A few honest caveats, because a decision guide should not pretend the world is tidy. Indian summers run hot - 35 to 45°C in much of the country - which shortens any diffuser's life and is why I quote 6-8 weeks rather than a flattering number. Keep yours out of direct sun and AC draughts. And like any scented product, a diffuser releases some VOCs as it evaporates, so air the room occasionally; research points to ventilation as the key variable for comfortable indoor air.
