Start with the good news, because it removes most of the work. There is only one source. SOSA is a single fragrance house based in Pune, with one published catalogue and one set of prices, sending to all three cities from the same place. Nothing about the product varies by city, because there is no SOSA shop, stockist or counter in Bengaluru, Hyderabad or Mysuru to vary. That is a simplification rather than a limitation, and it means your standard can be written about the format - a 50ml reed duo at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 - rather than about geography.
The format to standardise on, in its least declarative pairing. SOSA Day & Night, ₹1,498 for two 50ml bottles - lemon-mint with lavender-chamomile, about 6 to 10 weeks each. The three sets span only ₹100, so any of them holds the same value on a mixed list. Write the format into the standard, not the name.
Quick answers — read this first
How do we keep a client gift consistent across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mysuru? There is nothing to reconcile. SOSA is one fragrance house based in Pune with one catalogue and one set of published prices, sending to all three cities from the same place. There is no SOSA shop, stockist or counter in any of them, so no regional version of the product exists. Standardise on a format: a duo set at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598.
Should we name a specific duo set in our internal standard? Better not to. The three published pairings are what exists today, and no commitment is published that any particular pairing stays in the catalogue. Write the standard as 'a 50ml reed duo set, ₹1,498 to ₹1,598' and choose the pairing each time. The three sets span only ₹100, so the value stays level whichever one you pick.
Do homes in the three cities need different fragrance choices? Not usefully. Households differ far more within any one of these cities than between them, so the real variable is the size and openness of the home, not its city. A 2BHK flat is the same problem in all three. An independent house is a different problem in all three. Split by home size if you must split at all.
The short answer
Short answer: Standardise the format rather than a named set: a 50ml reed duo at Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598. SOSA is one house based in Pune sending to all three cities, so there is no regional variation to reconcile. The real variable is home size and openness, which differs more within a city than between these three.
The pick: A 50ml reed duo set, ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, written into your standard as a format. The three published pairings span only ₹100, so which one you send stays a free choice at level value.
Why: One source, one catalogue and one set of prices for all three cities. It is already one box, it needs no flame, socket or water, and the format survives a pairing changing in a way a named set does not.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
How do we choose one home-fragrance gifting format for clients in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mysuru?
The instinct with three cities is to look for regional differences and build rules around them. Here there are none worth building on, and saying so plainly is more useful than inventing some. SOSA is a single Indian fragrance house based in Pune. It publishes one catalogue at one set of prices and sends orders across India from that one place. There is no SOSA shop, no stockist and no counter in Bengaluru, Hyderabad or Mysuru, which means there is no local range, no regional variant and no chance of a different product turning up in one city. Your consistency problem largely dissolves. What remains is a choice about how to write the standard, and there is a right way to do it. Standardise on the format, not on a name. Write it as 'a 50ml reed duo set, ₹1,498 to ₹1,598' rather than as a particular pairing, because the three published pairings are what exists today and no commitment is published that any of them remains in the catalogue. A format survives that; a named set in an internal document does not. The three sets conveniently span only ₹100, so the value stays level whichever pairing goes out. Then the genuine variable, which is not the city. Households differ more within Bengaluru than Bengaluru differs from Mysuru. A two-bedroom flat with a living and dining run together is the same gifting problem in all three; an independent house with rooms over two floors is a different problem in all three. So if you split your list at all, split it by the size and openness of the home, and accept that for most of the list you will not know. Three limits worth carrying into the policy: no set is composed to order; SOSA has no wrapping, no ribbon, no gift-box service and no message-card, the set's own box being the whole of the presentation; and no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity and no price slab is published, so quantity is a conversation on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Bulk orders are welcome. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Three cities sounds like three problems. It is one, because there is one house in Pune sending to all three. The variation you actually have to handle is between homes, not between cities.
The format to write into the standard: a 50ml reed duo set, ₹1,498 to ₹1,598. Two rooms, one box, level value across three pairings that sit only ₹100 apart.
Why three cities is an easier problem than it looks, and where the real variation is
Three questions turn this from a logistics problem into a one-line policy. Where the variation actually lives, what the standard should name, and what happens when a home does not fit the format you chose.
1
The source
One house in Pune, which is why there is nothing to reconcile
Most consistency problems in gifting come from having several suppliers, or one supplier with local branches that carry slightly different lines. Neither applies. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, publishing one retail catalogue at one set of prices, and sending orders across India.
There is no SOSA shop, no stockist, no counter and no branch in Bengaluru, Hyderabad or Mysuru, or in any other city. An order is sent from Pune to Bengaluru, from Pune to Hyderabad, from Pune to Mysuru. The same product, described the same way, at the same published price, in all three.
That has a second consequence you should build into the plan rather than resent: no local timing is published anywhere, precisely because there is no local operation to publish it about. No page can promise a date in one city and not another, because no page can promise one at all. If your list has to land in a particular week across three cities, raise the dates on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before you commit to them internally.
So the honest summary is that the three-city part of your question is the easy part. It is a simplification, not a constraint.
Tip: One catalogue, one set of prices, one place it is sent from. There is no regional version to align.
2
The standard
Name the format, not the pairing
There are three published duo sets and the pairings are fixed: Day & Night at ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 and Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598, each two 50ml bottles, or ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 in the 130ml pair. No set is composed to order, so anything outside those three is two separate bottles rather than a box.
The temptation when writing an internal standard is to name one of them, because a name is easy to repeat. Resist it. SOSA publishes no commitment that any particular pairing stays in the catalogue, and a standard that names a set is a standard that quietly breaks the day something changes. Write it as a format instead: a 50ml reed diffuser duo set, two bottles, ₹1,498 to ₹1,598. That sentence stays true through any rearrangement of which pairings exist.
Two facts make the format unusually easy to run. The three sets span only ₹100, so you can send different scents to different people without the gifts reading as unequal. And if you want two genuinely distinct pairings at matched value, note that Day & Night and Fresh & Grounded both contain Morning Freshness - so the distinct matched pair is Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 with Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598, ₹50 apart with no bottle in common.
The variable is the home, and it is not distributed by city
Here is where it is tempting to invent something, so let us not. There is no honest, checkable claim that homes in one of these three cities need a different fragrance from homes in another. What is true and useful is that the spread of home types inside any one city is far wider than the difference between the three cities. A compact two-bedroom flat, a large flat with the living and dining run together, and an independent house with rooms over two floors all exist in all three, and they are three genuinely different gifting problems.
Which maps onto the range cleanly. The 50ml duo at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 is two small-to-medium rooms and is right for most flats. The 130ml duo at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 is two genuinely large rooms and is right when the main space is one open volume. A house with several unconnected rooms is not covered by any duo - two bottles are two rooms, and nothing in the reed range handles a building.
And the commonest shape of all, a large open living area plus a small closed bedroom, is not a published set, because every duo is two bottles of the same size. That is a 130ml single at ₹1,249 to ₹1,349 plus a 50ml single at ₹749 to ₹849, roughly ₹1,998 to ₹2,198 by your own arithmetic off published prices.
For a list where you cannot know, the 50ml duo is the defensible default: modest in a large room is a smaller failure than oversized in a small one. All five scents run about 6 to 10 weeks in either size, and no square-footage rating is published for any of them.
Tip: Split by home size if you split at all. Splitting by city is a rule with nothing underneath it.
The idea this whole question turns on
A duo is a second room, not a bigger gift for the same room
The 50ml duo sets are ₹1,498, ₹1,548 and ₹1,598 for two 50ml bottles - which is two small-to-medium rooms, not one room handled twice as hard. The 130ml duos at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 are two large rooms. So the question to answer before the price is how many rooms you actually want handled, and how big they are. Somebody in a one-bedroom flat who spends every evening in the living room does not need a second bottle; somebody who has just taken possession of a 3BHK where every room smells of paint does.
Write the format, not a name: a 50ml reed duo set, Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598.
Note that one house in Pune sends to all three cities. No regional version exists.
Allow any of the three published pairings. They sit only Rs 100 apart.
Split the list by home size, never by city. Large open rooms mean the 130ml pair.
The SOSA principle
Consistency across cities is usually a supply problem. Here it is already solved, because there is one house in Pune and no branch anywhere else. What is left is not a geography question at all - it is the question of how big the rooms are, and that has never respected a city boundary.
So the useful standard describes a format and a room size. A standard that describes cities is describing a difference that is not there.
Pairings, matched value, and why not to name one in a policy
Three pairings exist and each is a different proposition rather than a variant of one idea. Day & Night at ₹1,498 pairs Morning Freshness, Malabar lemon and mint, with Evening Calm, Himalayan lavender and chamomile - the two least declarative scents in the range, which is what makes it the easiest to send to a household nobody in your office has visited. Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 pairs the same lemon-mint with Mountain Breeze, Himalayan pine, sage and cedar, dry and green, the least sweet and least floral of the three. Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598 pairs Fresh Brew, Coorg coffee and Kerala vanilla, with Garden Bloom, British rose and night-blooming jasmine - the most declarative, and the one that reads most clearly as chosen. None of the three is universally liked, and a standard that claims one of them is would be making a claim nobody can support. Evening Calm is the name printed on a bottle of lavender and chamomile and describes the contents, not an effect.
The SOSA gift edit
Four ways to write the standard, and what breaks in each
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
Name one duo set · e.g. ₹1,598
Easy to repeat and easy to approve, which is why most internal documents do it. It breaks quietly: no commitment is published that any particular pairing stays in the catalogue, so the day it changes your standard points at something that is no longer there and somebody improvises. Name the format instead.
The 50ml duo format · ₹1,498 to ₹1,598
Two 50ml bottles in one box, whichever of the three pairings is sent. Level value across a ₹100 spread, one box with nothing assembled, and the size that fits most flats. This is the recommendation. Its limit is that it is two rooms, so a large house or a three-room brief needs separate bottles instead.
The 130ml duo format · ₹2,498 to ₹2,598
The right standard only if your list is genuinely weighted towards homes whose main space is one large open volume. Across a mixed list it fails in the more visible direction: oversized bottles in small closed rooms get moved out, which is a worse outcome than a modest bottle in a big room.
Split the standard by city · three rules
The intuitive approach and the one with nothing underneath it. There is no published or checkable difference in what homes in these three cities need, and the same house types exist in all three. It also triples your administration to encode a distinction that does not exist. Split by home size or do not split.
The three pairings, and the one trade inside them
Three sets exist, the pairings are fixed, and one of them has no refill path
Day & Night ₹1,498 is lemon-mint with lavender-chamomile. Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 is lemon-mint with pine, sage and cedar - the least sweet and the least floral of the three. Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 is coffee-vanilla with rose and night jasmine, the most declarative. A set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is two separate bottles rather than a box. And one real trade: refills at ₹2,399 and ₹3,499 are published for four of the five scents, but not for Evening Calm - which is half of the cheapest set.
Four things to carry into the policy document. First, no set is composed to order and there is no three-bottle set, so a brief for three rooms is a duo plus a separate single - roughly ₹2,247 by your own arithmetic off published prices, turning up as two products rather than one box. Second, refills are published at ₹2,399 for 300ml and ₹3,499 for 500ml for four of the five scents, with Evening Calm the exception and no refill published for it, which is worth knowing because Evening Calm is half of the ₹1,498 set. Third, the ladder: one 50ml ₹749 to ₹849, one 130ml ₹1,249 to ₹1,349, a 50ml duo ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, then no reed diffuser and no duo set is published between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398 before the 130ml duo at ₹2,498. Fourth, on commercial terms: SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no wholesale rate, no minimum order quantity, no price slab, no volume discount, no rate card, no lead time and no order cut-off. Bulk orders are welcome and everything of that kind is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Morning Freshness lemon-mint with Evening Calm lavender-chamomile. The cheapest of the three at ₹1,498, and the one whose second bottle publishes no refill - worth knowing before you choose on price alone.
Lemon-mint with Himalayan pine, sage and cedar at ₹1,548. The least floral and the least sweet of the three pairings, which makes it the safest of them to send into a home you have never stood in.
Coorg coffee-vanilla with British rose and night jasmine at ₹1,598. The most declarative pairing in the range, and the one that most reads as chosen rather than as household supply.
₹1,598 · 50ml x 2
When the answer is a machine rather than more bottles
A bottle asks nothing. A machine asks for water, power and attention every week
Two reed diffusers cover two rooms. Nothing in the reed range covers a whole home, and no square-footage rating is published for any of them. If a home genuinely needs more than rooms handled one at a time, that is a machine question. Sukoon at ₹1,899 and Boond at ₹899 are ultrasonic cool-mist machines running the water-basedHotel Collection from ₹299 - they need water, a socket and refilling, which is a real ask of somebody who did not choose them. SOSA Vaayu at ₹11,999 is the waterless one: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks. That rating assumes one connected body of air, so a Vaayu suits a large open home or a business and is the wrong gift for a three-bedroom flat with every door closed. Vaayu runs waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm and never takes the ₹299 water-based bottle. All of it adds a scent to a space; none of it removes one.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
Three cities, one fragrance house, one catalogue and one place it is all sent from. The consistency you were trying to engineer is the default, and the variation you actually have is between living rooms.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA home fragrance ladder
A duo is two rooms, not a bigger gift for one room - decide by the rooms first
Approximately 1000 m3 of connected air with a Bluetooth app and timer - a large open home or a business, not a flat with every door shut
₹11,999
There are three duo sets and only three, and the pairings are fixed - a set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is simply two separate bottles. There is no three-bottle or four-bottle set, and SOSA has no hamper, gift box, wrapping, ribbon or message-card service; the only branding available anywhere is a custom label or logo on product. All five reeds run about 6 to 10 weeks, which is the only duration SOSA publishes, and no square-footage rating is published for any reed. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest price sheet
The published ladder, including the gap in it
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
One 50ml reed - Morning Freshness ₹749, Garden Bloom and Evening Calm ₹799, Mountain Breeze and Fresh Brew ₹849. One 130ml reed - ₹1,249 to ₹1,349. All five run about 6 to 10 weeks in either size, because the larger bottle is for a larger room and not for a longer life.
The three duo sets - Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 and Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 as two 50ml bottles; ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598 as two 130ml bottles. These three pairings are the whole set range - a set is not composed to order, and there is no three-bottle or four-bottle set.
The gap worth knowing about - the ladder runs one 50ml ₹749, one 130ml ₹1,249, a 50ml duo ₹1,498, then no reed diffuser and no duo set published between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398 (the ₹1,899 Sukoon machine sits in that band, but it is a machine and not a bottle), then a 130ml duo ₹2,498. A budget of about ₹2,000 is therefore answered by the 50ml duo coming in under it, not by stretching to the larger set - the larger set is a room-size decision.
Refills - 300ml ₹2,399 and 500ml ₹3,499, published for four of the five scents. Evening Calm publishes no refill, and Evening Calm is one of the two bottles in the ₹1,498 Day & Night duo - so the cheapest set is the one whose second bottle has no published continuation.
Machines, if rooms are not the unit - Boond ₹899 and Sukoon ₹1,899 run the water-based Hotel Collection from ₹299 and need water, power and refilling. Vaayu ₹11,999 is waterless, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air. Megh ₹5,999.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any square-footage or room-volume rating for a reed diffuser, any duration other than about 6 to 10 weeks, how often reeds should be turned, any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, any case pack or carton size, any claim about how a recipient will feel, and any claim that a gift changes a business result. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Not sure whether one bottle or two? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: how many rooms you actually want handled, roughly how big and how open those rooms are, whether the home is already scented, and what you want to spend. You will get one straight answer rather than a catalogue - including the times the honest answer is a single 50ml rather than a duo, or two separate bottles rather than one of the three published sets. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any square-footage rating for a reed, any duration beyond about 6 to 10 weeks, any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, and any payment or invoicing term. There are three duo sets and the pairings are fixed - no set is composed to order, there is no three-bottle set, and there is no hamper, gift box, wrapping, ribbon or message-card service. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the whole of the branding offer and everything commercial is a conversation on WhatsApp. Bespoke composition, a fragrance composed for you by Sonal, is a real SOSA service and is also discussed there. Where SOSA is: SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. There is no SOSA shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city, so anything here about Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or anywhere else is about the homes in those cities and not about a local branch.

ISIPCA Versailles
A note from Sonal
The question I get most often about the duo sets is not about scent. It is a slightly embarrassed version of: will one bottle look cheap? And I understand it, because a single 50ml reed in a box is a small object to hand to somebody whose house you have just walked into for the first time.
But the honest answer is that a duo is not a bigger gift. It is a second room. That is the whole difference, and it is a much more useful way to think about it than price. If the person you are buying for lives in a one-bedroom flat and spends their evenings in the living room, the second bottle does not make the gift better - it makes the gift into something they have to find a home for. If they have just moved into a 3BHK and every room smells of paint, the second bottle is the point.
Where I would push back hardest is on the 130ml duo. People reach for it because it is the most expensive thing in the reed range and it feels like the safest way to be generous. The 130ml is the large room's bottle, not the better bottle. Two of them in two small closed bedrooms is not a generous gift; it is two rooms nobody wants to sit in. A 50ml duo at ₹1,498 in the right two rooms beats a 130ml duo at ₹2,498 in the wrong two, every single time.
And the part I will not pretend about: there are three pairings and they are fixed. I cannot put Garden Bloom and Evening Calm in a box for you. If that is the combination you want, it is two bottles rather than a set, and it is worth knowing that before you decide whether the box mattered to you in the first place.
Frequently asked questions
Does the product differ between Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mysuru?
No, because there is only one source. SOSA is a fragrance house based in Pune with one published catalogue at one set of prices, and there is no SOSA shop, no stockist and no counter in any of the three cities. Orders are sent from Pune to each of them. There is no regional range and no local variant to reconcile.
Should our internal standard name a particular duo set?
Better to name the format. No commitment is published that any particular pairing stays in the catalogue, so a standard that names a set can point at something that is no longer there. Write it as a 50ml reed duo set at Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598 and choose the pairing each time. The three sets sit only Rs 100 apart, so value stays level.
Do homes in these three cities need different fragrance choices?
Not in any way anyone can support. Households differ far more within any one of these cities than between them, and the same range of home types exists in all three. The variable worth planning around is the size and openness of the home: a 50ml duo for most flats, a 130ml duo when the main space is one large open volume.
Can we get the same gift to all three cities on the same date?
That is a conversation rather than a published promise. SOSA publishes no timing commitment for any city, because there is no local operation anywhere to publish one about - everything is sent from Pune. Agree dates on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before you commit to them internally, particularly if the list has to land in one week.
What changes commercially when the list gets long?
Nothing that is published. There is no bulk rate, no wholesale rate, no minimum order quantity, no price slab, no volume discount, no rate card and no lead time. You can multiply the published retail prices yourself, and that sum is your own arithmetic rather than a quote. Bulk orders are welcome and are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Take the next step
One format, three cities, and one conversation about quantity
A 50ml duo from ₹1,498 as the standard format for a mixed client list across all three cities. A 130ml duo from ₹2,498 only where you know the main room is one large open volume. Everything is sent from Pune, so there is nothing regional to align. Bring the quantity and the dates to WhatsApp before you fix either internally.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.

About commercial terms: the prices above are published retail prices. SOSA publishes no bulk or wholesale rate, no minimum order quantity, no volume slab or discount, no dispatch or delivery window, no order cut-off, no payment or credit term, no rate card, no case pack, no carton size and no unit weight, and none is stated anywhere on this page; bulk orders are welcome and are discussed on WhatsApp. The only branding available is a custom label or logo on product - there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap, ribbon, message card or hamper service. There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme. About SOSA's location: SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, and sends orders across India. SOSA has no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or any other city, and nothing on this page should be read as claiming one; where a city is named, it refers to the homes and the buyers in that city and nothing more. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent and does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify odour, and no SOSA product makes any health, antibacterial, air-purifying or wellbeing claim. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, sleep, comfort or wellbeing: fragrance is a scent, not a treatment, and where a product name contains a word such as Calm that is a name and not an effect. No claim is made about how any recipient will feel about a gift, and no claim is made that a gift changes any business result - not a satisfaction score, repeat business, referrals, reviews, retention or recall. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
