In summer you might drive with a window cracked. In the rain you cannot — so the cabin becomes a sealed, humid box, and that seal is the second force in the triangle.

With the windows up and the AC set to recirculate — which most of us do in heavy rain to keep the glass from fogging — the same air loops around the cabin again and again.
