Three things decide this, and none of them is the badge: how much air you are actually scenting, where the source sits relative to the seats, and what a running heater does to the release rate.

A car is the smallest space any of us scents, and the one we sit closest to. Two or three cubic metres of air, a metre from your face, with the windows up and the heater on for four months of the year. I say this to customers constantly and it still surprises people: almost every car fragrance problem I am sent is a dose problem, not a scent problem. The bottle is not weak and the oil is not wrong. The cabin simply gives fragrance nowhere to go, and winter takes away the little ventilation that was rescuing you in October.
That is why we sell the hanging bottle and the spray at the same price. They are the same oil. One gives you a mild level that is always there and asks nothing of you; the other gives you a strong level the moment you decide you want one. Neither is the better product, and pricing them differently would only push people toward whichever we wanted to sell. Choose by how you drive: a long daily commute is a hanging car, a car that matters most when somebody else gets into it is a spray car, and plenty of people quite sensibly run both.

Why can nobody in the back of my XUV700 smell the hanging bottle?
Because of where it is rather than what it is. A hanging bottle is a single point source at the rear-view mirror, and it diffuses outward through the cabin's own slow air movement, so concentration is highest at the front and falls away with distance. A three-row cabin puts your rear passengers a long way from that source, and the third row further still. Nothing is faulty and no other hanging freshener would behave differently, because they are all small sources hung in the same place. The instinct is to loosen the stopper until the back notices, but that over-scents the front seats long before it reaches row three, and in a closed heated winter cabin it does so quickly. The honest options are to accept that one bottle serves the front well, or to keep it as the baseline and use a 10ml spray toward the rear footwells before passengers get in.
Is there a car perfume made specifically for a Mahindra XUV700?

How should I spray the rear of a large SUV before passengers get in?
Low, into the air of the rear footwells, and well before they arrive. One or two sprays is the honest number even in a big cabin, done fifteen to thirty minutes ahead, windows cracked for a minute afterwards and then the car closed up so what your passengers meet is a settled level rather than a fresh peak. Never spray directly onto upholstery, leather, dashboard plastics or the windscreen, and never spray while driving. Then judge it with a fresh nose: leave the car for a few minutes, come back and open a rear door.
