The kitchen and bathrooms are air pockets you pass through rather than occupy, and the corridor is a passage. A 120–160 sq ft master bedroom sits well inside that and a 100–130 sq ft second bedroom is comfortably inside it — both of those rooms are, if anything, over-served by a 500ml machine, which is why they run on low. The living/dining is the interesting one: at 250–350 sq ft it ranges from a good fit to the very top of a single machine's rating, which is why placement matters more in that room than anywhere else in the flat. What you cannot do is add the three together.
The 2BHK rule: count the doors you close and then live behind. In this home that is three — so two Sukoons is the minimum that reads as a scented flat, and three is the number that finishes it.

Count rooms rather than square feet and the number stops being a matter of taste.
How to buy it in stages
₹5,697 in one order is a real amount of money for something nobody strictly needs, and I would far rather you arrived at three machines over four months than talked yourself out of two today. Staging works unusually cleanly here because nothing you buy first is superseded by what comes later. The second Sukoon is the identical machine at the identical ₹1,899, the third is the same again, the fragrances are interchangeable between every tank in the house, and a 300ml 300ml refill bought for one machine simply serves all of them. There is no starter model to replace — you are buying a third of the setup, then another third, then the last one.
The order is dictated by hours rather than by room size. Buy the first machine for the living/dining, because that is where most of your waking hours happen and it is the room the front door opens into. Buy the second within a few weeks for the master bedroom, where a fragrance you chose does its most private work and where the 2H timer earns its place. Buy the third when the second bedroom starts to bother you, and it will: usually the first time someone stays over, or the first time you close its door and notice the flat has an edge to it that stops at that threshold.

The 2BHK is the home I get the most confused questions about, and I think it is because it sits on the line where two kinds of advice both sound reasonable. It is small enough that three machines feels excessive and large enough that one feels obviously thin. So people split the difference, buy one good unit, put it in the living room and hope.
What I would say instead is that this is the first home where the honest recommendation has a range in it. Two is the minimum, three is the answer, and the gap between them is one bedroom nobody has decided about yet. Buy two now if that is what the month allows — the machines are the same price in November as they are today and the fragrances move between tanks — and add the third when the quiet room starts to annoy you. What I will not do is sell you a ₹11,999 machine for a flat with three internal doors.
