Six axes, and the useful version of this page tells you two things about each: how to test it yourself, and whether the vendor actually publishes an answer. On that second question SOSA is worth being blunt about, since this is SOSA's own page. SOSA publishes a retail catalogue and a WhatsApp number. Hanging car perfumes are ₹449 to ₹509 and the 15ml refill is ₹399 to ₹449. Beyond that there is no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity and no slab written down anywhere, and a vendor-evaluation page that admits what its own vendor leaves unpublished is more use to you than one that does not.
The cheapest piece of vendor due diligence there is. SOSA Icy Mint hanging car perfume, ₹489 for 12ml - buy one at retail, hang it in a car you drive every day, and judge it on day fourteen rather than on day one. It is also available as the stronger spray at exactly the same ₹489, so the format decision costs nothing either way.
Quick answers — read this first
How can you judge car fragrance quality before placing a repeat order? Buy one at published retail and live with it. Hang a Lemon ₹499 or an Icy Mint ₹489 in a car you drive daily and leave it a fortnight. You are checking whether the scent still reads the same on day ten as on day one, whether it is still noticeable after a week in a hot cabin, and whether you would fit it in somebody else's car without asking. There is no other honest test.
What presentation and branding does SOSA offer on a customer gift? A custom label or logo on product, and that is the entire offer. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve, no insert card and no gift wrap. If your programme needs the gift to look assembled, this is a real constraint and you should know it now rather than in month three. For a gift fitted during pre-delivery checks it matters much less, because nothing is handed over to be opened.
Does SOSA publish anything about ordering repeatedly through the year? No recurring-supply programme is published, and there is no annual agreement, no reserved arrangement and no dealer or reseller scheme. There is also no case pack, no carton size and no unit weight published, so storage planning starts from counting what turns up. All of it is a conversation on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than a published term.
The short answer
Short answer: Test quality by buying one at retail and living with it for a fortnight. On the rest: SOSA publishes retail prices of Rs 449 to Rs 509 and a custom label or logo on product. There is no bulk rate, no minimum, no case pack and no recurring-supply programme published anywhere.
The pick: Buy one hanging at ₹449 to ₹509 at retail, live with it for a fortnight, do your own arithmetic off the published list, and take the six questions to WhatsApp before committing to anything.
Why: Five of the six axes can be settled by a buyer with one unit and a calculator. The sixth, repeat supply, is the one no published page can answer, which is exactly why it should be the question you ask first rather than last.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
How should a business buying 100 to 500 car fragrance gifts repeatedly through the year evaluate a vendor before committing?
Take the six axes one at a time, and separate the ones you can settle yourself from the ones only the vendor can answer. Fragrance quality is entirely yours: buy one at published retail, hang it in a car you use every day, and judge it after a fortnight rather than after a sniff. Presentation is the vendor's, and SOSA's answer is short - a custom label or logo on product is the whole offer, with no custom box, no printed sleeve, no insert card and no gift wrap.Unit economics starts with public arithmetic: the hanging list is ₹449 to ₹509 and the 15ml refill is ₹399 to ₹449, and since no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity and no slab is published, your own multiplication off the retail list is the only honest starting number. Storage is unpublished in the same way: there is no case pack, no carton size and no unit weight printed anywhere, so a buyer with no room at the back of the showroom plans from what actually turns up rather than from a specification. Scent selection is eight scents in the hanging format, Jasmine ₹449 through Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509, with no published commitment that the list persists, so build on the format and a shortlist rather than on one name. And repeat supply has no published programme at all - it is a conversation on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531, and bulk orders are welcome. That is an unusual amount of not-published for a page trying to win your order, which is rather the point: the gaps are real, you should price them into your plan, and a vendor who fills them with numbers on a blog is telling you something. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Five of the six tests you can run yourself for the price of one bottle. The sixth - will this still be here in October - is the only one you have to ask a human, so ask it first.
The test that costs one unit: buy a hanging at ₹449 to ₹509 at retail, hang it in a car you drive daily, and judge it on day fourteen rather than on day one.
The three axes you can settle yourself, before anybody sends you anything
Three of the six axes carry the real weight, because they are the ones where a buyer can reach a defensible conclusion without anybody's cooperation. Work through these first and the other three become questions you ask rather than risks you carry.
1
Axis one
Fragrance quality: the only honest test costs one unit
There is no way to evaluate a fragrance from a listing, and any process that pretends otherwise is theatre. The photographs are interchangeable, the scent names are the same eight or nine names every supplier uses, and the description was written by somebody who wants the order.
Buy one at published retail and live with it.Lemon at ₹499 or Icy Mint at ₹489 will do. Hang it in a car you drive every day and leave it there for a fortnight. You are looking for three things and none of them are visible on day one. Does the scent still read the same on day ten as it did when you opened it, or has it turned into something else? Is it still noticeable after a week of a cabin sitting in the sun, and is it noticeable in the way you wanted or in a way you did not? And the question that actually matters: would you be comfortable having this fitted in somebody else's car without asking them first?
Run the same test on the one you are tempted by and the one you are nervous about. Oud at ₹509 is the most distinctive thing in the SOSA car range, and a fortnight in your own car will tell you more about whether it belongs in a programme than any amount of reading. If a vendor will not sell you a single unit at retail before a larger conversation, that is itself a finding.
Tip: Judge a car fragrance on day fourteen in a hot cabin, never on day one in a showroom.
2
Axis two
Unit economics: your own arithmetic is the only honest starting point
SOSA publishes a retail catalogue and a WhatsApp number, and on the commercial side that is genuinely all. The hanging car perfumes are ₹449 to ₹509: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. The 15ml refill is ₹399 to ₹449. There is no bulk rate published, no minimum order quantity published, no slab published and no volume discount published, so any figure below retail that appears on a page - including this one - would have been invented.
That looks like a gap and it is one, but it is also the only sound place to start. Take the retail list, multiply by the number of gifts you expect to give in a year, and put that total beside what your current gifting line costs over the same period. That is public arithmetic done with your own numbers, it depends on nobody's estimate, and it is what you should walk into the conversation holding. Do the same sum for the refill, because a business that intends to fit and later re-fit its own demonstrator vehicles is buying a different mix from one that hands over and walks away.
What that total becomes at the size you are buying is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 and nowhere else. Bulk orders are welcome. A supplier who prints a per-car figure before knowing what you are buying is telling you how the rest of the relationship will run.
3
Axis three
Repeat supply: read the gaps rather than the promises
This is the axis that decides whether you are buying once or building something, and it is the one no catalogue can settle. Be direct about where SOSA sits. There is no published recurring-supply programme, no annual agreement, no reserved arrangement, no dealer scheme and no reseller scheme. There is a fragrance house in Pune, a retail catalogue and a WhatsApp number at +91 96192 18531.
That is not a reason to walk away, but it is a reason to design for it. Build the programme so that it survives a substitution: choose the format first, hold a shortlist of two or three acceptable scents rather than making one name load-bearing, and avoid printing any single scent name on anything that outlives the order. A programme built on the phrase mild hanging, citrus or mint is robust. A programme built on the phrase Icy Mint on every car is one conversation away from a problem.
There is a broader habit here worth adopting for any vendor. Read what is not published as carefully as what is. A supplier that publishes retail prices and admits it publishes no commercial terms has given you an accurate map with blank areas marked. A supplier whose page quotes you a rate at volume, a timing and a case quantity without knowing anything about you has given you a map with roads drawn on it that may not exist. The second reads better. The first is the one you can plan with.
Tip: Build the programme on the format and a shortlist, never on one scent name.
The decision this whole category turns on
Hanging or spray is a scent-throw choice, not a budget choice
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two formats at the same price: the hanging is the mild scent-throw, the spray is the stronger one. Jasmine is ₹449 either way, Lemon ₹499 either way, Oud ₹509 either way. So the question is never which one you can afford - it is who controls the dose. Hand a car to somebody whose taste you have never asked about and the mild hanging is the safer object, because a person who finds a sealed car too loud cannot turn a scent down, only take it out.
A six-question vendor check you can finish in a fortnight
Buy one Rs 449 to Rs 509 hanging at retail and live with it for fourteen days.
Multiply the retail list by your annual gift count. That is your honest starting number.
Ask what presentation exists. For SOSA it is a custom label or logo, and nothing else.
Take storage, scent list and repeat supply to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531 before agreeing.
The SOSA principle
A supplier that tells you clearly what it does not publish has given you an accurate map with blank areas marked on it. A supplier that answers every question with a number has given you a map with roads drawn on it that may not be there.
The second one is far more comfortable to read and considerably worse to plan a year around. On a repeat programme, the thing you are really buying is the reliability of the answers, and blank areas you can see are not the risk.
Scent selection: build on the format and a shortlist, not on one name
Scent selection is an axis most evaluation checklists get wrong, because they treat it as a taste question when it is a resilience question. Eight scents exist in the hanging format: Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Mysore Orange Blossom at ₹549 is a 10ml spray with no hanging format at all. For a repeat programme two things matter more than which of those you prefer. First, no commitment is published that this list of eight persists - it is a live retail catalogue rather than a contracted range - so hold a shortlist rather than a single name. Second, choose from the quiet end for recipients nobody asked: Icy Mint and Lemon are the least likely to be disliked by somebody who did not choose them, while Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver have the strongest character and are the riskiest defaults. The Discovery Set at ₹699 to ₹899 is the honest answer wherever somebody can actually be asked.
The SOSA gift edit
The four axes a vendor page usually fakes, and what SOSA publishes on each
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
Presentation and branding · custom label or logo on product
What exists: a custom label or logo on the product itself. What does not: there is no custom box, no printed sleeve, no insert card and no gift wrap. It fails you if the gift has to look assembled at a desk. It costs you nothing if the gift is fitted during pre-delivery checks, since nothing is handed over to be opened in the first place.
Unit economics · ₹449 to ₹509 retail, refills ₹399 to ₹449
What exists: a complete published retail list you can multiply yourself. What does not: no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no slab and no volume discount is published. It fails you if your approval system needs a written rate before a conversation. Otherwise the retail arithmetic is a sound floor to plan against and to negotiate from.
Storage and handling · nothing published
What exists: 12ml bottles, and that is the whole published specification. What does not: no case pack, no carton size and no unit weight appears anywhere. It fails you if you have no room at the back of the showroom and need to plan the space before committing, in which case ask on WhatsApp first and count what actually turns up rather than trusting an estimate.
Repeat supply · a WhatsApp conversation, not a programme
What exists: a WhatsApp number, and bulk orders are welcome. What does not: no recurring-supply programme, no annual agreement, no reserved arrangement, no dealer scheme and no reseller scheme is published. It fails you if you need a written commitment to a year. It is workable if you design the programme to survive a substitution.
What happens after the gift
The 15ml refill is bigger than the 12ml bottle and costs less than a new unit
Refills run ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, and ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud - against ₹449 to ₹509 for the unit itself. This matters for one honest reason and not the flattering one: a gift that can be continued without being sold to is a different object from a gift that simply runs out. Whether anybody continues it is up to them, and no supplier can promise you they will.
Two more things a repeat buyer should know before signing anything off internally. No duration is published for the hanging format - not weeks, not months - so any replacement routine has to come from fitting a few on your own vehicles and watching. The only SOSA car product publishing figures is the Mysore Orange Blossom spray at ₹549, at approximately 100 sprays in 10ml and approximately 500 in 50ml, and those belong to that spray alone. And the continuation path is asymmetrical: the 15ml refill at ₹399 to ₹449 fits the hanging bottle rather than the spray, so a hanging programme has a cheaper second purchase available to the recipient and a spray programme does not. Whether a single person ever buys one is entirely up to them, and no supplier can tell you otherwise. Everything commercial - quantities, labels, timing, storage, anything about buying again in six months - is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531, which is the honest end of a page like this rather than a deflection.
The lowest-priced hanging in the range at ₹449, and the reason most per-car budgets get built around this number. Available as the mild hanging or the stronger spray at the same ₹449.
Eight scents from ₹399. The refill is 15ml against the 12ml bottle it refills, and costs less than buying the unit again - so the person who was given one can carry on without being sold to.
Three sprays from ₹699, or all nine at ₹2,999. The honest answer when the recipient's taste is genuinely unknown: let them find out rather than guessing on their behalf.
from ₹699
When one particular car is not part of the programme
SOSA Safar ₹3,999 for a car, SOSA Vaayu ₹11,999 for the building it is parked at
Safar is the waterless, cordless, rechargeable cold-diffusion perfume diffuser for a car or a travel bag - ₹3,999 for the SOSA-scent trios and ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios. It is not a volume gift and should not be described as one; it is what a business reaches for when a single handover genuinely warrants it. Vaayu is the same waterless idea sized for a building: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks - which makes it a showroom or workshop question rather than a gifting one. Both run waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm, and neither takes the ₹299 water-based Hotel Collection bottle. No runtime, battery life or coverage figure is published for Safar. Both add a scent to a space; neither removes one.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
I would rather you read this page, find four things SOSA does not publish, and ask about them on WhatsApp, than read a page that answered all six questions with numbers nobody could stand behind. The blank areas are the useful part.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA car fragrance range
Choose the format on scent-throw first, because it does not change the price
Worn rather than driven, and a taste decision - only when somebody can name what the recipient already wears
from ₹379
Every price above is the published retail price on the live SOSA product page, which is what any business should build its own arithmetic on. SOSA does not publish a bulk rate, a minimum order quantity, a slab, a dispatch window or any commercial term, and nothing on this page should be read as one. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; quantities and everything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest price sheet
What SOSA publishes, and what SOSA does not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
The same scents as sprays, at the same price. Hanging is the mild scent-throw, spray is the stronger one, and they cost the same - so the choice is about who controls the dose, not about money. Mysore Orange Blossom ₹549 is a spray only and has no hanging format.
Combos and sets - two-scent combos ₹899 to ₹949, the Discovery Set of three sprays ₹699 to ₹899, all nine sprays ₹2,999, and 50ml sprays ₹1,499. SOSA Safar ₹3,999, or ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios.
Duration - the only car product publishing a figure is Mysore Orange Blossom: 10ml is about 100 sprays lasting about 3 months, 50ml is about 500 sprays lasting about a year or more. Those numbers belong to that spray and to nothing else. No duration is published for the hanging format.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount; any dispatch, delivery or cut-off timing; any payment, invoicing or credit term; case packs, carton sizes or unit weights; any claim that a gift will change a customer's behaviour, a survey score or a repeat rate; and any claim that a fragrance removes, neutralises or purifies anything. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Buying for a business rather than for one person? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: roughly how many vehicles or people a month, whether the recipient chooses the scent or you do, whether you want the mild hanging or the stronger spray, and whether the label needs to carry your logo. You will get one straight answer rather than a catalogue. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: any bulk rate, any minimum order quantity, any slab or volume discount, any dispatch or delivery timing, and any payment or invoicing term. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available - that is the whole of the branding offer, and there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap or hamper. There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme; everything commercial is a conversation on WhatsApp. Bespoke composition, a fragrance composed for you by Sonal, is a real SOSA service and is also discussed there. Where SOSA is: SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. There is no SOSA shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city, so anything here about Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or anywhere else is about the businesses and the cars in those cities and not about a local branch.
SS
ISIPCA Versailles
A note from Sonal
The businesses that write to SOSA about car fragrance almost never open with a question about fragrance. They open with a question about a drawer. Somebody ordered five hundred of something last year, and most of it is still sitting in a drawer at the back of the showroom, and nobody wants to repeat that.
What makes a car product different from the keychain and the diary is not that it is nicer. It is that there is nowhere to put it away. A hanging perfume is hanging. It is not in a bag to be taken home and forgotten; it is in the one enclosed space the person is going to sit in tomorrow morning. That is an argument about geometry rather than about generosity, and it is the only argument for this category I am willing to make.
The thing I would push back on hardest is the instinct to buy the strongest one. When you are choosing on somebody else's behalf, and you will never meet most of them, the mild hanging is the correct choice and it costs exactly the same as the spray. A person who finds a scent too loud in a sealed car cannot turn it down; they can only take it out. Quiet is what lets a gift survive contact with a stranger's taste.
And the part I will not pretend about: I cannot tell you this will bring anyone back. No fragrance house can honestly tell a business what a gift will do to its numbers. What I can tell you is what the product is, what it costs, and what happens when somebody likes it enough to buy the refill themselves - which is the only loyalty any of us actually earns.
Frequently asked questions
How do you evaluate car fragrance quality before placing a repeat order?
Buy one at published retail and live with it for a fortnight. Hang a Rs 489 Icy Mint or a Rs 499 Lemon in a car you drive daily and check three things: whether it still reads the same on day ten, whether it is still noticeable after a week in a hot cabin, and whether you would fit it in somebody else's car without asking. There is no other honest test, and a listing cannot answer any of it.
What presentation or branding is available on a customer gift?
A custom label or logo on the product itself, and that is the entire offer. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve, no insert card and no gift wrap. If your programme needs the gift to look assembled, that is a genuine constraint. If the gift is fitted during pre-delivery checks, it matters much less, because nothing is handed over to be opened.
What should a buyer use as a starting number when planning the spend?
The published retail list, multiplied by your own annual gift count. Hanging car perfumes are Rs 449 to Rs 509 and the 15ml refill is Rs 399 to Rs 449. SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity and no slab, so any lower figure on a page would be invented. Take your own arithmetic to WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 and settle it there.
What is published about storage, and how much room will an order take up?
Nothing. There is no case pack, no carton size and no unit weight published anywhere, and the only physical figure on the hanging format is the 12ml bottle itself. A buyer with limited room should raise it on WhatsApp before committing and then count what actually turns up rather than planning against a specification that does not exist.
Is there a way to arrange supply for the whole year in advance?
No such arrangement is published. There is no recurring-supply programme, no annual agreement, no reserved quantity, and no dealer or reseller scheme. Bulk orders are welcome and everything is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Design the programme to survive a substitution: choose the format and hold a shortlist of two or three acceptable scents rather than making one name load-bearing.
Take the next step
Run the fortnight test, do your own arithmetic, then ask the six questions
One hanging at ₹449 to ₹509 is enough to settle the quality question for yourself, and the published list is enough to settle the arithmetic. What is left - storage, the scent list over a year, buying again in six months and whether the label carries your logo - has no published answer and goes to WhatsApp. Bulk orders are welcome.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.

About commercial terms: the prices above are published retail prices. SOSA does not publish a bulk rate, a minimum order quantity, a volume slab or discount, a dispatch or delivery window, an order cut-off, a payment or credit term, a rate card, a case pack, a carton size or a unit weight, and none is stated anywhere on this page; bulk orders are welcome and are discussed on WhatsApp. The only branding available is a custom label or logo on product - there is no custom box, printed sleeve, insert card, gift wrap or hamper service. There is no dealer, partner or reseller programme. About SOSA's location: SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, and sends orders across India. SOSA has no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or any other city, and nothing on this page should be read as claiming one; where a city is named, it refers to the businesses and the cars in that city and nothing more. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent and does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify odour, and no SOSA product makes any health, antibacterial, air-purifying or wellbeing claim, nor any claim about being suitable for children, pets or any medical condition. No claim is made anywhere on this page about what a gift will do to a business result - not to a satisfaction or survey score, not to repeat business, referrals, reviews, retention or recall. Those outcomes depend on the business and not on a fragrance, and no fragrance house can honestly promise them. No claim is made about how any recipient will feel. No duration is published or implied for the hanging format. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
