There is a fact that settles most of this before the arithmetic starts. SOSA has no gift box service, no gift wrap, no ribbon and no message-card of any kind. So "assembling two separate diffusers into gift boxes ourselves" is not a small internal step - it means sourcing two hundred boxes from somebody else, receiving four hundred bottles, and putting two hundred of them together by hand. The duo set is already one box as sold, at ₹1,498, ₹1,548 or ₹1,598 for two 50ml bottles. The only real reason to do the work anyway is that two singles are the only way to get a pairing SOSA does not publish.
SOSA Warmth and Bloom reed diffuser duo gift set, two 50ml bottles, Rs 1,598
SOSA Warmth & Bloom reed duo · two bottles, already one box ₹1,598 →
Two hundred of these need nobody to assemble anything. SOSA Warmth & Bloom, ₹1,598 for two 50ml bottles - Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla with Garden Bloom rose and night jasmine, the most declarative of the three pairings, about 6 to 10 weeks each. One box per gift, as sold.
Quick answers — read this first
Can SOSA box two single diffusers together for us? No. There is no gift box service, no gift wrap, no ribbon, no printed sleeve and no message-card. Two singles turn up as two separate products. The ready-made option is a duo set, which is already one box containing two bottles: Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 or Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598.

Is a duo set cheaper than buying two single diffusers? By your own arithmetic off published retail prices they land in similar territory. Two 50ml singles are ₹1,548 to ₹1,698 depending which two you choose; the published 50ml duo sets are ₹1,498 to ₹1,598. The real difference is not the money - it is that one of them is already a box and the other is two objects you have to do something with.

Why would a business assemble the sets itself instead? One reason, and it is a genuine one: the three published pairings are fixed and no set is composed to order. If the combination you want is not one of those three, two separate bottles is the only route to it. The trade is plain - assembly work on two hundred units against freedom over which two scents go together.
The short answer
Short answer: Source the ready-made duo sets. SOSA publishes no gift box service, no gift wrap, no ribbon and no message-card, so assembling in house means buying 200 boxes from somebody else and putting 400 bottles into them by hand. A duo set is already one box at Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598 for two 50ml bottles. The single exception is pairing freedom: only three pairings are published, so any other combination has to be two separate bottles.
The pick: A ready-made 50ml duo set at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, two hundred times over. One box per gift, nothing to assemble, and the same object at every address.
Why: Assembling means sourcing your own boxes for two hundred units, because no boxing service of any kind is published. The duo set removes that step entirely by being the box already.
Sending something when somebody is having a hard time - at a glanceKeep it small - candle ₹399, attar ₹379, car scent ₹449For their home - reed diffuser ₹749, nothing to switch onSay the words yourself - no card goes in the parcelNever - a parcel instead of turning up
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Straight answer
Should we source ready-made diffuser combinations or assemble 200 gift sets from single bottles in house?
Source the ready-made sets, and the reason is more concrete than convenience. The question assumes that buying two singles and boxing them is an option with a known cost. It is not, because SOSA has no gift box service, no gift wrap, no ribbon, no printed sleeve, no insert card and no message-card. Nothing is boxed for you. So the in-house route means finding a supplier for two hundred boxes, taking delivery of four hundred bottles, checking them, pairing them, closing two hundred boxes and getting them to two hundred places - and doing it to a standard that looks deliberate rather than improvised. Against that, a duo set is already one box as sold: Day & Night at ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 or Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598 for two 50ml bottles, or ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 for two 130ml. Two bottles, one box, nothing added, nothing to put together at eleven at night the week before. Now the honest other side, because there is one. The three pairings are fixed and no set is composed to order. If what you want is Garden Bloom with Evening Calm, or Fresh Brew with Mountain Breeze, that pairing is not published and two separate bottles is the only way to it. So the trade is real: assembly work on two hundred units against freedom over which two scents go together. For most businesses at this quantity the assembly work is the bigger number, and the money is close either way - two 50ml singles run ₹1,548 to ₹1,698 by your own arithmetic off published prices, against ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 for the set. Bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531, because no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity and no case pack is published. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The plan assumes you are choosing between buying a box and making a box. You are choosing between buying a box and buying two hundred boxes from a third party, because nothing here is boxed to order. That changes the sum considerably.
One box per gift, two hundred times, with nothing to assemble: a 50ml duo set at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 - two bottles already together, each running about 6 to 10 weeks.

What each route actually costs you once you know what SOSA does and does not do

Three things separate these two routes, and only one of them is money. Work through what the in-house route really contains, what it buys you that the set cannot, and then the arithmetic side by side.

1
Route one
What assembling two hundred sets in house actually contains
Write the steps out and the decision usually makes itself. You are sourcing two hundred outer boxes from a packaging supplier, because no boxing of any kind is available here - no gift box service, no custom boxes, no printed sleeve, no insert card. You are receiving four hundred bottles as two hundred pairs. You are matching them, closing them, and checking that number two hundred looks like number one.

Then there is the part that is easy to leave off a plan: whoever does that work is somebody on your team, doing it in a room, in a week when several other things are also due. Two hundred is not a quantity you finish in an afternoon.

And the failure mode is visible in a way the money is not. A gift that has obviously been put together by the giver reads as effort when it is one gift, and reads as improvisation when it is the two hundredth identical one. If your reason for assembling was that a bigger box looks more considered, the second hundred will not agree with you.

None of this is an argument that in-house assembly is wrong. It is an argument for counting it honestly before you compare it to a price.
Tip: No boxing service exists, so in-house assembly starts with sourcing two hundred boxes from somebody else.
2
Route two
The duo set is already one box, which is the entire point of it
A SOSA duo set is not a gifting service wrapped around two products. It is a product: two bottles sold together in one box. That distinction matters because a service could be unavailable at quantity, and a product simply is what it is.

So the set answers the operational question completely. Two hundred sets are two hundred boxes that already exist, already contain the right two bottles, and already look the same. Nothing is added, so nothing can be added inconsistently. There is no step between the product turning up and the gift being ready.

The three published sets are Day & Night at ₹1,498 (Morning Freshness lemon-mint with Evening Calm lavender-chamomile), Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 (the same lemon-mint with Mountain Breeze pine, sage and cedar) and Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598 (Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla with Garden Bloom rose and night jasmine). All three are also published as two 130ml bottles at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598, which is a room-size step and not a quality step.

The one thing a set cannot give you is a pairing outside those three. That is the next factor, and it is the only genuine argument for the other route.
3
The trade
Pairing freedom against assembly work, and the arithmetic
Two singles is the only way to get a combination SOSA does not publish. The three pairings are fixed, no set is composed to order and there is no three-bottle set, so if your two hundred gifts need Garden Bloom with Evening Calm, or two bottles of the same scent, that is two separate purchases. It is a perfectly good answer. It simply is not a box.

The money is closer than people expect. By your own arithmetic off published retail prices, two 50ml singles run ₹1,548 to ₹1,698 depending on which two you pick - Morning Freshness ₹749, Garden Bloom ₹799, Evening Calm ₹799, Mountain Breeze ₹849, Fresh Brew ₹849. The published 50ml duo sets are ₹1,498 to ₹1,598. So the set is not a premium you pay for convenience, and the singles are not a saving you make by working harder.

Which means the decision is not financial at all. It is: is the pairing worth two hundred assembly jobs and a box supplier? For most buyers it is not. For a buyer whose whole point is a specific two-scent idea, it might be.

Nothing at this quantity is published - no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight, no lead time. Run the retail sums yourself, then take the number to WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Tip: The money is nearly identical. The decision is whether the pairing is worth the work.
SOSA Fresh and Grounded reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,548
The idea this whole question turns on
A duo is a second room, not a bigger gift for the same room
The 50ml duo sets are ₹1,498, ₹1,548 and ₹1,598 for two 50ml bottles - which is two small-to-medium rooms, not one room handled twice as hard. The 130ml duos at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 are two large rooms. So the question to answer before the price is how many rooms you actually want handled, and how big they are. Somebody in a one-bedroom flat who spends every evening in the living room does not need a second bottle; somebody who has just taken possession of a 3BHK where every room smells of paint does.

Work it out in this order
Deciding between ready-made and in-house for 200 gifts
  1. Note first that nothing is boxed for you. No gift box service of any kind is published.
  2. Price the in-house route honestly: 200 boxes from a supplier, plus the hours.
  3. Check whether one of the three published pairings does the job. If so, buy the set.
  4. Only assemble if you need a pairing that is not published. That is the sole advantage.
The SOSA principle
A duo set does not save you the cost of a box. It saves you the existence of the box as a problem - which at two hundred units is a different kind of saving and usually a larger one than anything visible on the invoice.
The only thing worth paying that cost for is a pairing outside the three published sets, because no amount of assembly will conjure a fourth one into existence.

The three ready-made pairings, and the ones only two singles can give you

If you are going to buy the ready-made route, the choice narrows to three. Day & Night at ₹1,498 is Morning Freshness, Malabar lemon and mint, with Evening Calm, Himalayan lavender and chamomile - the two least declarative scents published, and the quietest set to send somewhere you have not been. Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 is that same lemon-mint with Mountain Breeze, Himalayan pine, sage and cedar: dry, green, the least sweet and least floral of the three. Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598 is Fresh Brew, Coorg coffee and Kerala vanilla, with Garden Bloom, British rose and night-blooming jasmine - the most declarative pairing, and the one that reads most like a choice rather than household supply. No pairing is liked by everybody. Every reed runs about 6 to 10 weeks, in either size, because the larger bottle is for a larger room rather than a longer life.

The SOSA gift edit
Four routes to two hundred fragrance gifts
The option Who it suits, and where it fails
Ready-made 50ml duo set · ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 Two bottles in one box as sold, two hundred times, with no assembly step and nothing to source elsewhere. Where this question almost always lands. It gives up pairing freedom entirely - three published combinations and no others - and it gives up any outer presentation, because none is offered on top of the retail box.
Two singles, boxed by you · ₹1,548 to ₹1,698 plus boxes The only route to a pairing SOSA does not publish, and the only reason to consider it. It gives up a great deal of time: you are sourcing two hundred boxes, handling four hundred bottles and standardising the result by hand, because no boxing, wrapping or sleeving service of any kind exists here.
Two singles sent as two bottles · ₹1,548 to ₹1,698 Any pairing you like, no assembly, no box supplier. Honest and perfectly respectable. It gives up the single-object quality of a gift: two products turn up as two products, which reads as two items rather than one present, and at two hundred recipients that difference is noticed.
Ready-made 130ml duo set · ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 The same three pairings in the larger bottle, one box each. Right when the recipients' main rooms are genuinely large. It fails in compact rooms, where the bottles get moved, and it is the wrong lever for a larger budget. Size is a room decision here, never a way of spending more.
SOSA Warmth and Bloom reed diffuser duo gift set, Rs 1,598
The three pairings, and the one trade inside them
Three sets exist, the pairings are fixed, and one of them has no refill path
Day & Night ₹1,498 is lemon-mint with lavender-chamomile. Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 is lemon-mint with pine, sage and cedar - the least sweet and the least floral of the three. Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 is coffee-vanilla with rose and night jasmine, the most declarative. A set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is two separate bottles rather than a box. And one real trade: refills at ₹2,399 and ₹3,499 are published for four of the five scents, but not for Evening Calm - which is half of the cheapest set.
Compare the three duo sets →

Two further facts worth having before you commit two hundred units. First, every published duo is two bottles of the same size and there is no three-bottle set, so if your gift was meant to cover three rooms or to pair a large room with a small one, no published set does it. Those are separate purchases - roughly ₹1,998 to ₹2,198 for a 130ml plus a 50ml, or about ₹2,247 for a 50ml duo plus a single, by your own arithmetic off retail prices - and they turn up as more than one product. Second, refills are published at ₹2,399 for 300ml and ₹3,499 for 500ml for four of the five scents, and Evening Calm has no refill published. Evening Calm is half of the ₹1,498 Day & Night set. At two hundred units that is a detail worth knowing rather than discovering. The only branding available anywhere is a custom label or logo on product.

When the answer is a machine rather than more bottles
A bottle asks nothing. A machine asks for water, power and attention every week
Two reed diffusers cover two rooms. Nothing in the reed range covers a whole home, and no square-footage rating is published for any of them. If a home genuinely needs more than rooms handled one at a time, that is a machine question. Sukoon at ₹1,899 and Boond at ₹899 are ultrasonic cool-mist machines running the water-based Hotel Collection from ₹299 - they need water, a socket and refilling, which is a real ask of somebody who did not choose them. SOSA Vaayu at ₹11,999 is the waterless one: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks. That rating assumes one connected body of air, so a Vaayu suits a large open home or a business and is the wrong gift for a three-bedroom flat with every door closed. Vaayu runs waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm and never takes the ₹299 water-based bottle. All of it adds a scent to a space; none of it removes one.

The box is not a service you are buying. It is the shape the product already comes in, which is the whole of why two hundred of them need nobody to stay late.

The SOSA gifting range

Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

SOSA reed duo sets, 50ml x 2 Two 50ml bottles in one box Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548, Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 - two small-to-medium rooms, and already a box with nothing to assemble from ₹1,498
SOSA reed duo sets, 130ml x 2 The same three pairings, larger ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598 - for two genuinely large rooms, and too much for two small closed bedrooms from ₹2,498
A single 50ml reed diffuser One small or medium room ₹749 to ₹849, about 6 to 10 weeks - a bedroom, a study, a hallway, or anybody receiving their first diffuser from ₹749

SOSA reed refills 300ml and 500ml ₹2,399 and ₹3,499, published for four of the five scents - Evening Calm publishes none, which matters if the gift was the Day & Night duo ₹2,399 / ₹3,499
SOSA Sukoon Ultrasonic cool-mist machine ₹1,899 plus water-based Hotel Collection fragrance from ₹299 - a machine asks for water and power every week, which a bottle never does ₹1,899
SOSA Vaayu Waterless cold-air machine Approximately 1000 m3 of connected air with a Bluetooth app and timer - a large open home or a business, not a flat with every door shut ₹11,999

There are three duo sets and only three, and the pairings are fixed - a set cannot be composed to order, so any other pairing is simply two separate bottles. There is no three-bottle or four-bottle set, and SOSA has no hamper, gift box, wrapping, ribbon or message-card service; the only branding available anywhere is a custom label or logo on product. All five reeds run about 6 to 10 weeks, which is the only duration SOSA publishes, and no square-footage rating is published for any reed. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

The honest price sheet
The published ladder, including the gap in it
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
  • One 50ml reed - Morning Freshness ₹749, Garden Bloom and Evening Calm ₹799, Mountain Breeze and Fresh Brew ₹849. One 130ml reed - ₹1,249 to ₹1,349. All five run about 6 to 10 weeks in either size, because the larger bottle is for a larger room and not for a longer life.
  • The three duo sets - Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548 and Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 as two 50ml bottles; ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598 as two 130ml bottles. These three pairings are the whole set range - a set is not composed to order, and there is no three-bottle or four-bottle set.
  • The gap worth knowing about - the ladder runs one 50ml ₹749, one 130ml ₹1,249, a 50ml duo ₹1,498, then no reed diffuser and no duo set published between ₹1,598 and ₹2,398 (the ₹1,899 Sukoon machine sits in that band, but it is a machine and not a bottle), then a 130ml duo ₹2,498. A budget of about ₹2,000 is therefore answered by the 50ml duo coming in under it, not by stretching to the larger set - the larger set is a room-size decision.
  • Refills - 300ml ₹2,399 and 500ml ₹3,499, published for four of the five scents. Evening Calm publishes no refill, and Evening Calm is one of the two bottles in the ₹1,498 Day & Night duo - so the cheapest set is the one whose second bottle has no published continuation.
  • Machines, if rooms are not the unit - Boond ₹899 and Sukoon ₹1,899 run the water-based Hotel Collection from ₹299 and need water, power and refilling. Vaayu ₹11,999 is waterless, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air. Megh ₹5,999.
  • Not published, and therefore never stated here: any square-footage or room-volume rating for a reed diffuser, any duration other than about 6 to 10 weeks, how often reeds should be turned, any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, any case pack or carton size, any claim about how a recipient will feel, and any claim that a gift changes a business result. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.

A note from Sonal

The question I get most often about the duo sets is not about scent. It is a slightly embarrassed version of: will one bottle look cheap? And I understand it, because a single 50ml reed in a box is a small object to hand to somebody whose house you have just walked into for the first time.

But the honest answer is that a duo is not a bigger gift. It is a second room. That is the whole difference, and it is a much more useful way to think about it than price. If the person you are buying for lives in a one-bedroom flat and spends their evenings in the living room, the second bottle does not make the gift better - it makes the gift into something they have to find a home for. If they have just moved into a 3BHK and every room smells of paint, the second bottle is the point.

Where I would push back hardest is on the 130ml duo. People reach for it because it is the most expensive thing in the reed range and it feels like the safest way to be generous. The 130ml is the large room's bottle, not the better bottle. Two of them in two small closed bedrooms is not a generous gift; it is two rooms nobody wants to sit in. A 50ml duo at ₹1,498 in the right two rooms beats a 130ml duo at ₹2,498 in the wrong two, every single time.

And the part I will not pretend about: there are three pairings and they are fixed. I cannot put Garden Bloom and Evening Calm in a box for you. If that is the combination you want, it is two bottles rather than a set, and it is worth knowing that before you decide whether the box mattered to you in the first place.

Frequently asked questions

Can SOSA put two single diffusers into one gift box for us?
No. There is no gift box service, no gift wrap, no ribbon, no printed sleeve and no message-card. Two singles turn up as two separate products. The ready-made alternative is a duo set, which is already one box containing two bottles, at Rs 1,498, Rs 1,548 or Rs 1,598 for two 50ml.
Is it cheaper to buy two singles than a duo set?
Not meaningfully. By your own arithmetic off published retail prices, two 50ml singles come to Rs 1,548 to Rs 1,698 depending which two you choose, against Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598 for a published duo set. The money is close, so the decision is about the assembly work and the pairing rather than the number.
Why would anyone assemble the sets themselves?
For one reason only: the three pairings are fixed and no set is composed to order. If the combination you want is not Day and Night, Fresh and Grounded or Warmth and Bloom, two separate bottles is the only way to it. That freedom is the whole of what in-house assembly buys, and it costs you sourcing 200 boxes and the hours to fill them.
Does SOSA supply anything for a large order that it does not supply retail?
No packaging, no assembly and no presentation. A business buying 200 sets is buying the same retail product a person buys, with the option of a custom label or logo on product, which is the only branding available anywhere. Everything else is identical to what is published on the product pages.
How do we settle the numbers for an order this size?
On WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. There is no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no slab, no price break, no case pack, no carton size, no unit weight and no lead time published anywhere. Bulk orders are welcome. Multiply the published prices yourself for planning, then agree timing before you fix a date.

About commercial terms: the prices above are published retail prices. SOSA publishes no bulk or wholesale rate, no minimum order quantity, no volume slab or discount, no dispatch or delivery window, no order cut-off, no payment or credit term, no rate card, no case pack, no carton size and no unit weight, and none is stated anywhere on this page; bulk orders are welcome and are discussed on WhatsApp. The only branding available is a custom label or logo on product - there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap, ribbon, message card or hamper service. SOSA has no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or any other city, and nothing on this page should be read as claiming one; where a city is named, it refers to the homes and the buyers in that city and nothing more. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent and does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify odour, and no SOSA product makes any health, antibacterial, air-purifying or wellbeing claim. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, sleep, comfort or wellbeing: fragrance is a scent, not a treatment, and where a product name contains a word such as Calm that is a name and not an effect. No claim is made about how any recipient will feel about a gift, and no claim is made that a gift changes any business result - not a satisfaction score, repeat business, referrals, reviews, retention or recall.
