This is the section that decides the question, and it is physics rather than preference. Three things go wrong when two finished fragrances share a building.

Mechanism one
Interference, not blending - the ratio is never the same twice
A finished fragrance is a fixed ratio of materials that a perfumer has balanced against each other. Two finished fragrances arriving in the same corridor are not a new ratio; they are two independent gradients whose proportions shift constantly. The door opens and the reception end dominates. The air conditioning cycles and the physiotherapy end dominates. Someone props a fire door and both collapse. There is no version of that mixture you can smell once, approve, and expect to meet again tomorrow. That is the difference between composing a fragrance and colliding two of them, and it is why I will not specify a second scent for a second department in a building where air can travel between them.
Tip: If you want to hear it before you believe it, put one reed at each end of your corridor for a week and stand in the middle at 11am and again at 6pm.

The value of a clinic fragrance is repetition. A client who comes weekly for four months meets your reception around sixteen times, and what makes that feel like your building is that nothing changed. Two fragrances double the number of things that can change. Two products to keep in stock, two formats, two chances that the one you need is unavailable when you need it, and two conversations with staff about which goes where. I have walked one building where a chiropractor had put a citrus reed at the desk and the physiotherapist had put a lavender one in her own waiting corner, forty feet apart, connected by a corridor. Neither of them thought they had done anything unusual. Standing in the middle of that corridor at half past five, with the doors moving and the air conditioning cycling, I could not have told you what either scent was supposed to be.
That is what I mean by confused air. It is not unpleasant exactly. Can I run a different scent in the physiotherapy area from the chiropractic clinic?
Only if air cannot travel between them - separate handling, no shared corridor, a door that stays shut. How do I work out the dose for each area?
Work in cubic metres, not floor area. Multiply length by width by ceiling height for each space, set the smaller one first at the lowest detectable level, then walk the corridor between them. If crossing from one to the other is noticeable, adjust the larger one until it is not.
Is it cheaper to run one fragrance across both areas?
Usually, and predictably so. One product to keep available, one set of refills, one instruction for staff. The saving is not dramatic in rupees but it removes several ways for the plan to quietly stop being followed, which is where most clinic scenting actually fails.
Does the physiotherapy area need a machine if the clinic has one?
