Fragrance frames the meal — it never competes with the food. So the best dining diffuser is not the most powerful one; it is the one sized to your room, placed off the table, and able to step back as the food arrives.

If your dining table sits in a big open-plan space that flows into the kitchen and living room, a small ultrasonic will never scent it evenly — you will smell it in one spot and nowhere else.
