The test you are applying is sharper than it sounds. A gift stays in the vehicle when it has no job anywhere else - and almost everything handed over at a delivery fails that test the moment the customer walks through their front door. A mug belongs in a kitchen. A power bank belongs in a bag. A keychain belongs on a hook. A 12ml car perfume has no indoor life at all, which is the whole of the argument, and it is a smaller argument than most suppliers will give you.
SOSA car perfume 12ml, spray or hanging, from Rs 449
SOSA car perfume · 12ml · door-pocket sized, no indoor use from ₹449 →
Small enough for a door pocket and with nothing to do in a house. SOSA car perfume, 12ml, ₹449 to ₹509 - published in two variants at the same price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). One object for every model on your floor, no fitment and no demonstration. Alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India.
Quick answers — read this first
What kind of delivery gift actually stays inside the vehicle? One with no use indoors. SOSA car perfume is ₹449 to ₹509 at 12ml, it fits a door pocket or a glovebox, and there is no reason to carry it into a house. Published in two forms at the same price: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw).

Is a compact spray the right form for that, or the hanging bottle? Both stay in the car. The spray sits in a door pocket and starts when the owner reaches for it; the hanging bottle takes the mirror and works from the moment it goes in. They cost the same, so pick on control and visibility. For a car you do not own, handing over the switch is the version that does not impose.

Will the customer keep using it? Nobody can tell you that, and SOSA publishes no data on it. What is knowable is that the object has nowhere else to go, that it needs no fitting and works the same across every model, and that SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form for any scent.
The short answer
Short answer: Yes, for one plain reason: a 12ml car perfume has no use indoors, so it stays in the door pocket. SOSA car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509 and the spray and hanging forms cost the same, so the choice is control rather than budget. No bulk rate is published; quantities go to WhatsApp on +91 96192 18531.
The pick: The 12ml spray, ₹449 to ₹509 - small enough for a door pocket, useless in a kitchen, and started by the owner rather than by you.
Why: Objects end up where they have a job. This one only has a job inside a vehicle, which is why it does not follow the customer into the house.
Sending something when somebody is having a hard time - at a glanceKeep it small - candle ₹399, attar ₹379, car scent ₹449For their home - reed diffuser ₹749, nothing to switch onSay the words yourself - no card goes in the parcelNever - a parcel instead of turning up
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Straight answer
We want a delivery gift customers actually keep inside the vehicle rather than take home and forget about. Is a compact car perfume spray the right thing for that?
Yes, and the reason is narrow enough to be worth saying precisely: a 12ml car perfume has no use indoors. That is not a claim about how memorable it is, it is a claim about where an object ends up, and objects end up where they have a job. SOSA car perfume is published at ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. Each scent is sold in two variants the store names plainly - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) - at exactly the same price, so the choice between them is never budget. It is who decides when the scent happens and what stays visible in a cabin that is not yours. A spray waits in a door pocket until the owner picks it up; a hanging bottle takes the mirror and works from the moment it is hung. For a car you handed over rather than one you drive, the spray is usually the honest pick. What this page will not tell you is whether the customer keeps using it. SOSA publishes no data on that, and does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form for any scent. What is knowable is the mechanism, and the mechanism is the whole argument. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. No bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break or lead time is published; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is the one branding option. Settle quantities on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Ask one question about any delivery gift: does it have a job indoors? If it does, it will be indoors by the weekend, and nothing you print on it changes that.
The straightforward answer: the 12ml spray, ₹449 to ₹509 - door-pocket sized, identical in price to the hanging bottle, and with nothing for it to do in a house.

Why most delivery gifts leave the vehicle, and what stops this one

Three things settle this, and the first is a test you can run on every gift you have ever handed over at a delivery.

1
The test
Does the object have a job indoors? If yes, it goes indoors.
Run the test across the usual delivery gifts and the pattern is immediate. A vacuum flask is a kitchen object. A power bank is a bag object. A torch is a drawer object. An umbrella is a hall object. A keychain is a pocket object, and a pocket goes wherever the person goes. None of those are bad gifts. They are simply not car gifts, and a delivery is the one moment when the distinction matters.

A car perfume is on the other side of the line for an unglamorous reason. A 12ml bottle is too small to be a display object and has nothing to do in a house that a house is not already better equipped for. Its only sensible home is a door pocket, a glovebox or a mirror. So it stays, not because it is treasured, but because there is nowhere else for it to be.

That is a much smaller claim than the one a supplier would like to make, and it is the one that holds up. It also has an operational payoff you will feel on a Saturday: the same sealed object suits every model on your floor, needs no size, no fitment and no demonstration, and can be handed over while the family is already taking photographs.
Tip: It stays in the car because it has no life anywhere else. That is the entire mechanism.
2
The form
Both forms stay in the car, so decide it on something else
A spray and a hanging bottle both live in the vehicle, so staying put does not separate them. And SOSA publishes both forms of every 12ml scent at the same price - Jasmine is ₹449 either way, Oud is ₹509 either way - so cost does not separate them either. The store's variant names carry the real difference: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw).

Two things actually differ. Who starts it. A spray does nothing until somebody reaches for it, which means a customer who is not in the mood for scent on a given morning simply does not use it. A hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in, whether or not that was wanted today. And what is on view. A hanging bottle occupies the mirror, the most looked-at object in any interior; a spray occupies a pocket you cannot see.

For a gift, that tilts one way. The car belongs to the customer. A spray they control is the version that survives disagreement about the scent, because the way out is simply not to use it that day. A hanging bottle in a scent somebody dislikes ends up in a bin, which is the one outcome worse than a gift left at home.

If the customer is an enthusiast who wants the cabin scented continuously and has said so, the hanging bottle is right and it can be topped up later from a 15ml refill at ₹399 to ₹449. That only applies to the hanging form - no spray refill is published.
3
The limits
What staying in the car does not tell you, and what is not published
Be careful about the step people take next. Staying in the vehicle is a fact about where an object sits. It is not a fact about use, and it is certainly not a fact about your business. SOSA publishes no data on whether a gift changes what a customer does, and cannot tell you that any of this brings customers back. Nobody selling you a gift can. The mechanism is what you are buying: the object is in the car, the customer has it when they want it.

SOSA does not publish how long a 12ml bottle lasts, in either form, for any scent. The single exception is Mysore Orange Blossom, which is spray only and publishes about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499), stated as roughly 50 days at two sprays a day. Those figures belong to that product and to nothing else in the range.

Two smaller limits. Branding is custom label or logo on product and nothing else - no printed box, sleeve, insert card or ribbon. And no bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break or lead time is published anywhere, so take your monthly number to WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than looking for a list.

Say the small true thing at the handover and you are on solid ground: it adds a scent to the cabin. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify a smell, and it does not clean the air.
Tip: Where it sits is knowable. What it does for you is not, and no supplier should pretend otherwise.
SOSA Mysore Orange Blossom car perfume spray, Rs 549
The two variants, and why the price is not the question
Spray or Hanging - same product, same price, different control
The store publishes both forms of every 12ml scent and names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost the same - ₹449 for Jasmine up to ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. So the decision is about two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray sits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in. And what stays visible: the hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, the spray does not. When the car belongs to your customer, those two usually settle it. Only Mysore Orange Blossom publishes a life: about 100 sprays at 10ml, about 500 at 50ml. No 12ml bottle publishes one, in either form.

Work it out in this order
How to choose a gift that does not follow the customer indoors
  1. Run the indoor test on every gift you hand over. Most of them fail it.
  2. Pick something door-pocket sized with no household use at all.
  3. Choose the spray so a scent they dislike can simply go unused.
  4. Take your monthly number to WhatsApp. No rate is published to read first.
The SOSA principle
The keychain is not failing because it was cheap. It is failing because a pocket travels with the person, and the whole point of this gift is that it cannot travel with them. A 12ml bottle has nowhere to go but the car.
Which is why the size of the object matters more here than the scent inside it, and why the spray form does most of the work.

Choosing a scent somebody else has to live with

You are choosing a scent somebody else has to live with in a small sealed space, so narrow rather than range. Jasmine at ₹449 is soft and floral and rarely objected to. Lemon at ₹499 is bright and clean and reads as a fresh interior rather than a statement. Sandalwood at ₹479 is the warm middle. Lavender at ₹479 is quiet, and quiet is an asset when you are choosing for a stranger. Sea Breeze at ₹509 and Icy Mint at ₹489 are the sharper end. Oud at ₹509 is rich and woody and people hold firm opinions about it, so it is a poor default for a customer you met an hour ago. All are alcohol-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Keeping two or three scents rather than eight takes a decision off the desk.

The SOSA gift edit
Four delivery gifts, tested on whether they stay in the vehicle
The option Who it suits, and where it fails
The 12ml spray · ₹449 to ₹509 Door-pocket sized, no household use, started by the owner, nothing visible left behind. It fails as theatre: a small sealed bottle does not photograph like a gift, so if your delivery ritual needs a moment, pair it with something that does.
The hanging bottle · the same ₹449 to ₹509 Physically fixed in the cabin and working from the first drive, with a 15ml refill available later. It fails when the scent is not theirs: a mirror is the most looked-at spot in a car, and a scent somebody dislikes there gets removed rather than ignored.
A vacuum flask or a tech accessory · your current alternative Useful, visibly generous, and often genuinely appreciated on the day. It fails the only test on this page: it works indoors, so by the weekend it is in a kitchen or a bag and the vehicle is empty again.
A Discovery Set · ₹699 to ₹899 Three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, so the customer finds the scent they will actually keep using. It fails on cost discipline at volume, and the trios are fixed - a chosen-to-order set is not offered.
SOSA Car Perfume Discovery Set, three mini sprays
What exists for handing out in quantity, and what does not
Sets, combos, refills - and the four things nobody publishes
For businesses handing something to a lot of customers, this is the honest inventory. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills are ₹399 to ₹449 and they refill the hanging bottle. Now the gaps, because you are planning around them: the trios are fixed and a build-your-own set is not offered; no spray refill is published; no bulk rate, minimum, lead time or per-unit cost is published anywhere; and no cost per spray can honestly be given. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the one branding option. Quantities are settled on WhatsApp.

Worth knowing what sits around the 12ml bottle. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999 - useful when you would rather the customer find their own scent than be handed yours. Combos pair two scents at ₹899 and ₹949. 15ml refills at ₹399 to ₹449 exist for the hanging bottle only; no spray refill is published. And SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is a cordless waterless diffuser with three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off, imported rather than made in India - the right object for a chauffeured cabin and far too much for a delivery bag.

The one published fact that settles most of this decision
Spray and Hanging are the same price. So the choice is never the money.
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two forms and the store names them plainly: Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw). They cost exactly the same - ₹449 for Jasmine, ₹479 for Sandalwood and Lavender, ₹489 for Icy Mint, ₹499 for Lemon, and ₹509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver at 12ml. So the decision is not a budget decision at all. It is two other things. Who decides when the scent happens: a spray waits in a glovebox until somebody picks it up, while a hanging bottle starts working the moment it goes in and keeps working. And what stays visible: a hanging bottle hangs where the owner sees it, and a spray does not. For a business handing something to a customer, those two facts usually decide it on their own, because the car belongs to the customer and not to you. Every one of these is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Only one scent publishes how long it lasts: Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only, about 100 sprays at 10ml for ₹549 and about 500 sprays at 50ml for ₹1,499. No 12ml bottle publishes a life, in either form.

One message, one honest recommendation
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.

Everything you hand a customer at a delivery is asking a question: where does this live? Answer that honestly and the shortlist gets very short, very quickly.

The SOSA gifting range

Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

Spray and Hanging are the same product at the same price. The store publishes them as Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw), and the choice is scent-throw and who controls it, never budget. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Fragrance adds a scent to a cabin; it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is not a substitute for cleaning a car. No spray refill is published - the 15ml refills are for the hanging bottle. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, and quantities, rates and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than published here. The honest spec sheet
What the SOSA car pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
  • Two forms, one price - Spray (Strong scent-throw) and Hanging (Mild scent-throw) are published as variants of the same 12ml product at the same price: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Every one also carries a 50ml spray at ₹1,499.
  • Composition - alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free, IFRA-compliant, formulated by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained, and made in India.
  • The only published longevity - Mysore Orange Blossom, spray only: about 100 sprays at 10ml (₹549) and about 500 sprays at 50ml (₹1,499), published as about 50 days at two sprays a day and 3 months and above at one. No other scent publishes a spray count or a duration, and no 12ml bottle publishes a life in either form.
  • Sets and combos - the Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in eight fixed trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Combos are ₹899 and ₹949. The trios are fixed; a build-your-own set is not offered.
  • Refills - 15ml refills, ₹399 to ₹449, published for the hanging bottle. No spray refill is published.
  • Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; any cost per spray; how long a 12ml bottle lasts; and anything at all about what a gift does to customer retention, referrals or repeat business. A note from Sonal

The enquiries that come from automotive businesses are refreshingly unsentimental. Nobody writes to me about the magic of a first drive. They write: we hand over ninety cars a month, we currently give a keychain, and we are fairly sure nobody keeps it. That is a good question, and it deserves a better answer than a brochure.

So here is the part I would want you to take away, and it is the only part that is actually a fact. The spray and the hanging bottle are the same product at the same price. Jasmine is ₹449 either way. Oud is ₹509 either way. That surprises people, because they assume one must be the upgrade. Neither is. What you are choosing between is who decides when the scent happens and whether anything stays visible in the cabin - and when the car belongs to your customer rather than to you, those two questions usually answer themselves.

The part I will not pretend about is the part most of these enquiries are really asking. I cannot tell you that a gift brings anybody back. Nobody selling you a gift can, and the ones who say they can are selling you something else. What I can tell you is the mechanism: a small bottle goes into a car, it does not need fitting or explaining, it works the same in a hatchback and in a seven-seater, and if the customer likes it they will use it where they spend an hour a day. What that is worth to your business is your judgement, not mine.

And the honest gaps, because you are planning around them. There is no published bulk rate, no minimum, no lead time and no per-unit cost - not because they are secret but because they are settled properly in a conversation, and a page that invented them would be lying to you. Custom label or logo on product is real, and it is the only branding there is.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a car perfume stay in the vehicle when other gifts do not?
Because it has no job indoors. A 12ml bottle is too small to display and a house is already better equipped for anything it might do there, so its only sensible home is a door pocket, a glovebox or a mirror. That is a smaller claim than most suppliers make and it is the one that holds. SOSA car perfume is Rs 449 to Rs 509 at 12ml across eight scents.
Compact spray or hanging bottle for a delivery gift?
Both stay in the car, so decide on control and visibility instead. A spray waits in a pocket until the owner reaches for it and leaves nothing on view; a hanging bottle works from the moment it goes in and takes the mirror. For a car you handed over rather than one you drive, the spray is usually the honest pick, because a scent they dislike can simply go unused.
Is the compact spray cheaper than the hanging version?
No. They are two variants of the same 12ml product at the same price, published as Spray for strong scent-throw and Hanging for mild scent-throw. Jasmine is Rs 449 in either form and Oud is Rs 509 in either form. The difference is who starts the scent and what stays visible in the cabin, which is a choice about control rather than about money.
How long will the bottle keep working before it runs out?
SOSA does not publish that for the 12ml bottles, in either form, for any scent. The one exception is Mysore Orange Blossom, which is spray only and publishes approximately 100 sprays in the 10ml at Rs 549 and approximately 500 sprays in the 50ml at Rs 1,499. Note also that no spray refill is published at all - the 15ml refills at Rs 399 to Rs 449 are for the hanging bottle.
Does a gift that stays in the car do more for our dealership than one that does not?
SOSA cannot tell you that and publishes no data of any kind on it. Staying in the vehicle is a fact about where an object sits, not a fact about what it does to a business, and the step between those two is exactly where gift suppliers overreach. What you are buying is the mechanism: the object is in the car, it works across every model, and the customer has it when they want it.

About this guide: Written by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles-trained founder and perfumer at SOSA Home & Body. Product recommendations reflect the SOSA range; the buying reasoning applies to any brand.

Specifications verified from the live SOSA product pages, September 2026: every SOSA car fragrance is published in two forms of the same 12ml product - Spray, described on the store as strong scent-throw, and Hanging, described as mild scent-throw - and the two forms are the same price. Those prices are Jasmine ₹449; Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479; Icy Mint ₹489; Lemon ₹499; and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Each of those products also carries a 50ml car perfume spray at ₹1,499. Mysore Orange Blossom is sold as a spray only, at ₹549 for 10ml and ₹1,499 for 50ml, and is the only car scent publishing a spray count: approximately 100 sprays in the 10ml and approximately 500 sprays in the 50ml, stated as about 50 days at two sprays a day and three months and above at one spray a day. Car perfume combos are ₹899 for Jasmine with Lemon and Jasmine with Lavender, and ₹949 for Oud with Lemon and Sandalwood with Oud. The Car Perfume Discovery Set is three travel-size mini sprays in one of eight fixed curated trios, ₹699 to ₹899, with a Pack of 9 at ₹2,999. Car hanging freshener refills are 15ml at ₹399 to ₹449. Every SOSA car fragrance is alcohol-free, oil and water based, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, and is made in India. SOSA Safar ₹3,999, or ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios, is a waterless cordless portable diffuser of approximately 6.9 cm with a 2000 mAh Type-C battery giving up to 10 hours continuous or 30 hours intermittent per charge, three speeds and a 1, 2 or 3-hour auto shut-off; its country of origin is China. What is not published, and is therefore not stated here: how long a 12ml bottle lasts in either form; any spray count or duration for any scent other than Mysore Orange Blossom; any cost per spray; any bulk rate, minimum quantity, slab, price break, lead time, turnaround or per-unit cost; any trade, partner or dealer programme; and any spray refill, since the 15ml refills are published for the hanging bottle. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent to a cabin. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and it is never a substitute for cleaning a vehicle. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, alertness or wellbeing, nor about the safety of any product for children, pregnant passengers, elderly passengers or pets, nor about flammability, nor about how any customer or passenger will feel. No claim is made about business outcomes. Nothing on this page states or implies that a gift increases customer retention, referrals, repeat business, reviews, recall or sales; SOSA publishes no data of that kind and none is invented here. No competitor is named or characterised, and no rating, review count or customer name from any product page is cited. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the only branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
