How Do I Approach Ambient Fragrance in a Pain Clinic With an Exercise-Rehab Zone?

It approaches the exercise zone the way a good gym does, which means it approaches it with air, fabric and cleaning and puts fragrance fourth; and the zone itself gets a trace inherited from the reception side, or nothing. Start by calling the room what it is.
