At this volume the number that breaks a gifting line is not the one on the invoice. It is the number of times a human being has to touch each gift. Anything that is assembled, filled, sealed or wrapped per customer is a hundred separate operations a month landing on people who are already busy, and it is the reason most large assembled gift boxes quietly become a cupboard problem by March. A hanging car perfume is the retail unit itself: nothing to build, and it can be fitted by whoever is already inside the vehicle for pre-delivery checks. The published band is ₹449 to ₹509.
SOSA Jasmine hanging car perfume, 12ml, Rs 449
SOSA Jasmine hanging car perfume · 12ml · mild scent-throw ₹449 →
The retail unit is already the package, which is the whole argument at this volume. SOSA Jasmine hanging car perfume, ₹449 for 12ml - nothing to assemble per customer, nothing to wrap, and it can be fitted to the mirror during pre-delivery checks. Available as the mild hanging or the stronger spray at exactly the same ₹449.
Quick answers — read this first
What delivery gift works at 100 cars a month? One that needs no assembly per customer. A hanging car perfume is ₹449 to ₹509 at retail, arrives as the finished retail product, and is fitted during pre-delivery checks by someone already in the car - so the gifting step folds into a job that was happening anyway rather than adding one.

How many scents should a high-volume programme carry? Two or three, not eight. Every extra scent is another thing to count, reorder and keep apart across a month of uneven handovers. Lemon ₹499, Icy Mint ₹489 and Sandalwood ₹479 is a working set. Pick one format as well - hanging everywhere or spray everywhere, not both.

What does SOSA publish about handling a hundred units? Nothing, and that is the honest answer. SOSA publishes a retail catalogue and a WhatsApp number. There is no published case pack, no carton size, no unit weight, no storage figure and no dispatch window. Bulk orders are welcome; anything about quantity or timing is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before you plan a date around it.
The short answer
Short answer: One that arrives as the finished retail product and needs nothing assembled per customer. SOSA hanging car perfumes are Rs 449 to Rs 509 for 12ml and can be fitted during pre-delivery checks. Carry two or three scents rather than eight. SOSA publishes no case pack, carton size or dispatch window.
The pick: A mild hanging from ₹449 in two or three scents, one format only, fitted during pre-delivery checks so the gifting step folds into a job already happening.
Why: At a hundred handovers the binding constraint is handling per car rather than rupees per car, and the retail unit is already the package.
Sending something when somebody is having a hard time - at a glanceKeep it small - candle ₹399, attar ₹379, car scent ₹449For their home - reed diffuser ₹749, nothing to switch onSay the words yourself - no card goes in the parcelNever - a parcel instead of turning up
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Straight answer
Which delivery gift is easiest to keep, hold and hand over at 100-plus cars a month?
The one that is already finished when it reaches you. At this volume the cost that hurts is not the unit price but the handling: if a gift has to be assembled, filled, sealed or wrapped for each customer, that is a hundred repetitions a month performed by people whose actual job is delivering vehicles, and it is the reason large assembled gift boxes so often end up half-built in a cupboard behind the service desk. A hanging car perfume comes as the retail product, needs no build step, and can be fitted to the mirror by whoever is already inside the car for pre-delivery checks - so the gifting operation is folded into an existing job rather than added as a new one. Published prices, all 12ml: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Now the part a page owes you at this volume: SOSA publishes no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight, no storage figure, no dispatch window and no bulk rate, and none of those should be inferred from anything written here. A 12ml bottle is small, but small is your inference and not a published measurement. Bulk orders are welcome, and quantity, timing and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before you commit to a date. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Count operations per car, not rupees per car. A gift that takes ninety seconds to prepare costs you two and a half working days a month that never appears on any invoice.
The version that survives a hundred handovers: the retail unit from ₹449, two or three scents, one format, fitted during pre-delivery checks. Nothing to build per customer.
Hanging car perfumes from ₹449

What actually breaks at a hundred handovers a month

Three things decide whether a gifting line survives a hundred cars a month, and the unit price is not one of them. Work through them in this order, because the third one is where most pages would invent an answer and this one will not.

1
The real cost
Count operations per car, not rupees per car
Put a stopwatch on your current gift. Fetching it, checking it, preparing it, and handing it across a desk while explaining what it is: call it ninety seconds, which is generous to most setups. At a hundred and twenty handovers that is three hours a month of someone's time, and it lands entirely on the people who are least able to give it, at the exact moment they are trying to finish paperwork with a customer sitting opposite them.

Anything requiring assembly multiplies that. A gift box built per customer is a hundred build operations, a hundred chances to run short of one component, and a stack of half-finished boxes occupying space you did not plan to give up. The retail unit avoids the entire category of problem, because the packaging is already done.

The hanging format adds one more saving that is specific to cars. It can be fitted during pre-delivery checks by whoever is already sitting in that vehicle, which means the gifting step is absorbed into a job that was going to happen regardless. Nothing is handed over, nothing is explained, and if the sales executive forgets to mention it at the desk the gift still worked.
Tip: Ninety seconds per car at this volume is roughly two and a half working days a month.
2
The variant count
How few scents a hundred-car month can genuinely carry
Eight scents is available and it is not a target. Every additional scent is another line to count, another line to reorder, another thing to keep apart on a shelf, and another decision at a handover where nobody has time for one. The failure mode at volume is not dramatic: you simply run down to one scent everybody dislikes and three of everything else, in a month where deliveries clustered oddly.

Two or three is usually right, chosen so they do not overlap. Lemon at ₹499 and Icy Mint at ₹489 are the least likely to be objected to by somebody who did not choose them. Sandalwood at ₹479 gives you one that reads as considered rather than functional. Oud at ₹509 is the most distinctive in the range and the riskiest default for a customer nobody asked.

Settle the format once as well. Hanging everywhere, or spray everywhere - not both. Mixing them doubles your counting for no gain, and since the mild hanging and the stronger spray of a scent cost exactly the same, there is not even a budget argument for a mixed line. For handovers the hanging is the right single answer, because nobody has asked the customer anything.
3
The honest gap
What SOSA does not publish about keeping a hundred units
This is where a procurement page should be most careful, so here is the plain version. SOSA is a fragrance house in Pune with a published retail catalogue and a WhatsApp number. It publishes no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight, no storage footprint, no dispatch window, no order cut-off and no bulk rate. Not one of those figures exists on any product page, and nothing written here should be read as implying one.

What you can reason about honestly is the shape of the object: a 12ml bottle is a small thing and a hundred of them is not a pallet question. But small is your inference from the size on the label, not a measurement anybody published, and if the space behind your service desk is genuinely the constraint you should ask before you plan around it rather than after.

The same applies to replacement. No duration is published for the hanging format, in any vehicle or any season, so a programme needing a replacement cadence should fit a few and settle the interval from what it observes. Bulk orders are welcome and no quantity is too small or too large to ask about. Quantity, timing and everything commercial are a WhatsApp conversation at +91 96192 18531, and you should have it before you fix a date.
Tip: Where nothing is published, ask before you plan - and never let a page invent the figure for you.
SOSA Lemon hanging car perfume, 12ml, Rs 499
The decision this whole category turns on
Hanging or spray is a scent-throw choice, not a budget choice
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two formats at the same price: the hanging is the mild scent-throw, the spray is the stronger one. Jasmine is ₹449 either way, Lemon ₹499 either way, Oud ₹509 either way. So the question is never which one you can afford - it is who controls the dose. Hand a car to somebody whose taste you have never asked about and the mild hanging is the safer object, because a person who finds a sealed car too loud cannot turn a scent down, only take it out.

Work it out in this order
Sizing a gifting line for a hundred handovers a month
  1. Time your current gift end to end, then multiply by your monthly handovers.
  2. Rule out anything that has to be assembled or filled per customer.
  3. Carry two or three scents in one format only. Rs 449 to Rs 509 is the published band.
  4. Ask about quantity, timing and storage on WhatsApp before you commit to a date.
The SOSA principle
A gifting programme at this volume is not really a purchasing decision. It is a process decision that happens to involve a product, and it fails at the process end almost every time.
The question worth asking in the meeting is not what the gift costs. It is how many times per car somebody has to pick it up, and who that somebody is.

How few scents a hundred-car month can genuinely carry

If you are settling on two or three for the year, here is the range honestly described. Jasmine ₹449 is the lowest-priced and the most conventionally pleasant. Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479 read as considered rather than functional, and Lavender is the more polarising of that pair. Icy Mint ₹489 is the sharpest and is usually described as clean rather than scented, which makes it the easiest to put in a car belonging to somebody you have never spoken to. Lemon ₹499 is the workhorse citrus. Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509 are the three with real character: excellent for a person choosing for themselves, and the riskiest thing to place in a hundred strangers' cars. Mysore Orange Blossom ₹549 is a 10ml spray with no hanging format, so it sits outside a hanging programme entirely.

The SOSA gift edit
Four high-volume delivery gifts, measured by what each costs you per car in handling
The option Who it suits, and where it fails
The retail unit, fitted at pre-delivery · ₹449 to ₹509 No build step, no wrapping and no handover moment, because it goes on the mirror while the car is being checked anyway. It fails if you let the scent list grow, if you run two formats at once, or if nobody has settled quantity and timing on WhatsApp before a big delivery week.
A large assembled gift box per customer · the showpiece Looks generous on the day it is approved and costs you a build operation per car for the rest of the year. It needs components that can each run short independently, somewhere to assemble them, and somewhere to keep the half-built ones. This is the option that most often ends up in a cupboard.
A mixed merchandise set · mug, diary, keychain Several items, several suppliers and several ways to be caught short. Each piece is portable, so the whole set leaves the car in a bag, and the most likely outcome at a hundred a month is that you are counting four things instead of one and losing all four to the same drawer.
A voucher or a digital code · the zero-handling option Genuinely the lightest thing to hand over, and that is its only advantage. It is a task rather than an object, it asks the customer to come back and spend before anything pleasant happens, and a large share are simply never redeemed - which makes the cost unpredictable rather than low.
SOSA car hanging freshener refills, 15ml, from Rs 399
What happens after the gift
The 15ml refill is bigger than the 12ml bottle and costs less than a new unit
Refills run ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, and ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud - against ₹449 to ₹509 for the unit itself. This matters for one honest reason and not the flattering one: a gift that can be continued without being sold to is a different object from a gift that simply runs out. Whether anybody continues it is up to them, and no supplier can promise you they will.
See the 15ml refills →

One more thing to build into the plan, and it is the part most programmes get wrong in the other direction. 15ml refills are ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, and ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud. The refill is larger than the 12ml bottle it refills and costs less than buying the unit again. That is not something you have to administer: it is simply an option the customer can find for themselves, and it means the object you fitted has somewhere to go afterwards without anybody at your desk being involved. Whether anyone takes it up is entirely up to them, and no supplier can tell you what proportion will.

Three sprays from ₹699, or all nine at ₹2,999. The honest answer when the recipient's taste is genuinely unknown: let them find out rather than guessing on their behalf.
from ₹699
When one particular car is not part of the programme
SOSA Safar ₹3,999 for a car, SOSA Vaayu ₹11,999 for the building it is parked at
Safar is the waterless, cordless, rechargeable cold-diffusion perfume diffuser for a car or a travel bag - ₹3,999 for the SOSA-scent trios and ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios. It is not a volume gift and should not be described as one; it is what a business reaches for when a single handover genuinely warrants it. Vaayu is the same waterless idea sized for a building: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks - which makes it a showroom or workshop question rather than a gifting one. Both run waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm, and neither takes the ₹299 water-based Hotel Collection bottle. No runtime, battery life or coverage figure is published for Safar. Both add a scent to a space; neither removes one.

Most gifting programmes are not killed by their price. They are killed by the ninety seconds per car that nobody costed, and by the cupboard that fills up with the half-finished version of last year's good idea.

The SOSA gifting range

Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

Choose the format on scent-throw first, because it does not change the price

SOSA hanging car perfumes Eight scents, 12ml, mild scent-throw Hangs from the mirror and is already working when the recipient first sits down - nothing to unwrap, install or learn from ₹449

SOSA car perfume combos Two scents in one box Jasmine & Lemon and Jasmine & Lavender ₹899, Oud + Lemon and Sandalwood & Oud ₹949 - hanging or spray at the same price from ₹899
Car Perfume Sprays Discovery Set Three sprays in one set ₹699 to ₹899 depending on the trio, or all nine sprays at ₹2,999 - the one to send when nobody can ask about taste from ₹699
SOSA Safar Waterless cordless car diffuser The top tier, for the one buyer a whole programme is not built around - rechargeable cold diffusion, no water and no cigarette socket ₹3,999
SOSA attars Alcohol-free roll-on oil Worn rather than driven, and a taste decision - only when somebody can name what the recipient already wears from ₹379

Every price above is the published retail price on the live SOSA product page, which is what any business should build its own arithmetic on. SOSA does not publish a bulk rate, a minimum order quantity, a slab, a dispatch window or any commercial term, and nothing on this page should be read as one. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; quantities and everything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

The honest price sheet
What SOSA publishes, and what SOSA does not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
  • Hanging car perfumes, 12ml - Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Eight scents in the hanging format.
  • The same scents as sprays, at the same price. Hanging is the mild scent-throw, spray is the stronger one, and they cost the same - so the choice is about who controls the dose, not about money. Mysore Orange Blossom ₹549 is a spray only and has no hanging format.
  • Refills, 15ml - ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud. Larger than the 12ml bottle, and cheaper than buying a new unit.
  • Combos and sets - two-scent combos ₹899 to ₹949, the Discovery Set of three sprays ₹699 to ₹899, all nine sprays ₹2,999, and 50ml sprays ₹1,499. SOSA Safar ₹3,999, or ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios.
  • Duration - the only car product publishing a figure is Mysore Orange Blossom: 10ml is about 100 sprays lasting about 3 months, 50ml is about 500 sprays lasting about a year or more. Those numbers belong to that spray and to nothing else. No duration is published for the hanging format.
  • Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount; any dispatch, delivery or cut-off timing; any payment, invoicing or credit term; case packs, carton sizes or unit weights; any claim that a gift will change a customer's behaviour, a survey score or a repeat rate; and any claim that a fragrance removes, neutralises or purifies anything. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.

A note from Sonal

The businesses that write to SOSA about car fragrance almost never open with a question about fragrance. They open with a question about a drawer. Somebody ordered five hundred of something last year, and most of it is still sitting in a drawer at the back of the showroom, and nobody wants to repeat that.

What makes a car product different from the keychain and the diary is not that it is nicer. It is that there is nowhere to put it away. A hanging perfume is hanging. It is not in a bag to be taken home and forgotten; it is in the one enclosed space the person is going to sit in tomorrow morning. That is an argument about geometry rather than about generosity, and it is the only argument for this category I am willing to make.

The thing I would push back on hardest is the instinct to buy the strongest one. When you are choosing on somebody else's behalf, and you will never meet most of them, the mild hanging is the correct choice and it costs exactly the same as the spray. A person who finds a scent too loud in a sealed car cannot turn it down; they can only take it out. Quiet is what lets a gift survive contact with a stranger's taste.

And the part I will not pretend about: I cannot tell you this will bring anyone back. No fragrance house can honestly tell a business what a gift will do to its numbers. What I can tell you is what the product is, what it costs, and what happens when somebody likes it enough to buy the refill themselves - which is the only loyalty any of us actually earns.

Frequently asked questions

What is the easiest delivery gift to handle at 100 cars a month?
One that arrives finished and needs no assembly per customer. A hanging car perfume is the retail product itself, so there is no build step, and it can be fitted to the mirror during pre-delivery checks by whoever is already inside the vehicle. That folds the gifting step into an existing job rather than adding a new one to a busy handover desk.
How many scents should a high-volume dealership carry?
Two or three that do not overlap, in one format only. Every extra scent is another line to count, reorder and keep apart across a month of uneven handovers. Lemon at Rs 499 and Icy Mint at Rs 489 are the least likely to be objected to by somebody who did not choose them, and Sandalwood at Rs 479 reads as considered rather than functional.
Does SOSA publish carton sizes or packing details for large quantities?
No. SOSA publishes a retail catalogue and a WhatsApp number, and there is no published case pack, carton size, unit weight, storage figure or dispatch window. A 12ml bottle is clearly a small object, but that is an inference from the label rather than a measurement anybody has stated. Ask on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before planning space or dates around it.
Does the price change when we order in quantity?
Nothing about quantity pricing is published, so no page can tell you. There is no published bulk rate and no published minimum order quantity. The prices here are the retail prices any customer pays: Rs 449 for Jasmine up to Rs 509 for Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver. Bulk orders are welcome and no quantity is too small or too large to ask about, but what a quantity becomes is a conversation on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
How often will we need to replace them across a fleet of handovers?
SOSA publishes no duration for the hanging format, so nobody can give you a cadence honestly. The only SOSA car product with published figures is the Mysore Orange Blossom spray, at about 100 sprays lasting about 3 months in 10ml and about 500 sprays lasting about a year or more in 50ml. For a programme, fit a few across different vehicles and settle the interval from what you observe.

About commercial terms: the prices above are published retail prices. SOSA does not publish a bulk rate, a minimum order quantity, a volume slab or discount, a dispatch or delivery window, an order cut-off, a payment or credit term, a rate card, a case pack, a carton size or a unit weight, and none is stated anywhere on this page; bulk orders are welcome and are discussed on WhatsApp. The only branding available is a custom label or logo on product - there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap or hamper service. There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme. About SOSA's location: SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, and sends orders across India. SOSA has no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or any other city, and nothing on this page should be read as claiming one; where a city is named, it refers to the businesses and the cars in that city and nothing more. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent and does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify odour, and no SOSA product makes any health, antibacterial, air-purifying or wellbeing claim, nor any claim about being suitable for children, pets or any medical condition. No claim is made anywhere on this page about what a gift will do to a business result - not to a satisfaction or survey score, not to repeat business, referrals, reviews, retention or recall. Those outcomes depend on the business and not on a fragrance, and no fragrance house can honestly promise them. No claim is made about how any recipient will feel. No duration is published or implied for the hanging format. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
