How a perfumer actually picks
When I judge a natural car perfume, I run three questions in order. First, are the materials real and named? A brand that hides behind "natural fragrance" and will not tell you what is inside has already failed. Second, is it alcohol-free? In a sealed cabin at dashboard temperature, an alcohol solvent is the thing that hits your sinuses first and gives you the headache. Third, does it hold in heat? Woody materials survive a hot cabin; thin, sweet syrups collapse by afternoon.
The honest caveat
A natural car perfume scents your cabin. It does not purify the air, kill bacteria or clean your filters.
Anyone selling you a fragrance as an air purifier is selling you a story. I would rather sell you a beautiful khus and tell you the truth about what it does.
