Start with an honest boundary, because it saves you a month. SOSA publishes no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight and no packaging service of any kind. There is no gift wrap, no ribbon, no message-card and no gift box service. What that leaves is smaller than most procurement lists expect and more useful than it sounds: you can fix the set, you can fix the size, and you can decide whether a custom label or logo on product is used. Do those three things and a hundred handovers turn up as a hundred identical objects, because the duo set is already the box the product is sold in.
A hundred of these are a hundred identical objects, because nothing is added on top. SOSA Day & Night, ₹1,498 for two 50ml bottles - Morning Freshness lemon-mint with Evening Calm lavender-chamomile, about 6 to 10 weeks each. Worth knowing before it is repeated a hundred times: Evening Calm is the one scent with no refill published.
Quick answers — read this first
What can a buyer standardise across 100 home fragrance gift sets from SOSA? Three things. The set - one of Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 or Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598. The size - 50ml or 130ml, and every published duo is two bottles of the same size. The label - a custom label or logo on product, which is the whole of the branding offer.
What does SOSA do about packaging and presentation at quantity? Nothing beyond the product itself, and it is better to know that now. There is no packaging service, no gift wrap, no ribbon, no message-card, no printed sleeve and no gift box service. A duo set turns up as the retail box it is sold in. That box is the presentation, and a hundred of the same box is a hundred identical objects.
Is a duo set ever two different bottle sizes? No. Every published duo is two bottles of the same size - two 50ml at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, or two 130ml at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598. There is no set that pairs a 130ml with a 50ml, so a buyer standardising a hundred units does not have a mixed-size variant to worry about.
The short answer
Short answer: Fix three things and the rest follows: which of the three published sets, which size (50ml or 130ml, and every duo is two bottles of the same size), and whether a custom label or logo on product is used. SOSA publishes no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight and no packaging service, so the retail box is the presentation. The 50ml duo sets are Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598. Everything physical is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
The pick: One set, one size, for all hundred: a 50ml duo at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 unless the flats you are handing over have genuinely large main rooms, in which case the 130ml duo at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598.
Why: The duo set is already one box as sold, so a hundred of the same set in the same size is a hundred identical objects with nothing assembled on top and nothing to go wrong between one handover and the next.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
We need 100 home fragrance gift sets for property buyers with consistent presentation. What should we standardise before ordering?
Three decisions are genuinely yours, and one common expectation has to be set aside first. SOSA publishes no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight, no packaging service, no gift wrap, no ribbon, no message-card and no gift box service. None of that exists, so no amount of specification will produce it. What does exist is a retail product in a retail box, and that turns out to answer the consistency question better than a service would. Decision one: the set. There are three and the pairings are fixed - Day & Night at ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 and Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598 for two 50ml bottles. No set is composed to order. Pick one and every handover is the same object. Decision two: the size. 50ml or 130ml, and this is a room decision rather than a budget one. Every published duo is two bottles of the same size, so there is no mixed variant to manage - two 50ml suits two small-to-medium rooms, two 130ml suits two genuinely large ones. If the flats you are handing over are compact, the 130ml duo at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 is the wrong choice even though it costs more, because a 130ml in a small closed bedroom gets moved. No square-footage rating is published for any reed, so treat that as guidance rather than specification. Decision three: the label. A custom label or logo on product is the only branding available anywhere, and it is the entire branding offer. Everything else - how many turn up together, what they weigh, when they land - is unpublished and settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Bulk orders are welcome. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Consistency across a hundred units usually means somebody has to wrap a hundred things the same way. Here it means the opposite: nobody wraps anything, the retail box is the object, and identical is what you get by not adding a step.
Fix the set and the size and the hundred are already identical: a 50ml duo at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, two bottles of the same size in the box the product is sold in, about 6 to 10 weeks each.
The three things you can actually fix, and the one you cannot
Take these in the order a procurement list would: what is fixed by you, what is fixed by the product, and what is not published at all and therefore has to be a conversation rather than a specification.
1
Yours to fix
The set and the size, decided once and applied to all hundred
The set. Three pairings exist and they are fixed: Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548, Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598. No set is composed to order and there is no three-bottle set, so this is a choice between three named things rather than a specification you write. For a hundred property buyers you have not met, Fresh & Grounded is the least sweet and least floral of the three, which makes it the easiest to send into homes you have never stood in. Warmth & Bloom is the most declarative. None of them is liked by everybody.
The size. This is where a large order most often goes wrong, because it looks like a budget lever and is not. The 50ml duo at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 is two small-to-medium rooms - a bedroom, a study, a hallway. The 130ml duo at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 is two genuinely large rooms. Hand a hundred 130ml duos into compact two-bedroom flats and a large number of those bottles get moved into a corridor within a week, which is a worse result than the cheaper set would have produced.
Worth knowing structurally: every published duo is two bottles of the same size. There is no 130ml plus 50ml set, so you are not managing a variant. One decision covers a hundred units.
Tip: Set and size are the two levers. Both are decided once, and the size one is about the flats, not the budget.
2
Fixed by the product
The box is the presentation, and that is why a hundred match
A duo set is sold as one box containing two bottles. That is not a gifting service - it is simply how the product is sold - but it does the job a gifting service would have been hired to do.
Be clear about what is not on offer, because a hundred-unit plan that assumes otherwise will stall. There is no gift wrap, no ribbon, no message-card, no printed sleeve, no insert card and no gift box service. Nothing is added on top of the retail box, and nothing can be printed on the outside of it.
The one branding option that does exist is a custom label or logo on product. That is the whole of it. If your hundred handovers need to carry a mark, that is the mark they can carry, and how it works in practice is a WhatsApp conversation at +91 96192 18531 rather than something published.
The upside is real and worth stating plainly: because nothing is assembled, there is no assembly to be inconsistent. A hundred of the same set in the same size are a hundred of the same object, and the tenth handover in March looks exactly like the first in October - assuming the set is still published, which is worth asking about before you commit.
3
Not published
Everything physical about how a hundred of them turn up
This is the part a procurement process expects to receive as a document and will not. SOSA publishes no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight, no minimum order quantity, no bulk rate, no slab, no price break and no lead time. Not one of those numbers exists in public, and you should be suspicious of any page that supplies them.
What you can do instead is arithmetic you control. A hundred 50ml duo sets at the published ₹1,498, ₹1,548 or ₹1,598 is a sum you can run yourself in ten seconds, and it is a real number to take to whoever approves your spend. What the figure becomes at that quantity is not published and is decided in conversation.
Bulk orders are welcome. Quantities, timing and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. If your hundred handovers are tied to a date, settle timing there before you commit to the date rather than after - no window of any kind is published, so the only honest way to plan around one is to agree it.
Tip: Do your own sums off retail prices, then agree the rest in conversation. Nothing commercial is published.
The idea this whole question turns on
A duo is a second room, not a bigger gift for the same room
The 50ml duo sets are ₹1,498, ₹1,548 and ₹1,598 for two 50ml bottles - which is two small-to-medium rooms, not one room handled twice as hard. The 130ml duos at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 are two large rooms. So the question to answer before the price is how many rooms you actually want handled, and how big they are. Somebody in a one-bedroom flat who spends every evening in the living room does not need a second bottle; somebody who has just taken possession of a 3BHK where every room smells of paint does.
Pick one of the three published pairings and apply it to all hundred handovers.
Pick the size by the flats: 50ml duo for compact rooms, 130ml only if both are large.
Decide whether a custom label or logo on product is used. That is the branding offer.
Take quantity and timing to WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 before you commit to a date.
The SOSA principle
Most consistency problems in bulk gifting are created by the assembly step. Remove the assembly step and the problem disappears - which is what happens here, not because SOSA offers a presentation service but precisely because it does not.
A hundred identical retail boxes are a hundred identical objects. The only real decisions left are which set, which size, and whether a label goes on the bottle.
Choosing the one pairing that goes to all hundred
Choosing the one pairing that goes to all hundred is worth more thought than it usually gets, because it is the only taste decision in the whole plan. Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 pairs Morning Freshness, Malabar lemon and mint, with Mountain Breeze, Himalayan pine, sage and cedar - dry and green, the least sweet and least floral of the three, and therefore the easiest to send into homes you have never stood in. Day & Night at ₹1,498 pairs the same lemon-mint with Evening Calm, Himalayan lavender and chamomile; those are the two least declarative scents published, which makes the set quiet rather than safe. Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598 pairs Fresh Brew, Coorg coffee and Kerala vanilla, with Garden Bloom, British rose and night-blooming jasmine - the most declarative pairing and the one that most reads as chosen. No pairing is liked by everybody and SOSA publishes no figures on which sells best. All five scents run about 6 to 10 weeks, in either bottle size.
The SOSA gift edit
Four ways to standardise a hundred handovers
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
One set, one size, all hundred · ₹1,498 to ₹1,598
The cleanest answer and the one that needs no process at all. Every handover is the same retail box with the same two bottles inside. It gives up variety, and it concentrates your taste bet: if the pairing does not suit a particular household, it does not suit it a hundred times over. Pick the least declarative set if that worries you.
One size, set varying across the three · ₹100 spread
The three sets span only ₹100, so varying them across a hundred handovers costs almost nothing and cannot look unequal. It gives up traceability: you no longer know which box went to which flat unless you record it, and two of the three sets share Morning Freshness, so the variety is less than it looks.
The 130ml duo for all hundred · ₹2,498 to ₹2,598
The same three pairings in the larger bottle, right only when the flats have genuinely large main rooms. It fails visibly in compact flats, where both bottles get moved, and it is the wrong way to answer a larger budget. Buy it because of the floor plan, never because it is the dearer line.
A custom label or logo on product · the only branding there is
The one way to put your mark on a hundred units, and the entire branding offer. It gives up everything a packaging service would have given you, because there is no gift wrap, no ribbon, no message-card and no printed sleeve. How it works in practice is agreed on WhatsApp rather than published.
The three pairings, and the one trade inside them
Three sets exist, the pairings are fixed, and one of them has no refill path
Day & Night ₹1,498 is lemon-mint with lavender-chamomile. Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 is lemon-mint with pine, sage and cedar - the least sweet and the least floral of the three. Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 is coffee-vanilla with rose and night jasmine, the most declarative. A set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is two separate bottles rather than a box. And one real trade: refills at ₹2,399 and ₹3,499 are published for four of the five scents, but not for Evening Calm - which is half of the cheapest set.
Two structural notes for a hundred-unit plan. First, every published duo is two bottles of the same size, so a compact flat with one large open living room and one small closed bedroom - the commonest layout you will be handing over - is not answered by any published set. That is one 130ml plus one 50ml as two separate bottles, roughly ₹1,998 to ₹2,198 by your own arithmetic off retail prices, and it turns up as two products rather than one box, which breaks the consistency you are trying to build. For a hundred handovers the same-size duo is almost always the right compromise. Second, refills are published at ₹2,399 for 300ml and ₹3,499 for 500ml for four of the five scents, and Evening Calm has no refill published. Evening Calm is half of Day & Night, so standardising on the cheapest set means standardising on one whose second bottle has no published continuation. Worth a moment before it is repeated a hundred times.
Morning Freshness lemon-mint with Evening Calm lavender-chamomile. The cheapest of the three at ₹1,498, and the one whose second bottle publishes no refill - worth knowing before you choose on price alone.
Lemon-mint with Himalayan pine, sage and cedar at ₹1,548. The least floral and the least sweet of the three pairings, which makes it the safest of them to send into a home you have never stood in.
Coorg coffee-vanilla with British rose and night jasmine at ₹1,598. The most declarative pairing in the range, and the one that most reads as chosen rather than as household supply.
₹1,598 · 50ml x 2
When the answer is a machine rather than more bottles
A bottle asks nothing. A machine asks for water, power and attention every week
Two reed diffusers cover two rooms. Nothing in the reed range covers a whole home, and no square-footage rating is published for any of them. If a home genuinely needs more than rooms handled one at a time, that is a machine question. Sukoon at ₹1,899 and Boond at ₹899 are ultrasonic cool-mist machines running the water-basedHotel Collection from ₹299 - they need water, a socket and refilling, which is a real ask of somebody who did not choose them. SOSA Vaayu at ₹11,999 is the waterless one: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks. That rating assumes one connected body of air, so a Vaayu suits a large open home or a business and is the wrong gift for a three-bedroom flat with every door closed. Vaayu runs waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm and never takes the ₹299 water-based bottle. All of it adds a scent to a space; none of it removes one.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
Nothing on top of the box is available, which sounds like a limitation until you count how many bulk gifting plans fail at exactly the point where somebody has to make a hundred things look the same by hand.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA home fragrance ladder
A duo is two rooms, not a bigger gift for one room - decide by the rooms first
Approximately 1000 m3 of connected air with a Bluetooth app and timer - a large open home or a business, not a flat with every door shut
₹11,999
There are three duo sets and only three, and the pairings are fixed - a set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is simply two separate bottles. There is no three-bottle or four-bottle set, and SOSA has no hamper, gift box, wrapping, ribbon or message-card service; the only branding available anywhere is a custom label or logo on product. All five reeds run about 6 to 10 weeks, which is the only duration SOSA publishes, and no square-footage rating is published for any reed. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest price sheet
The published ladder, including the gap in it
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
One 50ml reed - Morning Freshness ₹749, Garden Bloom and Evening Calm ₹799, Mountain Breeze and Fresh Brew ₹849. One 130ml reed - ₹1,249 to ₹1,349. All five run about 6 to 10 weeks in either size, because the larger bottle is for a larger room and not for a longer life.
The three duo sets - Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 and Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 as two 50ml bottles; ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598 as two 130ml bottles. These three pairings are the whole set range - a set is not composed to order, and there is no three-bottle or four-bottle set.
The gap worth knowing about - the ladder runs one 50ml ₹749, one 130ml ₹1,249, a 50ml duo ₹1,498, then no reed diffuser and no duo set published between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398 (the ₹1,899 Sukoon machine sits in that band, but it is a machine and not a bottle), then a 130ml duo ₹2,498. A budget of about ₹2,000 is therefore answered by the 50ml duo coming in under it, not by stretching to the larger set - the larger set is a room-size decision.
Refills - 300ml ₹2,399 and 500ml ₹3,499, published for four of the five scents. Evening Calm publishes no refill, and Evening Calm is one of the two bottles in the ₹1,498 Day & Night duo - so the cheapest set is the one whose second bottle has no published continuation.
Machines, if rooms are not the unit - Boond ₹899 and Sukoon ₹1,899 run the water-based Hotel Collection from ₹299 and need water, power and refilling. Vaayu ₹11,999 is waterless, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air. Megh ₹5,999.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any square-footage or room-volume rating for a reed diffuser, any duration other than about 6 to 10 weeks, how often reeds should be turned, any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, any case pack or carton size, any claim about how a recipient will feel, and any claim that a gift changes a business result. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Not sure whether one bottle or two? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: how many rooms you actually want handled, roughly how big and how open those rooms are, whether the home is already scented, and what you want to spend. You will get one straight answer rather than a catalogue - including the times the honest answer is a single 50ml rather than a duo, or two separate bottles rather than one of the three published sets. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any square-footage rating for a reed, any duration beyond about 6 to 10 weeks, any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, and any payment or invoicing term. There are three duo sets and the pairings are fixed - no set is composed to order, there is no three-bottle set, and there is no hamper, gift box, wrapping, ribbon or message-card service. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the whole of the branding offer and everything commercial is a conversation on WhatsApp. Bespoke composition, a fragrance composed for you by Sonal, is a real SOSA service and is also discussed there. Where SOSA is: SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. There is no SOSA shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city, so anything here about Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or anywhere else is about the homes in those cities and not about a local branch.

A note from Sonal
The question I get most often about the duo sets is not about scent. It is a slightly embarrassed version of: will one bottle look cheap? And I understand it, because a single 50ml reed in a box is a small object to hand to somebody whose house you have just walked into for the first time.
But the honest answer is that a duo is not a bigger gift. It is a second room. That is the whole difference, and it is a much more useful way to think about it than price. If the person you are buying for lives in a one-bedroom flat and spends their evenings in the living room, the second bottle does not make the gift better - it makes the gift into something they have to find a home for. If they have just moved into a 3BHK and every room smells of paint, the second bottle is the point.
Where I would push back hardest is on the 130ml duo. People reach for it because it is the most expensive thing in the reed range and it feels like the safest way to be generous. The 130ml is the large room's bottle, not the better bottle. Two of them in two small closed bedrooms is not a generous gift; it is two rooms nobody wants to sit in. A 50ml duo at ₹1,498 in the right two rooms beats a 130ml duo at ₹2,498 in the wrong two, every single time.
And the part I will not pretend about: there are three pairings and they are fixed. I cannot put Garden Bloom and Evening Calm in a box for you. If that is the combination you want, it is two bottles rather than a set, and it is worth knowing that before you decide whether the box mattered to you in the first place.
Frequently asked questions
What can we actually standardise across 100 gift sets?
Three things. Which of the three published pairings you send, which size you send it in, and whether a custom label or logo on product is used. Those cover the whole of what is decided in advance. Everything else about how a hundred of them turn up is unpublished and is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
What does SOSA do about packaging and presentation at this quantity?
Nothing on top of the product. There is no packaging service, no gift wrap, no ribbon, no message-card, no printed sleeve and no gift box service. A duo set turns up as the retail box it is sold in, which is why a hundred of the same set look identical without anybody assembling anything.
Is any duo set sold as one large bottle and one small one?
No. Every published duo is two bottles of the same size: two 50ml at Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598, or two 130ml at Rs 2,498 to Rs 2,598. There is no mixed-size set, so a large open living room paired with a small bedroom means two separate bottles, roughly Rs 1,998 to Rs 2,198 by your own arithmetic off published prices.
Can our logo go on the sets?
A custom label or logo on product is the only branding available anywhere, and it is the whole of the offer. Nothing is printed on any outer packaging because no outer packaging service exists. How a label works for your quantity is discussed on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than published.
How are quantity and timing settled?
In conversation. There is no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no slab, no price break, no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight and no lead time published anywhere. Bulk orders are welcome. Multiply the published retail prices yourself for your own planning, then settle the rest on WhatsApp before you commit to a handover date.
Take the next step
Fix the set, fix the size, then talk about the hundred
A 50ml duo at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 for compact flats, or a 130ml duo at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 when the main rooms are genuinely large. A custom label or logo on product is the only branding there is. Bulk orders are welcome - take the quantity and the timing to SOSA on WhatsApp before your handover date is fixed.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.

About commercial terms: the prices above are published retail prices. SOSA publishes no bulk or wholesale rate, no minimum order quantity, no volume slab or discount, no dispatch or delivery window, no order cut-off, no payment or credit term, no rate card, no case pack, no carton size and no unit weight, and none is stated anywhere on this page; bulk orders are welcome and are discussed on WhatsApp. The only branding available is a custom label or logo on product - there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap, ribbon, message card or hamper service. There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme. About SOSA's location: SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, and sends orders across India. SOSA has no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or any other city, and nothing on this page should be read as claiming one; where a city is named, it refers to the homes and the buyers in that city and nothing more. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent and does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify odour, and no SOSA product makes any health, antibacterial, air-purifying or wellbeing claim. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, sleep, comfort or wellbeing: fragrance is a scent, not a treatment, and where a product name contains a word such as Calm that is a name and not an effect. No claim is made about how any recipient will feel about a gift, and no claim is made that a gift changes any business result - not a satisfaction score, repeat business, referrals, reviews, retention or recall. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
