A machine rated to 1000 cubic metres is telling you how much air it can hold at a working concentration. It is not telling you that the far end of an L-shaped corridor twenty-five metres away will get any. Those are different physical claims and only one of them is on the box. Measure the longest straight-line distance from where the unit will sit to the furthest chair a client uses. If that number is over about ten metres, you are buying distribution rather than coverage.
Tip: Pace the distance rather than estimating it from the drawing. Plans compress corridors in a way that walking them does not.

Duct work turns a point source into a network
If your patient-facing zone is served by ducted air handling, you already own a distribution system that reaches every grille in the building, runs on a schedule and moves far more air than any diffuser. Mounting a nebuliser to that system means the scent is introduced where the air is already going, and the room becomes even because the building is making it even. That is the whole engineering argument for HVAC connection and it is a good one. It also has to be true rather than assumed: lift a ceiling tile, look for a rigid or flexible duct run you can reach, and find out who owns it. In a leased unit the answer is often the landlord, and that is a conversation to have before ordering anything rather than after.

With no duct, the dearer machine loses its argument
This is the concession this page exists to make. Take away accessible duct work and the Angaan is a wall-mounted nebuliser with a larger reservoir, a metal body and a coverage volume you cannot use, at more than twice the price of a wall-mounted Vaayu that also cannot use it. Nothing about that is dishonest as a product, it is simply the wrong instrument for the building, and I would rather write that sentence than take the order. A quiet end is a normal property of a large room and not a fault requiring a second machine.

The most useful thing anybody has ever sent me about a facility was a photograph taken standing on a chair with a ceiling tile pushed aside. It showed a flexible duct running toward reception with a spare take-off on it. That one image answered a question I had been going round in circles on for a week, and it is why I now ask for it before I quote anything above two thousand square feet.
What I want facility owners to hold on to is that the dearer machine is not the better machine. It is the machine for a building with a distribution network in it. Rated volume is the specification everyone reads and the least useful one at this scale, because by the time you are at a facility the volume question was settled two rungs down the ladder. What is still open is geometry, and geometry is answered by where you can physically put the thing.
