One clean, spa-like scent done well
How many scents should a minimalist home have? One, ideally, run consistently. Minimalism is about restraint, and a single well-chosen scent throughout reads as calmer and more considered than several competing ones.
Are these the real hotel scents? No. They are SOSA's own interpretations of the style each hotel is known for. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the hotels named.
Which hotel-inspired scents suit a minimalist apartment
Minimalism is restraint as a value - you keep what matters and remove the rest. Scent should follow the same logic: one clean, calm note, nothing competing. The spa-clean end of the SOSA Hotel Collection is the honest match.
Both are my own interpretations of the spa-clean style those hotels are known for, not their proprietary scents. If you want something even more neutral, Forest Suite (1 Hotels-inspired: cedar, vetiver, green) leans biophilic and quiet - good for a minimalist space with a few plants.
Why one scent, done well
The single most minimalist thing you can do with fragrance is choose one scent and run it consistently. It sounds almost too simple, but it is what separates a calm, considered home from a busy one.
Practically: pick one scent - say White Tea Serenity - put a few drops in your SOSA ultrasonic diffuser, and run it on a low, continuous setting in the main space. Do not layer a second scent on top; in a minimalist home, that is the equivalent of clutter. Start with a 15ml (₹299) to be sure you love it, then size up to the 100ml or 300ml for everyday value. Two honest notes. Use the SOSA water-based diffuser fragrance only - raw essential or carrier oils can clog the misting plate. And once more, plainly: these are inspired interpretations, not the hotels' actual scents, and SOSA is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with the hotels named.

Versailles
I trained as a perfumer at ISIPCA in Versailles, and the one thing every great hotel taught me is that scent is the first thing you notice and the last thing you forget. I wanted to bottle that feeling for the home.
So the Hotel Collection is seven water-based diffuser fragrances, each my own interpretation of the style a famous hotel is known for - composed in our own lab, made to run cleanly through a SOSA ultrasonic diffuser. Please use the SOSA diffuser fragrance only; raw essential or carrier oils are thick and can clog the misting plate.
To be clear and honest: these are inspired interpretations, not the hotels' actual proprietary scents. SOSA is not affiliated with or endorsed by the hotels named - the names just describe the scent style. I would rather you knew exactly what you are buying: a perfumer's take on that hushed, expensive calm, at an honest price.
