What's the coverage? Boond ~150 sq ft, Sukoon 270-320 sq ft, Megh ~215 sq ft - real, finite figures per unit.
So how do I scent a home? Use one diffuser per main room, or move a single unit around. Honest, not one machine for the house.
The honest coverage numbers
The reason one diffuser cannot do a whole home is simple physics, and I would rather show you the numbers than let a marketing line mislead you. Each unit produces a certain amount of mist, and that mist fills a certain area before it thins out. Beyond that area, and certainly beyond a closed door, the scent falls away.
| Unit | Coverage | Best single room |
|---|---|---|
| Boond (300ml) | ~150 sq ft | Desk, bedside, small room |
| Sukoon (500ml) | 270-320 sq ft | Bedroom, study, nursery |
| Megh (6L) | ~215 sq ft | Living room, dry AC space |
Notice the Megh's strength is not the largest coverage figure - it is the enormous 6-litre tank and up-to-100-hour runtime. It carries a big single room and runs for days without refilling, but it still scents one area, not the whole house.
The honest takeaway is that coverage is per room, and doors are hard borders for scent. A diffuser humming beautifully in the living room does almost nothing for a closed bedroom down the hall. Adding more fragrance does not change this - it only makes the near air heavier while the far rooms stay bare.
Scenting a whole home properly
If the goal really is a home that smells lovely throughout, here are the two honest ways to do it.
Myth: "Buy the biggest diffuser and it will scent the whole house." A larger tank means longer runtime, not a longer reach through walls. A 6-litre Megh in the hall will not perfume the bedrooms; it will perfume the hall for days.
Two honest methods. One - place a right-sized unit in each main room you want scented, building a small wardrobe of fragrances room by room. Two - keep a single unit and move it to whichever room you are in, so the scent follows you rather than trying to fill the whole home at once.
Most people land somewhere in between: a diffuser running steadily in the living room, another in the bedroom, and perhaps a small Boond on a desk - each sized to its room. That gives a home that smells considered, with the bedroom calm, the living room soft and the entry warm, rather than one flat scent fighting to reach everywhere.
One diffuser, one room - to scent a home you place one per space or let a single unit follow you.So no, a single ultrasonic diffuser will not fragrance an entire home at once, and any claim that it does is not being straight with you. Match a unit to each room, or move one around, use SOSA water-based fragrance in the tank, and the whole home can smell like a calm hotel - one room at a time.

Versailles
I trained as a perfumer at ISIPCA in Versailles, but half the questions we get are not about scent at all - they are about the machine. Indian rooms are bone-dry from AC and winter, and most gadget diffusers are too small, too loud, or quit by midnight. So we made three: Boond (300ml, desk), Sukoon (500ml, bedroom, with a remote and mood light) and Megh (6L, whole-room), each shipping with three of our fragrances.
They are cool-mist ultrasonic diffusers - an ultrasonic plate turns water into a fine, cool mist with no heating element, so there is no boiling water or burn risk, and each has an auto shut-off when the tank runs dry.
One thing I say on every listing and will say here: use only SOSA's water-based Hotel Collection fragrance. Raw essential oils, perfumes and carrier oils are thick or solvent-heavy and can clog the misting plate and damage the unit. A few drops of our water-based fragrance in the tank mists cleanly and scents the whole room.
