Use only waterless oil in a Safar. The SOSA Hotel Collection bottles are water-based fragrances for our ultrasonic machines; reed-diffuser oil and thick essential oils are too viscous. Any of these will clog the mechanism. The oils in the box and the refills on this page are the right ones.

Yes — three 15 ml bottles, in the trio you choose above. SOSA trios are ₹3,999 and hotel-inspired trios ₹4,499. Each bottle lasts about 2–3 months of normal use, so the box is roughly six to nine months of fragrance before you need a refill.
Which trio should I pick?
For a hot car, Fresh & Floral — the Malabar Lemon cuts through the cabin. For depth and evenings, Woody & Warm. For the desk, Soft & Modern. If you want it to smell like a hotel lobby, Luxury Lobby is the most chosen set. If you can't decide, Woody & Warm is Sonal's pick for a first Safar.
What oil can I use?
The waterless oils in the box, or SOSA Waterless Nebuliser Refills (100 g or 300 g), made for Safar and Vaayu. Do not use water-based ultrasonic fragrances, reed oil or thick essential oils — they will clog the mechanism.
Will it scent a whole room?
No. Safar is personal-scale: a car cabin, a desk, a bedside, a hotel room or a handbag. It is the hotel mechanism at pocket size, so the scent is pure and true — but it isn't sized to fill a living room or a floor. For that, see the SOSA Vaayu.
Does it use water or heat?
Neither. It cold-diffuses pure oil, so there's no water to add, nothing to spill in a car or a bag, no white dust and no heating plate. It scents the air but does not humidify it.
Is it really cordless, and how long does a charge last?
Yes. A built-in 2000 mAh battery runs it with no wires in use. One Type-C charge gives up to 10 hours continuous or around 30 hours on intermittent mode.
Will the heat of a parked car damage it?
There's no heating element, so cabin heat doesn't cook or distort the oil. As with any battery device, keep it in the cup-holder or door pocket rather than on a closed dashboard in direct sun for long periods.
What if it arrives damaged or doesn't work?
