“Natural” is the most over-used word in fragrance, so let me be honest before I recommend anything. A body perfume can be built from real and naturally-derived materials and still be safely composed by a perfumer - that is what I do, and it is different from a bottle of raw essential oil.
If you want body scent that leans on real materials, is alcohol-free and sits gently on skin, here is how to choose - with my SOSA attars and solid perfumes as the worked example.

I have to be straight with you, because the word is abused. “Natural” has no single agreed definition in perfume. A scent can be partly natural, fully synthetic, or - most commonly and most usefully - a careful blend of real and naturally-derived materials composed to be safe and stable. A pile of raw essential oils is not automatically a good perfume, and it is not automatically safer either.
The honest version
A useful “natural” body perfume is one built from real and naturally-derived materials in a composed, skin-safe, IFRA-compliant blend. It is not the same as a single raw essential oil, and “natural” alone does not guarantee it suits your skin. Patch-test if you are reactive.
