Two constraints are pulling against each other here and it is worth naming them properly. Anything too small reads as an obligation discharged, and anything addressed to the person rather than the property crosses a line that is hard to walk back. The way through is not a price. It is a choice of subject: a gift aimed at the building has no opinion about the person in it, which is exactly what keeps the register right.
The detail that matters most in a client gift: nothing further is asked of the person receiving it. SOSA Vaayu, ₹11,999, ships with four SOSA Hotel Collection fragrances of 100 ml each, so it is complete on the day it turns up. Waterless cold-air diffusion, published for up to 1000 m3, about 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft of connected air, with 1, 4, 8 or 24-hour run windows and operation under 38 dB. Custom label or logo on product is the one branding option offered.
Quick answers — read this first
What is an appropriate congratulations gift for a client who has bought a high-value property? Something addressed to the property rather than to the client. SOSA Vaayu at ₹11,999 is a waterless cold-air scent machine published for up to 1000 m3, about 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft of connected air, running under 38 dB, and it comes complete with four 100 ml fragrances.
How do you keep a client gift from getting personal? Choose a subject, not a price. Anything worn or applied to the body is addressed to the person. Anything for the building is addressed to the building, and it requires no guess about their taste in clothes, drink or scent on skin.
Can a client gift carry a company logo? One option exists at SOSA and it is worth stating exactly: a custom label or logo on the product itself. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve, no insert, no ribbon and no message card. Bulk orders are welcome and are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
The short answer
Short answer: Pick by subject rather than by price. A gift for the property carries no reading of the person, so the register stays professional on its own. SOSA Vaayu is Rs 11,999, under 38 dB, for up to about 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft of connected air, complete with four 100 ml fragrances.
Why: It is addressed to the building rather than to the person, it is complete in the box so nothing further is asked of them, it runs under 38 dB, and the only branding offered is a custom label or logo on the product.
A gift cannot change how somebody's week went, and a page that suggests otherwise is not worth reading. What a small parcel does is tell a person you were thinking about them on a day when nothing made you - which is a real thing to say, and worth saying. Keep it small, because a large one asks somebody already short of energy to produce a reaction, and send the words separately, because the object cannot carry them.
I am congratulating a client on a high-value property. It must not look insignificant and it must stay professional rather than personal.
Solve the second constraint first, because it decides the shortlist and the first constraint is then just a matter of which rung. A gift stays professional when its subject is the property rather than the person. Anything worn, drunk or applied to the body is a statement about somebody's taste and about your reading of it; anything for the building is a statement about the building, and requires no reading at all. That single test removes most of what people consider here and leaves a short list. On that list, scent is the layer of a completed property that nobody was engaged to decide - an architect resolved the volume, a designer resolved the surfaces, somebody resolved the lighting, and then it stopped, because what a place smells like is on no drawing. So it is an addition rather than a comment on a decision already taken. SOSA Vaayu at ₹11,999 is the form that does not look slight: waterless cold-air diffusion, a dry residue-free mist with no water and no heat, published for up to 1000 m3, stated as about 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft, with a 400ml refillable tank, Bluetooth app plus onboard buttons, run windows of 1, 4, 8 or 24 hours with day scheduling and adjustable intensity, under 38 dB, on DC 12V / 1A at 5W. It is 165 x 80.5 x 215 mm and 0.9 kg, black or white, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounted, CE, RoHS and SGS marked, made in India, and it ships with four SOSA Hotel Collection fragrances of 100 ml each, so nothing further is asked of the recipient. Two limits to state rather than hide. A coverage rating assumes one connected body of air, so it suits an open floor and not a property of closed rooms, where reed diffusers from ₹749 are the accurate answer. And fragrance adds a scent; it does not remove, neutralise or purify one, and the residue-free mist is a statement about residue rather than about air quality. A portion of every SOSA order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
Do not solve this with a number. Solve it by choosing what the gift is about - and a gift about a building cannot be about a person.
The professional default: Vaayu at ₹11,999 - addressed to the property, complete in the box with four 100 ml fragrances, and under 38 dB.
What keeps a congratulations gift professional, line by line
Three things settle it. The first is the register, the second is the plan of the property, and the third is what can and cannot be put on the item.
1
First
Register is a question of subject, not of price
The common mistake is treating professional and personal as points on a spending scale, with restraint at one end and intimacy at the other. They are not. A modest bottle of scent for somebody to wear is a personal gift; a substantial machine for a hallway is not. The scale never enters it.
What decides the register is what the gift is about. A gift addressed to a person carries an implied claim - that you know what they like on their skin, in their glass, on their wrist. If that claim is wrong it is awkward, and if it is right it is intimate. Either way it is a claim you did not need to make in a professional relationship.
A gift addressed to a property makes no such claim. It is about the place, and it carries nothing about the person standing in it. That is why attars from ₹379 are the wrong shelf for this even though they are handsome and well priced - they are worn, and worn is personal. Home scent is addressed to the building, and the building has no feelings to misread.
Tip: A gift for the building makes no claim about the person. That is the whole of the register question.
2
Second
Whether the property is one connected volume
Now the practical constraint, which is a plan question rather than a value question. Vaayu publishes up to 1000 m3, stated on the product page as about 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft, and the caveat is the important half of the sentence. A rating assumes one connected body of air.
If the property runs entrance into living into dining with nothing closed between, that is one volume and precisely what the figure describes - and it is the case a small passive bottle cannot cover, because a bottle reaches its immediate surroundings and no further.
If it is a plan of closed rooms, the figure does not transfer at any total area, and the accurate gift is reed diffusers from ₹749 or a duo set from ₹1,498 to ₹2,598. That also happens to be the sensible answer when there are several clients rather than one, since a machine each rapidly stops being proportionate to anything. Beyond about 3,000 sq ft of connected space, take it to WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531, because SOSA publishes nothing about what a second machine adds.
3
Third
What can go on it, and what is not offered at all
Branding at SOSA is exactly one thing: a custom label or logo on the product itself. It is worth being blunt about the rest, because most gifting pages imply a service that is not there. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve, no insert, no ribbon, no wrapping service and no message card. If a note is going with it, write it yourself and hand it over yourself, which is better anyway.
Bulk orders are welcome, and nothing about them is published. No rate, no minimum quantity, no figure for how long a larger order takes. Those are settled in one conversation on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 rather than priced on a page, and that is also where bespoke composition - a fragrance composed by Sonal - is discussed.
And what is not asked of the recipient. Every unit ships with four SOSA Hotel Collection fragrances, 100 ml each, so nothing further has to be bought on day one; afterwards waterless nebuliser refills are ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm. The mechanism of the gift is simply this: somebody walks into a finished property and there is a scent in it. Nothing further is claimed here about what follows from that, because nothing further is knowable. Also unpublished, so never stated: no warranty period, no installation service, no running cost figure and no app or connection detail.
Tip: One branding option exists. Everything else people assume is available is not offered at all.
Read the number strictly, not generously
About 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft - of air that is actually connected
Vaayu publishes a coverage figure, which almost nothing in home fragrance does: up to 1000 m3, stated as about 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft. The caveat matters more than the number. A rating assumes one connected body of air. A ground floor that runs living into dining into a stairwell is one volume and is exactly what the figure describes. A bungalow of the same total area with six closed doors is not one volume, it is six rooms, and the figure does not transfer. Work out how much of the house is genuinely open before you work out anything else - and note that no guidance is published on what a second unit adds.
How to choose a client congratulations gift in four steps
Decide the subject first: the property, never the person. That sets the register.
Rule out anything worn or consumed. Those read as personal at any price.
Check whether the property has one connected open floor or closed rooms.
Ask on WhatsApp about a custom label, and about anything beyond one unit.
The SOSA principle
Professional and personal are not two ends of a price scale. They are two different subjects. A gift addressed to a building cannot become a gift about the person standing in it, whatever it costs.
Which is why the same logic covers one client and twenty, and why the honest answer at the smaller end is a reed duo set rather than a reduced version of the machine.
Which set it comes with, and the one branding option that exists
There are three published four-scent sets and all are ₹11,999: Ritz-Carlton with Westin, St. Regis and 1 Hotels inspirations; Westin with Shangri-La, Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton; and St. Regis with W Hotels, 1 Hotels and Four Seasons. To be exact about what they are: SOSA's own hotel-inspired interpretations, composed by SOSA, and SOSA is independent and not affiliated with any hotel brand. For a client gift the hotel register is the easier call, because it is a public-facing idiom and an entrance hall is a public-facing room - you are not being asked to guess at a private taste, which is the thing this whole page is trying to avoid. Four 100 ml bottles let the household settle it themselves, and the waterless nebuliser oils at ₹1,049 for 100 gm make a change of direction a small matter rather than a costly one.
The SOSA gift edit
Four client-gift categories, and the exact reason each one fails
The option
Who it suits, and where it fails
SOSA Vaayu · ₹11,999
Addressed to the property, complete in the box with four 100 ml fragrances, under 38 dB, scheduled from an app with 1, 4, 8 or 24-hour windows. It fails in a property of closed rooms, where the coverage figure does not apply, and it fails as a repeated gift across many clients, where the scale stops being proportionate.
A reed duo set · ₹1,498 to ₹2,598
Two bottles in one box, about 6 to 10 weeks, nothing to operate and nothing to learn. The right answer for several clients at once and for properties built as separate rooms. It fails in a large open floor, where a passive bottle covers its immediate surroundings and no more.
Something worn or consumed · any price
The usual instinct and the one that moves the register. A scent for the skin, a drink or anything else applied to a person carries a claim about their private taste. It fails on subject rather than on quality, and it fails identically at Rs 500 and at Rs 50,000.
A large assembled gift box · any price
Safe, entirely conventional and hard to fault, which is also its problem - it reads as an obligation correctly discharged. It fails because it is discarded within a week and because SOSA does not offer one: there is no assembled box service, no printed sleeve and no insert here.
The two details that matter in a finished house
Under 38 dB, and it runs only when you tell it to
Two published details decide whether this belongs in a house somebody spent years on. It runs under 38 dB, which is the answer to the reasonable worry about a machine humming in a double-height living room. And it is scheduled: Bluetooth app plus onboard buttons, run windows of 1, 4, 8 or 24 hours, chosen days and adjustable intensity, with auto-stop and a key-lock. That is what makes it workable in a house occupied for part of the year, or a room used only when people come over. It is 165 x 80.5 x 215 mm and 0.9 kg, black or white, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounted, and it ships with four 100 ml fragrances - so it is complete on the day it arrives.
Placed against the rest of the range, the ladder is short and worth knowing. SOSA Meenar at ₹38,500 is published for 12,000 to 18,000 sq ft and is a commercial machine - a hotel, a showroom, a corporate floor. As a gift to a private property it is not the grander choice, it is the mismatched one. Boond at ₹899, Sukoon at ₹1,899 and Megh at ₹5,999 are water-based, suit one room, and need water and regular refilling, which is an ongoing job to hand somebody. SOSA Safar at ₹3,999 is portable and travels with a person rather than scenting a property, and it is imported rather than made in India. Attars from ₹379 are worn, and worn puts the gift back on the personal side of the line this page has been drawing.
₹11,999. Up to 1000 m3, stated as about 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft of connected volume. A 400ml tank, Bluetooth app plus onboard buttons, 1h/4h/8h/24h run windows and adjustable intensity. Under 38 dB.
165 x 80.5 x 215 mm and 0.9 kg, in black or white, freestanding on a surface or wall and HVAC mounted. DC 12V / 1A at 5W, with auto-stop and a key-lock, and CE, RoHS and SGS marks.
Every Vaayu ships with four SOSA Hotel Collection fragrances, 100 ml each, in one of three published four-scent sets. So it is complete on arrival, which matters more for a gift than it sounds.
four x 100 ml included
The number this whole decision turns on, and where it stops being true
Up to 1000 m3 - about 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft - of connected air
SOSA Vaayu at ₹11,999 publishes a coverage figure, which almost nothing else in home fragrance does: up to 1000 m3, stated on the product page as about 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft. It is a waterless cold-air machine producing a dry, residue-free mist with no water and no heat, running under 38 dB on DC 12V / 1A at 5W, with a 400ml refillable tank, Bluetooth app and onboard button control, run windows of 1h, 4h, 8h or 24h, day scheduling and adjustable intensity, plus auto-stop and a key-lock. It is 165 x 80.5 x 215 mm and 0.9 kg, in black or white, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounted, CE, RoHS and SGS marked, and its country of origin is India. But a coverage rating assumes one connected body of air. That figure describes an open-plan living-dining floor, a duplex's main level, a double-height hall - the kind of volume a small passive bottle cannot reach. It does not describe a bungalow with every internal door closed, because that is not one volume; it is six. Above about 3,000 sq ft of genuinely connected space, or across separated wings, the honest answer is a conversation rather than a number, because no multi-unit guidance is published. SOSA Meenar at ₹38,500 is published for 12,000 to 18,000 sq ft and is a commercial machine rather than a house gift.
Tell SOSA who it is for, roughly how big the room is, whether their home is already scented and what you want to spend - and you will be told which size and which scent, including the times the honest answer is the 50ml rather than the 130ml.
A gift for a building carries no opinion about the person standing in it. That is not a limitation of the category. In a professional relationship it is the entire point of choosing it.
— Sonal Sahani, SOSA
The SOSA gifting range
Two questions settle almost every reed diffuser gift, and the first one is not price. How big is the room it is going into? A 50ml suits a bedroom, a study, a hallway or a first diffuser; a 130ml suits an open-plan living and dining area, and it is genuinely too much for a small closed bedroom. Then: how much do you actually know about their taste? The less you know, the less declarative the scent should be - Morning Freshness is the safest of the five for a home you have never stood in, and Fresh Brew coffee-vanilla is the strongest opinion in the range. Price follows those two answers rather than leading them.
The SOSA range, sorted by how much air it is meant to handle
Up to 1000 m3, stated as about 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft of connected volume - a 400ml tank, Bluetooth app and onboard buttons, 1h/4h/8h/24h scheduling, adjustable intensity, under 38 dB
Worn on the body rather than placed in a room - the right answer when the gift is about the person and not the house
from ₹379
A coverage rating assumes one connected body of air. Vaayu's figure describes an open-plan volume - a living-dining floor, a duplex's main level, a double-height hall. A house with every internal door shut is not one volume, and the figure does not transfer to it. Every Vaayu ships with four SOSA Hotel Collection fragrances, 100 ml each, and its country of origin is India. Fragrance adds a scent to a space; it does not remove, neutralise or purify one, and the dry residue-free mist is a statement about residue rather than about air quality. SOSA blends described as hotel-inspired are SOSA's own interpretations and SOSA is independent and not affiliated with any hotel brand. Prices above are published retail prices; bulk orders are welcome and quantities are settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. SOSA is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune. A portion of every order supports girl-child education through Nanhi Kali.
The honest spec sheet
What the Vaayu page publishes, and what it does not
Everything below is on the live product page. Anything not on this list is not something a page like this should state.
The machine - waterless cold-air diffusion, dry and residue-free, no water and no heat. 165 x 80.5 x 215 mm, 0.9 kg, black or white, freestanding or wall and HVAC mounted. DC 12V / 1A, 5W. Under 38 dB. Auto-stop and key-lock. CE, RoHS and SGS. Country of origin India.
Control - a 400ml refillable tank, Bluetooth app plus onboard buttons, run windows of 1h, 4h, 8h or 24h, day scheduling and adjustable intensity. This is what makes it workable in a house that is empty for stretches, or a room used only at weekends.
In the box - every Vaayu ships with four SOSA Hotel Collection fragrances, 100 ml each, in one of three published four-scent sets, all at ₹11,999. SOSA blends described as hotel-inspired are SOSA's own interpretations and SOSA is independent and not affiliated with any hotel brand.
The fragrance - alcohol-free, water-free oils formulated for cold-air diffusion. SOSA waterless nebuliser refills are ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm and are published for Vaayu and Safar. The water-based ultrasonic bottles belong to a different kind of machine.
Not published, and therefore never stated here: how long a 400ml fill lasts as a single figure - the page says about 75 days in one place and 90 or more in another; what a second unit adds; any warranty period, service interval or filter; any installation service; any app name, phone compatibility or Bluetooth range; and any running or electricity cost. Those go to WhatsApp +91 96192 18531.
Not sure whether the house needs a machine or a bottle? Tell SOSA on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531 four things: roughly how much of the ground floor is one connected open volume, whether the internal doors stay open or shut, how often the house is actually occupied, and what you want to spend. You will get one straight answer rather than a catalogue - including the times the honest answer is a reed diffuser from ₹749 or a duo set from ₹1,498 rather than a machine. What is not on this page, because SOSA does not publish it: what a second unit adds, any warranty period, any installation service, any running or electricity cost, and any app or Bluetooth compatibility detail. One thing to check before you buy: the Vaayu page states the life of a 400ml fill two different ways - about 75 days in one place and 90 or more in another - and it depends on intensity and scheduled hours in any case, so ask rather than plan around a number. Every Vaayu ships with four SOSA Hotel Collection fragrances, 100 ml each; SOSA waterless nebuliser refills are ₹1,049 for 100 gm and ₹1,849 for 300 gm. Bulk orders are welcome and custom label or logo on product is available; quantities and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp rather than priced on a page. Bespoke composition, a fragrance composed for you by Sonal, is a real SOSA service and is also discussed there. Where SOSA is: an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, sending orders across India, with no shop, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.

A note from Sonal
The messages I find hardest to answer are the ones that begin with an apology. They have just finished building the house. I don't want to sound cheap, but I also can't buy them anything that matters at that scale. And underneath it is a real anxiety: that after years of drawings and delays and site visits, whatever you turn up with will look like a token.
What I would say is that the anxiety is aimed at the wrong thing. You are not competing with the house. Nobody is. The people who built it spent two years choosing between four shades of the same stone, and there is no object you can hand over that will register on that scale. Trying is how people end up buying a vase that gets moved to a spare room.
The reason I keep coming back to scent for these particular houses is unromantic. It is the last layer, and it is the only one nobody planned. An architect resolves the volume, a designer resolves the surfaces, a lighting consultant resolves the evening, and then everybody stops - because scent is not on anybody's drawing. So it is one of the few things left that adds to a finished house without arguing with a single decision already made in it.
The part I would be careful about is the number. Vaayu publishes a coverage figure, which almost nothing in home fragrance does, and I would rather you read it strictly than generously. About 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft, of air that is actually connected. A ground floor that opens living into dining into a stairwell is that. A bungalow with six closed doors is not that, whatever its total square footage says on paper, and a page that blurs the two is doing you no favours.
Frequently asked questions
What makes a client gift read as professional rather than personal?
Its subject. A gift addressed to the property carries no claim about the recipient's taste; a gift addressed to the person does, whether it is worn, drunk or applied. Price does not change that - a modest scent for the skin is personal and a substantial machine for a hallway is not.
What can be branded on a SOSA gift for a client?
Exactly one thing: a custom label or logo on the product itself. There is no custom box, no printed sleeve, no insert, no ribbon, no wrapping service and no message card, because SOSA does not offer them. Bulk orders are welcome and everything about quantities is settled on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531.
Are there rates for ordering several?
None is published, and inventing one would be dishonest. Bulk orders are welcome, and the rate, the quantity and how long a larger order takes are all settled in one conversation on WhatsApp at +91 96192 18531. Bespoke composition, a fragrance composed by Sonal, is a real SOSA service and is discussed the same way.
Is Rs 11,999 the right level for a single client gift?
SOSA publishes a ladder rather than a rule, and the level is your judgement to make. Reed diffusers are Rs 749 to Rs 1,349, duo sets Rs 1,498 to Rs 2,598, Megh Rs 5,999, Vaayu Rs 11,999 and Meenar Rs 38,500. For several clients at once, a duo set at Rs 1,498 to Rs 2,598 is usually the more proportionate choice.
Will a machine suit any property, or does the plan matter?
The plan decides it. The published coverage is up to 1000 cubic metres, about 2,000 to 3,000 square feet, and it assumes one connected body of air - an entrance running into living and dining with no doors between. A property of closed rooms is not one volume, and there reed diffusers from Rs 749 are the accurate answer.
Take the next step
Decide the subject, then the plan, then the quantity
Vaayu at ₹11,999 for one client and a connected open floor - up to about 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft, under 38 dB, complete in the box. A reed duo set at ₹1,498 to ₹2,598 when there are several clients, or when the property is a plan of closed rooms. Custom label or logo on product is the one branding option; quantities and anything commercial are settled on WhatsApp.
Not sure which one suits the person you are buying for? Send SOSA their age, whether they drive, whether they like their home scented and your budget on WhatsApp, and you will get an honest answer - including when the cheaper product is the better gift.

About the coverage figure: a rating assumes one connected body of air. The published figure describes an open-plan volume such as a living-dining floor, a duplex's main level or a double-height hall, and does not describe a property whose rooms are separated by closed doors, whatever its total floor area. No guidance is published on what a second unit adds. About tank life: the Vaayu product page states the life of one 400 ml fill in two different ways - approximately 75 days in its specification and FAQ data, and 90 or more days in its body copy - and in either case it depends on the intensity setting and the scheduled hours, so no single figure is stated on this page. What is not published, and is therefore not stated here: any warranty period, service interval or filter; any installation service; any app name, phone compatibility or Bluetooth range; any running or electricity cost; and any multi-unit coverage. Limits of this guide: fragrance adds a scent to a space. It does not remove, neutralise, mask or purify odour, it does not clean the air, and no SOSA product makes any health, antibacterial or air-purifying claim; a dry residue-free mist is a statement about residue and not about air quality. No claim is made anywhere on this page about mood, stress, calm, sleep or wellbeing, nor about how any recipient or guest will feel, nor about what a gift does for any business result. No page here characterises any recipient's wealth or describes people who own particular kinds of property; where a property value appears it is the figure the reader themselves supplied as context. SOSA blends described as hotel-inspired are SOSA's own interpretations and SOSA is independent and not affiliated with any hotel brand. SOSA Home & Body is an Indian fragrance house based in Pune, Maharashtra, sending orders across India, with no shop, showroom, stockist, counter or warehouse in any other city.
