Placement, drops and keeping the running cost down
Most of what makes a fleet expensive to run is running it too long, not dosing it too high. Five machines left on all day will empty a 300ml bottle in weeks and, worse, will stop being noticeable to anyone who lives there — nose fatigue is real and it is the enemy of value for money. Put every machine on the 2H timer, run the public zone in the evening and the bedrooms for the hour before they are used, and the same bottle lasts months. That single habit is worth more to a 4BHK budget than any discount.
Dose sensibly rather than generously. Three to four drops per tank in bedrooms, four to five in the public zone, against a general guidance of three to six. In a flat with five machines and internal doors open, the doses add up at every threshold, so the top of the range is almost never right. Placement does the rest of the work for free: a metre off the floor, a foot of clearance, out of the throw of the AC — a machine placed well produces the same result at four drops that a badly placed one fails to produce at six.
Then the maintenance that protects the hardware, which is a budget item people forget until it is one. Use filtered water in hard-water cities; scale on a misting plate reduces output long before it stops the machine and the slow decline is easy to misread as needing more fragrance.
