Professional services is the one commercial category where being noticed is a liability. A client arriving at a law firm, a CA practice or an advisory office is assessing judgement and discretion, and a reception that announces itself works against exactly that impression. The ceiling on what is appropriate here is much lower than in a showroom, and the businesses that do this well run levels most retailers would consider pointless.
The room that catches people out is the conference room.
