Never two Angaans on one air to make up the difference - two sources in one volume make two gradients, a band where they meet, and two dials that drift, as one large vs multiple small sets out. The installation decision is the one that changes at this size, and it is this: the machine is HVAC-connected, not wall-mounted. A standalone nebuliser makes one gradient from one point, and on a floor this long the gradient runs out well before the far corner, so the desk smells strong, the specification table at the far end smells of nothing, and someone turns it up until the desk is a fragrance shop. On the plant, every supply grille across the zone becomes a source and the gradient flattens to a trace that is the same at the first display and the last. The connection is made where whoever maintains the plant tells you - on the supply side, after the filters - and it is made only to a duct that serves the sales floor alone. A centre this size has several air-handling units and one of them almost certainly feeds the live kitchen. Count the AHUs. Get the zoning from the plant engineer: which unit supplies the main sales floor, which the mezzanine or the architects' wing, which the live kitchen and coffee counter, which the back store and offices. Each sales-floor zone is one volume of air and gets one machine sized for its own cubic metres - the Angaan or Meenar for the main floor, a SOSA Vaayu at ₹11,999, rated to 1000m³, for a 1,500 sq ft wing on its own unit. The kitchen's AHU gets nothing, ever: the live kitchen and the coffee counter are unscented while they run, on their own extraction, and if the only unit serving the sales floor also serves the kitchen, the connection is not made and the plan falls back to standalone placement on the reception side with the honest loss of evenness that brings. The schedule is programmed for trading hours with every demonstration cut out and a margin before it, and the level is the discipline that fails most often at this scale: a machine on the plant can over-scent 10,000 sq ft in an hour, so commission it at the lowest setting, run a full day, and walk to the furthest corner at five in the afternoon - faintly present there, un-nameable at the desk, set for the staff who stand on this floor nine hours, then locked. Register: Mountain Breeze cedar and sage, or lemon-mint for a white floor, nothing edible anywhere near the kitchen.
