Why the right ₹3,000 build deliberately leaves ₹452 unspent

Reeds, rooms, and what to do with the ₹452
Put the bottles in the two rooms with the most occupied hours, and set the reeds per room. The commonest error at ₹3,000 is scenting by importance rather than by hours — the drawing room kept for visitors gets a bottle while the bedroom where four hours of every evening are spent does not. Count hours. Then use six reeds in a living room or entrance, four in a bedroom, two or three in a bathroom.
