Founder Diaries · Reed Diffuser & Home Fragrance Gifting
By Sonal Sahani · ISIPCA Versailles 12 min read Updated September 2026
Probably, but not for the reason in the question. Having more to spend per client is not by itself a reason to spend it, and the reed range has a real ceiling: the largest set published is the 130ml duo at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598. There is nothing above that which is still a set of bottles. The next honest step is a machine - Vaayu at ₹11,999 for a large open home - and that is a different kind of gift with an ongoing oil cost attached. This page lays that out rather than pretending the range stretches to meet a budget.
SOSA Warmth and Bloom reed diffuser duo gift set, Fresh Brew and Garden Bloom, Rs 2,598 in 130ml
SOSA Warmth & Bloom reed duo · ₹1,598 in 50ml, ₹2,598 in 130ml ₹2,598 →
The top of the reed range, and the most declarative of the three pairings. SOSA Warmth & Bloom - ₹1,598 for two 50ml bottles, ₹2,598 for two 130ml - Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla with Garden Bloom rose and night jasmine, about 6 to 10 weeks each. The 130ml version is for two genuinely large open rooms, which is the only reason to buy it rather than the 50ml set.
Quick answers — read this first
What is the most expensive reed diffuser gift set SOSA publishes? A 130ml duo set at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 - two 130ml bottles, in one of three fixed pairings. Nothing larger is published as a set: there is no three-bottle set and no set composed to order. Above the duo the range moves to machines, which are a different category of gift.

If a studio can spend more than the duo set, what is the honest next step? Not a bigger bottle - there is not one. It is Vaayu at ₹11,999, a waterless cold-air nebulising machine rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air. It suits a large open home and is wrong for a flat with every door shut, and it takes waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm or ₹1,849 for 300 gm, which is an ongoing cost for the client.

Is the 130ml duo better than the 50ml duo for a high-value client? Only if the two rooms are genuinely large. The 130ml duo ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 is the large room's bottle doubled, not a superior version of the ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 set. In two small closed bedrooms both bottles get moved, which is a worse result than the cheaper set for more money.
The short answer
Short answer: A premium combo is reasonable, but know the ceiling first. The largest published set is the 130ml duo at Rs 2,498 to Rs 2,598, and it is a room-size decision rather than a budget one. Above that the range changes category entirely to machines, starting with Megh at Rs 5,999 and Vaayu at Rs 11,999, which carries an ongoing oil cost.
The pick: A 130ml duo set ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 where the home has two genuinely large open rooms. A 50ml duo ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 where it does not, and the unspent money is not a failure.
Why: The reed range has a published ceiling and no set exists above the 130ml duo. Spending past it means buying a different kind of object with different demands, which is a decision worth making deliberately rather than by rounding a budget upward.
Sending something when somebody is having a hard time - at a glanceKeep it small - candle ₹399, attar ₹379, car scent ₹449For their home - reed diffuser ₹749, nothing to switch onSay the words yourself - no card goes in the parcelNever - a parcel instead of turning up
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Straight answer
We can spend more per client than most gifters. Does that mean we should buy the premium diffuser combo?
Not automatically, and the reason is worth saying to an architect plainly. Headroom is not a brief. A studio completing four or five homes a year has more to spend on each handover than a business sending two hundred boxes, but the gift still lands in one specific home with specific rooms, and the object does not become more suitable because more was paid for it. Here is the range as published, so the ceiling is visible. One 50ml reed is ₹749 to ₹849, one 130ml is ₹1,249 to ₹1,349, a 50ml duo is ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 and a 130ml duo is ₹2,498 to ₹2,598. That is the top of the reed range. There is no three-bottle set, no four-bottle set and no set composed to order, so a studio that wants to spend ₹5,000 on bottles is buying two boxes rather than one bigger one. refills at ₹2,399 for 300ml and ₹3,499 for 500ml are continuations for somebody who already owns a diffuser, not gifts in themselves. Above all of that the category changes. Megh is ₹5,999, a large ultrasonic that is water-based and needs filling. Vaayu is ₹11,999, waterless cold-air nebulising with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V/1A 5W, CE, RoHS and SGS, and rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air - a rating that assumes one connected body of air, so it suits a large open home or a business and is the wrong gift for a flat with every door shut. It also carries a running cost the client inherits: waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm, and never the ₹299 water-based bottle. That is the honest ladder. On quantity and anything commercial, SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no slab, no volume discount, no lead time and no dispatch window - bulk orders are welcome and it is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The question a studio should ask is not what can we afford per client. It is what is the largest object this particular home can absorb without the client having to find a place for it. Those two numbers are rarely the same.
The ceiling, stated plainly: a 130ml duo set is ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 and nothing larger is published as a set. Past that the honest option is a machine, which is a different object with a different ask.
130ml duo sets from ₹2,498

Three things to settle before spending the headroom

Three questions decide this, and the order matters. What the extra money is actually for; where the range stops; and what a client is signed up to if you step over that line into a machine.

1
The first question
What is the extra money buying, in the room?
There are two reasonable motives behind we can spend more and they lead to different objects. The first is proportion: a studio handing over a house it has worked on for eighteen months does not want the closing gesture to be ₹799. That is a fair instinct about the occasion. The second is coverage: a large house has more rooms than a bottle handles, and more money genuinely buys more of the house. Only the second changes what the client experiences.

If it is the first, be careful, because the reflex purchase is the wrong one. The 130ml duo at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 is not the deluxe edition of the ₹1,498 set. It is two large bottles for two large rooms. Put them into two closed bedrooms and both get moved within a week - a worse result than the cheaper set, at a thousand rupees more. If you have not stood in the rooms, that risk is real, and a studio usually has stood in the rooms, which is the one advantage you hold over an ordinary gifter. Use it.

If it is the second, then the money is doing something, and the question becomes how many rooms and how open they are. Two large open rooms is the 130ml duo. Two ordinary rooms is the 50ml duo and a smaller bill, and there is nothing to apologise for in that.
Tip: More budget is a fact about the studio. Room size is a fact about the house. Only one of them should pick the bottle.
2
The second question
Where the reed range stops, exactly
Worth having the whole published ladder in front of you before deciding anything, because the ceiling surprises people.

One 50ml is ₹749 to ₹849. One 130ml is ₹1,249 to ₹1,349. A 50ml duo is ₹1,498 to ₹1,598. Then no reed diffuser and no duo set is published between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398 - the ₹1,899 Sukoon sits in that band, but it is a machine. A 300ml refills is ₹2,399 and a 500ml is ₹3,499, both continuations rather than gifts. A 130ml duo is ₹2,498 to ₹2,598, and that is the end of it.

So a studio with, say, ₹5,000 of headroom per client cannot spend it on one larger set, because one does not exist. It can spend it on two boxes - which is a sensible answer for a big house and should be described as what it is, two products rather than one presented set. It cannot ask for three bottles in a box: there is no three-bottle set and no set composed to order, and the three published pairings are fixed. Anything else is separate bottles.

One detail that matters when choosing on price: Evening Calm publishes no refill, and Evening Calm is one of the two bottles in the cheapest set, Day & Night. The other four scents have refills at ₹2,399 and ₹3,499.
3
The third question
If you step above the range, what does the client inherit?
Above the duo the honest options are machines, and a machine is a genuinely different kind of gift: it asks the recipient for something every week or every month for as long as they keep it.

Sukoon at ₹1,899 and Boond at ₹899 are ultrasonic cool-mist and water-based: a tank filled and emptied, a socket, and the water-based Hotel Collection fragrance from ₹299. Megh at ₹5,999 is the large ultrasonic of the same family.

Vaayu at ₹11,999 is the serious one and the one a studio with a large open project should actually look at. It is waterless cold-air nebulising with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V/1A 5W, CE, RoHS and SGS, and a rating of approximately 1000 m3 of connected air. That word connected is the whole specification: it assumes one body of air moving freely, so it fits a large open home or a business and is wrong for a flat where every door stays shut. And it carries a cost the client keeps paying - waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm, never the ₹299 water-based bottle. Handing somebody a machine with a consumable attached is a decision to make deliberately, and it is not obviously kinder than a box of two bottles that simply finishes.
Tip: A machine is not a bigger gift. It is a gift with homework, and the homework lasts as long as the object does.
SOSA Fresh and Grounded reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,548
The idea this whole question turns on
A duo is a second room, not a bigger gift for the same room
The 50ml duo sets are ₹1,498, ₹1,548 and ₹1,598 for two 50ml bottles - which is two small-to-medium rooms, not one room handled twice as hard. The 130ml duos at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 are two large rooms. So the question to answer before the price is how many rooms you actually want handled, and how big they are. Somebody in a one-bedroom flat who spends every evening in the living room does not need a second bottle; somebody who has just taken possession of a 3BHK where every room smells of paint does.
See the SOSA reed duo sets →
Work it out in this order
How a studio should settle this before the handover date
  1. Decide whether the extra money is about proportion or about covering more rooms.
  2. If proportion, stop: pick by room size. The 130ml duo is for two large open rooms.
  3. Know the ceiling: Rs 2,598 is the largest set published, and nothing sits above it.
  4. Step to a machine only where the home is genuinely open and the oil cost is accepted.
The SOSA principle
A studio that completes four homes a year is in an unusual position: it has both more money per client and more knowledge per client than almost any other gifter. The second of those is worth far more than the first, and it is the one most studios leave unused.
You have walked the rooms, you know which ones are open and which stay shut, and you know where a bottle can stand. That is precisely the information that decides this, and no budget substitutes for it.

Where the reed range actually stops, and what is above it

If a premium combo is the answer, the choice between the three pairings is a real one rather than a shade of the same thing. Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548, or ₹2,548 in 130ml is Morning Freshness, Malabar lemon and mint, with Mountain Breeze, Himalayan pine, sage and cedar - dry, green, the least sweet and least floral of the three, and the least likely to sit oddly in a house full of new joinery. Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598, or ₹2,598 is Fresh Brew, Coorg coffee and Kerala vanilla, with Garden Bloom, British rose and night-blooming jasmine - the most declarative pairing and the one that most reads as a choice rather than as household supply, which for a studio gift is often the point. Day & Night at ₹1,498, or ₹2,498 is the lemon-mint with Evening Calm, Himalayan lavender and chamomile - the two least assertive scents in the range. Evening Calm is a name on a bottle, not a claim about what it does. None of the three is universally liked, and the pairings cannot be composed to order.

The SOSA gift edit
Four ways to spend a larger budget on one client, and what each one actually is
The option Who it suits, and where it fails
A 50ml duo set · ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 The default that a larger budget tempts studios away from, and often the right object anyway. Two 50ml bottles in one box for two small-to-medium rooms, about 6 to 10 weeks each. It fails only where both rooms are genuinely large and open, in which case it is under-scaled rather than wrong.
A 130ml duo set · ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 The top of the reed range and the honest answer to can we spend more, provided the house earns it. Two 130ml bottles, same three fixed pairings. It fails in closed bedrooms, where both bottles are too much for the rooms and get moved, and it cannot be stretched further because nothing larger is published.
Megh · ₹5,999 A large ultrasonic cool-mist machine, and a real step up in object. It is water-based, so the client fills and empties a tank and buys the water-based ₹299 fragrance. It fails as a gift when nobody has asked whether the client wants a weekly task, which is the question studios skip most often.
Vaayu · ₹11,999 Waterless cold-air nebulising, Bluetooth app and timer, 400ml tank, approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, DC 12V/1A 5W, CE, RoHS and SGS. Right for a large open home or a business. It fails in a flat with every door shut, and it commits the client to waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 per 100 gm or ₹1,849 per 300 gm.
SOSA Warmth and Bloom reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,598
The three pairings, and the one trade inside them
Three sets exist, the pairings are fixed, and one of them has no refill path
Day & Night ₹1,498 is lemon-mint with lavender-chamomile. Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 is lemon-mint with pine, sage and cedar - the least sweet and the least floral of the three. Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 is coffee-vanilla with rose and night jasmine, the most declarative. A set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is two separate bottles rather than a box. And one real trade: refills at ₹2,399 and ₹3,499 are published for four of the five scents, but not for Evening Calm - which is half of the cheapest set.
Compare the three duo sets →

Two commercial notes, because a studio buying four or five of these a year is still a business. First, there is no trade layer to find. The prices on this page are the published retail prices a private buyer pays, and the arithmetic for your year is public - multiply and see. SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no slab, no volume discount, no lead time and no dispatch window, and no page should invent one. Bulk orders are welcome, and quantities, timing and anything else commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. If a handover date is fixed, ask before committing to it rather than after. Second, there is no presentation service and no curation service. No gift wrap, no ribbon, no message-card service, no engraving, no gift box service, and no service that selects or specifies a set on your behalf. A duo set is one box because that is how the product is sold. The only branding available anywhere is custom label or logo on product. Bespoke composition does exist as a service, with no published price, no published process and no published timeline, which is why this page says nothing more about it than that.

SOSA Day and Night reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,498
Morning Freshness lemon-mint with Evening Calm lavender-chamomile. The cheapest of the three at ₹1,498, and the one whose second bottle publishes no refill - worth knowing before you choose on price alone.

SOSA Fresh and Grounded reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,548
Lemon-mint with Himalayan pine, sage and cedar at ₹1,548. The least floral and the least sweet of the three pairings, which makes it the safest of them to send into a home you have never stood in.
₹1,548 · 50ml x 2
SOSA Warmth and Bloom reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,598
Coorg coffee-vanilla with British rose and night jasmine at ₹1,598. The most declarative pairing in the range, and the one that most reads as chosen rather than as household supply.

When the answer is a machine rather than more bottles
A bottle asks nothing. A machine asks for water, power and attention every week
Two reed diffusers cover two rooms. Nothing in the reed range covers a whole home, and no square-footage rating is published for any of them. If a home genuinely needs more than rooms handled one at a time, that is a machine question. Sukoon at ₹1,899 and Boond at ₹899 are ultrasonic cool-mist machines running the water-based Hotel Collection from ₹299 - they need water, a socket and refilling, which is a real ask of somebody who did not choose them. SOSA Vaayu at ₹11,999 is the waterless one: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks. That rating assumes one connected body of air, so a Vaayu suits a large open home or a business and is the wrong gift for a three-bedroom flat with every door closed. Vaayu runs waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm and never takes the ₹299 water-based bottle. All of it adds a scent to a space; none of it removes one.

A studio that spends ₹2,598 because it can, rather than because the rooms are large, has bought a more expensive version of a mistake. The client cannot see the budget. They can see two bottles that do not fit their bedrooms.

The SOSA gifting range

Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

The SOSA home fragrance ladder
A duo is two rooms, not a bigger gift for one room - decide by the rooms first
Option What it is What it suits Price
SOSA reed duo sets, 50ml x 2 Two 50ml bottles in one box Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548, Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 - two small-to-medium rooms, and already a box with nothing to assemble from ₹1,498
SOSA reed duo sets, 130ml x 2 The same three pairings, larger ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598 - for two genuinely large rooms, and too much for two small closed bedrooms from ₹2,498
A single 50ml reed diffuser One small or medium room ₹749 to ₹849, about 6 to 10 weeks - a bedroom, a study, a hallway, or anybody receiving their first diffuser from ₹749
A single 130ml reed diffuser One large room ₹1,249 to ₹1,349 - an open-plan living and dining area, and the wrong choice for a small closed bedroom from ₹1,249
SOSA reed refills 300ml and 500ml ₹2,399 and ₹3,499, published for four of the five scents - Evening Calm publishes none, which matters if the gift was the Day & Night duo ₹2,399 / ₹3,499
SOSA Sukoon Ultrasonic cool-mist machine ₹1,899 plus water-based Hotel Collection fragrance from ₹299 - a machine asks for water and power every week, which a bottle never does ₹1,899
SOSA Vaayu Waterless cold-air machine Approximately 1000 m3 of connected air with a Bluetooth app and timer - a large open home or a business, not a flat with every door shut ₹11,999

There are three duo sets and only three, and the pairings are fixed - a set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is simply two separate bottles. There is no three-bottle or four-bottle set, and SOSA has no hamper, gift box, wrapping, ribbon or message-card service; the only branding available anywhere is a custom label or logo on product. All five reeds run about 6 to 10 weeks, which is the only duration SOSA publishes, and no square-footage rating is published for any reed. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

The honest price sheet
The published ladder, including the gap in it
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
  • One 50ml reed - Morning Freshness ₹749, Garden Bloom and Evening Calm ₹799, Mountain Breeze and Fresh Brew ₹849. One 130ml reed - ₹1,249 to ₹1,349. All five run about 6 to 10 weeks in either size, because the larger bottle is for a larger room and not for a longer life.
  • The three duo sets - Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 and Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 as two 50ml bottles; ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598 as two 130ml bottles. These three pairings are the whole set range - a set is not composed to order, and there is no three-bottle or four-bottle set.
  • The gap worth knowing about - the ladder runs one 50ml ₹749, one 130ml ₹1,249, a 50ml duo ₹1,498, then no reed diffuser and no duo set published between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398 (the ₹1,899 Sukoon machine sits in that band, but it is a machine and not a bottle), then a 130ml duo ₹2,498. A budget of about ₹2,000 is therefore answered by the 50ml duo coming in under it, not by stretching to the larger set - the larger set is a room-size decision.
  • Refills - 300ml ₹2,399 and 500ml ₹3,499, published for four of the five scents. Evening Calm publishes no refill, and Evening Calm is one of the two bottles in the ₹1,498 Day & Night duo - so the cheapest set is the one whose second bottle has no published continuation.
  • Machines, if rooms are not the unit - Boond ₹899 and Sukoon ₹1,899 run the water-based Hotel Collection from ₹299 and need water, power and refilling. Vaayu ₹11,999 is waterless, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air. Megh ₹5,999.
  • Not published, and therefore never stated here: any square-footage or room-volume rating for a reed diffuser, any duration other than about 6 to 10 weeks, how often reeds should be turned, any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, any case pack or carton size, any claim about how a recipient will feel, and any claim that a gift changes a business result. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.

A note from Sonal

The question I get most often about the duo sets is not about scent. It is a slightly embarrassed version of: will one bottle look cheap? And I understand it, because a single 50ml reed in a box is a small object to hand to somebody whose house you have just walked into for the first time.

But the honest answer is that a duo is not a bigger gift. It is a second room. That is the whole difference, and it is a much more useful way to think about it than price. If the person you are buying for lives in a one-bedroom flat and spends their evenings in the living room, the second bottle does not make the gift better - it makes the gift into something they have to find a home for. If they have just moved into a 3BHK and every room smells of paint, the second bottle is the point.

Where I would push back hardest is on the 130ml duo. People reach for it because it is the most expensive thing in the reed range and it feels like the safest way to be generous. The 130ml is the large room's bottle, not the better bottle. Two of them in two small closed bedrooms is not a generous gift; it is two rooms nobody wants to sit in. A 50ml duo at ₹1,498 in the right two rooms beats a 130ml duo at ₹2,498 in the wrong two, every single time.

And the part I will not pretend about: there are three pairings and they are fixed. I cannot put Garden Bloom and Evening Calm in a box for you. If that is the combination you want, it is two bottles rather than a set, and it is worth knowing that before you decide whether the box mattered to you in the first place.

The 130ml duo at Rs 2,498 to Rs 2,598 - two 130ml bottles in one of three fixed pairings. Nothing larger exists as a set. There is no three-bottle set and no set composed to order, so a bigger spend on bottles means buying two boxes rather than one larger one.
If we can spend more than Rs 2,598, what should we look at?
A machine, which is a different category. Megh is Rs 5,999, a large ultrasonic that is water-based. Vaayu is Rs 11,999, waterless cold-air nebulising with a Bluetooth app and timer and a 400ml tank, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air. That rating assumes one connected body of air, so it suits a large open home and is wrong for a flat with every door shut.
Does Vaayu cost the client anything after the gift?
Yes, and it is worth saying so before gifting it. Vaayu takes waterless nebuliser oil at Rs 1,049 for 100 gm or Rs 1,849 for 300 gm, and never the Rs 299 water-based Hotel Collection bottle used by the ultrasonic machines. A machine asks something of the recipient for as long as they keep it.
Is the 130ml duo simply a better gift than the 50ml duo?
No. It is the large room's bottle doubled. The 130ml duo at Rs 2,498 to Rs 2,598 is right when both rooms are genuinely large and open. In two small closed bedrooms both bottles get moved, so the Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598 set would have been the better gift and cheaper. No square-footage rating is published for any reed, so this is guidance about rooms.
Is there anything different for a studio buying several a year?
Not in what is published. The prices here are the retail prices, and SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no slab, no volume discount, no lead time and no dispatch window. There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme. Bulk orders are welcome and everything is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
SOSA fragrance gift
Take the next step
Pick by the rooms you have already walked, not by the headroom
A 130ml duo ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 where the house has two large open rooms and you have stood in them. A 50ml duo from ₹1,498 where it does not, with no apology for the unspent money. Vaayu at ₹11,999 only where the home is genuinely open and the client will accept an ongoing oil cost. Describe the house on WhatsApp and you will get one recommendation rather than a catalogue.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.

What is not published, and is therefore not stated anywhere on this page: any square-footage or room-volume rating for a reed diffuser, any reed duration other than approximately 6 to 10 weeks, how often reeds should be turned, reed oil composition or concentration, shelf life, and the number of reeds supplied. About commercial terms: the prices above are published retail prices. SOSA publishes no bulk or wholesale rate, no minimum order quantity, no volume slab or discount, no dispatch or delivery window, no order cut-off, no payment or credit term, no rate card, no case pack, no carton size and no unit weight, and none is stated anywhere on this page; bulk orders are welcome and are discussed on WhatsApp. The only branding available is a custom label or logo on product - there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap, ribbon, message card or hamper service. SOSA has no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or any other city, and nothing on this page should be read as claiming one; where a city is named, it refers to the homes and the buyers in that city and nothing more. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent and does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify odour, and no SOSA product makes any health, antibacterial, air-purifying or wellbeing claim. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, sleep, comfort or wellbeing: fragrance is a scent, not a treatment, and where a product name contains a word such as Calm that is a name and not an effect. No claim is made about how any recipient will feel about a gift, and no claim is made that a gift changes any business result - not a satisfaction score, repeat business, referrals, reviews, retention or recall. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
