Does SOSA gift-wrap the attar bottle?

Yes. Every SOSA attar ships in our signature brass-tone gift carton with the attar bottle nested inside — the bottle itself is the gift, the carton is the protection. Discovery Sets ship in a larger gift box with a printed primer card on how to apply attar properly. For a separate gift-wrap layer with a hand-written note, mention it at checkout — we add it at no extra cost on orders above ₹999.

Is free shipping available on attar gifts?

Yes. Free shipping pan-India on all orders above ₹999. The Discovery Set qualifies automatically at ₹999 flat. A single 12ml at ₹1,149–₹1,199 qualifies. A 6ml at ₹669–₹699 alone doesn't, but combining two 6ml bottles or a 6ml plus a 3ml clears the threshold easily.

Can I send the attar gift directly to the recipient's address?

Yes. At checkout, simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address while keeping your billing address as your own. Invoices and pricing are not included in the gift parcel — only the products and the gift-wrap. If you want a hand-written note inside, leave it in the order notes field at checkout.

Are there discounts for multi-recipient gifting?

For corporate and bulk gifting orders above 50 units, we offer custom pricing and branded gift cartons with the company monogram or couple's monogram (for wedding return gifts) — write to sosahomeandbody@gmail.com with the unit count and target delivery date. Most festive gifting clusters around the 6ml tier (₹669–₹699) for individual recipients and the 12ml tier (₹1,149–₹1,199) for elders and milestone gifts.

Can I gift attar for a milestone birthday?

Yes — attar is one of the better milestone-birthday gifts because it carries a memory the recipient will associate with you for years. For thirtieth birthdays, Mastani or Nawaab 6ml at ₹685–₹699. For fortieth and fiftieth, the 12ml tier at ₹1,179–₹1,199. For a debut entry into fragrance (twenty-first, twenty-fifth), the Discovery Set at ₹999 lets them discover their own signature before committing.

Are SOSA attar gifts returnable?

Sealed bottles are returnable within 7 days of delivery. Once a roll-on bottle has been opened, it cannot be returned — it's a personal-skin-contact product. For gift recipients who genuinely don't like the scent, we offer a one-time exchange to a different SOSA attar of equivalent or lower value, sealed-only, within 14 days. Transit damage is replaced no-questions-asked if you write to sosahomeandbody@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Does SOSA ship attar gifts internationally for Eid?

Yes — we ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, the UK, Singapore and the US directly from the Pune lab. What is the difference between 3ml, 6ml and 12ml attar gifts?

3ml (₹379–₹399) is the sampler tier — six to eight weeks of daily wear, the right gift for someone trying attar for the first time. 6ml (₹669–₹699) is the personal gift tier — three to four months of wear, the standard for Rakhi, anniversaries and Eid. 12ml (₹1,149–₹1,199) is the premium gift tier — six to nine months of wear, the right gift for elders, in-laws, brides, grooms and milestone occasions. Per-ml the 12ml is roughly 25% cheaper than the 3ml.

What if I don't know which attar the recipient would like?

Default to the Discovery Set at ₹999. Three 3ml attars chosen from Adaa, Ameeri, Mastani and Nawaab, packaged in a gift-ready outer with a printed primer card. The recipient gets to try three compositions across three different days and pick their own signature. It is the lowest-risk gift in the SOSA range and the highest reorder rate — roughly 70% of Discovery Set recipients return to buy a 12ml within six months.
