So one register, one corridor level, one room level, recorded on one page. The realistic expectation is that they will differ slightly anyway, and knowing why prevents the wrong response. Three mechanisms. The first is stack effect, and it is the largest. In a property that has been refurbished in phases, a floor with new carpet, new curtains and new mattresses behaves differently from one with original fabric, because textiles hold what has been in a room and give it back slowly. A refurbished floor is usually quieter and cleaner, and an original floor is usually fuller - which can read as inconsistency when it is really an asset age difference. Similarly, a floor with older bathrooms, older drainage or older window seals may carry damp that its neighbours do not. So: specify one outcome rather than one setting. The outcome for a corridor is that a guest stepping out of the lift and walking to their door notices nothing in particular; the outcome for a room is that opening the door produces clean air and nothing describable. Record the settings that achieve those on each floor, and expect them to be similar rather than identical. Where they need to differ - and they sometimes will, because a top floor under a flat roof in a hot city behaves differently from a second floor - record why, so the next manager does not standardise them back. Now the important operational instruction: when one floor is noticeably worse than the others, do not raise its level. That is the instinctive response and it is wrong in three ways. A housekeeping trolley that stands at one end of the hall through a long shift, where used linen becomes a source over hours even though it was not one when loaded. Or simply an occupancy pattern that puts more traffic on that floor at that hour. All of those are findable in twenty minutes by walking the floor at four in the afternoon rather than at ten in the morning.
