Should a large display floor use a Vaayu or an Aangan?
Four questions answer this, and none of them is about budget. One: what is the air volume? Floor area multiplied by actual finished ceiling height, measured rather than assumed. A 4,000 sq ft floor at nine feet and a 4,000 sq ft floor at eighteen feet are entirely different problems, and furniture showrooms in Ahmedabad frequently occupy former industrial or double-height spaces where the height is the dominant term. Two: is it genuinely one connected volume? Fragrance does not cross a closed door, so a 6,000 sq ft showroom split into three rooms is three problems rather than one large one. Open mezzanines, half-height partitions and wide openings do connect, and full-height walls with doors do not. Three: is any of it open or semi-open?
