This is the whole thing in one document: what gets installed in each zone, when it runs, how it is commissioned and who checks it every month. If you have read the other guides in this series, this is where they land as a specification you can hand over and sign off.
Quick answers — read this first
What does a complete real estate project scenting plan contain? Four short sheets. A zone schedule listing every air-conditioned volume with its cubic metres, machine, intensity and named owner. A run-time table keyed to the site-visit calendar. A commissioning checklist that includes walking the buyer route and matching every threshold. And a review cadence: a monthly settings check and a quarterly refill. The machines are SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) per zone, with a SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) on any hall too large to split.
What machines does the SOSA Vaayu project plan specify? One SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) per air-conditioned zone up to 1000m³, which covers the sales office, a closed lounge, consultation cabins, the sample flat and a site office. Where a single volume would need three units, the plan specifies one SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) instead, rated to 3,000m³ and connected to the building HVAC. One fragrance runs across every machine.
How often should a project scenting plan be reviewed? Monthly for settings and quarterly for refills. The monthly check is ten minutes: read the settings sheet against each machine and confirm nothing has drifted, which is what the key-lock on the SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) is there to prevent. A 400ml tank lasts up to about 75 days depending on intensity and run hours, so refills fall roughly quarterly.
The short answer
Short answer: the plan is four sheets - a zone schedule (volume, machine, intensity, owner), a run-time table keyed to the site-visit calendar, a commissioning checklist including a threshold walk, and a monthly settings and quarterly refill review. Machines: one SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) per zone up to 1000m³, one SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) for any hall too large to split.
The pick: one SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) per zone in the schedule, with the SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) specified on the single line where a volume outgrows it.
Next step: send drawings with ceiling heights and your air-conditioning zoning and we will write the four sheets for your project - book a free scenting plan.
A scenting plan is a specification, not an intention. Four short sheets - what is installed where, when it runs, how it was commissioned and who reviews it - is the whole document.

What goes into a complete SOSA Vaayu real estate project scenting plan?
Four sheets. Sheet one, the zone schedule. One row per air-conditioned volume: its cubic metres (length by width by height), the machine specified, the intensity setting, the mounting position and the named owner. Most rows read SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999), rated to 1000m³; the exception is any single volume that would otherwise need three units, which gets one SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) on the HVAC at 3,000m³ instead. Sheet two, run times. Every zone keyed to the site-visit calendar rather than office hours: the lounge and office starting 30 to 45 minutes before the first appointment, the sample flat following the viewing schedule, and on heavy days a lower intensity running continuously instead of bursts. The Vaayu carries 1h/4h/8h/24h timers per unit, so the sheet is a table of settings, not a wish. Sheet three, commissioning. Fill, set, then walk the buyer route end to end and match the level either side of every threshold, adjusting until crossing a doorway produces no step. Engage every key-lock and record the final intensities. Sheet four, review. A ten minute monthly settings check against the sheet, and a refill roughly quarterly since a 400ml tank runs up to about 75 days. Order the fragrance for the whole site in one batch. That is the complete plan: the count comes from the volume arithmetic, the positions from the placement rules, and the discipline from the consistency guide. Two honest lines belong in the document itself: fragrance works alongside ventilation and cleaning and cannot cover fit-out smells, and SOSA makes no claim that scent influences a purchase decision. A free scenting plan will produce these four sheets for your project, and a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Zone schedule, run-time table, commissioning checklist, review cadence. One Vaayu per zone, one Angaan where a volume outgrows it, one fragrance throughout.
Almost every line of the schedule reads SOSA Vaayu: 1000m³ per zone, waterless, under 38dB, 400ml tank lasting up to 75 days, Bluetooth app with 1h/4h/8h/24h timers, adjustable intensity, auto-stop and key-lock, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounted. ₹11,999 per zone.
The specification is short because there are only two machines in it. The Vaayu fills nearly every line of the zone schedule; the Angaan appears on the one line where a volume is too large to split sensibly.
Waterless cold-air nebuliser rated to 1000m³, about 2,000-3,000 sq ft. 400ml tank lasting up to 75 days, Bluetooth app and onboard buttons, 1h/4h/8h/24h timers, adjustable intensity, under 38dB, auto-stop and key-lock, DC 12V/1A at 5W. CE, RoHS and SGS certified.
Each additional zone is another line and another unit, at its own intensity and on its own timer, running the same fragrance. Waterless, so nothing marks upholstery, veneer, a scale model or a styled kitchen counter.
HVAC nebulising diffuser rated to 3,000m³, roughly 8,000-10,000 sq ft, with an 800ml reservoir, metal body, programmable schedules and under 42dB running. Specified where a single hall would otherwise take three Vaayu.
1000m³ per zone (about 2,000-3,000 sq ft), 400ml tank lasting up to 75 days, Bluetooth app and onboard buttons, 1h/4h/8h/24h timers, adjustable intensity, under 38dB, DC 12V/1A at 5W, 165 x 80.5 x 215mm at 0.9kg, freestanding or wall and HVAC mount, auto-stop and key-lock. Made in India.
The plan is three documents plus a review date. Each one is short, and each one prevents a specific failure that shows up two months after launch.

Document one - the zone schedule
Volume, machine, intensity, position, owner
One row per air-conditioned volume. Record the cubic metres you measured, not the square feet you were quoted; the machine specified against that volume; the intensity set at commissioning; the mounting position, including height and which air-conditioning return it sits near; and the name of the person responsible. Most rows are a Vaayu at 1000m³. One row may be an Angaan where a hall is too large to split. This sheet is what a projects team signs off, and it is also what a new sales manager reads in month seven when nobody remembers why a machine is where it is.
Tip: record cubic metres and ceiling height on every row. Square feet alone will mislead whoever reads it next.
Almost every row reads Vaayu at ₹11,999 and 1000m³, which is what keeps a project schedule short.
Keyed to the site-visit calendar, never to office hours
A machine running all day for an empty gallery is oil spent on nobody, and a machine switched on as a family walks in is obvious. So the table lists, per zone, the start time relative to the first appointment - 30 to 45 minutes ahead for the office and lounge - the stop time at closing, and the intensity. The sample flat gets its own row tied to the viewing schedule, which on most projects is neither daily nor all day. For heavy weekends, note a continuous lower intensity rather than repeated bursts. Each Vaayu holds its own 1h/4h/8h/24h timer, so the table maps directly onto the app.
The Angaan takes programmable schedules too, so an oversized hall stays on the same table as everything else.
A threshold walk, locked settings and a date in the diary
Commissioning is not switching the machines on. Fill each tank, set an intensity, then walk the buyer route from the entrance through every zone and back, adjusting until no doorway produces a step change in strength. Record the final intensities on the zone schedule and engage every key-lock so the record stays true. Then set the review: ten minutes monthly to read the sheet against the machines, and a refill roughly quarterly, since a 400ml tank lasts up to about 75 days depending on intensity and run hours. Order fragrance for the whole site in one batch each time.
Tip: the threshold walk is the highest value hour in the whole plan. Do not skip it to save time on install day.
Key-lock and recorded settings are why a Vaayu plan still holds in month nine. ₹11,999 per zone.
A scenting plan that lives in somebody's head lasts about six weeks. A scenting plan on one page with names against each zone lasts the whole launch.
Four short sheets, one fragrance, and a ten minute check every month. That is the entire operating manual.
The machine on nearly every line: SOSA Vaayu, 1000m³ per zone, 400ml tank up to 75 days, app timers, adjustable intensity, auto-stop and key-lock, ₹11,999.
Here is a typical zone schedule. Yours will have more rows or fewer, but every row carries the same five fields: volume, machine, intensity, position and owner.
The SOSA plan
The zone schedule - a worked example
Zone and volume
Machine, setting and owner
Sales office, reception and model display - about 750m³
One SOSA Vaayu (₹11,999) at the reference intensity, wall mounted near the return, owned by the front desk. View →
Customer lounge on its own split - about 260m³
One Vaayu, one step softer, started 15 minutes ahead of the office, owned by the front desk. View →
Sample flat in the tower - about 300m³
One Vaayu at the softest setting in the entry hallway, on the viewing calendar, owned by the site host. View →
Main hall too large to split - above about 2,000m³
One SOSA Angaan (₹25,999) on the HVAC at 3,000m³, programmed to the same table, owned by facilities. View →
The one exception line: SOSA Angaan covers up to 3,000m³ on the building HVAC, specified where a single hall would otherwise take three Vaayu, ₹25,999.
SOSA Vaayu ₹11,999 per zone at 1000m³. Send drawings with ceiling heights and your air-conditioning zoning, and the plan comes back as a specification.
The specification uses two machines. The Vaayu occupies nearly every line of the zone schedule at 1000m³ per zone; the Angaan appears only where a single volume is too large to split honestly. One fragrance runs across every row. Both machines are waterless, so nothing marks a finish, a model or a fabric, and both are made in India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Two lines belong in the plan document itself, and we put them in every one we write. First: fragrance works alongside ventilation and cleaning, never instead of them, and it cannot cover fresh paint, adhesive, new PVC or damp, so the fit-out must be cured and aired before any zone is commissioned. Second: SOSA makes no claim that scent influences a purchase decision, and SOSA is an independent Indian brand not affiliated with any hotel. Send drawings and zoning for a free scenting plan and the four sheets come back written up.

A note from Sonal
Every guide in this series answers one question. This page is where they become a document, because a project team cannot act on advice - they act on a schedule with names and settings on it.
The plan is four sheets. A zone schedule, one row per body of moving air, with cubic metres, machine, intensity, position and owner. A run-time table keyed to the site-visit calendar. A commissioning checklist whose most important line is walking the buyer route and matching every threshold. And a review cadence: ten minutes monthly, a refill quarterly. Nearly every row specifies a Vaayu at 1000m³; one row occasionally specifies an Angaan where a hall is too large to split. One fragrance in all of them, ordered in a single batch.
And the two honest lines I insist on printing in the document: fragrance works alongside ventilation and cleaning, never instead of them, and it cannot cover fresh paint, adhesive or damp during fit-out. We also make no claim that scent influences a purchase decision. SOSA is an independent Indian brand, not affiliated with any hotel, everything is made in India, and a portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Frequently asked questions
What does a complete real estate project scenting plan contain?
Four short sheets. A zone schedule with one row per air-conditioned volume, recording cubic metres, machine, intensity, mounting position and named owner. A run-time table keyed to the site-visit calendar. A commissioning checklist that includes walking the buyer route and matching the level at every threshold. And a review cadence of a monthly settings check and a quarterly refill.
Which machines does the plan specify?
One SOSA Vaayu at Rs 11,999 per air-conditioned zone up to 1000 cubic metres, which covers the sales office, a closed lounge, consultation cabins, the sample flat and a site office. Where a single volume would otherwise need three units, the plan specifies one SOSA Angaan at Rs 25,999 instead, rated to 3,000 cubic metres and connected to the building HVAC.
What run times should the plan set?
Start the office and lounge 30 to 45 minutes before the first appointment so the fragrance has diffused and settled, and stop at closing. Run the sample flat on the viewing calendar rather than daily. On heavy weekends use a lower intensity continuously instead of bursts before each slot. Each SOSA Vaayu holds its own 1, 4, 8 and 24 hour timer settings.
How is the plan commissioned?
Fill each tank, set an intensity, then walk the buyer route from the entrance through every zone and back, adjusting until no doorway produces a noticeable step change in strength. Record the final intensities on the zone schedule and engage every key-lock so the record stays accurate. That walk is the highest value hour in the whole plan.
How often should the plan be reviewed?
Ten minutes monthly and a refill roughly quarterly. The monthly check is simply reading the settings sheet against each machine to confirm nothing has drifted. A 400ml tank lasts up to about 75 days depending on intensity and run hours. Order fragrance for the whole site in one batch each time so every zone stays identical.
Sign it off, then review it monthly: One SOSA Vaayu per zone, settings recorded and key-locked, refills diarised every 75 days or so. ₹11,999 per zone.
