Four variables is a good list and it has one flaw: they are not the same kind of thing. Three of them convert into something SOSA actually publishes, and the fourth converts into nothing at all. Closeness decides the addressee - a body or an address. Household size decides a count of places. The occasion decides which rung of a published price ladder. And knowing their fragrance taste, the variable people weight most heavily, has nothing on the other side of the conversion, which is worth knowing before you spend another evening on it.
The option worth ruling out first, and the reason is physical rather than financial. SOSA attars start at ₹379 in 3ml and are worn on the body - chosen for one named person's skin. A reed diffuser is placed on a surface, so it is addressed to the household instead. Price does not move an item between those two categories, which is why closeness decides the format before budget gets a turn.
Quick answers — read this first
Should I give perfume or a reed diffuser for a first visit to someone's home? The two are addressed to different recipients, which usually settles it before price does. A SOSA attar from ₹379 is worn on the body, so it is a gift for one named person. A reed diffuser from ₹749 is placed on a surface, so it is addressed to the household. On a first visit the worn category is the more intimate one, and spending more on it does not make it less so.
Does a larger household mean a larger bottle? No, and this is where the arithmetic goes wrong most often. SOSA publishes no coverage figure for a reed diffuser in any unit, so more people does not convert into more liquid. It converts into a count of places. The published way to buy two places is a duo set - ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 in 50ml x 2, or ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 in 130ml x 2, with both bottles in a set the same size.
How much does knowing their fragrance taste change the decision? Less than it feels like it should, because there is nothing published to convert it into. SOSA offers five scents and three fixed pairings. Knowing somebody likes citrus narrows five to one; it does not unlock a composed pairing, because none of the three duo sets is composed to order. If you do not know their taste, you are choosing between the same five bottles as everybody else, and the plainest one is the smallest guess.
The short answer
Short answer: Closeness converts into the addressee: an attar from Rs 379 is worn on the body and is the wrong category for a first visit whatever you spend. Household size converts into a count of places, not a bigger bottle, because no coverage figure is published. The occasion converts into a rung: 50ml Rs 749 to Rs 849, 130ml Rs 1,249 to Rs 1,349, duo set Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598. Knowing their taste converts into nothing.
The pick: A 50ml reed diffuser, ₹749 to ₹849 - addressed to the household rather than to a person, which is the conversion that does the most work on a first visit.
Why: Three of the four variables convert into a published choice and one converts into nothing, so the format is settled by the addressee rather than by taste.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
I am choosing between one reed diffuser, a reed diffuser combination and personal perfume for a first home visit. How should closeness, the number of people in the household, the importance of the occasion and whether I know their fragrance taste decide the format?
Take the four in turn, because three of them convert cleanly and the fourth does not convert at all.Closeness is the one that removes an entire option. A SOSA attar from ₹379 in 3ml is worn on the body. That makes it a gift for one named person, chosen to sit on their skin - which is a level of intimacy a first visit to a home does not usually carry, and spending more on it does not make it less personal. A reed diffuser is placed, so it is addressed to the address. Household size converts into a count of places and not into volume, because SOSA publishes no coverage, room-size or square-footage figure for a reed diffuser in any unit. Four people do not need a bigger bottle; they may use two rooms. The published way to buy two places is a duo set: Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548, Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 in 50ml x 2, or ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 in 130ml x 2. Those three are the entire set range, none is composed to order, and both bottles in a set are the same size. The occasion converts into a rung on a ladder that is fully published: ₹749 for Morning Freshness, ₹799 for Garden Bloom and Evening Calm and ₹849 for Mountain Breeze and Fresh Brew in 50ml, ₹1,249 to ₹1,349 in 130ml, ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 for a 50ml duo and ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 for a 130ml duo - published life 6 to 8 weeks and 14 to 18 weeks respectively, 6 fibre reeds in a refillable glass bottle, on a CCT coconut-derived carrier, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. And knowing their fragrance taste converts into nothing SOSA publishes. There are five scents and three fixed pairings; knowledge of somebody's taste narrows the five, and that is the whole of what it buys. It does not unlock a chosen pairing, a bespoke size or a different format. So do not let that variable hold the decision open. Nothing here can tell you how the gift will be received either - SOSA holds no information of that kind. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Perfume is worn and a diffuser is placed. That is not a ranking, it is an addressee - one goes to a person and one goes to an address, and on a first visit the address is the safer recipient.
Three conversions that work, then the one that does not. Running them in this sequence saves the argument people usually have with themselves about taste.
1
Variable one
Closeness converts into an addressee, not into a budget
The perfume question is really a question about who the gift is for, and the physical difference answers it. A SOSA attar starts at ₹379 in 3ml, rising through 6ml and 12ml, and it is worn on the body. Somebody has to put it on. It sits on their skin for a day and other people smell it on them.
That makes it a gift chosen for one named person's body, which is a degree of closeness you would have to be confident you already had. And the price is not the variable that fixes this. A more expensive attar is a more expensive personal gift; an attar at ₹1,149 is no less worn than one at ₹379. This is the cleanest answer available to a perfume-versus-diffuser question: the two products have different recipients, and no amount of spending converts one into the other.
A reed diffuser goes on a surface in a shared room. Nobody has to accept it onto their body, nobody has to wear your choice in public, and if two people in the house disagree about it the object is still simply standing in a hallway. For a first visit, the address is the safer recipient than any individual in it.
Tip: Closeness picks the addressee. On a first visit the household is the addressee you can defend without knowing anybody.
2
Variable two
Household size converts into places, and never into volume
This is where arithmetic quietly goes wrong. More people feels like it should mean more product, and the range gives you no way to act on that, because SOSA publishes no coverage, room-size or square-footage figure for a reed diffuser in any unit at all. There is no per-person number and no per-room number. Nobody can tell you what one bottle does in one house.
What the size does change is published and it is duration: 6 to 8 weeks for the 50ml at ₹749 to ₹849, and 14 to 18 weeks for the 130ml at ₹1,249 to ₹1,349. A household of six does not exhaust a bottle faster than a household of two; the reeds work the same way either way, flipped roughly once a week to refresh projection.
So a larger household converts into a count of places, if it converts into anything. The published way to buy two places is a duo set - ₹1,498, ₹1,548 and ₹1,598 in 50ml x 2, or ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598 in 130ml x 2. Three limits to plan around: those three pairings are the whole range, none is composed to order, and both bottles in a set are the same size.
3
Variables three and four
The occasion picks a rung. Their taste picks nothing.
The occasion is the easiest of the four, because the ladder is fully published and you only have to place yourself on it. An evening visit is the 50ml at ₹749 to ₹849. A first formal visit, or a stay where you are being given more than a dinner, is the 130ml at ₹1,249 to ₹1,349. When one bottle feels thin against a whole weekend, it is a 50ml duo at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598, and for the largest version of this occasion a 130ml duo at ₹2,498 to ₹2,598. That is the entire ladder; there is nothing above it in reeds.
The fourth variable is the one to let go of. Knowing their fragrance taste converts into nothing SOSA publishes. There are five scents. Knowing somebody likes citrus narrows five to Morning Freshness; knowing they like florals narrows it to Garden Bloom. That is the whole of what the knowledge buys. It does not unlock a composed pairing, a different size, a bespoke blend at a published price or any other option, because none of those exists as a purchasable thing here.
So if you do not know their taste, you are choosing from the same five bottles as somebody who does, one step less efficiently. Pick the plainest scent, keep the guess small, and ask on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 if you want it narrowed for your particular visit. Bulk is welcome with no rate, no minimum quantity, no price break and no lead time published.
Tip: Three of your variables convert into a published choice. The fourth converts into nothing, so stop weighting it.
The property that makes this work as a first-visit gift
A consumable is not an object somebody has to keep
The real fear behind a first-visit gift is not that it will be disliked. It is that it will have to be kept - displayed, dusted, and eventually explained if it disappears. A decorative object carries all of that into a home you have never seen. A reed diffuser does not, because it ends by itself. The published life makes that concrete: 6 to 8 weeks for the 50ml at ₹749 to ₹849, and 14 to 18 weeks for the 130ml at ₹1,249 to ₹1,349. It also asks nothing of anybody on the day - no flame, no socket, no switch, nothing to demonstrate. And if they do like it, the glass bottle is refillable, with refills at ₹2,399 for 300ml and ₹3,499 for 500ml in all five scents.
Four variables, converted in ten minutes rather than four evenings
Closeness: worn or placed. An attar goes to a body, a diffuser to an address.
Household size: convert it into a count of places, never into a bigger bottle.
Occasion: pick the rung - 50ml, 130ml, a 50ml duo, or a 130ml duo.
Their taste: convert it into one of five scents, and stop there.
The SOSA principle
The variable people spend longest on is the one with nothing on the other side of it. Knowing somebody's fragrance taste narrows a choice of five; it does not unlock a format, a pairing or a size that is otherwise unavailable.
Which means not knowing their taste costs you one step of efficiency, and not three of the four decisions you thought it was holding up.
The scents, the sets, and the one thing that cannot be looked up
Five scents, all in both sizes. Morning Freshness at ₹749 is Malabar lemon and mint, bright and citrus. Garden Bloom at ₹799 is British rose and night-blooming jasmine, floral. Evening Calm at ₹799 is lavender and chamomile, soft and herbal. Mountain Breeze at ₹849 is Himalayan pine, sage and cedar, green and woody. Fresh Brew at ₹849 is Coorg coffee and Kerala vanilla, warm and roasted, and the most particular of the five. In 130ml the same five are ₹1,249 to ₹1,349. Every bottle holds 6 fibre reeds in a refillable glass bottle on a coconut-derived CCT carrier, phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. A limit worth stating: fragrance adds a scent. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify a smell, and it does not clean the air.
The SOSA gift edit
Three formats and one comparison, sorted by who the gift is addressed to
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
One 50ml reed diffuser · ₹749 to ₹849
Addressed to the household, published at 6 to 8 weeks, with nothing to light or switch on. The default rung for an evening visit. It fails only if the hospitality being returned is genuinely larger than an evening, in which case the ladder above it exists for exactly that reason.
A 130ml reed diffuser · ₹1,249 to ₹1,349
The same object with more in it, published at 14 to 18 weeks. The rung for a formal first visit or a stay. It does not reach further - no coverage or room-size figure is published for any size - so it answers the importance of the occasion rather than the size of the household.
A duo set · ₹1,498 to ₹1,598
Two bottles, so two places, which is the only published way household size changes anything. Day and Night, Fresh and Grounded, and Warmth and Bloom are the complete range - none is composed to order and both bottles in a set are the same size, so a pairing you picked is not available.
An attar or personal perfume · from ₹379
Worn on the body, which makes it a gift for one named person rather than for a home. That is not a criticism of the product - it is the most intimate thing in the range and the cheapest - but the intimacy is the thing you would have to be sure about, and no amount of spending changes the category.
When one bottle is not quite the right size of gesture
The three duo sets - and they are the only three
Several of these situations want something a little larger without becoming complicated: a first formal visit, a weekend stay, a household that has just hosted you for a week. The published answer is a duo set - two bottles in one box. Day & Night pairs Morning Freshness with Evening Calm at ₹1,498; Fresh & Grounded pairs Morning Freshness with Mountain Breeze at ₹1,548; Warmth & Bloom pairs Fresh Brew with Garden Bloom at ₹1,598. In 130ml x 2 they are ₹2,498, ₹2,548 and ₹2,598. Those three pairings are the entire set range, none is composed to order, and both bottles in a set are the same size. On presentation, be straight with yourself before you order: custom label or logo on product is the only branding SOSA offers - there is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card.
Two further notes, both about things that will not solve the taste problem for you. Refills are ₹2,399 for 300ml and ₹3,499 for 500ml in all five scents including Evening Calm, so the glass is refillable rather than disposable if the bottle is used up and wanted again. And Sukoon at ₹1,899 is worth knowing about only so the price ladder makes sense - it is an ultrasonic, so it needs a socket, water and regular refilling, which makes it an appliance somebody has to run rather than an object that works by standing still. On presentation, plan around this: custom label or logo on product is the only branding, and there is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card, no carton, no ribbon and no message card.
₹749 to ₹849 across five scents, published to last 6 to 8 weeks. Large enough to be a proper object, small enough that the household never has to find permanent space for it.
₹1,249 to ₹1,349, published to last 14 to 18 weeks. The same object with more of it - the honest way to make the gesture larger without making it more complicated.
Two bottles in one box, ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 in 50ml and ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 in 130ml. Three published pairings, and those three are the whole range - none is composed to order.
from ₹1,498
Why this category answers a first-visit problem at all
It finishes. That is the entire argument, and it is a fact rather than a claim.
The fear behind almost every first-visit gift question is the same one: that you will hand somebody an object they now have to keep. A vase has to be displayed. A framed thing has to go on a wall. A decorative piece has to survive somebody's taste, and you have never seen the room. A reed diffuser is a consumable, so it carries none of that. It sits somewhere for a while and then it is gone, and nobody has to explain why it is no longer out. The published life makes that concrete rather than vague: 6 to 8 weeks for the 50ml (₹749 to ₹849) and 14 to 18 weeks for the 130ml (₹1,249 to ₹1,349). It also asks nothing of the household on the day: no flame, no socket, no switch, no batteries and nothing to explain at a front door - it works by standing there, with 6 fibre reeds in a refillable glass bottle, on a CCT coconut-derived carrier that is phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Flip the reeds roughly once a week to refresh projection. What anybody makes of being given one is not something SOSA can tell you, and no page should pretend otherwise.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
Perfume and a reed diffuser are not two sizes of the same gift. One is addressed to a body and one to an address, and price never moves an item between the two.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA range, sorted by how much it asks of the person receiving it
Start from what the gift demands, not from what it costs
₹749 to ₹849 across five scents. Published to last 6 to 8 weeks, with 6 fibre reeds and a refillable glass bottle. No flame, no socket, nothing to switch on
Day & Night ₹1,498, Fresh & Grounded ₹1,548, Warmth & Bloom ₹1,598 in 50ml x 2; ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 in 130ml x 2. These three pairings are the whole set range
From ₹379 in 3ml. An attar is a personal gift and a reed diffuser is a household one - which is the distinction most first-visit questions are really about
Boond ₹899, Sukoon ₹1,899, Megh ₹5,999 - they need a socket, water and regular refilling. That is a commitment to hand somebody on a first visit
from ₹899
A reed diffuser is a consumable, which is the whole argument for it as a first-visit gift. It is not a permanent object competing for a shelf in somebody else's home, and it needs no flame, no socket, no switch and no explanation at a front door. Published life is 6 to 8 weeks for the 50ml and 14 to 18 weeks for the 130ml, with 6 fibre reeds per bottle, a refillable glass bottle, and a CCT coconut-derived carrier that is phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. Flip the reeds roughly once a week to refresh projection - the product pages state the interval slightly differently, between every three and every seven days. Fragrance adds a scent to a room; it does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour and it does not clean the air. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available, with quantities settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest spec sheet
What the SOSA reed pages publish, and what they do not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
The five scents and their prices - Morning Freshness, Malabar lemon and mint, ₹749 and ₹1,249; Garden Bloom, British rose and night-blooming jasmine, ₹799 and ₹1,299; Evening Calm, lavender and chamomile, ₹799 and ₹1,299; Mountain Breeze, Himalayan pine, sage and cedar, ₹849 and ₹1,349; Fresh Brew, Coorg coffee and Kerala vanilla, ₹849 and ₹1,349.
Published life - 6 to 8 weeks for the 50ml and 14 to 18 weeks for the 130ml, stated on all five pages. This is newer and more specific than the flat figure earlier SOSA writing used.
The format - 6 fibre reeds per bottle rather than rattan, a refillable glass bottle, and a CCT carrier (caprylic/capric triglyceride, coconut-derived) that is phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant. Made in India, formulated by Sonal Sahani, ISIPCA Versailles trained. No flame, no socket, no switch.
Flip the reeds roughly once a week to refresh projection. The pages state it slightly differently - once a week on three of them, every five to seven days on one, every three to five on another - so treat it as about weekly rather than as a rule.
Duo sets and refills - three published pairings at ₹1,498, ₹1,548 and ₹1,598 in 50ml x 2 and ₹2,498 to ₹2,598 in 130ml x 2, and refills at ₹2,399 for 300ml and ₹3,499 for 500ml in all five scents. Those three pairings are the entire set range and none is composed to order.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any coverage or room-size figure for a reed diffuser; how a scent behaves in a particular home; any bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break or lead time; any presentation packaging beyond a custom label or logo on product; and anything whatsoever about how a gift is received. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Not sure how big the gesture should be? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: whose home you are going to and how well you know them, whether you are staying or visiting for an evening, roughly what you want to spend, and whether anybody in the household has said anything about scent. You will get one straight answer rather than a catalogue - including the times the honest answer is the 50ml at ₹749 rather than anything larger. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any coverage or room-size figure for a reed diffuser, any bulk rate, minimum quantity or lead time, and anything at all about how a gift is received. What is: 6 to 8 weeks for the 50ml, 14 to 18 weeks for the 130ml, 6 fibre reeds, a refillable glass bottle, and refills at ₹2,399 for 300ml and ₹3,499 for 500ml in all five scents. On presentation, be warned: custom label or logo on product is the one branding option - there is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no insert card, and there is no carton, no ribbon and no message card, so anything you want wrapped is yours to arrange. Where SOSA is: an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India, with no shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.

A note from Sonal
A particular kind of message arrives on our WhatsApp, usually in the evening, usually slightly rushed. I am going to his parents' place on Sunday. I have never met them. I cannot go empty-handed and I have no idea what they like. It is one of the few gifting questions where the person is not really shopping. They are trying not to get something wrong in front of people whose opinion they have decided matters.
So the useful thing is not a recommendation, it is a subtraction. Most of what goes wrong with a first-visit gift is permanence. A decorative object has to be kept, displayed, and eventually explained if it is not. Food runs into what people eat. Anything personal runs into taste you have not earned the right to guess at yet. What is left is the category that ends by itself, and that is genuinely why a reed diffuser keeps coming up in those messages.
The part I would want you to hold on to is the least romantic part. The 50ml is published to last six to eight weeks, and the 130ml fourteen to eighteen. It has no flame, no plug and no switch, so nobody has to be shown how it works while their family stands in a doorway. It is a glass bottle and six fibre reeds, and it does the whole job by standing on a surface.
And the part I will not pretend about: I cannot tell you how anybody will take it. Nobody selling you a gift can, and the ones who promise it are selling you reassurance rather than a product. What I can tell you is what the object is, how long it lasts and what it asks of the person receiving it - which is very little. What that is worth on a Sunday afternoon in somebody's living room is yours to judge, not mine.
Frequently asked questions
Is perfume a gift for one person or a gift for a household?
For one person, and the difference is physical rather than a matter of degree. A SOSA attar from Rs 379 is worn on the body, so it is chosen for one named person's skin rather than for a house. A reed diffuser from Rs 749 is placed on a surface, so it is addressed to the household and nobody has to accept it onto themselves. Spending more does not move an attar out of the personal category, which is why closeness rather than budget is the variable doing the work.
Does a bigger household mean I should buy the 130ml instead of the 50ml?
Not for that reason. SOSA publishes no coverage, room-size or square-footage figure for a reed diffuser in any unit, so the number of people in a house does not convert into a volume. What the sizes differ on is duration: the 50ml is published at 6 to 8 weeks and the 130ml at 14 to 18 weeks. A larger household converts into a count of places instead, and the published way to buy two places is a duo set at Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598 in 50ml x 2.
Which rung matches which occasion?
The ladder is published in full, so you only have to place yourself on it. An evening visit is the 50ml at Rs 749 to Rs 849. A formal first visit or a stay is the 130ml at Rs 1,249 to Rs 1,349. A 50ml duo set is Rs 1,498 to Rs 1,598 and a 130ml duo set is Rs 2,498 to Rs 2,598. There is nothing above that in reeds, and there is no rule about which rung a particular occasion requires - that judgement is yours to make about your own situation.
What difference does it make that I do not know their fragrance taste?
One step of efficiency, and nothing structural. There are five SOSA scents and three fixed duo pairings. Knowing somebody's taste narrows five to one. Not knowing it means choosing the scent with the smallest guess attached - Morning Freshness at Rs 749 is lemon and mint and is the plainest; Fresh Brew at Rs 849 is coffee and vanilla and is the most particular. Knowledge of taste unlocks no composed pairing, no bespoke size and no other format, because none of those is published.
Can I have a set made up of two scents I choose?
No. Three duo sets are published and those three are the entire range: Day and Night, Fresh and Grounded, and Warmth and Bloom, at Rs 1,498, Rs 1,548 and Rs 1,598 in 50ml x 2 and Rs 2,498, Rs 2,548 and Rs 2,598 in 130ml x 2. None is composed to order and both bottles in a set are the same size. Bespoke composition is a real SOSA service but no price, minimum or process detail is published for it - that conversation happens on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.

Convert the three variables that convert, and let the fourth go
The 50ml at ₹749 to ₹849 for an evening visit - published at 6 to 8 weeks, placed rather than worn. The 130ml at ₹1,249 to ₹1,349 when the occasion is formal or you are staying - 14 to 18 weeks. A duo set at ₹1,498 to ₹1,598 when a larger household means two places rather than one. An attar from ₹379 only when the gift really is for one named person. Tell SOSA on WhatsApp how well you know the household, and expect the format to be settled before the scent is.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.

Specifications verified from the live SOSA product pages, September 2026: SOSA reed diffusers are published in five scents and two sizes. Morning Freshness, Malabar lemon and mint, is ₹749 in 50ml and ₹1,249 in 130ml. Garden Bloom, British rose and night-blooming jasmine, and Evening Calm, lavender and chamomile, are ₹799 and ₹1,299. Mountain Breeze, Himalayan pine, sage and cedar, and Fresh Brew, Coorg coffee and Kerala vanilla, are ₹849 and ₹1,349. Published longevity is 6 to 8 weeks for the 50ml and 14 to 18 weeks for the 130ml. Every bottle is supplied with 6 fibre reeds rather than rattan, in a refillable glass bottle, on a CCT carrier - caprylic/capric triglyceride, coconut-derived - that is phthalate-free, paraben-free and IFRA-compliant, made in India. The product pages advise flipping the reeds to refresh projection and state the interval slightly differently, between once a week and every three to seven days, so no single interval is given here as a rule. Three duo combo sets are published: Day & Night at ₹1,498 in 50ml x 2 and ₹2,498 in 130ml x 2, Fresh & Grounded at ₹1,548 and ₹2,548, and Warmth & Bloom at ₹1,598 and ₹2,598; those three pairings are the entire set range and none is composed to order. Reed diffuser refills are ₹2,399 for 300ml and ₹3,499 for 500ml, published for all five scents. For comparison: SOSA attars are ₹379 to ₹399 in 3ml, rising to ₹1,149 to ₹1,199 in 12ml, and are worn rather than placed; SOSA candles start at ₹399 and require a flame; the ultrasonic machines Boond ₹899, Sukoon ₹1,899 and Megh ₹5,999 are water-based and need a socket, water and regular refilling. What is not published, and is therefore not stated here: any coverage, room-size or square-footage figure for a reed diffuser; how a scent behaves in any particular home; any shelf life, oil concentration or evaporation rate; any bulk rate, minimum quantity, price break or lead time; and any presentation packaging beyond a custom label or logo on product. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent to a room. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify an odour, it does not clean the air, and no SOSA product makes any health, antibacterial or air-purifying claim. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, sleep or wellbeing; where a product is named Evening Calm or Mountain Breeze that is a product name and not a claim about its effect. No claim is made about how any gift will be received. Nothing here states or implies that a gift will impress anybody, be appreciated, create a good impression or affect any relationship; SOSA publishes no information of that kind and none is invented here. No statement is made about what any community, religion or family customarily eats, drinks or gives, and no etiquette rule is presented as a fact - the reasoning offered is reasoning the reader can check against their own situation. No rating, review count or customer name from any product page is cited, and no competitor or category of competing product is characterised. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; that is the only branding option, and quantities are settled on WhatsApp. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
