Start with the honest part, because it changes how you plan. SOSA publishes no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight and no packing format of any kind, so there is no published figure that tells you how much floor space five hundred hanging car perfumes will occupy in your store room. Anybody who quotes you one has made it up. What you can do is plan around the gap rather than pretend it is filled, and there is more available to you there than it first looks.
The one figure that is actually published for an event plan. SOSA Sea Breeze hanging car perfume, 12ml, ₹509 - a small object with nothing to assemble, because the only branding available is a custom label or logo on product. What the consignment weighs or occupies is not published, and is measured rather than estimated.
Quick answers — read this first
How much storage space do 500 hanging car perfumes need?No figure is published. SOSA puts out no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight and no packing format, so the honest answer is that nobody can tell you the footprint in advance. What is published is the product: a 12ml hanging bottle at ₹449 to ₹509. The practical route is to count and measure what turns up, and to settle timing on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before you commit to an event date.
What can we plan before anything turns up? Three things, all on your side. Your own distribution pack - the unit that leaves your store room, which is your decision and not the supplier's. Who counts the consignment in and against what list. And whether the label carries a logo, because the product is the retail product and there is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card to assemble on site.
Can we time it to arrive close to the event so we do not have to hold it? That is the right instinct and it is a WhatsApp question, not a page question. SOSA publishes no lead time, no dispatch window and no delivery date, so a plan that depends on something landing in a particular week has to be agreed at +91 96192 18531 before the date is committed rather than assumed from a catalogue.
The short answer
Short answer: SOSA publishes no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight and no packing format, so the storage footprint of 500 units cannot be stated in advance. Count and measure what turns up, define your own distribution pack, and settle timing on WhatsApp.
The pick: Plan the parts you control - your own distribution pack, your count-in, and logo or plain label - and agree timing on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before the event date is fixed.
Why: There is no published packing or logistics figure to plan against, and inventing one is how an event runs out of floor space two days before it opens.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
What packaging and logistics should we plan for 500 hanging car perfumes with very little storage space?
Plan the parts that are yours, and stop planning the parts that were never published. SOSA publishes no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight, no packing format and no storage footprint - none of it exists on a product page, and this page is not going to invent it. What is published is the product itself: a 12ml hanging car perfume at ₹449 to ₹509 in eight scents, which is a physically small object, and a business buying five hundred is buying the same retail product a customer buys, possibly with its own label on it. From there, three things are genuinely within your control before anything reaches you. First, define your own distribution pack. The unit that matters at an event is not whatever the consignment is grouped into, it is the unit that leaves your store room - what one person can carry to a table in one trip, or what one host needs for one shift. That is your decision, and making it early is what lets you break a consignment down quickly rather than standing over it on the morning. Second, count and measure what turns up. Count it in against your own list, then measure the footprint once, and you will know for the next time what a page could never have told you the first time. Third, settle the timing before the date. There is no published lead time, no dispatch window and no delivery date, so if your storage is genuinely tight and you need the consignment close to the event, that is a conversation on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 to have before you commit to the date, not after. One more thing that simplifies the problem: there is nothing to assemble. The branding offer is a custom label or logo on product and nothing else - no custom box, no printed sleeve, no insert card, no gift wrap - so no part of your storage is going to be taken up by packaging waiting to be filled. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The figure you are looking for does not exist on any page. The one you can have is the one you measure yourself, once, on the day the consignment is counted in.
Eight scents, 12ml each, ₹449 to ₹509. Small objects with no box to assemble - the only branding is a custom label or logo on product.
Planning 500 units around figures that were never published
An event planner asked for a storage figure and told there is not one will usually try to guess it anyway. Do not. Work through what is actually knowable in this order, and the absence of the figure stops being the problem it looks like.
1
The gap
What is not published, stated plainly, so you plan around it
This is the part most suppliers would bury and it is better said outright. There is no published case pack, no published carton size, no published unit weight and no published packing format for SOSA hanging car perfumes. There is no logistics sheet, no packing specification and no storage guidance. The store publishes a catalogue of products, retail prices and a WhatsApp number, and that is the whole of it.
What follows from that is a discipline rather than a problem. Any plan you write that depends on a number in this category is a plan built on a guess, and a guess about floor space is the kind that shows up on the morning of the event when there is nowhere to put anything. So write the plan without those numbers. Allocate your store room by what you can verify, not by what you have estimated.
What you do know is real and worth using: the hanging bottle is 12ml, which makes it a small object rather than a bulky one, and the eight scents are ₹449 to ₹509. You also know that nothing needs assembling, because the branding offer is a custom label or logo on product with no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card to be stored separately and combined later.
Tip: Write the plan without the figures nobody published. Do not estimate a footprint you can simply measure later.
2
Your side
Define your own distribution pack before anything reaches you
Here is the shift that solves most of this. The grouping a consignment happens to be in is the supplier's business. The grouping that determines whether your event runs smoothly is yours, and you can define it now without knowing anything about the first one.
Ask what leaves the store room as a single unit on the day. Is it what one person carries to a table in one trip? What one host gets at the start of a shift? What one stall needs before it is topped up? Decide that, write it down, and you have converted an unknown logistics problem into a known internal one. On the day, somebody breaks the consignment down into your unit once and everything afterwards is counting rather than judgement.
The same discipline fixes the storage question. If your constraint is that you cannot hold five hundred of anything at once, the real question is not how big the consignment is - it is whether you need all five hundred in the room at the same time. A second location, a staggered pull, or simply a shorter window between the count-in and the event all attack the problem more directly than a footprint estimate would.
3
The conversation
Timing has to be agreed before the date is committed
This is the one that goes wrong most often on event work, and it goes wrong because people read a catalogue as though it were a schedule. SOSA publishes no lead time, no dispatch window, no delivery date and no order cut-off. None of it is on a product page, and none of it can be inferred from one.
The consequence is simple and strict: if your event has a fixed date and your storage cannot absorb an early consignment, the sequence is to talk to SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 first and commit to the date second. Doing it the other way round means you have made a promise on behalf of somebody who never made it to you.
Bulk orders are welcome, and the number you need is not too large or too small to ask about. What cannot happen on a page is any of the rest of it - no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no slab and no rate card is published, so the quantity, the label decision and the timing are all one conversation rather than three lookups. Have that conversation early enough that the answers can still change your plan.
Tip: Agree the timing on WhatsApp before you commit to an event date, not after.
The decision this whole category turns on
Hanging or spray is a scent-throw choice, not a budget choice
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two formats at the same price: the hanging is the mild scent-throw, the spray is the stronger one. Jasmine is ₹449 either way, Lemon ₹499 either way, Oud ₹509 either way. So the question is never which one you can afford - it is who controls the dose. Hand a car to somebody whose taste you have never asked about and the mild hanging is the safer object, because a person who finds a sealed car too loud cannot turn a scent down, only take it out.
What to settle before 500 units for an event, in order
Plan without figures SOSA does not publish: no case pack, no carton size.
Count and measure what turns up before you promise anyone a storage footprint.
Define your own distribution pack: what one person can carry in one trip.
Settle timing on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before you commit to an event date.
The SOSA principle
The absence of a published packing figure is not the obstacle it looks like. It only becomes one when somebody fills the gap with an estimate and then builds a floor plan on top of it.
Every genuinely load-bearing number in this plan is one your own team can produce: what leaves the room as a unit, how long you must hold it, and what the footprint turned out to be once it was in front of you.
Keeping the scent list short so the store room stays simple
There is a scent decision hiding inside the storage decision, and keeping it small helps. Eight scents exist as a hanging: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. For five hundred units going to an automotive event, two or three is the sensible number - not because variety is bad but because every additional scent is another group to keep separate in a room that is already tight, another thing to count in, and another thing somebody has to identify at speed while a queue forms. Icy Mint and Lemon are the two least likely to be disliked by somebody who did not choose them. Mysore Orange Blossom at ₹549 cannot be part of a hanging plan at all - it is a spray only, with no hanging format.
The SOSA gift edit
What is published, what is not, and who can answer each part
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
What SOSA publishes · the catalogue
Products, formats and retail prices. Hanging car perfumes are 12ml at Rs 449 to Rs 509 in eight scents, each also sold as a stronger spray at the same price. The branding offer is a custom label or logo on product. That, plus a WhatsApp number, is the complete published position, and everything on this page is built inside it.
What SOSA does not publish · the logistics figures
There is no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight, no packing format and no storage guidance published anywhere. There is also no lead time, no dispatch window and no delivery date. None of it can be inferred from a product page, and any page that hands you one of these numbers for 500 units has invented it.
What you can settle yourself · before anything reaches you
Your own distribution pack, which is the unit that leaves your store room rather than the unit it turns up in. Who counts the consignment in and against which list. How many scents you are willing to keep separate in a tight room. Whether the label carries a logo. None of these needs a supplier figure to decide.
What only the conversation can settle · WhatsApp +91 96192 18531
Quantity, labelling and timing, in one conversation rather than three lookups. Bulk orders are welcome and the number you need is not too large or too small to raise. Nothing commercial is published - no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no slab - so this is where a 500-unit plan is actually agreed, and it should happen before an event date is fixed.
What happens after the gift
The 15ml refill is bigger than the 12ml bottle and costs less than a new unit
Refills run ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, and ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud - against ₹449 to ₹509 for the unit itself. This matters for one honest reason and not the flattering one: a gift that can be continued without being sold to is a different object from a gift that simply runs out. Whether anybody continues it is up to them, and no supplier can promise you they will.
One small logistical relief worth knowing. Because the entire branding offer is a custom label or logo on product, there is no custom box, no printed sleeve, no insert card and no gift wrap anywhere in this - which means there is no second consignment of empty packaging to store alongside the first and no assembly line to run on the morning. What you count in is what you hand out. If you want the object to feel more substantial than a single bottle, the way to do that is to change the object rather than to add packaging: the two-scent combos are ₹899 to ₹949 and the three-spray Discovery Set is ₹699 to ₹899. Both are more to carry and more to hold, so price them against your floor space as well as your budget.
The lowest-priced hanging in the range at ₹449, and the reason most per-car budgets get built around this number. Available as the mild hanging or the stronger spray at the same ₹449.
Eight scents from ₹399. The refill is 15ml against the 12ml bottle it refills, and costs less than buying the unit again - so the person who was given one can carry on without being sold to.
Three sprays from ₹699, or all nine at ₹2,999. The honest answer when the recipient's taste is genuinely unknown: let them find out rather than guessing on their behalf.
from ₹699
When one particular car is not part of the programme
SOSA Safar ₹3,999 for a car, SOSA Vaayu ₹11,999 for the building it is parked at
Safar is the waterless, cordless, rechargeable cold-diffusion perfume diffuser for a car or a travel bag - ₹3,999 for the SOSA-scent trios and ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios. It is not a volume gift and should not be described as one; it is what a business reaches for when a single handover genuinely warrants it. Vaayu is the same waterless idea sized for a building: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks - which makes it a showroom or workshop question rather than a gifting one. Both run waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm, and neither takes the ₹299 water-based Hotel Collection bottle. No runtime, battery life or coverage figure is published for Safar. Both add a scent to a space; neither removes one.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
There is no published figure for how much room five hundred of these take up, and pretending otherwise would be the single most expensive sentence on this page. Measure it once, on the day it is counted in, and you will know it forever.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

Every price above is the published retail price on the live SOSA product page, which is what any business should build its own arithmetic on. SOSA does not publish a bulk rate, a minimum order quantity, a slab, a dispatch window or any commercial term, and nothing on this page should be read as one. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; quantities and everything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. The honest price sheet
What SOSA publishes, and what SOSA does not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
The same scents as sprays, at the same price. Hanging is the mild scent-throw, spray is the stronger one, and they cost the same - so the choice is about who controls the dose, not about money. Mysore Orange Blossom ₹549 is a spray only and has no hanging format.
Combos and sets - two-scent combos ₹899 to ₹949, the Discovery Set of three sprays ₹699 to ₹899, all nine sprays ₹2,999, and 50ml sprays ₹1,499. SOSA Safar ₹3,999, or ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios.
Duration - the only car product publishing a figure is Mysore Orange Blossom: 10ml is about 100 sprays lasting about 3 months, 50ml is about 500 sprays lasting about a year or more. Those numbers belong to that spray and to nothing else. No duration is published for the hanging format.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount; any dispatch, delivery or cut-off timing; any payment, invoicing or credit term; case packs, carton sizes or unit weights; any claim that a gift will change a customer's behaviour, a survey score or a repeat rate; and any claim that a fragrance removes, neutralises or purifies anything. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Buying for a business rather than for one person? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: roughly how many vehicles or people a month, whether the recipient chooses the scent or you do, whether you want the mild hanging or the stronger spray, and whether the label needs to carry your logo. You will get one straight answer rather than a catalogue. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any bulk rate, any minimum order quantity, any slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, and any payment or invoicing term. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the whole of the branding offer, and there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap or hamper. There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme; everything commercial is a conversation on WhatsApp. Bespoke composition, a fragrance composed for you by Sonal, is a real SOSA service and is also discussed there. Where SOSA is: SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. There is no SOSA shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city, so anything here about Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or anywhere else is about the businesses and the cars in those cities and not about a local branch.

A note from Sonal
The businesses that write to SOSA about car fragrance almost never open with a question about fragrance. They open with a question about a drawer. Somebody ordered five hundred of something last year, and most of it is still sitting in a drawer at the back of the showroom, and nobody wants to repeat that.
What makes a car product different from the keychain and the diary is not that it is nicer. It is that there is nowhere to put it away. A hanging perfume is hanging. It is not in a bag to be taken home and forgotten; it is in the one enclosed space the person is going to sit in tomorrow morning. That is an argument about geometry rather than about generosity, and it is the only argument for this category I am willing to make.
The thing I would push back on hardest is the instinct to buy the strongest one. When you are choosing on somebody else's behalf, and you will never meet most of them, the mild hanging is the correct choice and it costs exactly the same as the spray. A person who finds a scent too loud in a sealed car cannot turn it down; they can only take it out. Quiet is what lets a gift survive contact with a stranger's taste.
And the part I will not pretend about: I cannot tell you this will bring anyone back. No fragrance house can honestly tell a business what a gift will do to its numbers. What I can tell you is what the product is, what it costs, and what happens when somebody likes it enough to buy the refill themselves - which is the only loyalty any of us actually earns.
Frequently asked questions
How much storage space do 500 hanging car perfumes take up?
No figure is published. SOSA publishes no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight and no packing format, so there is no honest way to state a footprint for 500 units in advance. What is published is that the hanging bottle is 12ml, which makes it a small object. The practical route is to count and measure the consignment when it is counted in, and to plan the event around a unit you define yourself rather than one you have estimated.
What can we plan in advance for an automotive event?
Everything on your own side. Define your distribution pack, which is the unit that leaves your store room rather than the unit it turns up in - what one person can carry to a table in one trip, or what one host needs for a shift. Decide who counts the consignment in and against what list. Keep the scent list to two or three so there are fewer groups to keep separate in a tight room. Decide whether the label carries a logo.
Does the product need assembling or wrapping before we hand it out?
No. The entire branding offer is a custom label or logo on product. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve, no insert card and no gift wrap, so there is no second consignment of empty packaging to store and no assembly to run on the morning. What you count in is what you hand out, which is genuinely useful when floor space is the binding constraint.
Can we have it reach us close to the event date so we do not have to hold it?
Ask, but ask before you fix the date. There is no published lead time, no dispatch window and no delivery date, so nothing on a page can tell you when a consignment will reach you. If your storage cannot absorb an early consignment, treat the timing as something to agree on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 first and commit to the event date second.
Does anything change for a quantity this size?
Nothing is published. There is no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no slab and no rate card anywhere on the SOSA site, and this page will not invent one. Bulk orders are welcome and no quantity is too large or too small to ask about. Work out your own arithmetic from the Rs 449 to Rs 509 list, then raise quantity, labelling and timing in one conversation on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Take the next step
Agree the timing before the date, and define your own pack before the consignment
No packing format, footprint or timing figure is published anywhere, so a 500-unit event plan cannot be finished from a catalogue. Decide the parts that are yours - the unit that leaves your store room, the scent list, logo or plain - then bring the quantity and the date to SOSA on WhatsApp and agree the rest there.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.

Those outcomes depend on the business and not on a fragrance, and no fragrance house can honestly promise them. No claim is made about how any recipient will feel. No duration is published or implied for the hanging format. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
Imagine if Stars Hollow had its very own candle shop—filled with scents as inviting as Luke's coffee, as warm as a hug from Sookie, and as delightful as one of Lorelai's movie marathons. Welcome to Sosa home and body's very own newsletter!
