2. The exception is the public zone. A Sukoon covers 270–320 sq ft. An open living-dining-lobby in a 4BHK is often 600–800 sq ft of connected air, which is two machines at opposite ends, ₹3,798. This is the first home in this series where one room legitimately needs two diffusers.
3. So the answer is four or five machines. Four Sukoons is ₹7,596; five is ₹9,495. Each ships with three 15ml Hotel Collection scents, so those are complete day-one figures.
4. Two fragrances, not five. One house scent through the public zone and one quieter scent across all the bedrooms. Supply both from a 300ml bottle at ₹1,799 or 100ml refills from ₹999 — at fleet scale, 15ml bottles are for auditioning, not supplying.
5. A Vaayu only for one specific flat. The Vaayu at ₹11,999 is waterless, nebulises neat oil, and cannot take the water-based Hotel Collection at all. It reaches no closed bedroom. The 4BHK crossover, explained
Two rules have carried every home size in this series, and a four-bedroom flat is where they finally pull against each other. The first rule is that scent does not pass through walls, so you buy per air space rather than per square foot. That still holds perfectly here: four bedrooms behind four closed doors are four separate problems, and no machine anywhere else in the flat will solve any of them. The second rule is that a machine covers what it covers. In a studio, a 1BHK, a 2BHK and most 3BHKs the two rules never conflict, because every individual room fits inside one Sukoon's 270–320 sq ft. In a 4BHK the public zone often does not. An open living-dining-lobby of 600–800 sq ft is one air space by the first rule and two machines by the second, and reconciling that is the specific skill this flat size demands.
It is also the reason a commercial machine becomes a fair question here for the first time. Full coverage — five Sukoons — is ₹9,495, and a Vaayu is ₹11,999. At 2BHK that comparison was absurd; at 4BHK the numbers are close enough to argue about. The argument still resolves against the Vaayu in most homes, for two reasons that have nothing to do with price. It is waterless: it nebulises neat oil and cannot take the water-based Hotel Collection at all, so choosing it replaces your fragrance system rather than upgrading your hardware. And it is engineered to fill connected volume, which is exactly what four shut bedroom doors deny it. The genuine answer for most four-bedroom flats is therefore a Sukoon fleet, or a hybrid in which Sukoons still do every bedroom.

Placement, drops and running a five-machine flat
Placement carries more weight here than in any smaller home. Every machine goes a metre off the floor — console, sideboard, chest, low shelf — with a foot of clearance and out of the direct throw of a ceiling fan or split AC. In the public zone, two machines at opposite ends of the connected volume, or one per limb of an L; mist does not turn corners, so a machine at an internal corner serves both legs badly. In bedrooms, a chest or dresser two to three feet from the bedhead rather than the bedside table. Nothing in the corridor: it borrows from the rooms either side rather than feeding them.
Dose by zone and slightly below instinct. The general Hotel Collection guidance is three to six drops per tank; across a five-machine flat use four to five in the public zone and three to four in bedrooms, identical between any machines that share air. Doses accumulate at thresholds in a large flat, so the top of the range is almost never right. And do not set the dose from inside the room you sit in — you adapt to a fragrance within minutes, which is why the living room is so often the strongest room in a flat and the one its owner thinks is weakest.
Then the schedule, which is what makes a fleet sustainable. Run the public zone from before people are in it through the evening, with the two machines started ten to fifteen minutes apart so the room fills as a gradient. Run bedrooms for the hour before they are used on the 2H timer, doors shut, then off. Refill all five tanks on one evening a week from one bottle rather than piecemeal. Use filtered water in hard-water cities, rinse a tank properly when you change scent, and never substitute raw essential or carrier oils, which are too thick to atomise and will foul the misting plate.

If you read only one paragraph of this guide, read this one. Count the spaces you actually occupy, split the one that is too big for a single machine, and put a Sukoon in each. In a four-bedroom flat that comes to four or five machines and somewhere between ₹7,596 and ₹9,495, and it is a better home than any single expensive machine will give you.
The reason I am firm about that is not loyalty to a price point. It is that the alternative asks you to give up something people do not realise they are giving up until it arrives. A waterless machine runs neat oil. The seven scents I composed are water-based, built for ultrasonic diffusion, and they cannot go into one — not thinned, not sparingly. So the commercial route quietly retires your fragrance library and still leaves four bedrooms with nothing in them.
There is a real yes in here, and I have written it plainly elsewhere: a double-height or genuinely open public zone above roughly 800 sq ft deserves the Vaayu, with Sukoons behind every bedroom door.
