The checkout asks you one question that most buyers answer in four seconds and then live with for a year: which of three fragrance bundles ships with the machine. It is not a cosmetic choice. Four blends arrive in the box, you will realistically use one of them for almost every viewing, and the other three are the reserve you fall back on when a property does not suit the first. Getting the bundle right is the difference between opening the box and starting work, and opening the box to find that the register you actually wanted for a daytime apartment viewing is not in it.
Quick answers — read this first
What comes in the box with the SOSA Vaayu? The SOSA Vaayu at Rs 11,999 is a waterless cold-air nebulising machine rated at roughly 1000 cubic metres of connected air, with a 400ml tank, Bluetooth app and timer control, a DC 12V 1A supply drawing about 5W, and CE, RoHS and SGS certification. It installs freestanding, laid flat on a console, shelf or kitchen platform, or on a wall or HVAC mount where you control the premises. And it ships with FOUR hotel-inspired waterless blends, chosen as one of three bundles at the point of purchase. Bundle A is Ritz-Carlton-inspired, Westin-inspired, St. Regis-inspired and 1 Hotels-inspired. Bundle B is Westin-inspired, Shangri-La-inspired, Four Seasons-inspired and Ritz-Carlton-inspired. Bundle C is St. Regis-inspired, W Hotels-inspired, 1 Hotels-inspired and Four Seasons-inspired.
Which Vaayu fragrance bundle is best for property viewings? Bundle A or Bundle B, and either is a sound choice, because both contain the two registers a broker wants most in a listing: the Ritz-Carlton-inspired white tea, bergamot and cedar, and the Westin-inspired white tea, aloe and cedar. Those are the quietest and most broadly liked of the seven, which is exactly what a daytime viewing needs. Bundle C contains neither of them. It is St. Regis-inspired amber, violet and woods, W Hotels-inspired citrus, pepper and amber, 1 Hotels-inspired cedarwood, vetiver and green leaves, and Four Seasons-inspired citrus, floral and sandalwood - the boldest of the three bundles, and better suited to a brokerage office than to a flat you are showing at eleven on a Sunday morning.
How do I choose between Bundle A and Bundle B? By what your listings look like. Both give you the same two quiet registers, so the decision is made by the other two. Bundle A adds the 1 Hotels-inspired cedarwood, vetiver and green leaves, which sits naturally in a concrete-and-timber modern home, and the St. Regis-inspired amber, violet and woods, which is an evening and office register rather than a viewing one. Bundle B adds the Four Seasons-inspired citrus, floral and sandalwood for a bright, sunny, sea-facing or classically furnished apartment, and the Shangri-La-inspired jasmine, green tea and white tea. Modern and architectural portfolio: A. Bright, traditional or family-apartment portfolio: B. SOSA's blends are SOSA's own hotel-inspired interpretations and SOSA is not affiliated with any hotel brand.
The short answer
Short answer: The SOSA Vaayu (Rs 11,999) ships with four hotel-inspired waterless blends, chosen as one of three bundles at checkout. Bundle A: Ritz-Carlton-inspired, Westin-inspired, St. Regis-inspired, 1 Hotels-inspired. Bundle B: Westin-inspired, Shangri-La-inspired, Four Seasons-inspired, Ritz-Carlton-inspired. Bundle C: St. Regis-inspired, W Hotels-inspired, 1 Hotels-inspired, Four Seasons-inspired. For property viewings choose A or B, because both contain the two quietest and safest registers, Ritz-Carlton-inspired and Westin-inspired. Bundle C contains neither and is the boldest of the three, which suits an office better than a viewing. Also in the box: the waterless machine itself, roughly 1000 cubic metres of connected-air coverage, 400ml tank, app and timer, DC 12V 1A at about 5W, CE, RoHS and SGS. The water-based Hotel Collection from Rs 299 is for ultrasonics only and never goes into a Vaayu. WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
The pick: the SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) for premises to ~1000m³; reeds from ₹749 for a single room; cabin systems from ₹1,899; HVAC from ₹25,999.

Every customer-facing space hosts two audiences at once: the customer who forms an opinion in a single visit, and the staff who breathe that air for eight hours. Commercial scenting serves both with one move - a single refined fragrance, held evenly from the entrance to the far end of the floor, running on a schedule nobody has to remember. Customers experience it as "this brand has itself together"; the team gets premises that smell composed from opening to close.
Which fragrance bundle should I choose when I buy a machine for property work?
Five steps, and the first two settle it for most brokers. 1. Know what the question actually is. A SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999, waterless, app and timer) ships with four hotel-inspired blends, and you choose which four by choosing one of three bundles at checkout. You are not buying a machine and then shopping for fragrance separately; the fragrance decision is made at the same moment as the hardware decision, which is why it is worth two minutes rather than four seconds. 2. Start from the two registers a viewing wants. The Ritz-Carlton-inspired white tea, bergamot and cedar, and the Westin-inspired white tea, aloe and cedar. Both are clean, dry and airy, both read as a well-kept building rather than as a fragrance, and that is the whole objective in a listing. Heavy or characterful scent in a property viewing reads as concealment, and a buyer who walks into a strongly perfumed flat starts wondering what is being covered up. 3. That leaves you with A or B. Bundle A is Ritz-Carlton-inspired, Westin-inspired, St. Regis-inspired and 1 Hotels-inspired. Bundle B is Westin-inspired, Shangri-La-inspired, Four Seasons-inspired and Ritz-Carlton-inspired. Both carry the two quiet registers. Either is a sound choice, and if your portfolio is mixed, either will serve. 4. Break the tie on your other two. A gives you the 1 Hotels-inspired cedarwood, vetiver and green leaves for concrete-and-timber homes, plus the St. Regis-inspired amber, violet and woods, which is an office and evening register. B gives you the Four Seasons-inspired citrus, floral and sandalwood for bright and sunny apartments, plus the Shangri-La-inspired jasmine, green tea and white tea. 5. Know why C is the odd one out for this job. Bundle C is St. Regis-inspired, W Hotels-inspired, 1 Hotels-inspired and Four Seasons-inspired. It contains neither Westin-inspired nor Ritz-Carlton-inspired, and the W Hotels-inspired citrus, pepper and amber is the boldest character of the seven. It is a good office bundle and a poor viewing bundle. On format: the ₹299 water-based Hotel Collection is for the ultrasonic machines and never goes into a waterless Vaayu. No standalone waterless refill bottle is published, so we will not quote you a refill price, a consumption rate, a running cost or how long a blend lasts. WhatsApp +91 96192 18531 and ask us directly. These are SOSA's own hotel-inspired interpretations; SOSA is independent and not affiliated with any hotel brand. Made in India; a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
One line: pick Bundle A or Bundle B, because both contain the Ritz-Carlton-inspired and Westin-inspired registers, which are the two you will actually use in a listing. Vaayu ₹11,999 with four blends included; ultrasonic registers from ₹299. WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
The commercial standard most businesses choose: the SOSA Vaayu - waterless cold-air scenting to ~1000m³, Bluetooth app and timer, one signature on schedule - at ₹11,999. Single rooms and consultation corners start on reeds from ₹749; cabin systems from ₹1,899; large-premises HVAC from ₹25,999. Or WhatsApp +91 96192 18531 with the type of space and its approximate size.

The three bundles, read as a working broker would read them
Three parts: what is physically in the box, how the three bundles differ once you strip out the hotel names, and what the four blends are for once you are running a viewing schedule.
Why this works
Choosing the bundle in five minutes instead of four seconds
The commercial standard: the SOSA Vaayu at ₹11,999 - waterless, app-scheduled, ~1000m³ coverage. Single rooms start on reeds from ₹749.
What actually arrives, and why the fragrance choice is part of the hardware choice
A SOSA Vaayu at ₹11,999 is a waterless cold-air nebulising machine rated at roughly 1000 cubic metres of connected air, with a 400ml tank, Bluetooth app and timer scheduling, a DC 12V 1A supply drawing about 5W, and CE, RoHS and SGS certification. SOSA's own published figure describes one unit covering 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft evenly using the room's natural airflow, which at a ten-foot ceiling is 20,000 to 30,000 cubic feet, or about 566 to 850 cubic metres. It installs freestanding, laid flat on a console, a shelf or a kitchen platform, or on a wall or HVAC mount in premises you control. And it ships with four hotel-inspired waterless blends. That last point is the one brokers miss, because in most product categories the consumable is a separate line item you can change your mind about next month. Here it is not. You choose one of three bundles at checkout, the four blends in that bundle are what you own, and they are what you will be working with on your next dozen viewings. The format is fixed too: the Vaayu runs waterless nebulising oil, and the ₹299 water-based Hotel Collection that goes into a Sukoon or a Megh is a different product for a different machine. The two are never interchangeable, and no honest reading of the range lets you put one in the other. Because no standalone waterless refill bottle is published, we will not tell you what a refill costs, how fast the machine goes through a blend, what a month of viewings costs to run or how long the four bottles will last you. Those are real questions and the honest place for them is WhatsApp +91 96192 18531, not a paragraph on a blog that guesses.
Tip: the fragrance decision is made at checkout, at the same moment as the machine decision - which is why it is worth thinking about first.
2
The three bundles
Strip out the hotel names and the choice becomes obvious
Read the three bundles as characters rather than as hotel names and they separate cleanly. Bundle A is the Ritz-Carlton-inspired white tea, bergamot and cedar; the Westin-inspired white tea, aloe and cedar; the St. Regis-inspired amber, violet and woods; and the 1 Hotels-inspired cedarwood, vetiver and green leaves. Bundle B is the Westin-inspired white tea, aloe and cedar; the Shangri-La-inspired jasmine, green tea and white tea; the Four Seasons-inspired citrus, floral and sandalwood; and the Ritz-Carlton-inspired white tea, bergamot and cedar. Bundle C is the St. Regis-inspired amber, violet and woods; the W Hotels-inspired citrus, pepper and amber; the 1 Hotels-inspired cedarwood, vetiver and green leaves; and the Four Seasons-inspired citrus, floral and sandalwood. Now look at what a broker needs. A viewing wants a register that a buyer reads as a well-kept building and not as a perfume, which points at the two white-tea registers: Ritz-Carlton-inspired and Westin-inspired are the cleanest and most broadly liked, and they are the two you will reach for on nine listings out of ten. Bundle A contains both. Bundle B contains both. Bundle C contains neither, and instead leads with amber, violet and woods on one side and citrus, pepper and amber on the other, which is the boldest pairing of the three bundles. That is not a criticism of Bundle C. In a brokerage office in the evening, or a client lounge with dark wood and leather, those are exactly the right characters. In an empty two-bedroom apartment at eleven on a Sunday morning with a serious buyer at the door, they are more character than the room can carry. No comparative claims are being made here about throw, longevity or intensity between the seven registers, because none are published; what is being described is character, and character is what governs whether a register belongs in a daytime viewing.
3
The other three
What four blends are actually for when you only use one
Brokers sometimes assume that four blends means rotating four blends, and it does not. A portfolio that smells the same every time is a presentation standard, and a buyer who sees two of your listings in one afternoon should meet the same air in both, so in practice you will settle on one register and stay there. The other three earn their place in four specific situations. First, the property that argues with your default: a concrete, timber and glass home where the white-tea register feels a little polite, and the 1 Hotels-inspired cedarwood, vetiver and green leaves belongs to the same design language as the building. Second, the bright sea-facing or garden-facing flat where the Four Seasons-inspired citrus, floral and sandalwood matches the light coming in. Third, your own office, which is a permanent scenting job with completely different requirements from a viewing and can happily take a warmer register such as the St. Regis-inspired amber, violet and woods at low intensity. Fourth, and most practically, the seller or buyer who reacts to something. A register that one family finds beautiful will occasionally sit wrong with another, and having a genuinely different alternative in your bag beats having no option and dropping the fragrance entirely. That is the honest argument for choosing a bundle with breadth rather than four near-neighbours - and it is another reason Bundle A and Bundle B both work: each pairs two quiet registers with two that are properly different from them. Anything you want to add later, or any question about the waterless format that this page has deliberately not answered, goes to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Tip: you will use one register almost all the time - the other three are for the property that argues with it, and for your own office.
The SOSA principle
Both Bundle A and Bundle B contain the Ritz-Carlton-inspired and the Westin-inspired registers. Those are the two you will use on nine listings out of ten, so either bundle is a sound buy for property work.
Bundle C is the outlier for this job: no Westin-inspired, no Ritz-Carlton-inspired, and the boldest characters of the three. Good for a brokerage office, wrong for a Sunday morning viewing.

The SOSA commercial edit
Whatever your business sells, the system logic is the same: one signature, sized to the space, scheduled so it never depends on anyone's memory. A single small room or a consultation corner can sit happily on reeds with no power at all; a customer-facing floor wants the Vaayu; a venue or a flagship wants HVAC. Every SOSA system is supported from India, and the Hotel Collection blends - SOSA's own hotel-inspired interpretations - run across the powered ones. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali. Here is the full commercial range.

Honest notes for business owners: scenting compounds a well-run premises and rescues nothing. Ventilation, air-conditioning and cleaning come first, and fragrance never substitutes for hygiene or air quality - if the air is stale, damp or smoky, fix that at the source before any scent goes in. The people most exposed to the fragrance are not your customers but your STAFF, who work eight-hour shifts in it, which is why whisper calibration and locked settings are standard on every SOSA commercial install, and any staff sensitivity report should be treated as a recalibration signal rather than a complaint. Healthcare and wellness spaces need extra restraint: keep scenting to reception and circulation areas, never treatment rooms, and the practitioner's judgement overrides anything in this guide. The Hotel Collection scents are SOSA's own hotel-inspired interpretations; SOSA is an independent Indian fragrance house, not affiliated with or endorsed by any hotel brand. Ultrasonic systems use the water-based Hotel Collection fragrance; the Vaayu and HVAC systems run waterless nebulising oil - the formats are not interchangeable. WhatsApp consult: +91 96192 18531. ISIPCA Versailles
A note from Sonal
I have walked into jewellery showrooms lit like museums, bridal boutiques with hand-embroidered walls, furniture floors styled down to the last cushion, clinics with better art than most galleries - and in almost every one of them, the air was an afterthought. Floor polish, packaging cartons, the phenyl from the morning mopping, the workshop or the loading bay drifting forward. The one thing every customer takes in before they see anything is the thing most businesses leave to chance.
I trained at ISIPCA in Versailles, where the world's scent-marketing perfumers learn the craft, and what I build for Indian businesses is the same architecture the global hospitality brands use, whatever you sell: one signature, sized to the space, run on a schedule - so the scent is as reliable as your lighting. A consultation corner may only need reeds; a full floor needs the Vaayu; a venue needs the HVAC systems. If you want it applied to your specific premises, message us on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 with the type of space and its approximate size - I read those descriptions myself.
Everything is made or assembled for Indian conditions, supported from Pune - and a part of every order funds girl-child education through Nanhi Kali. Your brand gets a memory; a girl gets a classroom. That equation has always felt right to me.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the bundle after I have bought the machine?
The bundle is selected at the point of purchase, so the four blends that arrive are the ones you chose at checkout. That is exactly why it is worth spending five minutes on the decision rather than four seconds. If you have already bought and you find the bundle is not serving your listings, or you want something that is not in it, message us on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 and ask directly rather than assuming an answer from a blog page. What we will not do here is publish a price, a pack size or a purchase route for a standalone waterless refill, because no such product is listed and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise.
Is the Rs 299 Hotel Collection bottle the refill for the Vaayu?
No, and this is the most common mix-up in the whole range. The Hotel Collection at Rs 299 for 15ml is a WATER-BASED fragrance made for ultrasonic machines: the Boond at Rs 899, the Sukoon at Rs 1,899 and the Megh at Rs 3,499, all of which work by vibrating a water reservoir into a fine mist. The Vaayu at Rs 11,999 is a waterless cold-air nebulising machine that atomises neat oil with no water at all, which is the reason it adds no humidity to a closed listing. The two formats are not interchangeable in either direction. The four blends that ship with the Vaayu are the waterless format, and they are what the machine runs on.
How long do the four blends last and what will they cost me to keep running?
We will not give you a figure, and we would rather say that plainly than invent one. There is no standalone waterless refill bottle published, so any number we printed for consumption rate, refill price, monthly running cost or how long a blend lasts would be a guess dressed up as a specification. It also genuinely varies with the intensity setting, the number of hours you run, and the volume of the property. What we can tell you is the fixed part: Rs 11,999 buys the machine and four blends, and the four arrive together in the bundle you choose. For everything on the consumable side, message +91 96192 18531 and ask us.
If I only use one register, is a bundle of four wasted?
No, for two reasons that both show up within the first few months of using one. The first is portfolio variety: a white-tea register that is perfect in a marble-and-cream apartment can feel slightly polite in a concrete, timber and glass home, and having the 1 Hotels-inspired cedarwood, vetiver and green leaves in the bag means you are not stuck. The second is people. Occasionally a seller who is living in the property, or a buyer who has said something about fragrance, will react to a register that everyone else has liked, and the professional move is to switch rather than to argue or to abandon presentation altogether. Four blends is not four rotations. It is one working register and three answers to specific problems.
Which bundle should I pick if I mostly show mid-sized apartments in a city like Mumbai or Bengaluru?
Either A or B, and you can decide on the light. Both contain the Ritz-Carlton-inspired white tea, bergamot and cedar and the Westin-inspired white tea, aloe and cedar, which is what you want as your standing register in a daytime apartment viewing. If your listings are newer towers with grey stone, timber veneer and large glazing, Bundle A gives you the 1 Hotels-inspired cedarwood, vetiver and green leaves as the natural second choice. If they are brighter, sea-facing, garden-facing or more classically furnished, Bundle B gives you the Four Seasons-inspired citrus, floral and sandalwood instead. Bundle C is the one to skip for this work: it has neither white-tea register and leads with amber, violet and woods and with citrus, pepper and amber, which belong in your office rather than in someone else's flat.

Facts verified August 2026: Ambient scent research consistently associates pleasant, congruent scenting with improved evaluations of a space and its service, longer dwell time and stronger brand recall at moderate effect sizes; congruence (scent matching the setting) and gentle intensity outperform strong scenting in replicated studies, and no scent effect survives poor ventilation, poor cleaning or poor indoor air quality. Olfactory memory is unusually durable: scent-linked brand memories persist and retrieve for years, which is the mechanism behind signature scents. Staff exposure is the design constraint, since employees breathe the fragrance for full shifts: whisper calibration, locked settings and sensitivity accommodations are standard practice, and healthcare and wellness settings call for extra restraint. SOSA systems: alcohol-free reed diffusers from ₹749 for single rooms with no power needed; Sukoon 500ml ultrasonic (₹1,899) and Megh 6L ultrasonic (₹3,499) run the water-based Hotel Collection fragrance (from ₹299; refills from ₹999, 100ml ₹999); SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) is a waterless cold-air nebulising machine, ~1000m³ coverage, Bluetooth app and timer; SOSA Aangan (₹25,999) and SOSA Meenar (₹38,500) are HVAC nebulising systems for approximately 8,000-10,000 and 12,000-18,000 sq ft respectively.
