The constraint in this question is not the budget and it is not the product. It is a person. Whatever you choose gets managed by a sales executive who has four handovers stacked on a Saturday, a family waiting by the car, a set of documents to get signed and a phone that has not stopped. A gift that is compact and affordable but needs that person to remember one extra thing is not easy to manage - it is easy to buy. A hanging car perfume at ₹449 to ₹509 published retail can be the easy one, but only if you take the job off that person entirely.
SOSA Jasmine hanging car perfume, 12ml, Rs 449
SOSA Jasmine hanging car perfume · 12ml · mild scent-throw ₹449 →
Small enough to live in a bay cupboard and quick enough to fit inside an existing routine. SOSA Jasmine hanging car perfume, ₹449 for 12ml - the lowest-priced hanging in the range and the softest of the eight, available as the mild hanging or the stronger spray at exactly the same ₹449.
Quick answers — read this first
What makes a delivery gift easy for a sales executive to manage? Three things, in this order: it needs no preparation step of its own, it cannot be got wrong where the customer can see, and it never has to be explained. A SOSA hanging car perfume at ₹449 to ₹509 can be fitted while the car is being prepared, so the executive at the desk is not carrying anything and is not remembering anything.

Who should actually fit it - the prep bay or the sales executive? The prep bay, with a tick on the same checklist as the mats and the fuel. The most common failure in showroom gifting is that the person who prepares the car is not the person who hands it over, so the gift either gets fitted twice or not at all. A line item fixes that; a favour asked on the morning does not.

How many scents should a showroom carry? One or two, not eight. Every extra variant is one more thing to find under time pressure and one more decision handed to somebody who did not ask for it. Icy Mint ₹489 and Jasmine ₹449 are a workable pair because they do not overlap.
The short answer
Short answer: Yes, if the fitting is moved into the pre-delivery routine rather than left with the person at the desk. SOSA hanging car perfumes are Rs 449 to Rs 509 at published retail prices, are small enough to keep in a desk drawer, and need nothing said at the handover. No bulk rate or minimum is published.
The pick: A mild hanging from ₹449 in one or two scents, fitted during pre-delivery checks so the sales executive carries nothing to the car park.
Why: It removes a task from the busiest person in the building instead of adding one, and it cannot be forgotten at the desk because it was never at the desk.
Sending something when somebody is having a hard time - at a glanceKeep it small - candle ₹399, attar ₹379, car scent ₹449For their home - reed diffuser ₹749, nothing to switch onSay the words yourself - no card goes in the parcelNever - a parcel instead of turning up
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
Straight answer
What delivery surprise can a sales executive realistically manage across a busy Saturday?
The honest answer is: only the one that does not need them. Look at what a handover actually asks of one person - the documents, the photograph, the family, the infotainment pairing, the next customer already in the lounge - and it becomes clear that any gift requiring a fetch, an unwrap or a sentence of explanation is competing with all of that and will lose some of the time. A hanging car perfume is unusual because it can be fitted before anybody walks out to the car, which means the executive's job at the desk is nothing at all. Published prices are Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, and Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Two things need saying before you plan around it. SOSA publishes no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no slab, no lead time and no commercial term of any kind - the figures above are what a retail customer pays, and quantity is a conversation on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. And nobody can tell you what a gift does to the mood of a handover; what this page can tell you is where the work lands and who ends up carrying it. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Ask the question the other way round. Not what should we give, but what can we take off the person who is already doing eleven things. That narrows the list fast.
The version a showroom can actually run: the mild hanging from ₹449, fitted in the prep bay, one or two scents only. Same price as the stronger spray.
Hanging car perfumes from ₹449

What "easy to manage" actually means when one person is doing the managing

"Easy to manage" gets written into a lot of briefs and almost never gets defined. In a showroom it means four specific and testable things, and the interesting part is that only one of them is about the product. Work through these before you compare prices.

1
The first variable
Does it need a preparation step of its own?
Anything that has to be assembled, boxed, labelled or counted out on the morning of a handover has quietly created a job, and that job lands on whoever is free, which on a Saturday is nobody. The test is simple: between the car being ready and the customer sitting in it, how many minutes does this gift cost somebody?

A 12ml hanging bottle scores well here for a dull reason. It is small enough to live in a desk drawer or a bay cupboard, it comes in the same retail form every time, and fitting it to the mirror is a few seconds inside a routine that already includes the mats, the fuel and the plate. There is nothing to prepare because there is nothing to assemble.

Be honest about the other side of this. It scores badly if somebody decides the gift should be presented rather than fitted, because now it is being carried, held and handed over, and you have reinvented the problem you were trying to avoid. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve and no wrapping service from SOSA - the offer is a custom label or logo on the product and nothing beyond it. That limitation happens to be the thing that keeps the process light.
Tip: If a gift costs anybody two minutes on the morning, multiply those two minutes by your monthly deliveries.
2
The second variable
What happens when the person who prepares the car is not the person who hands it over
This is the failure almost every showroom hits and almost nobody writes into the brief. The car is prepared in the wash or pre-delivery bay by one team. It is handed over at the desk by a sales executive. On a quiet Tuesday those two people speak. On a Saturday with four deliveries stacked and one customer running late, they do not.

Two things then go wrong, and they go wrong in opposite directions. Either both sides assume the other did it and the customer gets a car with nothing in it, or both sides do it and there are two fragrances on one mirror, which looks careless rather than generous. Neither is a product fault. Both are a handoff fault.

The fix is not a reminder and it is not a rule on a noticeboard. It is a tick on the pre-delivery checklist, in the same list as the tyre pressure. A checklist is the only mechanism in a showroom that survives a busy day, because it does not rely on anybody remembering anything or on two people having had a conversation. Once fitting sits there, the sales executive's involvement drops to zero, which is exactly where you want it - and if they do want to mention it at the desk, one line covers it.
3
The third variable
How many variants can one person find under time pressure?
Eight scents look like generosity on a spreadsheet and behave like friction in a building. Every extra variant is another thing to locate in a cupboard, another thing to reorder at a different rate from the others, and another moment where somebody has to choose on a customer's behalf while a family waits by the car.

One scent is the easiest thing in the world to manage and the least interesting to receive. Two is usually the right compromise: Icy Mint at ₹489 reads as clean rather than scented, and Jasmine at ₹449 is the softest and the lowest-priced in the range. They do not overlap, so the choice between them is obvious rather than considered.

What to resist is making Oud at ₹509 the default. It is the most distinctive scent SOSA makes for a car, which is precisely why it is the wrong one to put in the car of somebody nobody asked. Keep it for the customer who asks for something richer, if you keep it at all.
Tip: Two scents that do not overlap beat eight that do, and the person on the floor will thank you for it.
SOSA Lemon hanging car perfume, 12ml, Rs 499
The decision this whole category turns on
Hanging or spray is a scent-throw choice, not a budget choice
Every SOSA car scent is sold in two formats at the same price: the hanging is the mild scent-throw, the spray is the stronger one. Jasmine is ₹449 either way, Lemon ₹499 either way, Oud ₹509 either way. So the question is never which one you can afford - it is who controls the dose. Hand a car to somebody whose taste you have never asked about and the mild hanging is the safer object, because a person who finds a sealed car too loud cannot turn a scent down, only take it out.
See the SOSA car fragrance range →
Work it out in this order
Setting this up so it survives a Saturday, in about ten minutes
  1. Add fitting to the pre-delivery checklist so the desk has nothing to remember.
  2. Carry one or two scents, kept in one place, so nobody hunts for a variant.
  3. Choose the mild hanging over the spray: the customer has no dial to turn down.
  4. Do the arithmetic on the Rs 449 to Rs 509 list, then talk quantity on WhatsApp.
The SOSA principle
The gift that works in a showroom is not the most thoughtful one. It is the one that still happens when the person who was supposed to think about it is busy.
That is an unromantic standard, and it is the only one that holds up across a hundred handovers run by eight different people on their eighth hour.

How few scents a person can hold in their head on a Saturday

Eight scents exist in the hanging format and they sit within a ₹60 band, so this is a character decision rather than a budget one. Jasmine ₹449 is the softest and the cheapest. Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479 read as considered. Icy Mint ₹489 is the sharpest and the one most people call clean rather than scented, which makes it the safest thing to put in a stranger's car. Lemon ₹499 is the straightforward citrus. Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509 have the most character and therefore carry the most risk when nobody has asked. Mysore Orange Blossom ₹549 is worth knowing about separately: it is a spray only, with no hanging version at all.

The SOSA gift edit
Four delivery surprises, scored on what they ask of the person handing the car over
The option Who it suits, and where it fails
A hanging car perfume · ₹449 to ₹509 Fitted in the prep bay, so the desk carries nothing and says nothing unless it wants to. The 12ml bottle is small enough to keep anywhere. It fails when the fitting is left as a favour rather than written into the checklist, and it fails when somebody decides to carry it out and present it instead.
A boxed accessory · the considered option Looks the most generous of the four and costs the most in human minutes. It has to be found, carried to the car park, given, received and thanked for, and then the customer has a box to put somewhere. Fine at five handovers a week. Heavy at five handovers in an afternoon.
Flowers or sweets · the morning-of gesture Excellent in the photograph and finished by evening. The management cost is that somebody has to organise them freshly each time, which is a standing task rather than a one-off decision, and a fair number are left behind in the showroom when the boot is already full.
A voucher or coupon · the paper option Weightless to carry and expensive to explain, which is the wrong way round for a Saturday. It needs a sentence about what it covers and until when, it goes into the document folder, and it asks the customer to come back and spend before anything pleasant happens to them.
SOSA car hanging freshener refills, 15ml, from Rs 399
What happens after the gift
The 15ml refill is bigger than the 12ml bottle and costs less than a new unit
Refills run ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, and ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud - against ₹449 to ₹509 for the unit itself. This matters for one honest reason and not the flattering one: a gift that can be continued without being sold to is a different object from a gift that simply runs out. Whether anybody continues it is up to them, and no supplier can promise you they will.
See the 15ml refills →

One practical detail for whoever is managing the cupboard. SOSA publishes 15ml refills at ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, and ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud. The refill is larger than the 12ml bottle it refills and costs less than buying the unit again, and it fits the hanging format rather than the spray. That matters to the showroom only as a thing worth mentioning in one line if a customer asks what happens next; it is not something the executive has to sell, and nobody can tell you whether a given customer ever buys one. On the practical side, note that no duration is published for the hanging format, so if anybody asks how often it needs doing, the honest answer is that SOSA does not publish a figure.

SOSA Jasmine hanging car perfume, 12ml, Rs 449
The lowest-priced hanging in the range at ₹449, and the reason most per-car budgets get built around this number. Available as the mild hanging or the stronger spray at the same ₹449.
₹449 · 12ml
SOSA car hanging freshener refills, 15ml, from Rs 399
Eight scents from ₹399. The refill is 15ml against the 12ml bottle it refills, and costs less than buying the unit again - so the person who was given one can carry on without being sold to.
₹399 to ₹449
SOSA Car Perfume Sprays Discovery Set of three, from Rs 699
Three sprays from ₹699, or all nine at ₹2,999. The honest answer when the recipient's taste is genuinely unknown: let them find out rather than guessing on their behalf.
from ₹699
When one particular car is not part of the programme
SOSA Safar ₹3,999 for a car, SOSA Vaayu ₹11,999 for the building it is parked at
Safar is the waterless, cordless, rechargeable cold-diffusion perfume diffuser for a car or a travel bag - ₹3,999 for the SOSA-scent trios and ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios. It is not a volume gift and should not be described as one; it is what a business reaches for when a single handover genuinely warrants it. Vaayu is the same waterless idea sized for a building: cold-air nebulising of undiluted oil, rated for approximately 1000 m3 of connected air, with a Bluetooth app and timer, a 400ml tank, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounting, DC 12V / 1A 5W mains power and CE, RoHS and SGS marks - which makes it a showroom or workshop question rather than a gifting one. Both run waterless nebuliser oil at ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm, and neither takes the ₹299 water-based Hotel Collection bottle. No runtime, battery life or coverage figure is published for Safar. Both add a scent to a space; neither removes one.

One message, one honest recommendation
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
WhatsApp SOSA
A gift that depends on somebody remembering it is not a gift programme, it is a hope. The only handover gifts that survive a full year are the ones that happen whether or not anybody thought about them that morning.

The SOSA gifting range

Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.

The SOSA car fragrance range
Choose the format on scent-throw first, because it does not change the price
Product What it is What it suits Price
SOSA hanging car perfumes Eight scents, 12ml, mild scent-throw Hangs from the mirror and is already working when the recipient first sits down - nothing to unwrap, install or learn from ₹449
SOSA car perfume sprays The same scents, stronger throw Exactly the same price as the hanging, so the choice between them is scent-throw and not budget - the recipient doses it themselves from ₹449
Car hanging freshener refills 15ml, eight scents Larger than the 12ml bottle it refills and cheaper than buying the unit again, so a gifted hanging has somewhere to go afterwards ₹399 to ₹449
SOSA car perfume combos Two scents in one box Jasmine & Lemon and Jasmine & Lavender ₹899, Oud + Lemon and Sandalwood & Oud ₹949 - hanging or spray at the same price from ₹899
Car Perfume Sprays Discovery Set Three sprays in one set ₹699 to ₹899 depending on the trio, or all nine sprays at ₹2,999 - the one to send when nobody can ask about taste from ₹699
SOSA Safar Waterless cordless car diffuser The top tier, for the one buyer a whole programme is not built around - rechargeable cold diffusion, no water and no cigarette socket ₹3,999
SOSA attars Alcohol-free roll-on oil Worn rather than driven, and a taste decision - only when somebody can name what the recipient already wears from ₹379

Every price above is the published retail price on the live SOSA product page, which is what any business should build its own arithmetic on. SOSA does not publish a bulk rate, a minimum order quantity, a slab, a dispatch window or any commercial term, and nothing on this page should be read as one. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; quantities and everything commercial are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune and sends orders across India. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.

The honest price sheet
What SOSA publishes, and what SOSA does not
Everything below is on the live product pages. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
  • Hanging car perfumes, 12ml - Jasmine ₹449, Sandalwood and Lavender ₹479, Icy Mint ₹489, Lemon ₹499, Oud, Sea Breeze and Vetiver ₹509. Eight scents in the hanging format.
  • The same scents as sprays, at the same price. Hanging is the mild scent-throw, spray is the stronger one, and they cost the same - so the choice is about who controls the dose, not about money. Mysore Orange Blossom ₹549 is a spray only and has no hanging format.
  • Refills, 15ml - ₹399 for Lemon and Jasmine, ₹429 for Sandalwood, Lavender and Icy Mint, ₹449 for Sea Breeze, Vetiver and Oud. Larger than the 12ml bottle, and cheaper than buying a new unit.
  • Combos and sets - two-scent combos ₹899 to ₹949, the Discovery Set of three sprays ₹699 to ₹899, all nine sprays ₹2,999, and 50ml sprays ₹1,499. SOSA Safar ₹3,999, or ₹4,499 for the hotel-inspired trios.
  • Duration - the only car product publishing a figure is Mysore Orange Blossom: 10ml is about 100 sprays lasting about 3 months, 50ml is about 500 sprays lasting about a year or more. Those numbers belong to that spray and to nothing else. No duration is published for the hanging format.
  • Not published, and therefore never stated here: any bulk rate, minimum order quantity, slab or volume discount; any dispatch, delivery or cut-off timing; any payment, invoicing or credit term; case packs, carton sizes or unit weights; any claim that a gift will change a customer's behaviour, a survey score or a repeat rate; and any claim that a fragrance removes, neutralises or purifies anything. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.

A note from Sonal

The businesses that write to SOSA about car fragrance almost never open with a question about fragrance. They open with a question about a drawer. Somebody ordered five hundred of something last year, and most of it is still sitting in a drawer at the back of the showroom, and nobody wants to repeat that.

What makes a car product different from the keychain and the diary is not that it is nicer. It is that there is nowhere to put it away. A hanging perfume is hanging. It is not in a bag to be taken home and forgotten; it is in the one enclosed space the person is going to sit in tomorrow morning. That is an argument about geometry rather than about generosity, and it is the only argument for this category I am willing to make.

The thing I would push back on hardest is the instinct to buy the strongest one. When you are choosing on somebody else's behalf, and you will never meet most of them, the mild hanging is the correct choice and it costs exactly the same as the spray. A person who finds a scent too loud in a sealed car cannot turn it down; they can only take it out. Quiet is what lets a gift survive contact with a stranger's taste.

And the part I will not pretend about: I cannot tell you this will bring anyone back. No fragrance house can honestly tell a business what a gift will do to its numbers. What I can tell you is what the product is, what it costs, and what happens when somebody likes it enough to buy the refill themselves - which is the only loyalty any of us actually earns.

Frequently asked questions

What makes a delivery gift easy for a sales executive to manage?
That it needs nothing from them. The realistic test is how many minutes it costs between the car being ready and the customer sitting in it. A 12ml hanging car perfume can be fitted during pre-delivery checks, so the executive at the desk carries nothing, unwraps nothing and explains nothing. SOSA list prices are Rs 449 to Rs 509.
Should the prep bay or the sales executive fit the perfume?
The prep bay, written into the pre-delivery checklist beside the mats and the fuel. When the person preparing the car is not the person handing it over, the two common failures are that nobody fits it and that both sides do, leaving two fragrances on one mirror. A checklist line removes both, and a verbal reminder does not.
How many scents should a showroom carry for handovers?
One or two. Every extra variant is something to find under time pressure and something to reorder separately. Icy Mint at Rs 489 and Jasmine at Rs 449 work as a pair because they do not overlap. Oud at Rs 509 is the most distinctive in the range, which makes it the riskiest default for a customer nobody asked.
Is the hanging or the spray better for a handover?
The hanging. Both formats of the same scent cost exactly the same at SOSA, so this is never a budget decision. The hanging is the mild scent-throw and the spray is the stronger one, and somebody who finds a sealed car too strong cannot turn a spray down, only take it out of the car.
Can the bottle carry our showroom logo, and what has to be asked on WhatsApp?
A custom label or logo on product is the whole branding offer, and there is no custom box, no printed sleeve, no insert card and no wrapping service. Bulk orders are welcome, but there is no published bulk rate, no minimum order quantity, no slab and no lead time, so quantity and timing are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.

SOSA has no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru or any other city, and nothing on this page should be read as claiming one; where a city is named, it refers to the businesses and the cars in that city and nothing more. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent and does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify odour, and no SOSA product makes any health, antibacterial, air-purifying or wellbeing claim, nor any claim about being suitable for children, pets or any medical condition. No claim is made anywhere on this page about what a gift will do to a business result - not to a satisfaction or survey score, not to repeat business, referrals, reviews, retention or recall. Those outcomes depend on the business and not on a fragrance, and no fragrance house can honestly promise them. No claim is made about how any recipient will feel. No duration is published or implied for the hanging format. Prices and availability are subject to change - see the live product pages.
