, alertness or wellbeing, nor about the safety of any product for children, pregnant passengers, elderly passengers or pets, nor about flammability, nor about how any customer or passenger will feel. No claim is made about business outcomes. Nothing on this page states or implies that a gift increases customer retention, referrals, repeat business, reviews, recall or sales; SOSA publishes no data of that kind and none is invented here. No competitor is named or characterised, and no rating, review count or customer name from any product page is cited. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the only branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.
