Only guests read the true level accurately, in the first few seconds after the door opens, and they never mention it. Question four. Is there a second living volume - not a second floor, not a second wing, but another space where people genuinely sit for hours, such as an upper family room? If yes, a second machine. If no, one is the answer. Two is the ceiling in every home we have specified, at 1,500 square feet and at 5,000, because large homes are more compartmented rather than less. Question five, and it is the question that has nothing to do with product. Who in this home cannot leave a room? An elderly parent, a long-staying relative, a child, household staff. Anybody who cannot walk out of a scented space gets a low neutral register and a physical off switch they never have to justify using - a bottle they can cap, not a machine somebody else controls from an app on another floor. In a large home this is not a courtesy but a working condition, since the house is somebody's workplace, and staff quarters and utility areas get nothing at all. Question six. What gets nothing, whatever the budget?
