It does, and the reason is worth stating precisely because it changes what you should worry about. The thing that scales badly in a gifting run is not the quantity. It is the number of variants. One duo set is one line to count whether you are handling twenty-five gifts or two hundred and fifty. Three different sets at the larger end is three counts, three reconciliations and three chances to come up short on the wrong one. The product itself is indifferent to volume: same retail price, same fixed pairing, same closed box. What is not published is anything resembling a standing arrangement, and that is the honest limit on planning a year in advance.
SOSA Day and Night reed diffuser duo gift set, two 50ml bottles, Rs 1,498
SOSA Day & Night reed duo · the same object at 25 or at 250 ₹1,498 →
The cheapest of the three published sets. SOSA Day & Night, ₹1,498 for two 50ml bottles - Morning Freshness lemon-mint with Evening Calm lavender-chamomile, the two least declarative scents in the range. One closed retail box at any quantity, about 6 to 10 weeks per bottle. One caveat for a year-long plan: Evening Calm is the single scent with no refill published.
Quick answers — read this first
Can a reed diffuser combo work for both small and large gifting runs? Yes, because nothing about the product changes with volume. A 50ml duo set is ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, contains two fixed bottles and comes as one closed box, at any quantity. What scales badly is variant count, not unit count - one set stays one line to reconcile at either end of your range.

What makes a large gifting run harder to manage than a small one? Counting, almost entirely. Twenty-five of one set is trivial. Two hundred and fifty split across three different sets is three separate counts against a recipient list. Since only three duo sets exist and none is composed to order, holding yourself to one or two is the single biggest simplification available.

Is there a standing arrangement for a need that repeats through the year? No. SOSA publishes no recurring-supply programme, no standing order and no reserved arrangement, and no dealer or partner scheme of any kind. A fluctuating annual need is a fresh WhatsApp conversation each time at +91 96192 18531 rather than something held open for you.
The short answer
Short answer: Yes. Nothing about a duo set changes with volume: the same fixed pairing, the same retail price of Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598 for a 50ml duo, the same closed box. What scales badly is variant count rather than quantity, so holding a fluctuating year to one or two of the three published sets is the real simplification. SOSA publishes no recurring-supply programme, no standing order and no reserved arrangement, so each event is a separate conversation on WhatsApp.
The pick: Fix on one set for the whole year - a 50ml duo at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, most usefully Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 - and let the quantity be the only thing that moves between events.
Why: One line to count at twenty-five and the same one line at two hundred and fifty, a box that needs no assembly at either end, and a product that needs no flame, no socket and no water from whoever receives it.
Sending something when somebody is having a hard time - at a glanceKeep it small - candle ₹399, attar ₹379, car scent ₹449For their home - reed diffuser ₹749, nothing to switch onSay the words yourself - no card goes in the parcelNever - a parcel instead of turning up
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Straight answer
Our gifting quantities fluctuate between 25 and 250 depending on the event. Can a reed diffuser combo remain practical across both small and large orders?
Practically, yes, and the interesting part is which variable actually causes the trouble. It is not quantity. A duo set is the same object at either end of your range: two bottles in one closed retail box, fixed pairing, published retail price, about 6 to 10 weeks per bottle. Nothing has to be assembled for twenty-five gifts and nothing has to be assembled for two hundred and fifty, because the set is already the box the product is sold in. That is the genuine argument for a duo over a basket of items somebody has to put together by hand, and it holds at both ends. What scales badly is variant count. One set is one line: one number to order, one number to check, one thing to be short of. Two sets is two of everything. Three sets - which is the entire published range, since Day & Night is ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded is ₹1,548 and Warmth & Bloom is ₹1,598 - is three counts to reconcile against a recipient list, and at the larger end that is where the evening goes. If your quantities fluctuate, the useful discipline is to let the quantity fluctuate and hold the variant count still. Now the limit you should plan around. SOSA publishes no recurring-supply programme, no standing order and no reserved arrangement. There is no dealer, partner or reseller scheme, no annual agreement and no account held open. So a need that repeats through the year is a fresh conversation on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 each time rather than something running in the background. Nor is there any commitment published that the three pairings will still be the three pairings in twelve months. On the commercial side the position is equally plain: no rate at quantity, no minimum order quantity, no slab and no price break is published, and no dispatch window, no delivery timing and no order cut-off either. Bulk orders are welcome and all of it is settled in conversation. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Twenty-five and two hundred and fifty are the same job if the variant count is one. They are two different jobs if it is three. Let the quantity move and hold the assortment still - that is the whole of it.
The set most fluctuating years settle on: Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 - the least sweet and least floral pairing, one closed box, about 6 to 10 weeks per bottle, and one line to count at any quantity.
Reed duo sets from ₹1,498

The thing that scales badly is not the quantity, and it is worth naming

Three things decide whether this stays manageable across a year of different-sized events, and only the last one is about SOSA. The first two are about how you set the thing up.

1
First
What genuinely does not change between 25 and 250
Worth listing, because it is most of the answer. The price is the published retail price at either end: ₹1,498, ₹1,548 or ₹1,598 for a 50ml duo, ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 for a 130ml duo. Multiplying those is public arithmetic and you can do it before you speak to anybody.

The product is identical. Two bottles, fixed pairing, one closed retail box. Nothing is put together for a small order and nothing extra is put together for a large one, because there is nothing to put together in the first place. That is not true of a basket of items or a large assembled gift box, where the labour per gift is real and grows in a straight line with the count.

And the ask on the recipient is identical. No flame, no socket, no water, no weekly refilling. Whether twenty-five people or two hundred and fifty people receive it, none of them has to do anything for it to work, which is the quiet reason this format survives being scaled. Each bottle runs about 6 to 10 weeks, the only duration published, in either size.
Tip: Same price, same box, same nothing-to-assemble. Volume does not change the object.
2
Second
The variable that does scale, and how to hold it down
Here is the thing worth taking away. Reconciliation cost tracks variants, not pieces. Ordering two hundred and fifty of one set is arithmetic. Ordering two hundred and fifty split across three sets is three counts, three sets of names, three moments where the number you ordered and the number you need have drifted apart, and three chances that the one you are short of is the one everybody asked for.

Since only three duo sets exist and the pairings are fixed, this is a decision you make once. The simplest arrangement for a year of differently sized events is to fix on one set and let the quantity be the only thing that moves. If you want recipients to have a choice, two is the ceiling worth going to, and the pair that works is Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 with Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598 - ₹50 apart and sharing no bottle, unlike the two cheapest sets which both contain Morning Freshness.

The other variable to pin down early is size, because it is a room decision and not a budget one. A 50ml duo suits two small-to-medium rooms. A 130ml duo suits two genuinely large ones. Mixing sizes across a single run gives you the variant problem back in a different costume.
3
Third
There is no standing arrangement, so plan each event as its own
This is the honest limit and it is better to know it now than in October. SOSA publishes no recurring-supply programme, no standing order and no reserved arrangement. There is no dealer, partner or reseller scheme, no annual agreement, no account held open and nothing running quietly in the background between your events.

What that means in practice: a year with four differently sized gifting moments is four separate conversations on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531, not one arrangement you top up. Bulk orders are welcome each time. What is genuinely useful is that the published retail prices let you budget the year in advance without asking anybody - the arithmetic is yours to do off a public price list.

Two related blanks. No dispatch window, no delivery timing and no order cut-off is published, so an event with a fixed date needs its timing agreed before the date is committed to. And there is no commitment published that the three pairings persist, so a run you intend to repeat in nine months is worth re-confirming rather than assumed. SOSA is a fragrance house based in Pune with a WhatsApp number, not a gifting supplier with a portal, and planning around that description is more reliable than hoping otherwise.
Tip: No standing order, no reserved arrangement. Each event is its own conversation, every time.
SOSA Fresh and Grounded reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,548
The idea this whole question turns on
A duo is a second room, not a bigger gift for the same room
The 50ml duo sets are ₹1,498, ₹1,548 and ₹1,598 for two 50ml bottles - which is two small-to-medium rooms, not one room handled twice as hard. The 130ml duos at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 are two large rooms. So the question to answer before the price is how many rooms you actually want handled, and how big they are. Somebody in a one-bedroom flat who spends every evening in the living room does not need a second bottle; somebody who has just taken possession of a 3BHK where every room smells of paint does.

Work it out in this order
Keeping a fluctuating gifting year manageable
  1. Fix the variant count first. One set across the year is one line at any quantity.
  2. Pin the size too. Mixing 50ml and 130ml in one run recreates the counting problem.
  3. Budget the year off published retail prices. That arithmetic is yours to do.
  4. Treat each event as its own conversation. No standing arrangement is published.
The SOSA principle
Nobody is defeated by a large gifting run because it is large. They are defeated because it is large and split three ways across a recipient list assembled by four people. Quantity is linear. Variants are not.
Which is convenient here, because there are only three sets to be split across in the first place, and holding yourself to one of them costs you almost nothing.

Choosing the one set you will keep going back to all year

If you are going to fix on one set for a year of events, it is worth choosing it properly rather than by price. Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 pairs Morning Freshness, Malabar lemon and mint, with Mountain Breeze, Himalayan pine, sage and cedar. It is the least sweet and least floral pairing SOSA publishes, which makes it the safest of the three to send repeatedly into homes nobody has stood in - and a year of events usually means exactly that. Day & Night at ₹1,498 pairs the same lemon-mint with Evening Calm, Himalayan lavender and chamomile, the two least declarative scents in the range; it is the cheapest set and it carries one caveat worth knowing before a whole year is built on it, which is below. Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598 pairs Fresh Brew, Coorg coffee and Kerala vanilla, with Garden Bloom, British rose and night-blooming jasmine - the most declarative of the three, and the one that reads as chosen rather than as household supply, which suits a smaller and better-known recipient group more than a large one. No pairing is universally liked. Evening Calm is the name on a bottle of lavender and chamomile and describes its contents, not an effect.

The SOSA gift edit
Four ways to run a year of differently sized events, and where each one breaks
The option Who it suits, and where it fails
One set, all year · ₹1,548 One line to count at twenty-five and the same one line at two hundred and fifty, one number to budget, nothing to reconcile beyond the total. The arrangement this page recommends. It fails only where your events serve genuinely different recipient groups who will compare notes, and even then it usually does not.
Two sets across the year · ₹1,548 and ₹1,598 Fresh & Grounded with Warmth & Bloom: ₹50 apart, no shared bottle, so two events can look different without looking unequal. It fails at the larger end, where two counts against a long recipient list is where the mistakes live, and it fails if the two are used interchangeably rather than by event.
All three sets · ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 The whole published range, ₹100 end to end. Appealing on paper for a varied year. It fails on reconciliation at two hundred and fifty, three counts deep, and it fails because two of the three share the Morning Freshness bottle, so the third option is less distinct than the count suggests.
Mixed sizes by event · ₹1,498 to ₹2,598 50ml duos for one kind of event and 130ml duos for another, which is defensible if the recipient groups genuinely live in different-sized rooms. It fails as a way of signalling value, because the larger set is a room decision, and it quietly doubles the variant count you just worked to reduce.
SOSA Warmth and Bloom reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,598
The three pairings, and the one trade inside them
Three sets exist, the pairings are fixed, and one of them has no refill path
Day & Night ₹1,498 is lemon-mint with lavender-chamomile. Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 is lemon-mint with pine, sage and cedar - the least sweet and the least floral of the three. Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 is coffee-vanilla with rose and night jasmine, the most declarative. A set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is two separate bottles rather than a box. And one real trade: refills at ₹2,399 and ₹3,499 are published for four of the five scents, but not for Evening Calm - which is half of the cheapest set.
Compare the three duo sets →

Three closing facts for anybody planning more than one event. Evening Calm publishes no refill, while refills for the other four scents are ₹2,399 for 300ml and ₹3,499 for 500ml. Evening Calm is half of the ₹1,498 Day & Night set, so the cheapest set is the one whose second bottle has no published continuation - relevant if your gifting is meant to start a habit rather than land once. No square-footage rating is published for any reed, so everything here about room size is guidance and not a specification you can hold anybody to. And SOSA is based in Pune with no shop, no counter, no stockist and no warehouse in any other city, sending across India, with no local delivery time published for any destination. For an event with a date on it, that last one is the sentence to act on: agree timing on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before the date is promised to anybody.

When the answer is a machine rather than more bottles
A bottle asks nothing. A machine asks for water, power and attention every week
Two reed diffusers cover two rooms. Nothing in the reed range covers a whole home, and no square-footage rating is published for any of them. If a home genuinely needs more than rooms handled one at a time, that is a machine question. Sukoon at ₹1,899 and Boond at ₹899 are ultrasonic cool-mist machines running the water-based Hotel Collection from ₹299 - they need water, a socket and refilling, which is a real ask of somebody who did not choose them. SOSA Vaayu at ₹11,999 is the waterless one: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks. That rating assumes one connected body of air, so a Vaayu suits a large open home or a business and is the wrong gift for a three-bedroom flat with every door closed. Vaayu runs waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm and never takes the ₹299 water-based bottle. All of it adds a scent to a space; none of it removes one.

The SOSA gifting range

Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

The SOSA home fragrance ladder
A duo is two rooms, not a bigger gift for one room - decide by the rooms first
Option What it is What it suits Price
SOSA reed duo sets, 50ml x 2 Two 50ml bottles in one box Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548, Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 - two small-to-medium rooms, and already a box with nothing to assemble from ₹1,498
SOSA reed duo sets, 130ml x 2 The same three pairings, larger ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598 - for two genuinely large rooms, and too much for two small closed bedrooms from ₹2,498
A single 50ml reed diffuser One small or medium room ₹749 to ₹849, about 6 to 10 weeks - a bedroom, a study, a hallway, or anybody receiving their first diffuser from ₹749
A single 130ml reed diffuser One large room ₹1,249 to ₹1,349 - an open-plan living and dining area, and the wrong choice for a small closed bedroom from ₹1,249
SOSA reed refills 300ml and 500ml ₹2,399 and ₹3,499, published for four of the five scents - Evening Calm publishes none, which matters if the gift was the Day & Night duo ₹2,399 / ₹3,499
SOSA Sukoon Ultrasonic cool-mist machine ₹1,899 plus water-based Hotel Collection fragrance from ₹299 - a machine asks for water and power every week, which a bottle never does ₹1,899
SOSA Vaayu Waterless cold-air machine Approximately 1000 m3 of connected air with a Bluetooth app and timer - a large open home or a business, not a flat with every door shut ₹11,999

There are three duo sets and only three, and the pairings are fixed - a set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is simply two separate bottles. There is no three-bottle or four-bottle set, and SOSA has no hamper, gift box, wrapping, ribbon or message-card service; the only branding available anywhere is a custom label or logo on product. All five reeds run about 6 to 10 weeks, which is the only duration SOSA publishes, and no square-footage rating is published for any reed. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

The honest price sheet
The published ladder, including the gap in it
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
  • One 50ml reed - Morning Freshness ₹749, Garden Bloom and Evening Calm ₹799, Mountain Breeze and Fresh Brew ₹849. One 130ml reed - ₹1,249 to ₹1,349. All five run about 6 to 10 weeks in either size, because the larger bottle is for a larger room and not for a longer life.
  • The three duo sets - Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 and Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 as two 50ml bottles; ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598 as two 130ml bottles. These three pairings are the whole set range - a set is not composed to order, and there is no three-bottle or four-bottle set.
  • The gap worth knowing about - the ladder runs one 50ml ₹749, one 130ml ₹1,249, a 50ml duo ₹1,498, then no reed diffuser and no duo set published between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398 (the ₹1,899 Sukoon machine sits in that band, but it is a machine and not a bottle), then a 130ml duo ₹2,498. A budget of about ₹2,000 is therefore answered by the 50ml duo coming in under it, not by stretching to the larger set - the larger set is a room-size decision.
  • Refills - 300ml ₹2,399 and 500ml ₹3,499, published for four of the five scents. Evening Calm publishes no refill, and Evening Calm is one of the two bottles in the ₹1,498 Day & Night duo - so the cheapest set is the one whose second bottle has no published continuation.
  • Machines, if rooms are not the unit - Boond ₹899 and Sukoon ₹1,899 run the water-based Hotel Collection from ₹299 and need water, power and refilling. Vaayu ₹11,999 is waterless, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air. Megh ₹5,999.
  • Not published, and therefore never stated here: any square-footage or room-volume rating for a reed diffuser, any duration other than about 6 to 10 weeks, how often reeds should be turned, any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, any case pack or carton size, any claim about how a recipient will feel, and any claim that a gift changes a business result. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.

A note from Sonal

The question I get most often about the duo sets is not about scent. It is a slightly embarrassed version of: will one bottle look cheap? And I understand it, because a single 50ml reed in a box is a small object to hand to somebody whose house you have just walked into for the first time.

But the honest answer is that a duo is not a bigger gift. It is a second room. That is the whole difference, and it is a much more useful way to think about it than price. If the person you are buying for lives in a one-bedroom flat and spends their evenings in the living room, the second bottle does not make the gift better - it makes the gift into something they have to find a home for. If they have just moved into a 3BHK and every room smells of paint, the second bottle is the point.

Where I would push back hardest is on the 130ml duo. People reach for it because it is the most expensive thing in the reed range and it feels like the safest way to be generous. The 130ml is the large room's bottle, not the better bottle. Two of them in two small closed bedrooms is not a generous gift; it is two rooms nobody wants to sit in. A 50ml duo at ₹1,498 in the right two rooms beats a 130ml duo at ₹2,498 in the wrong two, every single time.

And the part I will not pretend about: there are three pairings and they are fixed. I cannot put Garden Bloom and Evening Calm in a box for you. If that is the combination you want, it is two bottles rather than a set, and it is worth knowing that before you decide whether the box mattered to you in the first place.

Frequently asked questions

Does a reed diffuser duo set work for both small and large gifting runs?
Yes. The product does not change with volume: two bottles, a fixed pairing, one closed retail box, about 6 to 10 weeks per bottle, and nothing to assemble for one gift or two hundred and fifty. Published retail is Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598 for a 50ml duo. What gets harder at volume is counting variants, not counting pieces.
What actually becomes difficult as the quantity rises?
Reconciliation, and it tracks the number of different sets rather than the number of gifts. One set is one line to order and one to check at any size. Three sets across a long recipient list is three counts and three chances to be short of the wrong one. Only three duo sets exist, so holding to one or two is easy.
Is there an arrangement for a need that repeats through the year?
No. There is no recurring-supply programme, no standing order and no reserved arrangement published, and no dealer, partner or reseller scheme. Each event is a separate conversation on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Bulk orders are welcome every time, and the published retail prices let you budget a year in advance yourself.
Does the price change on a larger order?
Nothing published says so. There is no rate at quantity, no minimum order quantity, no slab and no price break anywhere. SOSA publishes retail prices, which are Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598 for a 50ml duo and Rs 2,498 to Rs 2,598 for a 130ml duo, and multiplying them is your own arithmetic rather than a figure anybody has quoted you.
How should timing be handled for an event with a fixed date?
By settling it in conversation first. There is no dispatch window, no delivery timing and no order cut-off published for any city, and SOSA is based in Pune with no presence anywhere else. Agree the timing on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before the date is committed to anybody internally or externally.

About commercial terms: the prices above are published retail prices. SOSA publishes no bulk or wholesale rate, no minimum order quantity, no volume slab or discount, no dispatch or delivery window, no order cut-off, no payment or credit term, no rate card, no case pack, no carton size and no unit weight, and none is stated anywhere on this page; bulk orders are welcome and are discussed on WhatsApp. The only branding available is a custom label or logo on product - there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap, ribbon, message card or hamper service. There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme. About SOSA's location: SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, and sends orders across India. SOSA has no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or any other city, and nothing on this page should be read as claiming one; where a city is named, it refers to the homes and the buyers in that city and nothing more. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent and does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify odour, and no SOSA product makes any health, antibacterial, air-purifying or wellbeing claim. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, sleep, comfort or wellbeing: fragrance is a scent, not a treatment, and where a product name contains a word such as Calm that is a name and not an effect. No claim is made about how any recipient will feel about a gift, and no claim is made that a gift changes any business result - not a satisfaction score, repeat business, referrals, reviews, retention or recall.
