Writing a sub-₹500 recommendation for a reed would be a broken promise rather than a stretch, and it is the one mistake this whole guide exists to avoid.

Where flowers, chocolate or jewellery are still the better gift
A guide that never concedes anything is an advertisement, so here are the three defaults answered honestly. Flowers are the right gift for a household with help, or for any occasion where the arranging is a pleasure rather than a task. Handed to a couple who are both working, a bouquet is a job delivered to two people who did not ask for one — it needs a vase, trimming, water changes and a decision about where it goes, all of which happen in the first ten minutes. Where somebody in the house genuinely enjoys that, flowers win outright, and no diffuser changes the look of a table in the way a bouquet does within a minute of arriving.

The duos exist because of a complaint, not a plan. In the first year we sold single bottles only, and a pattern appeared in the messages: somebody had bought one, loved it, put it in the living room, and six weeks later could not smell it at all while their guests could smell it from the door.
